The aim of this research is to evaluate the evaluation of equality education programs using the stake method. This research used a qualitative approach, and was carried out at PKBM Sabilul Huda which is located at Kp. Tejakalapa, Sukamukti, Kec. Cisayong, Tasikmalaya Regency. The informants in this research were PKBM Sabilul Huda managers, PKBM Sabilul Huda educators, and student representatives. Data were collected using interviews, documentation and documentation and analyzed using the triangulation model. The research results show that management at PKBM Sabilul Huda is quite good from several aspects such as antecedents (supporting factors), transactions (learning processes), and outcomes (results achieved).

This research aims to test the analysis of the influence of price, promotion, shop atmosphere, and service quality on purchasing decisions at the cake shop, Dapur Daya Tanjungbalai, both partially and simultaneously. This research aims to see whether there is an influence of price, promotion, shop atmosphere and service quality variables on purchasing decisions at the Dapur Daya cake shop. This research uses the Likert scale method. The subjects used in this research were 100 Power Kitchen consumers and were taken using accidental sampling and using the Lemeshow formula. In this research, data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, partial and simultaneous tests. Data analysis techniques using the IBM SPSS statistics 25 program. The results of this research show that overall each partial test states that there is a significant and positive effect between the variables. Based on the results of testing the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R Square value was obtained, namely 0.984 or 98.4%. This means that the influence of the independent variables, namely price, promotion, shop atmosphere and service quality on the dependent variable, namely buyer decisions, is 98.4%. Meanwhile, 1.6% is influenced by other factors not included in the regression model.

This research is quantitative research which aims to determine and test the influence of company size, audit opinion, reputation of public accounting firms and auditor switching. This research uses annual financial report data on transportation and logistics sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2020-2022 period. Testing this research hypothesis uses logistic regression analysis with the SPSS 26 program with a significance level of 5.5% (0.55). The results of this research test state that partially 1) the audit opinion variable has no effect and has a negative value on auditor switching; 2) the public accounting firm's reputation variable has no effect but has a positive value on auditor switching. 3) auditor reputation has no effect and has a negative value on auditor switching and does not affect the condition of the company.  

Abstrak. Dislokasi  Bahu adalah terlepasnya sebuah sendi dari tempatnya yang seharusnya. Nyeri merupakan suatu gejala yang tidak menyenangkan yang dialami oleh pasien dislokasi bahu. Alternatif untuk menurunkan nyeri yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik relaksasi napas dalam. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh teknik relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri pada pasien dislokasi bahu di Rumkital dr. Wahyu Slamet Bitung.Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pre experimental dengan tipe One Group pre test and post test disgn. Sampel diambil berdasarkan jumlah responden sebanyak 12 orang dengan menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara lembar observasi. Selanjutnya data yang telah terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan konputer program SPSS versi 16.0 untuk analisa dengan uji Paired T-test dengan tingkat kemaknaan (α) 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa didapatkan jenis kelamin terbanyak dalam penelitian ini adalah laki-laki sebanyak 9 responden (75.0 %) dengan usia 15-30 tahun sebanyak 6 responden (50.0 %).Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh beda mean kelompok intervensi antara tingkat nyeri sebelum dan sesudah teknik relaksasi napas dalam  sebesar 2.58 dan p=0.000. Nilai p ini lebih kecil dari nilai α=0.05, terdapat pengaruh teknik relaksasi napas dalam terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri pada pasien dislokasi bahu di Rumkital dr.Wahyu Slamet Bitung.   Kata kunci: Relaksasi Napas Dalam, Dislokasi Bahu

This research aims: (1) the mathematical communication abilities of students using the think-talk-write (TTW) cooperative learning model are higher than the mathematical communication abilities of students using conventional learning models in class VIII SMP Negeri 19 Medan, (2) the process of completing answers is created by students in solving problems in the think-talk-write (TTW) cooperative learning model and conventional learning models. This type of research is quantitative research with a Quasi Experimental method. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 19 Medan. The sampling technique in this research used the Purposive Sampling technique, namely class VIII-5 as a class taught using the think-talk-write type cooperative learning model and class VIII-6 as a class taught with a conventional learning model. The data collection instruments were an observation sheet and a test sheet for students' mathematical communication skills in the form of 4 essay questions. Data analysis in this study used a t-Test with the Independent sample t-Test technique with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results of the research showed that the average score for the class taught using the think-talk-write cooperative learning model was 80.1 and the class taught with a conventional learning model of 74.6. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test, from the calculation results it was obtained that tcount was 2.501 and ttable 1.67469, the significance level was 0.016<0.05, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, so it was concluded that students' mathematical communication skills used the cooperative learning model type. think-talk-write is higher than students' mathematical communication skills using conventional learning models. Based on the analysis of the process of students' answers to the mathematical communication skills test, students who received think-talk-write cooperative learning were better than students who received conventional learning.

This study aims to analyse students' improvement on accounting competence through experiential learning. This research uses self-study research method, which is research centered on personal experience and involves deep personal reflection. The results showed that students' experience in internships can encourage students to enrich their understanding of accounting learning and can develop ideal accounting concepts for them based on their internship experience with an experiential learning approach. Thus, an experiential learning approach through an internship program can improve students' accounting competencies.

Social media has also become the backbone as a means of communication in this digital century. This study aims to determine students' perceptions about the extent of the use of social media in helping them learn English. English that is expected to be understood and learned is English in hospitality and also in advertising language. This research is important to find out how students perceive the effectiveness of using social media to support their learning and understanding and creativity in the field of English for Hospitality and in compiling advertising language. A total of 50 students from the English Literature study program of Udayana University will be used as data sources in conducting this research. This research will use qualitative methods with a case study design. The use of questionnaires as well as semi-structured interviews will be carried out in collecting data. In analyzing the data will use a basic statistical model of the results of questionnaires on students. Meanwhile, the results of the interview data will be analyzed with the Flow model from Miles and Huberman.

The focus of this study is to describe the empowerment of rural communities, especially residents learning the equality program at PKBM Mentari, through strawberry cultivation. The method used is a qualitative research method with the type of case study conducted in Kalisodo Village, Wagir. Private business entity workers are one of the segments in JKN participation affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.Research is a qualitative research that aims to explore information about the sustainability of the JKN program for private workers during the Covid-19 pandemic.Variables are explored regarding attitudes towards JKN contributions, attitudes towards health care facilities, attitudes towards BPJS Kesehatan and perceived of behavior control. Data collection was carried out by conducting indepth interviews with 2 people who were representatives of 2 private business entities appointed to manage JKN participation for workers.

Globalization is a new challenge for companies in the implementation of marketing strategy. Due to globalization, companies are required to compete with world class companies that have large capital and higher quality products. Indonesia currently becomes the market target for global companies to enjoy huge profits, while the Indonesian companies lost the competition. This study aims to obtain global marketing strategy for Indonesian companies in Indonesian market. Research method used is descriptive analisys. Merger between adaptation of marketing strategies and standard marketing strategy is appropriate strategy in Indonesian market.

The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of program management and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for equality education pursuing package C at PKBM Setia Budi, Pati Regency. The research method used was qualitative descriptive research with participants: 1 PKBM Chair, 2 PKBM staff, 2 Pursue Package C tutors, 2 learning residents. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity techniques use source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data was analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, as well as conclusions and verification. The results of the research show that the management process of the equality education program pursuing package C at PKBM Setia Budi, Pati Regency is carried out through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. Planning in management includes program planning and implementation plans. Organization in management includes the division of tasks and roles of each administrator. Implementation in management includes the learning process and infrastructure. Supervision in management includes internal supervision and external supervision. Evaluation in management includes program evaluation and learning evaluation. Supporting factors include the community's need for equal education which is still high and there is support from the government and society. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include low levels of student attendance, limited budgets, and inadequate infrastructure. The conclusion from this research is that the implementation process for managing the equality education program pursuing package C includes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. The researcher's suggestion is that the learning media used can be made more innovative and varied so that students are more motivated to attend learning.

The purpose of this activity is to improving environmental literacy in elementary schools. Environmental science literacy is a combination of science concepts and the development of positive attitudes towards nature. This activity was carried out at SDI Watujara, involving students in grades IV, V, V. The method used in this service activity is in the form of situation analysis, socialization approach, problem identification, determining work objectives, implementing activities and evaluating the results of activities. The results of the activity showed an increase in the understanding of SDI Watujara students regarding the conceptions related to the theme of environmental love. The results of this service provide a basis for implementing similar programs in other schools and show the potential of PKM programs in facilitating the development of science literacy and environmental awareness among students. The conclusion of this research is expected to motivate relevant parties to integrate science literacy programs on environmental love at the elementary level to achieve a broader positive impact.

Dispora or Youth and Sports Service is a regional government located in the province or district/city. Dispora has an important role in developing youth potential and advancing the field of sports in a country or certain city district, and its objectives include developing leadership, creativity and youth skills. , as well as increasing achievement and participation in sports activities to support overall Community Health and Development. The general aim of this research is to find out what influences employee/worker loyalty in completing performance programs that will be implemented in the Youth and Sports Department. This research uses a research method with a qualitative approach, where the research carried out is descriptive. The focus of this research is the achievement of work results (performance) of government officials at the Youth and Sports Department in increasing loyalty to performance by analyzing problems, especially regarding employee readiness and response to performance and loyalty. The results of this research are that employee loyalty is one of the keys to the success of a program. performance, so as to reduce the risk of failure in the performance program, suggestions: To increase employee morale and work motivation, leaders should act more wisely, so that appropriate work programs are created.

People with mental disorders (ODGJ) need special attention and support so they can live more independently and prosperously. Individual empowerment is an effective approach to provide support and assistance for ODGJ in improving their psychological well-being and improving the individual's quality of life. This research will explore how ODGJ are able to channel their potential through involvement in batik skills. This research uses a qualitative approach which aims to obtain an overview of individual empowerment through batik skills in improving the psychological well-being of ODGJ at the Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa Social Home 3. Based on the research results, empowering batik skills at PSBLHS3 has a positive impact on the psychological well-being of ODGJ by exploring potential , increase creativity, and form positive attitudes and improve the quality of social relationships. The program provides opportunities for autonomy, self-acceptance, and positive social interactions, thereby improving mental health and overall well-being. Thus, empowering batik skills has helped improve the psychological well-being of ODGJ at the Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa 3 Social Home. Batik skills are an effective means of providing support, empowerment and improving the quality of life for social assistance residents with mental disorders.

The Community Economic Program (EMAS) has an important role in the community, especially to provide support to community groups and individuals who have potential with the aim of increasing income with various efforts, namely providing access to business capital, training, and guidance needed to advance the business. With the current era shifting to digitalization, it is necessary to implement it as a form of mustahik business development. The purpose of the study is to analyze the implementation of the results and impact of business development assistance in the form of financial report assistance and digital marketing on the Community Economy program. This study used field research methods by collecting data through direct observation and focus group discussions. The collected data was analyzed descriptively to identify the success of the implementation of the interventions that have been given to the Community Economic Program (EMAS) KSM Malang. The results showed that this EMAS program can have a positive impact on the development and increase of mustahik business in increasing the number of consumers after being provided with financial report assistance and introducing digital marketing to LMI assisted mustahik.  

Sustainability Development is one of the target to be achieved in order to maintain the sustainability of future generations without reducing the needs of present. One form of sustainable development that is implemented is green building certification to assess the level of efficiency savings that have been made. This study aiming to analyze the application of green building concept in office buildings. Application analysis was carried on on energy, water, and material efficiency aspects using EDGE program issued by IFC (International Finance Coporation) which is ne of the poviders green building certification. The scope used in this study is that this assessment is carried out with the aim of certifiying exsisting building and post construction. Based on the analysis results, it is known that the value of green building implemtation in office building is 16,63% energy savingi, 34,79% water savings  dan 92% material savings

The absence of student textbooks in the new Creative and Entrepreneurial Project subjects in accordance with the current Merdeka Curriculum causes students to be less familiar with Creative and Entrepreneurial Project material. Therefore, researchers developed an Augmented Reality-Based Creative and Entrepreneurial Project Teaching Book. The research conducted is a type of research and development (research and development). The product development model uses the ADDIE model which consists of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The development of textbooks uses augmented reality as a supporting media in textbooks. This research design adapts the One Group Pretest Posttest Design, with data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, and tests. The research subjects involved 28 students of class XI Audio Video Engineering 2 at SMK Negeri 1 Kediri and validators consisting of two lecturers in the Electrical Engineering Education Study Program, and one teacher teaching Creative Projects and Entrepreneurship subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Kediri. The results showed that the level of validity of the textbook in terms of expert assessment was 91% with very valid criteria. The level of practicality of the book in terms of students' responses was 93% with very practical criteria. Learning outcomes with multiple choice tests showed an average pretest score of 64.64, while the average posttest score was 88.04. Based on the Wilcoxon test which shows the difference or increase in pretest and posttest scores has a significance value of 0.000. The significance value of the calculated results thus falls in the H0 rejection area because the significance value of 0.00 <0.05, in other words that the pretest and posttest scores have a significant difference or increase. Based on the calculation and analysis of student learning outcomes data, it can be concluded that the Augmented Reality-Based Creative and Entrepreneurial Project Teaching Book developed is effective in improving student learning outcomes.

This research aims to investigate the level of Subjective Well-Being (Subjective Well-Being) in students who are dating in the university environment. Subjective Well-Being includes the psychological and emotional aspects of a person's life, including happiness, life satisfaction, and positive feelings towards oneself and the surrounding environment. romance This research sample consists of students from various study programs at various semester levels. In addition, this research also tries to identify factors that may affect the level of Subjective Well-Being in the context of romantic relationships. In addition, this research can also contribute to the literature of psychology and human development by providing additional insight into the emotional and psychological dynamics in romantic relationships in the student population.

This research is specifically to find out how the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam, the factors that can influence and factors that can improve teacher performance, are expected. From the results of the study it was stated that the principal's leadership was considered good, but had not had a positive impact on improving teacher performance at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam While the performance of teachers at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam is considered good, but has not run optimally as expected, this is due to the lack of teacher ability in preparing learning tools, especially Learning Implementation Plans, inadequate school facilities and infrastructure, and also the difficulties of teachers in creating educational interactions between students and teachers, as well as the difficulty of creating a conducive classroom. This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty (Case Study at HP IVAN CELL Store Kediri). The variables of this research are Service Quality (X1), Customer Satisfaction (X2) and Customer Loyalty (Y). This study uses quantitative methods using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, literature studies and questionnaires. While the analysis used is, multiple linear regression test. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling with consideration of all consumers of HP IVAN CELL Kediri Store, totaling 86 people. The results of this study using the SPSS 22.0 program using a significant level of 5% or 0.05 with the results (1) partially service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha1 is accepted and. (2) partially customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha2 is accepted. (3) Simultaneously Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha3 is accepted.
