The study of place names is very interesting to research. This happens because the names of these places have different origins. The study of place names can add to our cultural and social insight. Giving place names in some areas of Cibeunying Landeuh cannot be separated from the stories that develop in the community. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with place names as data. This study will describe the origin of place names in Cibeunying Landeuh.

Kota Lama Semarang telah menjadi salah satu daya tarik wisata yang menarik minat wisatawan baik dari dalam kota Semarang maupun luar kota Semarang. Pemerintah Kota Semarang melalui Badan Pengembangan Kawasan Kota Lama Semarang merevitalisasi Kota Lama Semarang sehingga menjadi tempat yang nyaman untuk dikunjungi wisatawan. Selain memperbaiki kondisi fisik, pemerintah juga memperbaiki dan meningkatkan fasilitas di Kota Lama Semarang. Salah satunya adalah dengan menyediakan pemandu wisata yang juga memiliki peran penting dalam kemajuan pariwisata. Dengan demikian ketrampilan seorang pemandu wisata juga harus diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan ketrampilan berbahasa dan teknik kepemaduan para pemandu wisata Kota Lama Semarang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan dan praktek langsung di Kota Lama Semarang. Dengan mengikuti kegiatan ini diharapkan ketrampilan berbahasa dan kepemanduan pemandu wisata Kota Lama Semarang meningkat dan pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan pariwisata di kota Semarang. By participating in this activity, it is hoped that the language skills and guidance of the Semarang Old City tour guide will increase and in the end can increase tourism in the city of Semarang. Sentiment analysis of comments from visitors to tourist attractions and the public on tourist attractions in Sukabumi Regency which is one of the areas with various categories of tourist objects and is a sector of economic income for the surrounding community or for related parties such as the government and managers, in sentiment analysis research This includes using the Nave Bayes classification algorithm to examine the sentiment of tourist visitors and the performance of the classification model used. The data used in this research was taken from the website from Tripadvisor and Google Maps using a crawling technique, which then processed the data by a pre-processing process and then applied a classification to the data and got a sentiment visualization by processing word frequency on tourist visitor sentiment data. The results of the accuracy of the model used were re-tested with the k-fold cross validation method and the results of sentiment visualization got the frequency of words that most often appear on negative sentiment labels are garbage, beaches, lacking, places, roads, parking, dirty, entering, caring, clean , expensive, pay, manage, good and water.

Football School (SSB) is a supporting facility for children who have potential in the field of soccer in order to improve their skills. Football is a large ball game played in teams with a team of 10 players and 1 goalkeeper. In this game, teamwork is an important value that must be possessed to achieve competitive victory. However, along with problems in the form of discrepancies in operational standardization in soccer schools, causing negative public perceptions of the existence of this school. Therefore, a research was conducted to build a decision-making model in determining the choice of soccer schools in accordance with legal standards for children, namely using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is one method that can solve a problem because there is a hierarchy where there are several important aspects, namely Objects, Criteria, Sub Criteria, and Alternatives. By combining data and knowledge, it can increase effectiveness in decision makers. It is hoped that in the future, this research can help the community to support their children in the field of soccer by determining the appropriate soccer school.

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation and work stress on employee performance. The sampling method is purposive sampling method with a sample of 68 respondents. The criteria used in this study are active Gojek drivers, members of the Gojek 24 Yogyakarta community, the second is the main job as a Gojek driver and has no other job. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that compensation had a positive effect, motivation had a positive effect, and work stress had a negative effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that 88.8% of compensation, motivation and work stress variables affect employee performance, while the remaining 11.2% is influenced by other variables not examined.

This research was conducted at Apotek Pelangi Farma Subang, because during the Covid-19 period pharmacies became a very vital business field and were the spearhead between the interests of pharmaceutical supply and the interests of the community to obtain medicines or all kinds of needs to support health. The purpose of this study is to determine the determination of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and how much gross profit is obtained, and whether the profit is optimal. This research uses Descriptive Analysis method by calculating quantitative data and analyzing financial statements and expressed with qualitative data to interpret the results of data calculations. The results of this study indicate that gross profit is a change in deduction from sales minus cost of goods sold. While the cost of goods sold is a calculation of the initial inventory plus purchases minus the final inventory, so that the cost of goods sold from 2018 to 2020 has increased and the profit obtained is optimal.

Financial management ability in terms of financial planning is one of the abilities that must be possessed by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by increasing their financial planning knowledge. The existence of good financial management capabilities can carry out effective, efficient, and useful financial planning, so that business actors are expected to increase the level of welfare in running their business. This community service activity is carried out with the aim that MSME actors have good financial planning knowledge. This community service activity uses the method of material presentation, discussion and question and answer. The result of this activity is that business actors can carry out financial planning on their business activities. By having good financial planning knowledge, business actors in Tiwulandu Village, Brebes are expected to be more advanced, smooth, and prosperous in running their businesses.

Building security is a mandatory requirement that must be met by a building. Before being built, it is necessary to review academic studies and structural analysis in advance regarding the technical requirements of the building whether it meets the standards or not against existing regulations in Indonesia. Currently, the Brebes Regency Education, Youth and Sports Office has an outdoor tennis court that is not yet representative. So it is planned that the field will be upgraded to become a semi-indoor field, by adding a curved roof in the 2022 fiscal year. The purpose of this community service activity is to determine the safety of semi-indoor roof coverings from a structural point of view. The method of activities carried out to achieve the goal of Community Service (PPM) is the method of literature, field surveys, data processing and report preparation.

The Covid-19 pandemic that has been going on since the end of 2019 has had a broad impact on various sectors, one of which is in the transportation sector. If this transportation is carried out using mass transportation or public transportation, then during the Covid-19 pandemic it will make it easier for the virus to spread if these public transport users do not comply with health protocols. Socialization regarding the use of mass transportation in the new normal era has been carried out in various locations and levels of society. In general, people still do not understand about this new normal era, so many do not comply with health protocols. This social service activity aims to provide insight to the community, especially groups of young high school students in using mass transportation in the new normal era. It is hoped that the teenagers can increase their awaraness of implementing health protocols so that they can reduce the spread of the virus that causes the Covid-19 pandemic.

Activities in improving literacy of scientific article writing by the KIR of SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung aims to encourage students in scientific article writing activities towards journal publications which so far have not been carried out, because writing skills are not obtained naturally through the process of practicing and continuing to learn. The training methods carried out include questionnaires, brainstorming, introduction of several writing tools, systematic deepening of writing good scientific articles, and evaluation. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding and motivation of students and coaches about the importance of publishing articles that have a good impact on themselves, school and community. So three articles that are ready to be written and published in journals, a coaching clinic series that is needed is assistance to encourage the quantity and improve the quality of writing by direct practice.  

The religious, cultural, and ethnic diversity of Indonesia is well-known. Differences in understanding, nationality, and religion are frequently the primary causes of existing difficulties, to name just a few. This study sought to ascertain the relationship between eighth-grade students at SMP Royal Wells Middle School's knowledge and understanding of Islam and the Pancasila ideals. This study used a quantitative research method using a correlational approach. Understanding of Pancasila values is variable Y in this study, while Islamic religious knowledge is variable X. The population of this study consisted of 20 students, and the method of data collection used in it was distributing a questionnaire to eighth-graders at Royal Wells Middle School. The findings revealed a moderate link between Pancasila ideals and knowledge and understanding of Islam. Students can thus use the information on religious values and Pancasila both in the context of the classroom and in the community.  

This study aims to assist a non-profit organization in compiling financial reporting automatically through the application of a simple financial reporting system. Orphanage or LKSA is an institution engaged in the social sector which is a non-profit entity. A non-profit organization is an organization that is engaged in community services that does not aim to make a profit (profit) but in its activities also requires funds for its operations so that it requires a financial report. Like other types of non-profit organizations, LKSAs are also required to be able to present reports in an accountable and transparent manner. This research was conducted at LKSA Ananda Seva Dharma which was started by conducting a situation analysis regarding the need for a simple financial application. Furthermore, the researchers designed a simple excel-based financial reporting system and implemented it in the process of preparing LKSA financial reports. The results of the study shows that a simple financial application that has been designed can be used by LKSA Ananda Seva Dharma for the preparation of financial statements so that the preparation of financial statements can be done more easily and efficiently. In addition, the financial statements produced are in accordance with non-profit accounting standards and describe the financial condition of LKSAs in full, so that accountability for the resources provided can be better described through these financial statements.  

This article analyzes the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) in Indonesia during the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) in 2021. PPKM is a government regulation to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. Before the implementation of PPKM, the government had implemented large-scale social restrictions implemented in several regions in Indonesia. The policy implemented by the government is considered to have an impact on the decline in people's purchasing power, which has just shown recovery and has an impact on several sectors of the stock market in Indonesia. It is necessary to analyze to determine the effect of implementing community activities on the joint-stock price index in 2021. This study uses an exploratory descriptive type of research. Observations were made by analyzing the composite stock price index (IHSG). Based on the results of the discussion that has been analyzed, it can be concluded that during the implementation of restrictions on community activities (PPKM) the IHSG value tends to experience a difference every month but shows a positive trend which closed at the level of 6,600.68, which was an increase of 10.4 percent compared to the 2020 closing position. which is at 5,979.07.

This study aims to determine the ritual process and the meaning and values ​​contained in the traditional mappadendang party. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods, namely research that describes situations directly in the research place. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the process of the traditional mappadendang party ritual in Soppeng Regency is very structured and neatly arranged. Starting from determining the day of implementation and the duration or length of time for implementation. After the process of determining the time is complete, the family who will carry out the traditional party begins to arrange the arrangement of the mappadendang traditional party. This research is a quantitative research type. Aims to determine the effect of employee discipline and supervision on employee performance at the Maluku Province Community and Village Empowerment Office against the background of problems regarding employee performance that have not been maximized. The sample in this study amounted to 41 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis models, and classical assumption tests. The results of this study indicated that the effect of employee discipline on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.3%. The effect of supervision on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.5%. Simultaneously, employee discipline and supervision made an effective contribution of 71% to employee performance, and 29% was influenced by other variables not examined by researchers. This is seen based on the value obtained from data processing using the SPSS version 26 application, which showed that the significance value (sig) of the T test and F test is smaller than the probability value of 0.05. In improving employee performance, of course, other variables are needed to encourage better employe performance.

The PKM team with partners from Umbul Helau developed the concept of urban farming with aquaponics technology where hydroponic plant cultivation and integrated fish cultivation in the form of budikdamber. The activity purpose is to build the concept and introduce it to the community. The method used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), focusing on land assets owned by partners to be developed by building this urban farming activity. The stages are carried out starting from the time planning,, division of tasks, provision of materials, land preparation and cultivation of budikdamber media, seed distribution, control and evaluation. The results obtained are very encouraging where the plant has been harvested and with packaging that is sold and has economic value, catfish is growing and will harvest in the near future. In addition, education about this concept introduces to the elementary school (SD) students and teachers with a positive response.
