In the past, toys were identified solely as instruments of entertainment for children. Adults were generally considered inappropriate to own or play with toys. Over time, toys have evolved into collectibles that have artistic, historical, and investment value for people of all ages. This study aims to analyze Pop Mart's marketing strategy in shaping impulsive buying behavior. The study was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. The research data was obtained from digital searches and observations from various official sources and related official websites. The results of the study show that Pop Mart, as a leader in this industry, has successfully implemented marketing strategies that utilize collaborations with artists, the blind box concept, and the principle of scarcity to create a unique and attractive shopping experience for its consumers. Collaborations with artists play an important role in building brand identity and increasing product appeal. By offering limited editions of popular characters such as Molly, Labubu, and SkullPanda, Pop Mart has been able to attract collectors and art enthusiasts who have an emotional connection to these works. This has led to increased brand loyalty and purchase frequency. The blind box concept creates an element of surprise that triggers excitement when opening the packaging, thereby encouraging repeat purchases. Additionally, the scarcity marketing strategy, combined with the application of FOMO behavior, successfully creates a sense of urgency among consumers. Products with limited editions and purchase quantity restrictions create exclusivity, making consumers feel they must act quickly to obtain the product before it sells out.

Quantitative research collects data in the form of numbers or statistics, enabling objective statistical analysis. The study employs clear and standard measuring tools to ensure the consistency and reliability of the collected data. The research begins with a specific hypothesis, which is then tested through systematic data collection and analysis. The results of the study indicate that the variables of financial literacy (X1), financial inclusion (X2), and locus of control (X3) all have a positive and significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs in Central Java. The statistical analysis shows that the calculated T values are greater than the critical values in the t-table, and the significance values are below the threshold of 0.005, confirming the robustness of the findings. The results also suggest that enhancing financial literacy, promoting financial inclusion, and fostering a strong sense of locus of control among MSME owners can significantly improve their financial performance. These findings have important implications for policymakers and business development programs aimed at improving the sustainability and growth of MSMEs. By addressing these factors, MSMEs in Central Java can potentially achieve better financial outcomes and contribute to the overall economic development of the region. Art education is a form of education that provides opportunities for children to appreciate themselves and their surroundings. A sense of appreciation can emerge if learning is implemented well and correctly by educators in schools. This means that educators can help students achieve the desired level of appreciation. Many students are not aware of the appreciation of dance. They also tend to think dance is not that important. Some of them do not even know what are the purposes and benefits of dancing. Therefore, dance training is needed for students, so that they better understand the meaning of dance appreciation. The method used in creative dance training includes preparation, analysis of dance training design, implementation, and evaluation. As a result, students can apply the dance that has been taught. Online loan-based financing services are increasingly attracting public interest because of the simplicity and rapidity of the procedure. However, in practice there are often violations of consumer rights, especially in the collection process by debt collectors who use violence and misuse personal information. This research seeks to assess the legal safeguards provided to consumers who use the Rupiah Plus application against such practices. By using a juridical-normative approach by examining applicable laws, regulations, and relevant case studies, this research reveals that although legal protection exists in a normative sense, its enforcement remains inadequate. Protective measures may be taken both preventively and repressively, while conflict resolution can be approached through judicial proceedings or alternative non-litigation methods.

Corruption and the rule of law are two things that are not foreign in the order of national, state and social life. Corruption seems to be a vocabulary that is experiencing inflation because it is most often used in almost all news reports. However, in corruption cases, judges are often less observant in paying attention to the facts presented in the trial so that often defendants in corruption cases are not punished commensurate with their actions, some even end in acquittals. The research method used by the author is normative legal research, by reviewing or examining laws and court decisions related to the legal problems faced. The sources of legal materials used are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials which are then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that The basis for the Supreme Court's consideration in rejecting the public prosecutor's cassation application regarding the acquittal in corruption (Case Study of Supreme Court Decision Number: 2205 K/Pid.Sus/2022) is by considering the legal and non-legal aspects. Regarding the effectiveness of the decision in providing a deterrent effect for perpetrators of corruption in the future, judges in considering a decision should pay close attention to the facts in the trial so that the defendant's actions can be subject to sanctions and in the future can provide a deterrent effect on perpetrators of corruption in the future. The judge's consideration in imposing a sentence after the examination process in court must pay maximum attention to the sense of justice of the actions that have been committed by the defendant so that the verdict can provide a deterrent effect for perpetrators of corruption in the future.

Elderly individuals living in nursing homes often face psychological challenges such as loneliness, loss of social roles, and limited interaction with family members. This qualitative study aims to explore how nursing home staff perceive the psychological well-being of the elderly based on Ryff’s six dimensions: self-acceptance, positive relations with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, purpose in life, and personal growth. A qualitative approach was employed using in-depth interviews with two permanent staff members at Panti Werdha Harapan Ibu, Semarang, who were purposively selected based on their involvement in elderly care. Data were collected through open-ended interviews guided by Ryff’s scale indicators and analyzed thematically. The results indicate that the elderly are able to accept their condition, build warm social relationships, maintain a level of independence in daily activities, and successfully adapt to the nursing home environment. They also show enthusiasm in participating in various activities and a willingness to continue personal development. These findings suggest that the psychological well-being of the elderly in nursing homes is largely influenced by social support from staff and fellow residents, as well as structured activities that foster a sense of purpose and meaning in life. The implications of this study highlight the vital role of nursing home staff as key agents in maintaining and enhancing the psychological well-being of the elderly through a personal, warm, and humanistic approach.
