Google Translate is an artificial intelligence-based translation service developed by Google. Since its introduction in 2006, this service has continued to create with the application of Neural Machine Translation (NMT) technology, which improves the accuracy and fluency of translation compared to previous methods. This study aims to determine the effectiveness and limitations of Google Translate in translating Batak into Indonesian. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a comparative approach of Google Translate translation results and manual translations by professional translators. The study results show that Google Translate can translate basic words and simple sentences quite well. However, there are several limitations, such as a lack of understanding of the cultural context, idioms, and dialect variations in the Batak language. In addition, the translation is also influenced by the limitations of the database and vocabulary enrichment in this service. Thus, although Google Translate can be a tool in translation, users still need to do manual verification to ensure accuracy, especially in fields that require high precision such as law, academics, and professional communication.

GoSend as an instant delivery service from Gojek plays an important role in meeting the demand for fast and reliable delivery. However, there are still challenges in terms of service quality, customer satisfaction, and competitiveness in the digital logistics industry. This study analyzes GoSend's electronic service quality attributes using the Kano Model to identify the factors that most influence customer satisfaction. The quantitative method is applied through a survey of 206 GoSend users in Semarang, with the integration of E-Servqual indicators and Kano Model attributes. The results of the study show that most service attributes fall into the "Indifferent" category, meaning they do not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. However, attributes such as transaction data security and item conditions fall into the "One-Dimensional" category, so improvements in these aspects can increase customer satisfaction. The analysis of the Extent of Satisfaction (EOS) and Extent of Dissatisfaction (EOD) shows that responsiveness to complaints and service personalization still need to be improved. Based on these findings, strategic recommendations that can be given are increasing customer service responsiveness, optimizing compensation policies, and strengthening security systems to increase customer trust. The integration of the Kano Model with E-Servqual provides a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of digital logistics services while also being a guide for GoSend in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty amidst increasingly fierce competition.

Although in general this agreement is valid according to civil law, there are still several inconsistencies with the principles regulated in the UUPK. 2) SPayLater payment delays can have a bad impact on Spaylater users. For loan service providers, late payments can be considered a breach of contract on the loan agreement. However, the application of sanctions or fines must still take into account the principles of consumer protection and must not burden consumers unreasonably. A balance is needed between protecting consumer rights and the interests of loan service providers in the context of late SPayLater payments. 3) Legal protection for Spaylater users who experience delays in payment must pay attention to the provisions in the Consumer Protection Law and Civil Law. In the UUPK, SPayLater service providers are required to provide clear and transparent information, and treat users fairly without discrimination. Meanwhile, in Civil Law, although late payment can be considered a breach of contract, the imposition of sanctions must still take into account the principles of propriety and good fait

Licensing is an important factor for investors when making an investment. To speed up and simplify the licensing process, the government created the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. In South Tangerang, the Department of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) plays an important role in the coffee shop business licensing process. To open a coffee shop, a location permit, environmental permit, NIB and business trading permit through OSS are required. Obstacles in the licensing process often cause delays and difficulties for business actors. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the effectiveness of applying for coffee shop business permits through Online Single Submission at the South Tangerang One Stop Integrated Services Investment Service. The method used in the research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. This research uses the theory of Thomas R. Dye (2013). The research results show that the indicators for setting clear goals have not been achieved optimally even though the goals of time efficiency and transparency of business permits through the OSS system are quite effective. In the results measurement indicators, positive results have been achieved, which can be seen from the success of OSS in increasing the number of NIBs by 10% from the previous year. Performance evaluation indicators are not optimal due to limited email, network and server constraints, apart from that the appearance and provisions of the OSS system also make it difficult for users to access the OSS system again. In the cost-benefit analysis indicator, it is quite efficient in reducing permit processing time and without any costs incurred. Contextual factor indicators provide a positive impact where the JOSS Program is a form of the South Tangerang government's commitment to assisting the community in licensing through the OSS system. The feedback and adjustment indicators have not been optimal in providing guidance and information to business actors, so there are still business actors who have not registered their business permits through this OSS system.

During second use, there were still many problems, one of which was in Tanjungpinang City. This research aims to analyze how SIREKAP is used in the general elections in Tanjungpinang City 2024. The method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach and uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research uses a theory by DeLone and McLean (2003), with 5 indicators, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The finding from this research is that the use of SIREKAP in the general election in Tanjungpinang City 2024 has not gone well. This is caused by the quality of the system, namely the server network, which is not optimal enough to handle the increase in the number of SIREKAP users on election day. This also has an impact on the quality of information being less than optimal in disseminating information so that users are not yet satisfied because SIREKAP is deemed not to have provided significant benefits for the general election in Tanjungpinang City 2024.

The purpose of this study was to analyze legal protection for users of health services managed by dentists. Data for this letter were collected through literature review and interviews, followed by descriptive analysis as legal material. The description of the data received in the letter was written and arranged systematically in the form of a sentence description whose meaning is understood as a statement or conclusion. The investigation revealed that the dentist was involved in activities that did not comply with the laws and regulations applicable to dental practice. This caused the victim to suffer losses. The state, which is responsible for supervision and regulation, did not provide guidance or supervision over the work of dental technicians. The dentist committed a violation in providing dental services outside his authority and had a valid dental practice permit from the government as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 39 of 2014 (Regulation on the Development, Supervision, and Licensing of Dental Practice); The author recommends that the central government work together with local governments to conduct regular and continuous supervision of dental clinic locations and provide training to dentists so that they do not become victims of dental clinics.

This study uses quantitative analysis in the age of digital transformation to ascertain how Indonesia's monetary policy's stability and effectiveness are affected by digital economic characteristics. The Simultaneous Regression approach (also known as structural regression) with two simultaneous equations—monetary stability and monetary policy effectiveness—is the data analysis technique used in this study. Monetary stability (SM), the volume of digital transactions (VTD), the number of digital service users (PLD), financial technology adaptation (ATF), monetary policy effectiveness (EKM), e-commerce growth (PEC), and digital financial inclusion (IKD) are the variables considered in this study. The findings indicate that the variables VTD, PLD, ATF, and EKM have a 62.3% influence on the SM variable, with other variables outside the estimation accounting for the remaining 37.7% of SM. The estimation results show that the Effectiveness of Monetary Policy (EKM) can be explained by the Digital Financial Inclusion (IKD) and Monetary Stability (SM) variables by 11.7% and 88.3%, respectively. Aside from the estimations in the model, additional factors also affect the Effectiveness of Monetary Policy (EKM).
