The Indonesian region has a wealth of natural and cultural resources that provide large capital for the tourism sector. Tourism is one of the creative economies that is currently in the development stage. New Celosia Bandungan is one of the tourist destinations that has high appeal in the Bandungan area, Central Java. This research aims to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) as well as policy analysis that can be carried out to develop tourist attractions owned by New Celosia as a tourist destination. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection through field observations, interviews with informants, and documentation. The analysis results show that New Celosia has several strengths, such as affordable ticket prices, attractive photo spots, and complete facilities. However, weaknesses were also found, such as non-functioning rides and relatively expensive food prices. Regarding opportunities, the strategic location and increasing tourism demand provide potential for further development. This paper explores the challenges and strategic approaches in the internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). By conducting a systematic review of key literature, the study identifies three main challenges: resource constraints, regulatory and compliance barriers, and risk management. These obstacles significantly impact SMEs' ability to expand globally. However, the review also highlights strategic approaches that can help SMEs mitigate these challenges, including forming strategic alliances, adopting digital technologies, and diversifying leadership teams with international expertise. The findings suggest that SMEs must integrate market knowledge, local networks, and technology to enhance their international competitiveness. The paper offers practical recommendations for SMEs and policymakers to facilitate smoother international expansion.

The integration of health insurance with Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDR) and Deposit Pension Schemes (DPS) represents a significant innovation in the banking sector, offering new opportunities for financial institutions, insurers, and consumers. This paper explores the potential of merging health insurance with FDR/DPS schemes, focusing on how such integration can enhance financial inclusivity and healthcare accessibility, particularly in developing countries.  The study outlines the theoretical framework supporting this integration and analyzes the associated challenges, including regulatory and operational barriers.  It also highlights the potential benefits for banks, such as customer base expansion and increased savings attraction, while offering consumers the dual advantage of financial security and health coverage. Through a case study of the banking sector in Bangladesh, this paper provides insights into how such models can be implemented in emerging economies. Additionally, we address the barriers to successful integration, including regulatory hurdles and consumer awareness. The findings indicate that this integration could serve as a strategic tool for banks to broaden their customer base and contribute to the healthcare system's resilience.   Finally, the paper discusses policy implications and future trends, emphasizing the role of technology in facilitating these hybrid financial products.  This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on the intersection of finance and healthcare, offering strategic directions for stakeholders in both sectors

The quality standards of processed fishery products can be assessed by applying regulations required in the industry, including halal certification and quality assurance systems. The implementation of halal certification and quality assurance system regulations can increase the development of MSMEs, especially with Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning the Halal Assurance System, which requires halal food to be halal certified. One of the factors that cause most MSMEs not to implement halal certification and other regulations is the existence of internal and external problems. This study aims to develop a development strategy for fishery product processing MSMEs by analyzing internal and external factors in implementing halal certification and quality assurance systems. The Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method is used to prioritize alternative strategies based on the SWOT analysis results. This research concludes that the priority strategy for developing fish processing MSMEs is the SO strategies, which include utilizing government programs to form marketing and distribution networks, innovating attractive product packaging following people's lifestyles, utilizing technological advances for promotional activities, marketing, and expanding marketing networks and the need to create a business website so that the market can recognize every product owned by the company.

The implementation of MYOB Accounting at the Blue Campus Prosperous Employee Cooperative is a strategic step to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial management. Previously, this cooperative used a manual system which was prone to errors and took time in the process of recording transactions. By switching to MYOB Accounting, cooperatives can automate various financial processes, from recording daily transactions to monthly financial reports. This implementation not only speeds up the administrative process, but also increases the transparency and accountability of financial reports. As a result, the Biru Sejahtera Campus Employee Cooperative has experienced an increase in data-based decision making, as well as making it easier for members to access financial information. It is hoped that the implementation of this software-based accounting system can become a model for other cooperatives in improving financial management professionally and efficiently.
