HIV infection has been a global epidemic around the world. in the absence of intervention, the rates of HIV transmission during pregnancy, labor or breastfeeding vary from 15-45%. Data from Indonesia Health ministry 2011 shows 21.103 pregnancy women who undergone HIV test 534 (2,5%) are positive HIV infected. The use of antiretroviral (ARV) drugs has been success prevent mother to child transmission. Zidovudine monotherapy shows transmission rates (4,8%) higher than  ARV combination. ARV combination that can use during pregnancy vary from triple NRTI, 2 NRTI + NNRTI, or 2 NRTI + PI with similar high virological supression rates. it has beeen shows a changing trend from sectio caesar to vaginal delivery with decrease of viral load using ARV combination, with increase percentage for vaginal delivery from 17% to 52%. Women who receive >9 weeks pre partum prophylaxis significantly have undetectable viral load in plasma and breast milk during labor.  

Globalization is one of the changes in the pattern of life in a group of individuals or a society that has headed towards modernization. This era of globalization will certainly result in people who tend to choose new cultures that are fresher and simpler, causing local culture to begin to erode and be forgotten and even a shift in values from the local culture. This is one of the factors that causes local culture to be abandoned and also forgotten nowadays. The absence or reduction of the younger generation who are successors and inheritors of local culture and wisdom has made interest in learning and getting to know one's own culture begin to fade. Today's young generation has neither the effort nor the interest to preserve local culture or local culture which is Indonesia's wealth in this era of globalization. The research method used is a qualitative method with literature study techniques in data collection. Based on the narrative from Malinowski, cultures that are in a higher caste and are active will have a great influence on cultures that are lower and tend to be passive. And this influence can occur in cultural contact. This theory is clearly visible in the current era of globalization. This can be seen from the shift in Indonesian cultural values which have begun to lean towards the west with the rapid flow of incoming information. This is of course a force that can influence people's thinking. In order to overcome this, it certainly requires awareness of the importance of local culture as identity and also national identity. It is the obligation of every society to preserve and also maintain culture with the help of the younger generation as heirs to that culture.

: This article is about Islamic education in dealing with global challenges. This is a very big challenge for Islamic education, because the amount and level of information cannot be filtered if the younger generation is accessing unlimited information. This research was conducted using two methods, namely qualitative research through questionnaires and literature studies by looking at previous studies whose theme is of course related to the title of this article.

This project focuses on the significant role of the gaming industry as an agent for spreading popular culture and global lifestyle from various countries, as well as its potential impact on local culture. Especially in the Indonesian market, the penetration of foreign cultures through digital platforms has become a phenomenon that has an impact on local cultural identity. However, as a successful example, Japan in promoting its traditional culture through media such as games, anime, and other products, provides inspiration for an approach that has the potential to strengthen the sustainability of local culture. This design aims to explain how character design in the game industry can be adopted as a tool to introduce and describe cultural values, myths, and philosophies of the East Kalimantan Dayak tribe. This approach will involve developing character designs that take references from the traditions and local wisdom of the Dayak tribe. The design will be a means of providing a unique and engaging visual experience, while simultaneously responding to concerns about the preservation of traditional culture. The methodology used in this research is a design thinking approach with a 5W+1H analysis approach. These design steps would result in a character called "Uyau Man Kan," which has its roots in the traditional folklore of the Dayak people of East Kalimantan. This character is not only a visual manifestation of the culture, but also a bridge for a deeper understanding of the cultural heritage of the Dayak tribe.

This article examines how digital transformation, including the use of big data, Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain, enhances supply chain efficiency. Focusing on the retail and manufacturing sectors, the study reveals that digital tools improve visibility, reduce delays, and optimize inventory management. The findings suggest that digital transformation is essential for businesses aiming to increase agility and resilience in a globalized supply chain.

Anemia in pregnant women is a problem both globally and in Indonesia. The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women worldwide is 41.8%, while the prevalence of pregnant women according to the 2018 Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) is higher than the WHO prevalence at 48.9%. Community service activities carried out by lecturers and students from a university aim to provide education about the importance of iron consumption for pregnant women in Dusun 1, Tanjung Anom Village. Through problem identification, program planning, program implementation, and evaluation, an educational program including counseling, workshops, and distribution of informative materials is conducted. The evaluation results show a significant improvement in knowledge and practices of iron consumption among pregnant women. This activity is expected to contribute to reducing the incidence of anemia and improving the health of pregnant women in the area through collaboration between universities, healthcare professionals, and the community.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of aerobic exercise combined with physiotherapy in reducing injury risk among individuals with obesity. Obesity is a global health issue that significantly increases the risk of injuries, particularly within the musculoskeletal system. The research employed an experimental design with pre-test and post-test, involving 40 obese participants divided into two groups: an intervention group that underwent a 12-week program combining aerobic exercise and physiotherapy, and a control group that received no intervention. The intervention program included aerobic exercises designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and flexibility, alongside physiotherapy sessions focused on muscle strengthening and balance enhancement. The results showed that the intervention group experienced a significant reduction in injury risk and improvement in physical abilities compared to the control group (p < 0.05). Additionally, participants in the intervention group reported reduced pain levels and improved quality of life. These findings indicate that the combination of aerobic exercise and physiotherapy is effective in mitigating injury risks for individuals with obesity. This study provides valuable insights for healthcare practitioners in designing better rehabilitation programs for obese populations and encourages individuals to actively participate in safe and effective exercise regimens.

The purpose of this study is to determine the Halal Ecosystem and Halal Literacy in the development of Sharia Economic Halal Regulations. This study explains the halal ecosystem as a whole and what is included in the halal ecosystem. In addition, it also discusses halal literacy in Indonesia. Halal literacy is very important for all countries to learn to prepare people to face an ever-changing financial system. People will need a more economical understanding to actively participate in a global economy that tends to change. The data analysis method in this research uses qualitative-descriptive analysis. Qualitative research is carried out to build knowledge through understanding and discovery, so it is expected to reveal a variety of information that is thorough and full of meaning, but also does not reject quantitative information in the form of numbers. The results of this study are that the ecosystem needed in improving the halal industry refers to the supply, demand and enabler approaches. From the supply aspect, the existence of the Indonesian halal industry sector (food, tourism, fashion, medicine, media and renewable energy) has prepared various products that can be consumed by the public with a halal label. Government support provided, both as regulators, executors and evaluators, is needed as an enabler component in the halal industry ecosystem. Products from the halal industry itself are experiencing quite rapid development, the halal food and beverage sector, the financial sector, tourism, fashion, cosmetics and medicines, media and entertainment, as well as other sectors such as health care and education.

In the era of globalization, various kinds of people from various parts of the world can be connected and interconnected in various aspects of life. The emergence of the Virtual Youtuber trend in Indonesia has influenced some people outside Indonesia to recognize and be interested in the Indonesian language. The purpose of this scientific article is to examine the rapidly growing Vtuber (Virtual Youtuber) phenomenon and find out the influence of many international Hololive Indonesia fans on their Indonesian language knowledge. The focus of this research is to discuss the development of the Virtual Youtuber industry, especially the impact of language exchange that occurs due to the establishment of an Indonesian branch by the largest company in the Virtual Youtuber industry, Hololive. This article uses the research methods of literature study and virtual observation. The results of the research show the interest and reasons of the audience and fans of Hololive ID talents to learn Indonesian.

               Indonesian is the official language of our country, Indonesia. Indonesian as the main community communication element and tool in Indonesia. The development of information technology allows global communication so fast that it means it can reach across countries and across continents. In this discussion "The use of Indonesian in social media is good and correct" many users of this application do not use the correct KBBI language and standard Indonesian grammar. While many causes of errors in the meaning of language. The same is true for the purpose of conducting this research or seeing how much social media use is still wrong in the use of Indonesian. Indonesian is also not used globally, which makes Indonesian seem less useful for the globalization process. Increasing the function as a scientific foundation must be carried out in accordance with the development of science and technology in Indonesia.

Increasing carbon emissions have the unintended consequence of worsening environmental quality as a result of the use of fossil fuels for green economic activities. The green economy concept is being applied in relation to social and economic difficulties, as well as sectors in one of the global strategic areas aimed at overcoming very rapid climate change. The green economy's quality is determined by CO2 emission levels and creates sustainable development, which can improve environmental quality in some countries (Brazil, Russia, India, Indonesia, Japan, and China), particularly during epidemics. In data analysis, various test procedures are utilized. According to the study findings, there was a considerable increase in CO2 emissions in the BRIIJC country during Covid 19, which had an impact on environmental quality, culminating in ozone layer depletion and climate change. The implementation of a green economy can affect environmental circumstances by requiring economic operations to use more ecologically friendly energy, and boosting energy can boost economic growth.

The pattern of Israelite education found in the Torah has values that can be applied in the context of education today. The pattern is a holistic approach to education, which includes moral and ethical education, respect for authority, and character development. Thus, the application of Israel's education pattern found in the Torah can help build a young generation with integrity and quality. Thus, in this study, the author or researcher uses or qualitative method approach involving in data collection and analyzing the data obtained. Overall, the Israeli education pattern is an educational system that includes the development of technical skills, the formation of student character and morals, the teaching of Jewish religion and culture, inclusive education, and the development of technological skills, all of which are designed to create competent and globally minded human resources. In conclusion, the application of Israel's pattern of education according to the Torah has also proven successful in Israel and can serve as an example for other countries in developing an effective education system. Nonetheless, it should be kept in mind that the Israeli education pattern cannot always be applied directly in other countries, due to different cultural differences and social contexts.

Stroke is a clinical sign that develops due to a rapid disruption of brain function both focal and global due to rupture of blood vessels and blockages in blood vessels in the brain with symptoms lasting for 24 hours or more. Stroke can be categorized into several types, but in general stroke is divided into two types, namely hemorrhagic stroke and ischemic stroke The severity of stroke depends on which part has been damaged by disease.This research was conducted on families in hospitals. Rumkit R.W. TK II Mongosidi Manado, a population of respondents with a sample number of 37respondents, conducted the study in July to August. This type of research   is research   using analytical deskritive methods with sectional crosdesign. Sampling techniques use total sampling. Data collection using questionnaires. Furthermore, the data   collected, analyzed using the Chi-sqcuare test with a level of meaning (α) ≤ 0.05. Chi-sqcuarestatistical test results obtained a value of p = (a< 0.001). This means that there is a knowledge relationship with the handling of stroke patients that is significant between the relationship of knowledge with the handling of stroke patients in . Rumkit R.W. The discovery of various efficient technologies has become a benchmark in development in all sectors. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) are growing rapidly. This study aims to determine the analysis of the technological adaptability of countries in the world and its comparison to readiness in Indonesia. This is because the ability to adapt technology has a close relationship to the economy in a country, both in terms of economic contribution and the labor market sector. This research uses data with parameters such as Gross Market Value (GMV), Global Connectivity Index (GCI), and GDP. As well as data on industry development in Indonesia. This research was conducted with a descriptive analysis method that uses content analysis steps to interpret the results of existing statistical exposure. The results of the research analysis show that a very significant government policy today is an investment in technology and communication infrastructure. Then to boost the economy, financing is the most needed factor today. Readiness to meet the demographic bonus can be done by developing the digital skills of the workforce in all sectors. Therefore, infrastructure, financing, and scientific integration of technology are the most crucial policies today.

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Pengaruh Customer Relationship Management dan Digital Marketing terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Lembaga Global English Pare.  Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Customer Relationship Management (X1), Digital Marketing (X2) dan Loyalias Pelanggan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner atau angket pada pelanggan Lembaga Global English Pare. Pada penelitian ini memiliki populasi sejumlah 780 responden serta sampel sejumlah 264 responden dengan teknik analisa uji instrumen, uji prasyarat analisis, dan pengujian hipotesis diharapkan dapat menjawab tiga rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini. Analisa dikerjakan dengan Software SPSS for Windows versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji yang dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Customer Relationship Management (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) pada Lembaga Global English Pare; 2) Digital Marketing (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) pada Lembaga Global English Pare; 3) Customer Relationship Management (X1), Digital Marketing (X2) dan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalias Pelanggan (Y) pada Lembaga Global English Pare.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada situasi resesi dari ekonomi indonesia akibat dari penyebaran wabah covid-19.metode yang digunakan dari penelitain ini adalah kualitatif dengan penyederhanaan deskriptif pada data yang sudah terkumpul. Dampak dari resesi ekonomi selama pandemi COVID-19 sangat dirasakan oleh para pekerja. Pengurangan tenaga kerja atau bahkan penutupan perusahaan yang terjadi selama resesi dapat berdampak besar pada pekerja. Ini dapat meningkatkan tingkat pengangguran dan membuat mencari pekerjaan baru menjadi sulit. Pada tingkat perusahaan, resesi dapat mengakibatkan pengurangan jam kerja atau pemotongan gaji karyawan, yang pada gilirannya dapat menyebabkan penurunan pendapatan dan kesulitan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Selain itu, situasi resesi dan pengangguran dapat menyebabkan tingkat stres dan kecemasan yang tinggi bagi para pekerja. Pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan resesi ekonomi global dan berdampak besar pada berbagai sektor industri, seperti pariwisata, perhotelan, restoran, dan hiburan. Sebaliknya, sektor kesehatan, teknologi, dan e-commerce memiliki performa yang lebih baik. Resesi juga memperlihatkan ketergantungan global pada rantai pasokan yang terintegrasi dan penting bagi pemerintah untuk mengambil tindakan dengan kebijakan fiskal dan moneter yang tepat serta membantu usaha kecil dan menengah. Meskipun demikian, pandemi membawa peluang untuk mengembangkan sektor baru dan mendorong perubahan ekonomi yang lebih berkelanjutan. Pemerintah harus memperhatikan dampak sosial dari kebijakan ekonomi dan mendorong perubahan menuju ekonomi yang lebih berkelanjutan.

Perkembangan globalisasi abad 21 yang semakin pesat turut diikuti dengan peningkatan pertumbuhan sektor transportasi, tidak terkecuali transportasi laut. Peranan transportasi laut merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dan bermanfaat bagi perekonomian suatu negara.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong perluasan jaringan akses informasi dalam lingkup global sehingga lalu lintas informasi menjadi tanpa terbatas. Di Indonesia mengalami suatu perubahan bertata negara yakni reformasi birokrasi. Refromasi birokrasi yang memiliki program mengenai penerapan electronic government (e-government) di lingkungan pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengimplementasian kebijakan program E-Office dalam mendukung E-government di lingkungan pemerintah provinsi DKI Jakarta, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui dokumentasi dan observasi. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori implementasi kebijakan dari Grindle. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi e-office guna mendukung langkah E-government di lingkungan kerja Bappeda Provinsi DKI Jakarta secara umum memberikan dampak yang positif bagi para pegawainya dan ada juga faktor penghambatnya.  

Global warming causes one of the impacts in the form of tidal floods which harm the community because the rice fields for planting rice become unusable. An alternative land use used in community service is the aquaculture of saline tilapia in floating cages in the rice field area of Puso. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge to the public regarding tilapia fish farming with fixed cages and can be applied for the welfare of their income. The method used is in the form of counseling and direct observation to determine areas that will be used for piloting. The results of the service showed an increase in community knowledge with questionnaires from 38% to 92%. As well as the enthusiasm of the questions asked indicates that community service is running as it should.
