This research explores the status of customary criminal law in the context of positive law in Indonesia. Customary criminal law, as an integral part of the cultural heritage of Indonesian society, has values and norms that have developed from generation to generation. However, in an era of increasingly structured positive law, fundamental questions arise regarding the extent to which customary criminal law is accommodated and recognized by the formal legal system. This research uses a normative legal approach to analyze statutory regulations, court decisions, and related legal literature. Research findings identify that although customary criminal law is not explicitly regulated in the national positive law system, there are certain efforts to recognize and respect its existence. In this context, this research explores the concept of integrating customary criminal law into a positive legal system as a medium of preserving legal plurality and realizing local justice. Apart from that, this analysis also discusses the challenges and potential conflicts between customary criminal law and modern positive law principles, as well as efforts that can be made to achieve harmony between the two. In conclusion, this research contributes to a better understanding of the status of customary criminal law in the context of positive law in Indonesia, by highlighting important aspects to be considered in developing inclusive and just legal policies. This research is in the form of a research article.

This research conducted an audit of lighting and air conditioning systems by collecting data on lighting intensity, temperature and humidity in each room in the office from 08.00 – 17.00 using a lux meter measuring instrument, then the results were analyzed by referring to the Indonesian National Standards (SNI) regarding lighting and Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 13 of 2012 concerning Saving on Electricity Use. The use of electrical energy in the office work environment is still not optimal and even though the density value is satisfactory, the lighting level in the office still has rooms that do not meet SNI standards. Corruption in Indonesia has spread like a virus since the 1960s and has harmed not only the victims of this crime, but also the national economy. The government is trying to eradicate such crimes, namely law enforcement, but the problem persists. Standard legal research methods were used in the current study. A statutory approach was used to consider the termination of an investigation as a basis for filing an earlier trial by a third party whose data was collected from a library review. To analyze the data, the researcher examined the materials obtained for further processing. As a result, it was revealed that there is still a huge gap between law enforcement officials and those who suffer from corruption cases. The pretrial complaint mechanism still leaves ambiguity in the hearts of victims because it has not been effective. Therefore, based on the findings, we recommend that law enforcement officials implement some serious and clear eradication mechanisms to reduce corruption and victims in Indonesia.

Children require special attention as the nation's next generation. The World Health Organization stated that the maternal mortality rate worldwide in 2019 was around 295,000 women who died during and after pregnancy and childbirth. The majority (94%) of maternal deaths occur in low and middle income countries (WHO, 2020). At the 2020 National Working Meeting, the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia in 2019 was still 305 per 100,000 live births (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2020), which is still high when compared to Indonesia's target in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2030, namely 70 per 100,000 live births. (Pusdatin, 2019). The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) era began in 2019 with a program to reduce pregnancy-related morbidity and mortality rates, the achievements of which are still very high in the world. The World Health Organization (WHO) projects that every pregnant woman and newborn needs quality care from pregnancy to the postpartum period. Prenatal care in Indonesia plays an important role in providing quality care, because antenatal care includes elements of health promotion, screening, diagnosis and disease prevention. Indonesia is currently one of the 13 countries with the highest proportion of maternal mortality rates in the world. The high maternal mortality rate is caused by complications during pregnancy. According to the World Health Organization (2019), around 287,000 mothers died due to complications during pregnancy and childbirth, such as bleeding 28%, preeclampsia/eclampsia 2%, infection 11%, and indirect causes (2019), obstetric trauma) 5%. Efforts made to minimize and prevent complications during childbirth are to carry out routine pregnancy checks. Antenatal Care (ANC) is a planned program in the form of observation, providing education and treatment for pregnant women to achieve a safe and satisfactory pregnancy and birth. Antenatal pregnancy checks are the frequency of pregnancy checks at existing health facilities, namely doctors, midwives, health centers, hospitals and other private health facilities. Antenatal examinations should be carried out at least four times during pregnancy, namely once in the first trimester, once in the second trimester and twice in the third trimester (Ministry of Health, 2017). Antenatal examination is a follow-up for pregnant women to prepare physically and mentally and save the mother and baby during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2018). The importance of pregnancy checks through prenatal examinations, because in general pregnancies proceed normally, but with increasing gestational age it tends to cause dangerous complications (Rukiyah, 2013). Pregnancy checks are important to ensure that the natural process of pregnancy can run normally and continue so that pregnant women have a healthy and safe pregnancy. It is estimated that around 15% to 20% of all pregnant women will experience high risk conditions and obstetric complications that threaten the lives of both mother and fetus if not treated properly. Indonesian Ministry of Health, 2021). OBJECTIVE To analyze the factors related to Antenatal Care Visits at the Corah Pratama Clinic, Munte District, Karo Regency in 2023. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. RESULTS There is a relationship between age, knowledge and antenatal care visits at the Corah Pratama Clinic, Munte District, Karo Regency in 2023 and there is no relationship between parity and support from health workers and antenatal care visits at the Corah Pratama Clinic, Munte District, Karo Regency in 2023.

Some people still think that everything contained in the books of fiqh is sacred and no one is competent to change it. In fact, the tendency that occurs is that it is very difficult for them to accept the changes that occur in society today. Various ideas for reforming Islamic law have also colored the dynamics of Islamic legal thought in Indonesia, which is essentially the response of Islamic legal thinkers to modernization and development. Thus, this journal will discuss Polarization, Dualism and the Dynamics of Islamic law in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research with a literature data or literature study approach. The data collection method is by using literature (libraries) from the books Treatise on Marriage Law, National Marriage Law, and the Struggle for Islamic and Customary Law in Indonesia. The research results show that there are two currents of thought which then give rise to dualism and pluralism of sirri marriage law in Indonesia. First group. states that a marriage/marriage is actually valid if it fulfills the pillars and conditions as stipulated by religious teachings. However, the second group states that even though a marriage/marriage has been carried out in compliance with the pillars and requirements according to religious provisions, it is still considered invalid before the law as long as it has not been registered and authentic evidence of the marriage event has not been obtained.
