Administrative supervision is very necessary to implement social rehabilitation services for victims of drug abuse. In this case, there are several things that must be researched in relation to carrying out administrative supervision, consisting of: 1) recruitment and selection of staff, 2) introduction and placement of staff, 3) work planning, 4 ) work assignment, which consists of a) understanding the assignment criteria, b) considering staff duties, c) type of assignment, d) stimulus, e) suitability of staff background with clients, 5) work delegation, 6) monitoring, reviewing and job evaluation, 6) coordination and 7) communication. This research aims to find out how administrative supervision of social rehabilitation services is in handling drug abuse victims at the Galih Pakuan Bogor Center. This research uses qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation, determining informants using purposive sampling. The results of this research show that the supporting factors are human resources who can carry out tasks in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures at the Galih Pakuan Center and motivation for staff to be encouraged so that they want to carry out good, effective and efficient administration, the division of work groups into one supporting factors for carrying out staff performance and the existence of e-performance to provide work reports for monitoring. The inhibiting factor is the limited number of multi-service human resources and lack of capability in carrying out tasks, there are still some who do not have priority in distributing each task.

The existence of citizenship administration service is quite crucial for a country, apart from being able to register data every resident in its territory, it is also influential to the further development plans. The aim of this research is to determine the conformity of the implementation of Kemayoran District service in accordance with George Edward III's theory and its effectiveness in serving the community. The chosen and implemented method in this research is descriptive qualitative with data acquisition techniques through interviews, field observasions, and documentation studies. The obtained data will be analyzed and processed by using several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. The result of this research is the existence of the conformity of citizenship administration service implementation in accordance with George Edward III's theory and it is effectively implemented so as it obtain the high satisfaction from the community..

Peran lingkungan sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia maka selayaknya bangsa Indonesia wajib mengelola, memanfaatkan serta memelihara sumber daya alam termasuk lingkungan hidup didalamnya untuk memajukan kesejahteraan umum. Oleh karena itu, Pemerintah sudah menyiapkan perangkat hukum terkhususnya hukum lingkungan guna menjerat para pencemar serta perusak lingkungan hidup pada upaya penegakan hukum lingkungan. Penelitian ini mempergunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif yang menganalisa peraturan perundang-undangan dengan studi pustaka dan dianalisis dengan bahan hukum bersifat deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwasanya pengaturan hukum lingkungan telah diatur dalam konstitusi maupun peraturan perundang-undangan berkaitan dengan lingkungan, seperti Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (UUPPLH). UUPPLH merupakan Undang-Undang payung ataupun "umbrella provision" dalam menangani kebijakan lingkungan di Indonesia, membutuhkan pengembangan lebih lanjut melalui regulasi lingkungan, baik yang bersifat sektoral ataupun penjabaran langsung dari ketentuan UUPPLH. Dengan berlakunya Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja menjadi Undang-Undang (UU Ciptaker) yang merubah sebagian pasal di dalam UUPPLH, UU Ciptaker seharusnya mampu menjadi dasar serta landasan bagi pembentukan undang-undang  yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan hidup lainnya dan UU Ciptaker tidak mengubah terkait penegakan hukum lingkungan pada UUPPLH yang terdiri atas penegakan hukum lingkungan secara administratif, perdata, serta pidana. Namun, UU Ciptaker mengubah terkait sanksi yang diatur di dalam UUPPLH, salah satunya perubahan terkait sanksi administrasi ataupun sanksi pidana.

The application of postmodernism theory in the practice of state administrative law supervision in the case study of the Ombudsman institution uses library research. This activity is related to library data collection methods. Postmodernism theory can help the Ombudsman understand that reality is not objective or measurable. The influence of postmodernism theory on the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia can influence their approach in conducting oversight of the government. However, they must consider the challenges and find the right balance between an inclusive approach and objective standards to ensure fairness and truth in their oversight.

The quality of health services is a level that shows the perfection of health services that can create a sense of satisfaction in every patient. Service quality has a positive and significant relationship with the level of patient satisfaction that cannot be denied. By showing the high and low level of patient satisfaction is influenced by the high and low quality of service provided. Service quality starts from patient needs and ends at patient expectations. Satisfied patients are a very valuable asset because if patients are satisfied they will continue to use the services of their choice, but if patients are dissatisfied they will tell others twice as great about their bad experiences. So if there is dissatisfaction with the patient, it is something that needs to be considered. This study aims to determine the analysis of the quality of hospital administration services on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit at the Hospital. This study uses an analytical observational design based on crosssectional, quantitative analysis. The population in this study were 10444 patients. The sampling technique used Accidental sampling, with a sample of 100 samples. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire, the data analysis used was simple linear regression. This study shows that all indicators of service quality (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty) together have a positive influence on the quality of service of hospital administrative personnel on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit at the Hospital.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, pengembangan karir, dan work-life balance terhadap kinerja pegawai BLU UPTD Trans Semarang. Objek penelitian adalah pegawai BLU UPTD Trans Semarang pada bagian kepegawaian administrasi dengan ukuran sampel 86 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik stratified proportional sampling dari jumlah penduduk 109 pegawai. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner (angket). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel efikasi diri, pengembangan karir, dan work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, career development, and work-life balance on the performance of BLU UPTD Trans Semarang employees. The object of the research was BLU UPTD Trans Semarang employees in the administrative staff section with a sample size of 86 employees using stratified proportional sampling technique from a population of 109 employees. The data in this study were obtained primary through the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaires). The data analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with SmartPLS software version 3. The results showed that the variables of self-efficacy, career development, and work-life balance have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

This research explains research on the management of the implementation of inclusive education in Islamic educational institutions. The aim of this research is to reveal the ABK service system that is integrated with formal education services. The method used in this research uses a library research method or approach, where library research can be understood as a series of activities related to data collection methods, reading, recording and processing library research materials. The results of this research show that inclusive education as a ABK service system is integrated with formal education services, the existing problems and solutions provided include; Inclusive Education is equated with National School Education, Procedures for resolving problems faced by Schools in Carrying out Inclusive Education, Implementation of Inclusive Schools at Islamic Education Institutions, Policies and Solutions for Handling Problems that Occur in Schools that Cover Inclusive Education.

Untuk mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas (prima) merupakan salah satu ciri kepemerintahan yang baik (good governance) sebagai tujuan dan pendayagunaan aparatur negara. Disadari bahwa kebijakan pendayagunaan aparatur negara khususnya memperhatikan tuntutan dan dinamika masyarakat yang berada dalam suasana euphoria reformasi, demokratisasi, desentralisasi, otonomi daerah dan penegakan Hak Azazi Manusia, termasuk antisipasi terhadap kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik merupakan upaya terus-menerus, berkelanjutan dan dilaksanakan oleh semua jajaran aparatur pemerintah. Adapun rumusan masalah yaitu bagaiamana prinsip pelayanan yang diaktualisasi dan bagaimana konfigurasi konkret aktualisasi prinsip pelayanan. Adapun metode penelitan yaitu kuantitatif, Data yang terkumpul kemudian di analisa dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 16.0 for windows.  Untuk menyajikan data yang sistematis berdasarkan quisioner yang diberikan kepada responden dan diperkuat oleh observasi langsung kemudian jumlah responden sebanyak 39 orang. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu mayoritas atau dominan responden menjawab baik dengan jumlah responden yang memberikan tanggapan baik sebanyak 20 orang dari 39 responden atau mencapai 51,28 %. kurang baik dengan jumlah responden yang memberikan tanggapan kurang baik sebanyak 20 orang dari 39 responden atau mencapai 51,18 %.

Waste management in the maritime industry is a crucial aspect in maintaining environmental and operational sustainability of the industry. In this context, a literature review becomes essential to understand best practices, challenges, and potential solutions in waste management in the maritime industry. This research aims to present a comprehensive literature review on waste management in the maritime industry, focusing on management practices and future challenges. The literature review includes mapping of theoretical concepts, explanation of effective management practices, and analysis of relevant waste treatment technologies. Findings from this literature review provide an in-depth understanding of the complexity of waste management in the maritime industry, the crucial role of management in addressing these challenges, and the urgency in facing increasingly stringent environmental regulations. The implications of this literature review include emphasis on the importance of developing environmentally friendly technologies, collaboration between governments and industries, and awareness of the interconnection between waste management and sustainability goals. This research is expected to provide valuable guidance for the maritime industry in enhancing their waste management practices, thus creating a more sustainable future for the industry and the environment as a whole.

This research aims to (1) determine the satisfaction of students of the Office Administration Education Program 2021 and 2022 cohorts as laboratory users. (2) identify the attributes that are high priority and low priority in student satisfaction as laboratory users. This research is a quantitative study involving the population of active student users of the laboratory facilities in the Office Administration Education Program at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sebelas Maret, namely students from the 2021 and 2022 cohorts totaling 280 students. Sampling from the quantitative data population used probability sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique involving 155 students. Data collection was conducted by distributing research questionnaires. Data analysis technique used the important performance analysis (IPA) method with the assistance of IBM SPSS version 22 software. The research results indicate that (1) students are not yet satisfied with the laboratory services of PAP FKIP UNS as evidenced by student satisfaction for all attributes being < 100% with an average conformity rate of 70%. The gap analysis results indicate that all statements have negative values with an average performance of 2.66 and an average importance of 3.79. (2) There are high priority attributes with an average importance > 3.79 but an average performance < 2.66, namely the competence of laboratory personnel, completeness, and suitability of laboratory equipment. Meanwhile, low priority attributes have an average importance < 3.79 and an average performance < 2.66, including the modernity of laboratory equipment, timeliness of service, readiness and responsiveness of laboratory personnel, as well as the availability of first aid kits in the laboratory.

Bookkeeping administration is an important aspect in waste bank activities because it has the benefit of recording and carrying out complete and detailed reporting within a certain time period, so that there are no differences in calculations between customers and the Waste Bank management. The importance of bookkeeping administration in managing the Waste Bank (recording the entry and exit of each type of waste managed by the Waste Bank), can help optimize waste management and increase the effectiveness of waste management. Simple bookkeeping (in the form of Socialization) was introduced in the transaction cycle at the Bank Sampah "Sami Berkah", Kelurahan Meteseh, Kecamatan Tembalang, Semarang (making a Chart of Account, Journal from proof of transactions, posting to the ledger and subsidiary books, up to making Financial Reports). The administrative management of the Bank Sampah Sami Berkah has met the minimum requirements of the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, starting from books, officers, waste reception schedules, until the waste deposited has been sorted by customers/members. Likewise, the duties and responsibilities of waste bank management officers are in accordance with the job and description of the organizational structure. The proposed use of the information system at the "Sami Berkah" Waste Bank is the use of an Android-based application or web system (mobile web access) in order to accommodate the need for faster and easier information access for customers/Members and Waste Bank managers, as well as being able to overcome the Bank's operational problems. Waste starts from customer registration, savings transaction processes to reporting, efficiently and with integrity. and easy to manage by admins and monitored by users directly.

Dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan Guru, sangat dipengaruhi oleh peran kepala madrasah sebagai supervisor melalui supervisi akademik. Kepala sekolah dituntut dapat memanfaatkan dan mengatasi bersama-sama semua persoalan yang terjadi di sekolah, dengan demikian kepemimpinan dapat mempengaruhi orang lain untuk mencapai tujuan yang di inginkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang: (1) supervise akademik dalam menyusun program madrasah.  (2) hambatan yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala madrasah dan guru MIN 11   Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan reduksi data, display data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) supervise akademik dalam penyusunan program dilakukan pada awal tahun ajaran, dengan melibatkan guru-guru. program supervisi akademik disusun berdasarkan permasalahan dan kebutuhan guru. (2) kepala sekolah MIN 11 Kabupaten Aceh Tengah memiliki hambatan dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di sekolah. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari etos kerja guru yang masih lemah, guru berdomisili jauh dari sekolah, latar belakang pendidikan berbeda, sehingga kurang menguasai administrasi, baik administrasi guru maupun administrasi kelas. Diharapkan kepada kepala sekolah supaya dapat memberikan dorongan dan arahan dalam kinerjanya tentang disiplin guru, komitmen guru, kemampuan guru dan tanggung jawab guru secara efektif dan efisien untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di sekolah.

Community Service is a course program that must be carried out by FKIP students at HKBP Nommensen University, Medan, together with their supervisor. Implementation of Community Service (PKM) is the application of the Community Service course in managing educational administration using the Teamwork method, which takes care of various educational administration interests which aim to support the implementation of the learning process that applies at the school using the Teamwork method. The Teamwork method is a way of working as a group in managing educational administration in a structured, efficient, effective manner and can build solid, collaborative group work that focuses on achieving common goals in managing educational administration at Lubuk Pakam Nusantara High School. The overall results of the community service program implementation activities went well from the start of the activity to the end of the activity using the teamwork method in managing education administration at SMA Nusantara Lubuk Pakam school. This creates a close relationship between students and educational administration management in working together to develop educational administration services at SMA Nusantara Lubuk Pakam school..

Education is an important thing in human life. Every individual develops well through education. Education makes many contributions for every individual in developing their humanity. The achievement of the lofty goals of education may be hampered if the implementation of education is not managed professionally. Apart from that, education may be held far from the spirit of truth and applicable ethical norms. In this context, the role of administrative philosophy is needed to direct the parties involved in the implementation of education to explore and discover the deepest goals of education. Since the proclamation, the Indonesian nation has had the Pancasila philosophy which is the basis of the state as well as the basis of national education. Pancasila has been used as a guideline in making national education policies in general and in renewing the content of education in particular. This means that the direction of planning, policy and implementation of education should lead to the goals as outlined by the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila as the basis of national education.

The function of computers in government is seen from government activities that have begun to implement e-Government system, where each region, government agencies already have their own information system, or better known as e-Government. Implementation of e-government is certainly to improve service to the community. The use of computers at the level of village government is currently more focused on the use of Microsoft office programs both Microsoft word, excel and power point. This program is preferred for improvements in administrative services such as the making of invitations, certificates, letters of moving, APBDES, reports on financial statements and others. Thus it is natural that every village device capable of using Microsoft office program both Microsoft word, excel and power point besides important is also the basic operation of computer. The condition of the community in Jumantono district is classified as society whose level of education is increasing, so it has demand for high quality of service in various ways. In terms of the ability to handle administration and documentation of village data, the average is still classified as not yet maximal, as evidenced from the results of random observations of 11 villages in Jumantono district, it is known that the village administration system has not been all using computer equipment but still done manually, each village government has been equipped with a computer but the device can not be utilized optimally because not all village devices have the ability to operate it. this devotional activity is to provide understanding to the Village's tools in Jumantono district by equip themselves with computer skills in operating Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point, well to improve quality village administration so as to improve the effectiveness of services to the public. Microsoft Excel (MS-Excel) is the most popular and most widely used spreadsheet application program. Village Devices in Jumantono district is one part of government employees who also provide village administrative services to the community. The Surabaya Mengajar Program is designed to improve students reading, writing and arimathic skills. This program prepare students to face future challenges and become effective leaders. This program involes student from various universities in Surabaya. Before the program start, students and supervisors coordinate/brief. They visit, namely to take part in the Surabaya Mengajar Program. After observations on September 4 2023, the Surabaya Mengajar Program activities were immediately carried out te next day, namely on September 5 2023. One of the benefits of participacing in this program is that student get the opportunity to communicate and interact with many people, as well as knowing the latest learning and teaching systems in the Merdeka Curriculum. Student also gain insight into office administration at SDN Kendangsari IV/279 Surabaya. The Surabaya Mengajar 4 program aims to improve student literacy and numeracy in schools. This program also provide many benefit for student who take part in this program. Students get the opportunity to learn and develop their skills in their skills in their field. Students also have to the oppurtinity to collaborate with teachers at schools and improve the quality of education at school.

this study focuses on Human Resource Administration at the Office of Human Resources and Human Resource Development Ciamis Regency. The purpose of this study is for the implementation of Human Resources Administration at the Office of Human Resources and Human Resources Development Ciamis Regency. In this study, a qualitative descriptive method is used which is a study designed to describe the atmosphere of a location based on observation data, actions, language and text. Based on the observations made in this study, the observation of the authors can be concluded that the implementation of Human Resource Management to the agency for Human Resource Development and Human Resources Ciamis Regency is still less than optimal. Some employees are not distributed according to their area of expertise or expertise. The process of work performed is less than optimal and the results of the work are not good enough. The recruitment process is also less than optimal and can have a bad impact on the institution and the organization itself. The assignment of employees must be carried out in accordance with their individual abilities. The misalignment of the employee with his area of expertise and skills can have a significant impact on which agency to hire in the future.

Inventory of goods at MI is an important process to ensure smooth operations and learning. With a good inventory system, MI can manage its goods effectively and efficiently, so that it can support the achievement of its educational goals. Administration of goods equipment or goods inventory in MI includes activities such as recording, coding and reporting goods inventory. This includes inventory items (such as tables, benches, whiteboards) and non-inventory items (such as markers, erasers, pencils). The inventory process aims to create goods administration, financial savings, and effective supervision of these goods. Inventory activities of educational facilities and infrastructure in schools include planning, procurement, distribution, use, maintenance and disposal of goods. Inventory recording of goods is carried out in various books, such as the goods inventory master book, goods inventory class book, non-inventory goods record book, quarterly report list, inventory item mutation, and annual recapitulation list. A computerized goods inventory system can help organizations increase efficiency and effectiveness of goods management. This system can help organizations save time and costs, increase productivity, and make better decisions regarding goods management.
