PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is a company that produces cement and runs the production process 24 hours a day. The company uses Roto Packer in its packaging process. In carrying out machine maintenance efforts, the company has implemented a maintenance system, namely preventive maintenance. However, even though preventive maintenance has been carried out, the company still experiences downtime on the spring load cell components. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an analysis in order to determine the time between breakdowns, breakdown times, and arrange optimal maintenance schedules for spring load cell components. This study uses the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to develop preventive maintenance activities that have been scheduled by the company. The results obtained, for the spring load cell component, component replacement must be carried out every 4 days with a replacement time of 49 minutes and a reliability of 39.87%.

This study aims to analyze the detection of compliance audits of inventory accounting information systems at retail stores through internal control. An inventory accounting information system is a critical element of retail store operations, and adherence to proper procedures is critical to maintaining the integrity and reliability of inventory data. The research method used is a literature study and descriptive analysis. Data was collected through a literature review related to compliance audit detection. This research also includes a case study to illustrate the application of internal control in the detection of compliance audits in inventory accounting information systems. By implementing proper internal controls, retail stores can minimize the risk of fraud, errors, and losses associated with inventory. This research also shows the need for increased awareness and understanding regarding audit compliance detection among auditors and accounting professionals involved in the retail industry.

Miwon Indonesia is one of the companies that started as a company in 1973, the company finally changed the company's name with PT. Daesang Ingredients Indonesia The research method used is Preventive Maintenance, in this study researchers analyzed the time between laminating machine damage to the Chamber Box Heater component, the data taken was the Laminating machine down time data in July – December 2022 The results of analysis and data processing showed that the level of component reliability, namely for the chamber box heater component of 0.5892 occurred on day 5. And while the press roll rewinder component obtained a reliability level of 0.5925 on day 7. And the results of the calculation of costs before preventive maintenance are obtained at a cost of Rp. 47,953,572 per 6 months and costs after preventive maintenance are obtained at Rp. 29,677,876 per 6 months. With a difference of Rp.18,285,696. From the results of preventive maintenance costs, it can reduce maintenance costs at PT. Daesang Ingredients Indonesia than before preventive maintenance calculations are carried out.

PT. Z is one of the companies that produces steel plates located in Surabaya, East Java. Production process at PT. The Z fully uses machines that operate 24 hours a day. The bottleneck in the steel plate production process is that there are often breakdowns caused by people, machines, and materials. In the engine factor, there is often a machine breakdown that makes production stop. The smooth running of the production process is disrupted due to damage to the production machine. High downtime often occurs due to repairs and replacement of components in certain machine parts. Therefore the machine needs maintenance / maintenance (maintenance). Among all production machines, rolling mill machines are the machines with the highest downtime rates. The components in the rolling mill machine that cause the highest downtime of 12,851 minutes are roll components. This study intends to make a scheduling plan for roll replacement on rolling mill machines. The methodology used in this study is Preventive Maintenance by calculating its reliability and making a schedule for replacing and maintaining the machine. The results showed that the average roll replacement every 6 days with 63.21% reliability, and the average roll replacement process time was 131 minutes.

This study uses the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method to examine the choice of methanol raw material sources at PT XYZ. The procedure of gathering primary and secondary data for this study entails identifying supplier selection criteria, compiling data on criteria and sub-criteria, and compiling information on supplier performance. Results indicated that product quality, price, supply reliability, sustainability, and reputation were important factors in PT XYZ's decision to choose a certain supplier for its methanol raw materials. The relative weight of each criterion and sub-criteria has been computed using the FAHP approach, which aids in assessing possible providers. Additionally, depending on the obtained priority values, supplier rankings are also established. In conclusion, PT XYZ may choose its raw material suppliers for methanol using the FAHP approach effectively. As well as producing more objective and organized outcomes, this strategy aids in lowering decision-making uncertainty and complexity.

Overconfidence and Investment Decision are very important instruments for individuals, especially investors in the capital market. Overconfidence is the first step if an individual wants to invest, because every investment instrument carries risks. If they have a confident attitude, they will dare to take risks. Investment decisions are very important in investment instruments. Individuals must be able to analyze portfolios by properly weighing risk and return. Overtrust and investment decisions must be determined by financial literacy, because if financial literacy is low, investors can become entangled in illegal investments. The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the effect of financial literacy on overconfidence and investment decisions. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. Test the quality of the data used, namely test the validity and reliability test, test the model and test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the financial literacy variable had a positive and significant effect on overconfidence and investment decisions

Adisutjipto Angkasa High School in the laboratory has a fire risk and has some carbon content in the air which disturbs the respiratory system of the laboratory users. As for the manufacture of smart door lock products that have an important function value, namely as a tool for emergency needs when work accidents occur in the chemical laboratory and physics laboratory environment. The method used in this study is usability using the Use Questionnaire with validity and reliability measurements. The population in this study was 72 students of Angkasa Adisutjipto High School and the sample of this study was 41 students of Angkasa Adisutjipto High School. The results of this study show that the R value with df=39 and the correlation is significant at the 0.05 level and 2-tailend is 0.3081. reliability test results with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.756.

Metro ethernet is an ethernet-based high-capacity data network solution service that provides flexibility, simplicity and quality of service (qos) to business customers of internet service providers (isp) and other licensed service providers (olo). Ethernet has speeds of up to 10 gbps and with distances of tens or even hundreds of kilometers. The method used in writing this journal is to use the literature review method, namely the method used is the result of an analysis of various previously published scientific article information. Utilization of metro ethernet in its benefits, namely managing risk intelligently, in its management functioning and running independently, namely utilization for each operational, functional and administrative. Reliability, in operation metro ethernet will detect and track discovery to report that it is in a connection failure situation in its performance measurement. Flexibility, support for various services and transportation. Cost-efficiency, simple and highly maintainable metro ethernet network scalability, supports speeds up to 10 gbps. This research was made to find out more about the uses of the metro ethernet network and the configuration on metro ethernet.

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality, price perceptions, and sales promotions on customer loyalty (a study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University, Jombang). This research uses quantitative methods with type research used, namely surveys. The population in this study are students of the economics faculty who use the Grab online transportation service. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with a total sample of 80 respondents. The data collection technique uses an online questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression, coefficient of determination R2, T-test, and F-test. The results of this study show 1) There is no effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH University. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. 2) There is an influence of price perceptions on customer loyalty study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH University. A. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), work engagement (X2) to organizationcommitment (Y1) and employeeperformance (Y2). In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 90 respondents to determine the response of respondents to each variable. Then analyze the data obtained in the form ofquantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis include validity and reliability test, the classicassumption test, hypothesis testing via the F test and t test and analysistest, the coefficient of determination (R2). Data analysis techniques used were linear regression analysis that serves to prove the research hypo thesis. The datathat have met the test validity, test reliability, and classical assumption processed so as to produce the followingregression equation: Y1= 0.244X1 + 0.467X2 and Y2 = 0,202X1 + 0,394X2 + 0,209X3 . Results of the analysis with sobel test  found that Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), workengagement (X2) has a positive and significant influence on organization commitment (Y1) and Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), work engagement (X2) , Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X3) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y2) . Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that independent variables found to significantly affect  dependent variables.

This research aims to find out how the influence of service quality on customer loyalty in Islamic banks. Service quality is represented by 6 variables, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and Compliance to Islamic Law. The research method used is a quantitative method which aims to find out the results of the data have been normally distributed. The data used in this study are primary data through questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents and secondary data to complete them. The results of this study are expected to increase the effectiveness of Islamic bank strategies in increasing the satisfaction of Islamic bank customers.

This study aims to find out: the influence of education on work ethic, the effect of training on work ethic, the influence  of education and training  on  work ethic.This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was all employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Grogol, Kediri Regency as many as 35 employees. The sampling technique uses Saturated sampling. Data collection techniques usequestionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is a classical assumption, multiple linear regression.The results of the study at the significance level of showed that: there was a positive and significant influence of education on work ethic, There is a positive and significant influence of training on work ethic, There is a simultaneous influence of education and training on work ethic.

In Indonesia in particular, SCADA has been recognized and started to be implemented in electric power system control since the early 1980s. In other more developed countries, the application of SCADA is growing along with developments in computer and telecommunications technology. At a time when the development of SCADA was not as sophisticated as it is now, there was an idea to make it easier to maneuver, namely in a simple network system using SCADA we can supply additional power or do power outages easily so that the overload does not occur. After implementing the SCADA system there are less time and frequency savings compared to before implementing the SCADA system. This means that the SCADA reliability index is much better after implementing the SCADA system..

The quality of health services is a level that shows the perfection of health services that can create a sense of satisfaction in each patient. So if there is dissatisfaction with the patient, it is something that needs to be considered. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of hospital administration services on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit of lasinrang Hospital, pinrang Province. This study uses an analytical observational design based on cross-sectional, quantitative analysis. The population in this study was 10444 patients. The sampling technique used accidental sampling, with a sample of 100 samples. The instrument in this study is a questionnaire, and the data analysis used is simple linear regression.In this study, all indicators of service quality (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy) together have a positive influence on the service quality of hospital administration staff on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit of Lasinrang Hospital, Pinrang Province. There are two service quality indicator variables that have the most dominant influence on the quality of hospital administration staff service on patient satisfaction in the outpatientinstallation unit of Lasinrang Hospital, Pinrang Province, which include the Assurance indicator 48.6% and Tangible 24.3% and (R2) of (0.636) shows that 63.6% of patient satisfaction variables can be explained by the quality of service of hospital administrative staff, while the remaining 36.4% is explained by other variables not included in this research model. So it can be concluded that the better the quality of service, the more satisfied patients will be and will continue to return to get service from time to time because good service can provide satisfaction to patients according to their needs and desires.

This study aims to determine work flexibility and employee commitment to employee turnover of PT. Tri Jaya Tunggal Makassar. The research method used is a statistical analysis method using SPSS 21 (Statistical Program For Social Science). The data used is in the form of quantitative data, the data obtained is in the form of a questionnaire method, namely by distributing questions (questionnaires) that have been compiled and refer to the variables studied in PT. Tri Jaya Tunggal Makassar. The results showed that the independent variables, namely work flexibility (X1) and employee commitment (X2) had no influence on the dependent variable, namely employee turnover. From the results of the work flexibility reliability test (X1) with a value of 0.621 > 0.60 and for the employee commitment variable (X2) with a value of 0.788 > 0.60 while for the employee turnover variable (Y) 0.891 > 0.60, the three variables are reliable or consistent if measured repeatedly.

The research aims to determine the effect, the magnitude of the influence, and the relationship between the transparency of zakat management on the interest of muzakki in Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, to pay zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency. The data source for this research was obtained from questionnaire answers given by research respondents, namely the people of Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, who paid zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency, as many as 56 respondents. Data analysis in this study used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and simple linear regression analysis. Based on this test, it is explained that there is a significant influence between the transparency of zakat management on the interest of the people of Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, to pay zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency. smaller than 0.05 or (0.000 <0.05) and tcount > ttable (4.382 > 2.00488) so there is an influence of variable X on variable Y. Transparency of zakat management affects the interest of the people of Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, to pay zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency by 24.9%. There is a positive or parallel relationship between the transparency of zakat management and the interest of the people of Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, to pay zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variable Quality of Service which consists of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Physical Evidence (X5) to influence simultaneously or partially on Consumer Satisfaction at J&T Express Drop Point Modang Tanah Grogot. The hypothesis in this study is that it is suspected that the service quality variables consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Physical Evidence (X5) have an effect on Consumer satisfaction (Y) at J&T Express Drop Point Modang Tanah Grogot. The results of the validity test of 26 questions, all have a value of rcount>rtable, which means that all questions are declared valid. Based on the results of the reliability test, the value of Cronbach's Alpha was obtained > 0.80 (0.949 > 0.80). So all questions are declared reliable. Based on the results of the analysis of the regression equation, Y = 33.126 + 0.239(X1) + 0.128(X2) + 0.185(X3) + 0.166(X4) + 0.207(X5) The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.899, which means that the correlation is very strong between service quality consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Physical Evidence (X5) with Consumer satisfaction (Y). While the value of the Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R2) is 0.798, which means service quality (X) can explain consumer satisfaction (Y) at the J&T Express Drop Point Modang Tanah Grogot of 79.8% while the rest is explained by other factors not examined at (100 – 79 .8) % = 20.2%. The results of the simultaneous F test show that the quality of service influences simultaneously (together) on consumer satisfaction with Fcount > Ftable or states that Fcount is 79.174 > Ftable is 2.31 and the significance is 0.000 <0.05 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Partially the reliability variable (x1) has a partial effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a count of 2.900 > ttable 1.98552, Responsiveness (X2) has no partial effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with tcount 1.617 < ttable 1.98552, warranty variable ( X3) has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with tcount 2.202 > ttable 1.98552, Empathy (X4) has no partial effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with tcount 1.904 < ttable 1.98552, ) physical evidence variable (x5) has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with a calculation of 3.845 > ttable of 1.98552. So from these results it is known that the dominant variable is physical evidence (X5) because it has the largest tcount value of 3.845, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected.

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality on the decision to buy paint at the Paint De'lucent Paint shop. This research design uses a quantitative approach. Samples were taken by accidental sampling technique which was collected by distributing questionnaires when the buyer was shopping at a paint shop. The analytical method used is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing by processing using the SPSS program. The results of this study show that price has a negative but not significant effect on, while purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, both price and product quality affect the decision to buy paint

Coffee shops that use marketing strategies to achieve customer repurchase intention by providing quality service and good taste, namely Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery. The taste of Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery is quite good, including in the processing and selection of ingredients and has a kitchen expert who knows his field. In addition, it also provides friendly service quality, but waiters are less responsive in handling consumer complaints. This research is a quantitative research. The research location is located at Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery, Kec. Wates Kab. Kediri. The population in this study was 900 consumers. The sample in this study were 60 consumers using the Malhotra sampling technique. The analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis test and hypothesis test. Partially the variable of service quality (X1) has a significant effect on the variable of interest in repeating (Y). Partially taste (X2) has a significant effect on repurchase intention (Y). Simultaneously service quality (X1) and service quality (X2) affect customer repurchase intention (Y).
