This study aims to examine work discipline, work environment, influence on employee performance, and to test work discipline, work environment, influence employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study are employees at CV. Fajar Mojokerto Printing. The sampling technique used the saturated sampling method and obtained a sample of 100 employees. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using SmartPLS 3.2.9 as a testing tool. The results showed that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a negative effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, work environment has a positive effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, job satisfaction positive effect on employee performance.

In the current rapid development of the business world, making competition between companies tighter, which requires the company to manage its business better, which in turn the company is able to compete and has superior value compared to other companies. This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that affect the performance of CV Musika employees. The population used in this study consisted of all employees of CV Musika. The number of samples in this study were 92 people with sampling techniques using total sampling. The data analysis technique uses factor analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. Of the 38 variables analyzed, 23 variables were obtained and 6 factors were formed that affect employee performance at CV Musika. The results of the study obtained an eigen value of 9.205 for the physical needs factor, reward factor 2.636, discipline factor 1.696, factor carrying out work procedures 1.352, work loyalty factor 1.080, attendance factor on time 1.003, so it can be concluded that these 6 factors are the most influential on employee performance at CV. Musika.

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, organizational culture, and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Sido Muncul, either partially or simultaneously. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to 131 respondents who were employees of PT Sido Muncul. By using a Likert scale. Respondents' answers were processed by multiple regression analysis, t-test, F-test and R-2 test. The results of this study found that there was a significant (significant) effect partially between competency, organizational culture, and work discipline variables on the performance of employees of PT Sido Muncul. In addition, the results of this study also found that there was a significant (significant) effect simultaneously on both competency, organizational culture, and work discipline variables on the performance of PT Sido Muncul employees.

This study aims to determine the effect of variables of work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance in the General Secretariat of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) of the Republic of Indonesia, both per and simultaneously. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, the study was conducted on 50 respondents, a sample of all employees of the General Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPD) RI. Using the Likert scale, respondents' answers were processed by multiple regression analysis, t-test, f-test and test . The results showed that some work disciplines had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work discipline, work motivation, job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the General Secretariat of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) of the Republic of Indonesia.

This research aims to examine the effects of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee productivity in PT Fimaha Serang. The study utilized a multiple linear regression analysis to investigate the relationships between the independent variables (compensation, work discipline, and motivation) and the dependent variable (employee productivity). Data was collected from 50 employees working in the production department, and a structured questionnaire was used for data collection. The findings indicated that work discipline had a significant and positive impact on employee productivity, while compensation and motivation showed positive effects, but their contributions were weaker and did not reach statistical significance at the 0.05 level. This study highlights the importance of work discipline in enhancing employee productivity and suggests that further investigation is needed to understand the roles of compensation and motivation in improving employee performance. These findings provide valuable insights for PT Fimaha Serang in optimizing factors that can boost employee productivity, particularly by emphasizing the importance of maintaining and improving work discipline. Further analysis and consideration are recommended when formulating compensation and motivation policies to enhance overall employee productivity.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance, and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The object of this research is at Bank BRI Cabang Pattimura Semarang. The method in this study is a survey research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at Bank BRI Cabang Pattimura Semarang. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents who were obtained using saturated sampling, namely the sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Methods of data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS which includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test, R² test. The results showed that the independent variables, namely work discipline (X1), work stress (X2), work motivation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) partially or simultaneously (together). Based on the coefficient of determination of 0.565, which means that the variables of work discipline (X1), work stress (X2), and work motivation (X3) are simultaneously able to explain the employee performance variable (Y) of 56.5%. The remaining 43.5% of employee performance (Y) is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Human resources are the main asset and support for the organization to achieve the goals that have been set. Employees as one of the organizational assets have significant differences from other assets. This is because employees are talented human beings who have creativity and creativity so that they are able to develop optimally and produce everything that is the goal of the organization. This study aims to determine the influence work ethic and work discipline on employee performance at the Bima District Transportation Office. Where research uses associative, namely to find out the independent variables, namely work ethic (X1) and work discipline (X2) on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y) with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, namely based on the considerations in determining the sample, namely civil servants (PNS) ) in the District Transportation Office. Bima as many as 44 people. 1) there is a partial significant effect of work ethic on performance at the Bima Regency Transportation Service. count value of 5.628. 2) there is no significant effect partially on work discipline on employee performance at the Bima District Transportation Office. The calculated value is 0.545. 3). there is a simultaneous significant effect of work ethic and work discipline on employee performance at the Bima Regency Transportation Service obtained an F count of 36.506

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative research methods with a census approach. The population in this study were 44 employees of the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Cahya Fajar Magelang Car Workshop. Partial compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang.

The organization has human resources, which is an essential factor as a driving force for the continuity of an organization; an organization can progress and develop if it has quality and reliable resources; as a measuring tool, it can be seen from employee performance where employee work can be used as an assessment of quality employees or not, then it can also be seen from employee performance whether employees are professional in their work or not. This type of research is quantitative research. The research population is permanent PT Pesona Inti Rasa employees, totaling 80 employees; the sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The study's results stated that work discipline does not affect employee performance; giving rewards affects employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of members of the Ditsamapta Polda NTB. The type of research used is causal associative research. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression using the IBM 26 version of SPSS. Respondents in this study were all members of the NTB Ditsamapta Polda, totaling 40 employees. The objective of this study is to determine and analyze the effects of the work environment, communication, and discipline on employee performance. The background of this study is the phenomenon of inadequate company facilities, budget constraints, poor communication with colleagues, where employees tend to form separate groups, and the low level of discipline and self-awareness of employees and superiors regarding compliance with regulations. The study is quantitative, and the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. A sample of 41 employees was taken with the saturated sampling approach. The results showed that work facilities had a good and statistically significant effect on staff performance at PT. Prosperous Administration Development, as well as on work communication and work discipline. Furthermore, the impact of work facilities, communication, and discipline on the performance of PT. Bina Administration Sejahtera staff was also significant.

This study aims to explain the significant influence between Work Discipline, Work Facilities and Work Ability on the Performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates Employees. The research data was obtained by presenting data from the questionnaire results, as well as other research results that are relevant to the object under study. The sample in this study were 43 respondents with a sampling method using purposive sampling where the sample determination technique was based on certain considerations. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 21 program. The results of the study on the Work Discipline variable obtained a tcount value of 1439 <t table 2.042, so the Work Discipline variable has a partial but not significant effect on employee performance, work facilities variable obtained t count 2.220 > ttable 2.042 then work facilities partially have a significant effect on employee performance, and work ability variable obtained tcount 2.084 > ttable 2.042 then work ability partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline variables, work facilities and work ability simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates employees with the results of the F test obtained Fcount, namely 4.042 > Ftable of 2.852. In addition, it also obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.237 or 23.7%. This indicates that the performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates employees is influenced by work discipline, work facilities and work ability by 23.7%. While the rest is influenced by other independent variables that are not included in this research model, which is equal to 76.3%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational commitment, and work environment on the performance of employees at MIN 1 Jombang. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 81 employees while the sample numbered 64 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that work discipline and organizational commitment partially did not affect employee performance, while work environment variables showed an effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of work discipline, organizational commitment, and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance at MIN 1 Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0.719 or 71.9%, which means that the contribution of work discipline, organizational commitment and work environment variables to employee performance is 71.9%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

The purpose of this research is to find out and explain whether there is an influence between the variables of intrinsic motivation, work discipline, work facilities, and financial compensation on the performance of employees of CV. Alrava Albasia. The population used in this research is all employees of CV. Alrava Albasia, numbering 80 people. A sample of 80 people and using saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, hetoroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous). From the results of the study it was obtained that partially there is a significant influence between intrinsic motivation on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value t of 0.012 <0.05 work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05 work facilities has a significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.010 <0.05 financial compensation has a significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Intrinsic motivation, work discipline, work facilities and financial compensation simultaneously affect the performance of CV employees. Alrava Albasia with a significant F value of 0.000<0.05.

Research shows that Work Discipline and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. By testing the coefficient of determination, the R-Square value is 0.402 or 40.2%. Which means that the influence of the Work Discipline (X1) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (X2) variables on the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y) is 40.2% and the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables outside the regression or other factors not examined in this study. Partially, the work discipline variable has a significant influence on employee performance with a t-test value of 3.400 > 1.998 ttable. Partially the results of the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable have a significant influence on Employee Performance with a t-count of 3.008 > 1.998 t-table. Meanwhile, based on the results of the simultaneous test obtained from this study on the variables of Work Discipline and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) it has been obtained that the calculated F value is 20.850 > 3.15 F table and sig 0.000 <0.05.

Employees are one of the resources in the company. The performance of employees in the company has an important role in selling the company's goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of components, individual characteristics, supervision and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted on employees of Tonjong Health Center and Kutamendala Health Center. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The sample in this study were 94 respondents. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with simple random sampling method. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS v.29. Based on this study it is known that competence, individual characteristics, supervision and work discipline affect employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and supervision on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study took the location at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District, with a total of 104 respondents. In this study consists of four variables. These variables are Employee Performance (Y2), Job Satisfaction (Y1), Work Discipline (X1), Supervision (X2). The data analysis method uses a quantitative descriptive method with the Path Analysis tool, with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of the study show that: 1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District. 2) Supervision has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District. 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District. 4) Supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District. 6) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. The level of discipline on the performance of ground handling employees is very important, discipline is also needed in improving employee performance. The basic attitude of employees towards themselves, competencies and current job as well as an overview of every opportunity that can be achieved needs to be considered by PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport. Performance analysis of ground handling employees will discuss how ground handling employee performance that viewed from the level of discipline based on the performance indicator. This research uses a qualitative research method design, which data collection is carried out by interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies in the work area of the passasi unit of PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport. This research was conducted to determine the performance of ground handling employees in terms of the level of discipline at PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta Internasional Airport. The results of this study are the performance of ground handling employees on time is quite good in providing services to passangers, ground handling employees are quite good in two ways communication between leaders and subordinates, ground handling employees obey the regulations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), carry oud good cooperation with coworkers, creating a sense of comfort and safety at work has improved well.

This study aims to determine how much influence employee discipline and work environment have on employee performance in the PGS Cimanggis Village. The research method is a quantitative approach using non-probability sampling data collection techniques. The number of samples taken using the slovin formula is as many as 52 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaires in Likert scale units. Data processing uses SPSS 26 software for instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that work discipline partially has a positive and significant relationship to employee performance. The work environment also has a positive and significant relationship to employee performance. Then through simultaneous testing of the two variables of work discipline and the work environment have a positive and significant relationship to employee performance

 Performance appraisal is a way of determining the work results of employees and work groups that are useful if used the right methods on target and produce the desired conclusions according to output targets and performance standards. This research method is qualitative, namely observing performance appraisals that are already in effect with a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative by comparing work standards and output targets. Qualitative is assessed from skills (competence, physical abilities, coordination and teamwork); character (discipline, ability to make decisions and speed of response); and accuracy (supervision, control and the presence of work solutions).  Assessment data from January to April 2019. The time limit was chosen because the performance appraisal had stopped starting in August 2019, and required a remedial analysis. The results of the study show that performance appraisal provides an efficiency of 14% and makes assessments more noticed by all production employees. Methods collaborate in generating a more complete and mature assessment, as well as other suggestions for improvement. And prove that performance appraisal is useful for efficiency and effectiveness, controlling and monitoring performance, and being able to motivate employees to work even better.
