Puger Kulon Village, located in Puger District, Jember Regency, is a coastal area in East Java with significant marine and fisheries potential. Most of the population earns their living as fishermen and small-scale fishery product processors (MSMEs). Unfortunately, the capacity of MSMEs in this area is still very limited, both in terms of technical skills and product variety. Processed fish products produced by the community are mostly shrimp paste and shredded fish. This community service activity aims to increase knowledge and additional skills for coastal MSMEs regarding the diversification of local processed fish products by encouraging the development of various processed fish products as an effort to increase product added value such as fish nuggets, fish balls, fish dumplings, and fish dim sum. The method used is counseling and technical training with direct practice in diversifying various fish products (fish nuggets, fish balls, dumplings, and fish dim sum). Evaluation was carried out using a pretest and posttest approach on 20 MSME participants using a knowledge assessment instrument. The results showed an increase in knowledge regarding fish processing diversification, with an average score of 74 before the training, increasing to 93 after the training, a 27% increase. Thus, the extension and training on fish processing diversification have proven effective in increasing the knowledge and skills of coastal MSMEs. This activity has the potential to improve the quality and diversity of local fish-based products, while strengthening the role of MSMEs in providing nutritious food from local potential as an effort to prevent stunting in coastal communities.

Local economic development in the village is a major factor in sustainable development. This study aims to understand how tourism villages and creative industries can work together to improve the local community's economy. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. With in-depth techniques, data collection includes observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the synergy between Gronjong Wariti tourism and the Emping Melinjo creative industry has great potential to improve the economy of the Mejono Village community in order to increase income, open job opportunities, and improve people's lives. However, there are several obstacles faced, including a lack of attention and support from the local government, minimal supporting facilities, low quality of human resources (HR), the use of simple production technology, and suboptimal promotion. The Emping Melinjo creative industry faces several serious challenges, such as limited quality raw materials, dependence on middlemen, and low public awareness of the village's potential. The rapid growth of digital financial technology has introduced new economic instruments that require re-evaluation through the lens of Islamic economic law, one of which is Bitcoin. This study aims to analyze the legal standing of Bitcoin as a means of transaction and investment using a normative legal approach. Data were obtained through extensive literature review involving primary and secondary sources, including Islamic jurisprudence, maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, qawā‘id fiqhiyyah, official fatwas, and contemporary technological and economic studies. The analysis employed normative and reconstructive methods to assess the compatibility of Bitcoin’s characteristics with the principles of Islamic law. The findings indicate that Bitcoin may be classified as a form of digital māl because it possesses utility, can be lawfully owned, and is tradable within open market mechanisms. However, its extreme price volatility, limited public acceptance, and absence of state-backed legitimacy make it unsuitable as a lawful medium of exchange in Islamic transactions. Conversely, Bitcoin may be permitted as an investment instrument under strict conditions, provided the activity avoids speculative motives, ensures transparency, and follows prudent financial conduct. Based on these assessments, this study concludes that Bitcoin is more appropriately categorized as a digital commodity rather than a transactional currency. This research contributes conceptually to the development of sharia-compliant crypto-asset regulations and opens avenues for further exploration on designing more stable and ethically aligned digital financial instruments.

This study aims to develop a predictive model using linear regression to identify potential arrhythmias in the elderly based on electrocardiogram (ECG) data. Data were collected through observations at healthcare facilities from elderly patients with indications of arrhythmia, then preprocessed such as cleaning, normalization, feature selection, and outlier checking were carried out. The features used include PR interval, QRS duration, QT interval, and heart rate. The dataset was divided into training data (80%) and test data (20%) to build and evaluate the model. The training results showed that the model was able to predict the risk of arrhythmia with a Mean Squared Error (MSE) value of 0.15 and a coefficient of determination (R²) close to 1. Evaluation using a confusion matrix showed an accuracy of 76.19%, precision of 82.80%, recall of 76.19%, and F1 score of 72.70%. These results prove that linear regression can be used as an initial approach in the early detection of arrhythmias non-invasively in the elderly. This study provides a foundation for the development of ECG data-based clinical decision support systems and suggests future exploration of more complex models and integration with real-time monitoring technologies.
