This research aims to analyze public administration ethics in the implementation of work at the West Sumatra Province Social Service. Public administration ethics is an important aspect that influences the quality of public services and public trust in the government. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that there are several challenges in implementing public administration ethics, such as a lack of employee understanding of the code of ethics, low transparency in decision making, and the practice of nepotism. However, there are also efforts made by the Social Service to improve work ethics, such as ethics training for employees and implementing a monitoring system. This research recommends the need to increase ethical awareness among employees and strengthen monitoring mechanisms to create a more ethical and transparent work environment.

This study aims to explore the relevance of the Qur'an and Hadith in shaping social values, political ethics, and decision-making in the contemporary era, highlighting their influence on various aspects of life, such as society, public policy, democracy, leadership, law, economics, education, and technology. In the modern context marked by global challenges, the values of the Qur'an and Hadith, such as justice, consultation (shura), honesty, and responsibility, provide a strong moral framework for creating a harmonious and civilized society. The findings indicate that the social values taught by Islam promote solidarity and respect for human rights, while the principles of political ethics emphasize trustworthiness and honesty in governance. In decision-making, consultation and justice are important, as they enable the creation of inclusive and democratic public policies. Moreover, the Islamic perspective on law emphasizes the protection of individual rights and social justice, while in economics, the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith advocate for equitable wealth distribution and the elimination of usury. In the field of education, Islamic values integrate worldly and spiritual knowledge to shape a virtuous young generation, whereas, in technology, Islamic teachings offer ethical guidance for utilizing technological advancements for the betterment of humanity. This study concludes that the Qur'an and Hadith are not only relevant but also provide practical solutions to address modern challenges in various life sectors.

The Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB) holds a pivotal role in ensuring Islamic financial institutions operate in full compliance with Sharia principles. Its responsibilities include issuing fatwas, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the integrity of financial products and services offered by these institutions. The SSB’s role is critical in maintaining public trust and aligning financial practices with Islamic values. However, significant challenges arise, such as the increasing complexity of financial instruments, rapid technological advancements, and varying interpretations of Sharia principles across jurisdictions. Moreover, public awareness of Islamic finance remains low, and the risk of conflicts of interest in SSB oversight persists. To overcome these challenges, the SSB must strengthen its expertise through continuous education, collaborate with scholars and regulators, and actively engage in public literacy initiatives. Harmonization of Sharia standards at a global level is also essential to navigate the interconnected nature of modern finance. The SSB’s success in addressing these challenges ensures the sustainability of Islamic financial systems while fostering ethical and equitable economic growth.

In the midst of these changes, aqidah (belief) and ethics become important foundations in building solid morality. However, the main challenge faced is how to maintain the relevance of the teachings of aqidah and ethics in the context of modern life that continues to develop. This study aims to analyze the role of aqidah and ethics in shaping individual and collective morality amidst changing times. The main objective is to understand how religious beliefs and ethical principles can be applied effectively in maintaining moral integrity amidst the rapid flow of global change. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with analysis carried out by looking at the relationship between the values of aqidah, ethics, and morality in everyday life. The results of the study show that aqidah and ethics have an important role in shaping resilient morality amidst change. A deep understanding of aqidah and the application of ethical principles have proven to be a foundation for society to maintain positive moral values. However, the results also show that adaptation and renewal in the approach to teaching aqidah and ethics are needed to be more relevant and accepted by the younger generation living in the digital era.

  The alleged sexual harassment case at Pancasila University highlights the importance of implementing ethical values ​​in the academic environment. This study aims to analyze ethical violations that occur, especially in the context of sexual harassment, using ethical theories such as deontology, utilitarianism, and justice theory. The results of the analysis indicate that these violations not only harm the victims individually, but also threaten the integrity, reputation, and trust of the academic community in the institution. The findings also indicate weaknesses in university policies and procedures in handling this case effectively. Therefore, it is necessary to update ethics policies, increase awareness through training, and a transparent and justice-oriented reporting system. With these steps, the university is expected to create a safe, fair, and moral environment for all members of the academic community.  

Nasabah yang ingin mengajukan kredit kepada bank harus membuat perjanjian kredit dengan bank melalui suatu kesepakatan formal. Perjanjian kredit ini dibuat oleh seorang Notaris dalam bentuk Akta Perjanjian Kredit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif analitis untuk mengeksplorasi Peran Notaris dalam Pembuatan Akta Perjanjian Kredit antara Bank dan Nasabah. Bahan hukum dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan serta penelusuran internet, termasuk artikel dan jurnal ilmiah terkait. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif analitis dan kritis terhadap peran Notaris dalam proses penyusunan Akta Perjanjian Kredit. Notaris bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan penjelasan dan panduan mengenai prosedur yang harus diikuti, serta memastikan bahwa akta yang dibuat sesuai dengan norma hukum dan etika. Selain itu, notaris juga terlibat dalam proses penyelesaian wanprestasi, yang dapat dilakukan melalui eksekusi di bawah tangan atau melalui lelang yang diatur oleh Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL).

This article discusses ethics in three domains of life: family, society, and politics. Family ethics emphasizes the importance of noble values ​​such as love, mutual respect and responsibility in building harmonious relationships. Community ethics encourages attitudes of tolerance, mutual cooperation and concern for others to create a peaceful and prosperous social life. Political ethics focuses on the principles of justice, honesty and accountability in running government to achieve shared prosperity. These three domains are interrelated and influence each other, so it is important to build strong ethics in each domain in order to create a civilized, just and prosperous society.    

Pelanggaran etika profesi pada keamanan siber adalah gosip kritis yg memengaruhi kepercayaan publik terhadap pengelolaan data sensitif. Studi ini menganalisis pelanggaran etika yg terjadi dalam perkara kebocoran data pajak pada Indonesia, menggunakan penekanan dalam penyebab utama, dampak, & akibat. Metode penelitian yg dipakai melibatkan analisis literatur dan studi perkara. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan adanya kelemahan pada sistem pengamanan data, minimnya penerapan prinsip etika profesi, dan kurangnya supervisi terhadap pihak yg berwenang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelanggaran etika profesi keamanan siber terkait kebocoran data pajak di Indonesia.

This research aims to analyze the application of ethical values ​​and Pancasila in creating an anti-corruption life among generation Z. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) which involves collecting 30 articles from Google Scholar between 2019 and 2024, which focus on the application of vethical values ​​and Pancasila in creating an anti-corruption culture, especially among generation Z. The results of this research recommend the application of these values ​​to form an anti-corruption generation Z. This research emphasizes the importance of ethical values ​​and Pancasila in the lives of students, especially generation Z in the era of globalization.

This study examines sharia business ethics with a focus on the principles of amanah and justice through a literature review approach. This article aims to understand the role of both principles in building business ethics that are in accordance with sharia values. The results of the study indicate that amanah and justice are not only moral foundations, but also important pillars in sharia business practices, both theoretically and applicatively. This study provides in-depth insight into the relevance of these principles in facing contemporary business challenges.

This study aims to explore the concept of ethical virtue in the teachings of Sufism of Abdul Qadir al-Jailani and its relevance in the formation of modern human character. According to al-Jailani, purification of the soul is a key element in achieving moral perfection. This process consists of several spiritual stages, namely repentance, which means returning to Allah with regret and determination to improve oneself; zuhud, freeing oneself from worldly attachments; tawakal, which is surrendering oneself completely to the will of Allah; patience, being steadfast in facing all life's tests; honesty, behaving according to the truth; gratitude, always being grateful for all the blessings given; and ridha, accepting all His decisions sincerely. These stages aim to improve individual morals and guide them towards a better life spiritually and ethically. This study uses a library research method with a qualitative approach, in which content analysis techniques are applied to comprehensively understand al-Jailani's teachings. The results of the study indicate that the concept of ethical virtue taught by al-Jailani is very relevant in the development of human character, both in the past and the present. His teachings can be integrated into the modern ethical and moral education system as an effort to form individuals with noble morals. The appreciation of these values allows humans to live more meaningfully, have good morals, and contribute to creating a more dignified society. In facing modern moral challenges, such as materialism and individualism, al-Jailani's teachings can be a relevant and sustainable ethical guide.

PJBL activities with the theme “Education of Ethical and Moral Values in Junior High School Students have been successfully implemented at SMPN 174 Jakarta. We took this theme with the aim of educating students how important ethics and morals are in everyday life. How to dress and how to speak to teachers, parents, friends and others. Our group conducted the service by presenting material about the value of ethics and morals, as well as making questionnaires and interacting in the form of questions and answers with students. Here we focus on one class, namely class 8H with 31 students. This service has been fairly successful because the students are very enthusiastic about participating in our activities.

This study aims to explore the dimensions of religiosity, encompassing spiritual, intellectual, emotional, ethical, and social aspects. Using library research methods, the research delves into the interactions and contributions of each dimension to religious experiences through a comprehensive analysis of various academic literature.The research findings reveal that religious dimensions are interconnected and influence individual spiritual quality. The spiritual dimension relates to personal experiences and relationships with God, the intellectual dimension focuses on understanding religious teachings, the emotional dimension regulates responses to religious practices, the ethical dimension covers moral values, and the social dimension concerns interactions within religious communities.The study identifies key challenges in religiosity, such as religious shallowness and moral crisis. As a solution, the research offers a multidimensional Islamic Religious Education (PAI) design that integrates divine, humanistic, and natural values. This approach aims to form a generation with a balance between rationality, morality, and spirituality.The research conclusion emphasizes the importance of holistic religious guidance that encourages faith strengthening, critical education, and awareness of human responsibilities. Islam was introduced during the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, but only developed significantly in the 1970s. In the sixth and seventh centuries AD, during the life of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and at the same time as the Qur'an was revealed, the concept of Islamic economics began to emerge. Even though Islamic economics is still in the process of development, it has made progress during the reign of the Prophet in Medina, where he succeeded in explaining the principles of financial management. Islamic economic practices during the time of the Prophet, Khulafaurrasyidin, and Tab'in showed how important the market was. The Prophet highly appreciated reasonable prices determined by market mechanisms.

The role of Muhammadiyah personality in building social and national ethics is an important theme in the context of national and state life. Muhammadiyah as an influential Islamic organization in Indonesia has a distinctive personality foundation, namely prioritizing progressive Islamic values, oriented towards education, health and social welfare. This research aims to analyze Muhammadiyah's contribution to the development of social and national ethics through its programs and activities, both in the social, educational and da'wah fields. The method used in this research is qualitative analysis using a literature study approach. The research results show that Muhammadiyah's personality which is based on the principles of progressive Islam has a significant role in building inclusive social ethics and a strong nationality, especially in maintaining national unity and integrity. In conclusion, Muhammadiyah with its personality is able to become an agent of change in encouraging harmonious social ethics and strengthening Indonesia's national identity.

Dalam era digitalisasi yang pesat, kewarganetan di Indonesia memainkan peran sentral dalam membentuk keadaban digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik kewarganegaraan digital warganet Indonesia, fokus pada perilaku dalam ruang daring, dengan penekanan pada aspek-etika, keamanan daring, dan dampak sosial. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan studi literatur sebagai metode utama. Analisis terhadap karya-karya akademis, artikel ilmiah, dan literatur terkait dilakukan untuk menyusun pemahaman komprehensif tentang karakteristik kewarganegaraan digital. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kewarganegaraan digital warganet Indonesia tercermin dalam partisipasi aktif, sikap etis, keamanan daring, dan dampak sosial positif. Variasi tingkat keamanan daring berdampak signifikan pada kewarganegaraan digital, di mana kesadaran terhadap risiko, perlindungan privasi, dan respons terhadap ancaman siber memainkan peran krusial dalam membentuk kontribusi warganet terhadap keadaban digital. Penguatan kewarganegaraan digital warganet Indonesia memerlukan pendekatan holistik melalui edukasi, literasi digital, dan regulasi yang mendukung. Peningkatan kesadaran etika digital, peran positif dalam keamanan daring, serta partisipasi dalam upaya kolektif menjadi kunci dalam membentuk kewarganegaraan digital yang tangguh dan berkelanjutan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh tekanan (pressure), peluang (opportunity), rasionalisasi (rationalization), dan kapabilitas terhadap pencegahan kecurangan (fraud prevention), serta peran moderasi nilai etika dalam hubungan tersebut. Menggunakan desain penelitian kausal, data dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner kepada 311 pimpinan dan karyawan Grup PT. Asvia Laguna Medis. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tekanan, peluang, rasionalisasi, dan kapabilitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pencegahan kecurangan. Selain itu, nilai etika memperkuat pengaruh tekanan terhadap pencegahan kecurangan, namun memperlemah pengaruh peluang, rasionalisasi, dan kapabilitas terhadap pencegahan kecurangan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa faktor-faktor internal seperti tekanan, peluang, rasionalisasi, dan kapabilitas penting dalam mencegah kecurangan, dan nilai etika memainkan peran kritis dalam memoderasi hubungan ini.

Professional ethics is not only a moral guideline for health workers, but is also an integral part of the legal system that regulates the relationship between health workers, patients and society. In a legal context, professional ethics is the foundation that guarantees that every action of health workers is carried out in accordance with professional standards and aims to protect patient rights. The aim of this research is to analyze the obstacles and impact of obstacles faced in law enforcement on violations of professional ethics for health workers in Indonesia. The research method used is normative research, using secondary data. The research results show that obstacles to law enforcement against violations of professional ethics for health workers in Indonesia stem from various factors, such as weak regulations, lack of coordination between institutions, slow and complicated legal processes, and minimal understanding of ethics and law among health workers. Furthermore, there is a significant impact on the protection of patient rights and the professionalism of health workers in Indonesia. On the one hand, patients become vulnerable to violations of their rights, such as the right to safe and quality medical services.

The case of alleged violation of company secrets of PT Chiyoda Kogyo Indonesia, involving PT Maruka Indonesia, Hiroo Yoshida, and PT Unique Solutions Indonesia, who allegedly conspired to obtain confidential information in accordance with Article 23 of Law No. 5 Year 1999. This alleged violation caused potential financial losses of up to Rp 63 billion for PT Chiyoda Kogyo Indonesia and threatened its reputation. The protection of company secrets is crucial in maintaining a competitive advantage in an innovation-laden industry. This research explores the legal aspects and business impact of leaking sensitive information, focusing on the Trade Secrets Act (UURD) and the Antimonopoly Act, and its implications for fair business competition. The analysis is conducted through a normative legal approach, assessing the relevance of contract and property rights theories in the context of trade secret protection. In addition, it is recommended that companies implement stricter information security strategies, such as Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) contracts and confidentiality agreement renewals, to prevent future leaks.
