This study uses the Cross Sectional method in data analysis. The sample was selected using total sampling, namely students who were in the second semester of the first academic year and participated in the study when the study was taking place. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between motivation and the level of student learning saturation, p = 0.016 (α˂0.05). In overcoming the level of learning boredom, steps are needed to eliminate boredom and increase learning motivation by overcoming the causes of boredom. Students can discuss with academic guidance lecturers to get input, especially how to eliminate factors that cause boredom.

This study examines the relationship between attachment styles and parasocial interaction among K-pop fans, where fans may develop an emotional bond with their idols despite the lack of real reciprocity. Attachment styles influence the level of attachment, with individuals with an anxious attachment style tending to be more emotionally involved and dependent on their idols, while those with an avoidant attachment style maintain more emotional distance. The role of social media in reinforcing the illusion of closeness is also a key focus of this study. The research aims to identify the relationship between attachment styles and parasocial interaction using a quantitative method with a correlation analysis approach. The findings indicate that fans with an anxious attachment style tend to have a more intense emotional bond, actively participate in fandom activities, and are more prone to anxiety when they lack updates about their idols. In contrast, those with an avoidant attachment style still consume idol-related content but with lower emotional involvement. The theoretical implication of this study supports the theories of attachment styles and parasocial interaction, explaining how emotional relationships form between fans and idols. Practically, this study can be used to develop digital literacy programs for K-pop fans to help them manage parasocial relationships in a healthier way, especially for individuals who are more vulnerable to excessive emotional attachment.

This study examines the factors influencing customer retention at Surya Fresh MSMEs in Depok City, West Java. The primary issue identified is the instability of customer retention, which is mainly attributed to intense market competition, the rapid pace of digital marketing, and the evolving customer expectations in the modern business environment. This study aims to analyze the impact of product quality, e-service quality, and reward programs on customer retention, with relationship commitment as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach with an explanatory research design was employed to test the relationships among variables. Primary data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire from 224 Surya Fresh customers using a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the PLS-SEM method in SmartPLS, including validity, reliability, and structural model assessments. The findings indicate that product quality, e-service quality, and reward programs significantly influence relationship commitment and customer retention. Moreover, relationship commitment was found to mediate the effects of these three factors on customer retention, highlighting its importance in enhancing customer loyalty. High e-service quality, superior product quality, and attractive reward programs foster strong emotional connections with customers, which are crucial for sustaining long-term customer loyalty. The study concludes that product quality, e-service quality, and reward programs have a positive and significant impact on relationship commitment and customer retention at Surya Fresh. Relationship commitment is confirmed as a key mediator. To further improve retention, Surya Fresh should focus on enhancing product availability, administrative responsiveness, and offering diverse promotional programs. Future studies may apply this model in different industries and integrate qualitative methods for deeper insights.

This paper aims to examine how the values of local customs and culture of South Tapanuli can be integrated in the character-building program of students in Madrasah. In the context of education, character is one of the important aspects that must be considered to form a generation that has good morality and a sense of love for the country. Along with the times, the process of preserving local culture is also increasingly threatened, so the integration of local culture in character education becomes very relevant. This paper uses a qualitative research method with a systematic literature review approach to identify cultural values that exist in South Tapanuli society, such as the concept of gotong royong, respect for parents, and the principles of simplicity and togetherness.
