ABSTRAKMotivasi merupakan proses mempengaruhi atau mendorong dari luar maupun dari dalam terhadap seseorang atau kelompok kerja agar mereka mau melaksanakan sesuatu yang telah ditetapkan. Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepada karyawan. BRI Syariah KC Denpasar mempunyai strategi untuk bisa berbaur dengan masyarkat di Bali dengan memperkerjakan karyawan non muslim supaya nasabah yang non muslim bisa menerima BRI Syariah itu sendiri. Penelitian ini fokus tentang: 1. Bagaimana motivasi karyawan non muslim di PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. 2. Bagaimana kinerja karyawan non muslim di PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1. Untuk mengetahui motivasi karyawan non muslim di PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. 2. Untuk mengetahui kinerja karyaman non muslim di PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang berbentuk kalimat, kata, atau gambar berdasarkan hasil pendekatan secara langsung melaui metode wawancara secara langsung atau secara online mengenai motivasi dan kinerja karyawan non muslim yang dipraktekan di BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. Wawancara ini dilakukan kepada para informan dalam hal ini adalah pemimpin perusahaann dan karyawan non muslim di BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. Hasil yang diperoleh: 1. Adanya dorongan dari luar untuk menumbuhkan semangat dalam bekerja yang diberikan oleh perusahaann seperti gaji yang sesuai, harapan yang terpenuhi dan bonus bagi karyawan yang berpestasi akan manambah semangat bekerja karyawan non muslim di BRI Syariah KC Denpasar dan menghasilkan karyawan yang memiliki kinerja lebih baik lagi. 2. Apabila Kinerja karyawan non muslim baik dalam bekerja maka tujuan BRI Syariah KC Denpasar akan terwujud yaitu menjadi perbankan yang rahmatal lil ‘alamin.   ABSTRACTMotivation is the process of influencing or encouraging from outside or from within a person or work group so that they are willing to carry out something that has been determined. The objectives of this study are 1. To determine the motivation of non-Muslim employees at PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. 2. To find out the performance of non-Muslim employees at PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. This type of research uses a qualitative approach in the form of sentences, words, or images based on the results of the direct approach through direct or online interviews regarding the motivation and performance of non-Muslim employees practiced at BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. These interviews were conducted with informants, in this case, company leaders and non-Muslim employees at BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. The results obtained: 1. The encouragement from outside to foster enthusiasm for work given by the company such as appropriate wages, fulfilled expectations and bonuses for high-performing employees will increase the enthusiasm for work of non-Muslim employees at BRI Syariah KC Denpasar and produce employees who have even better performance. 2. If the performance of non-Muslim employees is good at work, the goal of BRI Syariah KC Denpasar will be realized, namely to become a banking that is rahmatal lil 'alamin.

Leadership is an activity used to influence the behavior of other people so that they are willing to be directed to achieve certain goals, one of which is improving the performance of nursing services. Performance is an effort made from the results of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization in accordance with their respective authorities. This research method uses an analytical observational research design with a cross sectional study approach. The research population was all nurses at the Ridge Community Health Center, totaling 55 people with a sample size of 55 people, the sampling technique used total sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The research results showed that the majority of respondents were women (72.7%) with a D3 education (76.4%) aged 21-30 years (40.0%) with a length of work of 1-10 years (52.7%). The results of statistical tests show that there is no relationship between authoritarian (p=0.185) and democratic (p=0.128) leadership styles on nurse performance. Meanwhile, there is a relationship between participative leadership style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) on nurse performance. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that at the Ridge Community Health Center, the Participative Leadership Style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) are implemented, resulting in greater performance of good nurses compared to less good performance of nurses.

Early marriage is a phenomenon that still occurs frequently, especially in communities with rural cultures. And especially in village communities that uphold religious values, as is the case in the community of Sumberjambe District, Jember Regency. Sumberjambe itself is an area in Jember Regency which is close to the forestry area and is located under the slopes of Mount Raung. The review used in this research is the maqashid sharia theory in order to obtain an objective conclusion. The aim of this research is to determine the factors behind the occurrence of early marriage in Sumberjambe District and analyze the views of religious leaders regarding early marriage from a maqashid sharia perspective. The approach used in this research is a descriptive-qualitative approach with the type of field research. And the results of this research are among the first, it was found that several factors were behind the occurrence of early marriage in Sumberjambe District, including economic factors, in this case there were several parents who wanted to immediately let go of their children in the hope of reducing the cost of living in the family. Then there is the promiscuity factor, many people think that communication using social media makes teenagers free from parental supervision, resulting in out-of-wedlock pregnancies and marriage is the solution.

This study aims to determine the impact of the servant leadership of lecturers on student satisfaction in accounting lectures online. The servant leadership style has five dimensions including altruistic calling, emotional healing, wisdom, persuasive mapping, and organizational stewardship. This study uses a population of all Accounting students from one of the tertiary institutions in Semarang. Samples were obtained by random means with a sample size of 100 respondents obtained from calculations using the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. This research obtained the result that the research model was stated well. Partially, only the wisdom and persuasive mapping variables that influence student satisfaction in accounting online-based lectures. While the other three independent variables, namely altruistic calling, emotional healing, and organizational stewardship, were not proven to affect student satisfaction. The limitation of this research is that the scope of the object used is limited, so it is expected that further research can expand the object, namely various universities in Semarang to be examined.  Keywords: Servant leadership, satisfaction, accounting lectures

Especially when there are unexpected problems, but because so far the system used is still the old system and is less efficient and often errors in writing the nominal amount and also requires a long time in data processing so that makes the Administration part of the problem. With the advancement of modern technology that is the computer in an information system today is expected to provide effectiveness and efficiency in data processing and minimize the error rate in the processing system. The procedures that will be processed between SPP Payment, SPI and Practice fees using the Microsoft Visual Basic Application System and using the Microsoft Office Access database system.With the new system, it is hoped that conducting transactions in the SOKO Midwifery ACADEMY TNGGAL SEMARANG can be utilized as well as possible and used as much as possible by all groups of leaders and other employees especially the financial administration division so that it can simplify each transaction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influence of budgeting participation and budget goal characteristics on managerial performance with a non-physical work environment as moderation. Population variables in this study are all leaders and financial officers in private vocational schools in the city of Semarang listed in the structure of the division of school work in 2016 which amounted to 14 vocational high schools and each was taken by 3 people so that there were 42 respondents, while the sampling technique used the census method. Data analysis method used is Regression Moderation Analysis (MRA) Hypothesis 1 test results note that the value of t arithmetic = 3.012> t table = 1.694 with a number of significance = 0.003 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H1) that participation budgeting has a positive effect. on proven managerial job performance. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.567 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the higher the participation in budgeting, the higher the managerial performance. Hypothesis 2 testing is known that the value of t = 2.723> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.010 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H2) that the characteristics of the budgetary objectives have a positive effect on managerial performance of the work proved. Stepwise coefficient = 0.279 (benchmark), can be interpreted more clearly the characteristics of the managerial level budget objectives. Testing hypothesis 3 is known that the value of t 2.484> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.026 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H3) that the work environment is not moderate, moderate moderate positive positive effect on budget participation on managerial work performance proven. Testing hypothesis 4 is known that the value of t arithmetic 2.333> t table = 1.694 with the number of significance = 0.032 <α = 0.05 (significance nt). Thus the hypothesis (H4) that the non-physical work environment positively influences the characteristics of budgetary goals on proven managerial work performance. Interaction test results show β4 = 0.163 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the existence of a non-physical work environment that is conducive will strengthen the influence of the characteristics of the budget objectives on managerial work performance. Abstrak Lahan yang ditempati Warga Kampung Bugis merupakan tanah yang telahdihibahkan oleh Raja Pemecutan pada warga Desa Serangan, dan mereka menempatisudah generasi keempat. Sebelum eksekusi, telah dilakukan dialog dan negosiasi,tetapi warga Kampung Bugis tetap bertahan. Keadaan tersebut mengakibatkanterjadinya penggusuran. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka perlu adanya bantuanpendampingan dalam mengatasi anak-anak yang mengalami trauma pascapenggusuran; meminimalkan kondisi kesehatan pasca penggusuran; memulihkankondisi kesejahteraan pasca penggusuran. Prioritas dampingan bertujuan untukmengurangi dari keterpurukan; membantu menumbuhkan dampak sosial yang hilang,sebelum dan setelah penggusuran, khususnya dalam kohesi sosial.Strategi yang digunakan dalam pendampingan ini adalah strategi komunitasmarginal/ mustadh’afin. Pendampingan bagi masyarakat dalam kategori komunitasyang lemah ekonomi, tergantung pada orang lain, dan tidak memiliki tempat tinggalpermanen. Sedangkan pendekatan dengan partisipatoris, melibatkan partisipasimasyarakat secara penuh dan aktif dalam keseluruhan proses riset.Pendampingan ini dapat membantu warga yang tergusur dalam mengatasipermasalahan yang dihadapi. Warga tergusur saling membantu dalam mengatasitrauma anak, meningkatkan kesehatan, dan mendapatkan tempat tinggal layak.Kelayakan tempat tinggal sudah mendapatkan respon dari pihak pemerintah, tinggalmenunggu surat resmi tempat tinggal yang akan mereka dapatkan sesuai kesepakatanantar warga pengungsi, tokoh adat, tokoh masyarakat, dan pemerintah.   Abstract Kampung Bugis’s people have beenliving in Serangan Village. The landwasgranted by King of Pemecutan. They have living for fourth generation. Theyhave doing dialogue and negosiation before execution, but Kampung Bugis’s peoplewas keep stay in their land. Based on it, resultingchanges in the economy, patterns ofbehavior, and loss of residence.It is necessary to provide assistance in trauma healingwho experience post-eviction trauma; minimize post-eviction health conditions;restore post-eviction welfare conditions. The target priority is to reduce deterioration;helping to foster lost social impacts, before and after eviction, especially in socialcohesion.Marginal community strategy/mustadh'afin isthe strategy have use in thismentoring. Mentoring for the community in the category of economically weakcommunities, depends on others, and does not have a permanent residence. Whereasthe approach of this study is participatory, involving full and active communityparticipation in the entire research process.This mentoring can help displaced people in overcoming the problems faced.Evicted residents help each other in overcoming child trauma, improve health, andget a decent place to live. The feasibility of a place of residence has received aresponse from the government, just waiting for the official residence letter that theywill get as agreed between refugee residents, traditional leaders, community leaders,and the government.

Semarang Mini Iron Shop has 5 employees and a leader. Mini Iron Stores Semarang do the buying and selling process wholesale with various customers, the majority of which are small traders or retailers. In running its business, Semarang Mini Iron Shop still conducts conventional buying and selling transactions using a sales memorandum. This allows duplicate data to occur due to repeated customer and supplier data writing. Based on the above problems, the author wants to propose a multiuser-based inventory system design to be taken into consideration in helping to speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed at the Semarang Mini Iron Store in the form of inventory reports, sales level reports and daily income reports in the form of an application Inventory system in Semarang Mini Iron Shop using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

SAI APPAREL SEMARANG, the authors try to develop a system in accordance with the needs needed, namely by changing the data processing program inventory system (inventory) that is still using a manual system into a computerized inventory processing program (inventory) based on computerized programming language microsoft visual basic. This change aims to adjust the needs. The use of a computerized inventory system (inventory) in a company or office plays an important role. Because with the presence of a computerized system the data taken and made will be more precise and accurate, while the existing system at PT. SAI APPAREL SEMARANG still uses a manual system so reports that will be given to the leaders are slow.

The existence of the phenomenon of teacher performance degradation,can be seen fromteachers who do not do their job properly, the teachers whoteach only highly educated butless attention function. Improved performance canbe achieved by improving teachers' leadership style of principals and schoolwork climate. Therefore, the central issue in thisstudy is how much influence theprincipal's leadership style and school climate work onteacher performance.Thisstudy aims to analyze the influence of principal leadership style on teacherperformance and school climate effects work on teacher performance. Thehypothesis is that there is a positive effect between: the principal's leadershipstyle on teacher performance and the climate of the school work on teacherperformance.This study belongs to the kind of quantitative research using the surveymethod and descriptive analytic approach. The samples used were from allpopulation of 50 teachers SMA/SMKBina Nusantara Semarang. Techniquesof data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is thePearson product moment correlation, determination, and multiple linearregression. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is processed and theninterpreted, analyzed, and described according to the problem andresearchobjectives.Based on the results of this study concluded that theprincipal's leadership style and school climate is partially working (people) onthe performance of teachers.

This study aims to determine the level of financial health in Rachma Jaya Savings and Loans cooperatives by using the CAMEL method of financial health research models that serve as benchmarks for cooperative inspection objects conducted by supervisors. The subjects in this study were the leadership of KOSPIN accounting department, the object of the research was analyzing financial statements such as the Profit and Loss report, Balance Sheet Reports, Cash Transaction Reports and Journals on KOSPIN during each period. This research is a type of descriptive research by means of which financial statements are used. For data collection techniques using documentation. Analysis of the data used is the CAMEL.CAMEL analysis itself consists of five criteria, namely Capital (Capital), Asset (Assets), Management (Management), Earning (Rentability), Liquidity (Liquidity). The results showed that the level of financial health that would indicate favorable or detrimental conditions for cooperatives. In this study, the results obtained in the 2017 period were 74.3. These results are in the numbers 60-80 on the accuracy of the predicate, so Rachma Jaya Semarang savings and loan cooperatives are included in the category HEALTHY ENOUGH. Then this indicator needs to be improved again so that all indicators on financial performance, especially those related to the level of health of the cooperative's financial well maintained.So this research resulted in Accounting Information System for Savings and Loans Cooperatives Using the Camel Method as a Health-Based Analysis of the Cooperative web-based (Case Study of Rachma Jaya Cooperative).

This study explores the relevance of women’s position in leadership within the contemporary context by considering the roles of women throughout history as well as the values underlying perspectives on leadership in modern society. Through a critical analysis of biblical texts, particularly in the Old Testament, this journal seeks to understand how female figures in the Bible, namely Deborah, Ruth, and Esther, influence perceptions of women in leadership. The findings of this study provide profound insights into the relevance and challenges faced by women in pursuing leadership careers in the contemporary era. In the modern context, women still face a number of challenges that hinder their progress in attaining leadership positions. Some of these challenges include gender inequality. The importance of gender equality in the modern context can also be seen from the relevance previously mentioned regarding the position of women in contemporary leadership. This study highlights the importance of understanding and encouraging women’s participation in leadership as an integral part of creating a just, inclusive, and sustainable society. Gender equality is not only about providing equal rights to all individuals, but also about recognizing and appreciating the diverse contributions of all people, regardless of gender.

After analyzed obtained value tcount X1(1.396)> ttable (2.03), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted the conclusion ofwork motivation variable and has no effect and not significant on employeeperformance.4. AbstractsElection becomes a means of the process of democratization that must be conducted directly, publicly, freely, undisclosely, reliable and fairness. Based on the above norms, especially for the local election, it is hoped that a responsible and potential capable local leader/chief and/or vice local leader/chief will emerge. Yet, there are many disappointed incidents that need to be concerned during and after the election complete, such as the fight between supporters’ candidates, the unfair ballot counting, money politics and other dirty tricks. Those proved that the rules of law are still neglected during the local election. Considering that negligence, it is necessary (a) to recover the article 581 UU Number 32/2004 (b) to compromise between the law assurance, justice and benefits, and (c) to educate people about the culture of law, especially for the culture of personal law to be the open culture of law.
