The study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement and job satisfaction on employee performance population and civil registration service in Toraja. The object of this research is population and civil registration service in Toraja. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis,to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 22 application. The population in this study is government employees population and civil registration service in Toraja as many as 44 respondents. Research shows that Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on performance. By testing the coefficient of determination, a value of 0,433 is obtained, which means 43,3%. Performance variables can be explained by the variables Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction while the remaining 56,7% is explained by other variables.

Senam hamil merupakan terapi latihan gerak dan salah satu kegiatan dalam pelayanan selama kehamilan atau prenatal care yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan ibu hamil secara fisik dan mental saat menghadapi persalinan agar persalinan normal dapat berlangsung dengan cepat, aman, dan spontan. Kelenturan otot – otot dinding perut dan dasar panggul dapat mengurangi risiko ruptur (robekan) perineum. Ruptur perineum merupakan perlukaan pada jalan lahir yang terjadi pada proses persalinan pervaginam, ruptur perineum ini disebabkan pada saat persalinan perineum mengalami tekanan yang kuat dan mengalami peregangan yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya ruptur perineum yang disertai dengan adanya perlukaan vagina dengan derajat ruptur yang bervariasi (Syamsiah dan Rosita Malinda, 2018). Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh di Puskesmas Talang Kabupaten Tegal jumlah persalinan pada bulan Januari – Oktober 2022 adalah sebanyak 121 orang dan 34 (28%) ibu bersalin mengalami ruptur perineum pada saat persalinan pervaginam. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan dengan metode wawancara pada tanggal 01 Maret 2023 dengan 10 ibu hamil di Desa Bengle Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kaladawa Kabupaten Tegal menyatakan bahwa keseluruhan ibu hamil 100% belum pernah melakukan senam hamil selama kehamilan dan saat posyandu tidak di ajarkan senam hamil. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang senam hamil. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pada tanggal 06 Maret 2023  di Balai Desa Bengle Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kaladawa Kabupaten Tegal sebanyak 30 ibu hamil dengan metode demonstrasi dan penyuluhan terkait senam hamil. Hasil dari pengabdian adalah ibu hamil  sangat antusias dan memberikan respon  positif terkait informasi senam hamil dengan alat bantu lembar balik dan leafleat.

This study was conducted because several problems were identified where supervision carried out by the leadership was still not optimal. This is evidenced by the existence of violations committed by both those being supervised and those supervising. In addition, slightly loose supervision does not rule out the possibility of violations of the main duties and functions of inspectorate employees. Employee work motivation still fluctuates in the sense that it is not optimal. This can be seen from the attendance records and completion of work targets that are not in accordance with the time that has been determined. The performance of the Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate seems to be slowing down, many jobs are not completed on time and the targets that have been determined. Of course, it cannot be denied that with few personnel, and the implementation of supervision that must be carried out throughout the district, it certainly has an effect on all jobs that must be completed. The aim is to determine the effect of leadership supervision and work motivation on the performance of inspectorate employees in Pangandaran Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions were obtained. Supervision of the leadership of the Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate tends to be very high, as well as employee performance which tends to be high. This provides a fairly strong relationship between leadership supervision and employee performance. The calculation results show that leadership supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work motivation of Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate employees tends to be very high, as well as employee performance which tends to be high. This provides a fairly strong relationship between employee work motivation and employee performance. The calculation results show that employee work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study was initiated because of the problem of decreasing employee work motivation. So the purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of educational background on work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service. To determine and analyze the effect of employee placement on work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. Based on the results of the study and discussion, the following conclusions were obtained: Educational background tends to be quite strong, and work motivation tends to be quite strong, so the effect of educational background on work motivation is quite strong. This means that if the educational background is strong enough, work motivation will also increase quite strongly. Employee placement tends to be quite strong, and work motivation tends to be quite strong. The effect of employee placement on work motivation is in the category of quite strong. This means that if employee placement is strong enough, work motivation will also increase quite strongly. Educational background and employee placement have a positive relationship with the work motivation of the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service which is quite strong. While the effect of educational background and employee placement on work motivation is in the category of quite strong. This study was initiated because of the problem of decreasing employee work motivation. So the purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of employee status on employee work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service. To determine and analyze the effect of employee status and employee competence on employee work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service, the method used in this study is quantitative descriptive research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions are obtained. Employee status has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service. This shows that if employee status increases, employee work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service will increase. Employee competence has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service. This shows that if employee competence continues to increase, employee work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service will increase. Employee status and employee competence have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service. If the employee status and employee competency are implemented properly, then employee work motivation at the Pangandaran Regency Agriculture Service will increase.

The evaluation of trainer performance plays a critical role in maintaining the quality and reputation of LKP Bina Karya Mandiri as a non-formal training institution. This study aims to assess trainer performance objectively using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as part of a Decision Support Sistem (DSS). A descriptive-quantitative approach was employed through a case study involving five trainers: Wasito, Diah Rita Sari, Ahmad Jayadi, Bayu Adi Guna, and Komarudin. Data were collected through observation and surveys based on four primary criteria: Material Mastery, Teaching Methods, Participant Satisfaction, and Discipline, each assigned a predetermined weight. The findings indicate that the SAW method effectively transforms performance data into a structured and interpretable ranking. Based on preference value calculations, Bayu Adi Guna achieved the highest score of 0.935, followed by Wasito, Komarudin, Ahmad Jayadi, and Diah Rita Sari. These results demonstrate that SAW is a reliable tool for supporting decision-making in trainer performance evaluation. The implications of this study suggest that training institutions can adopt SAW to enhance objectivity, transparency, and efficiency in performance assessments, thereby strengthening human resource management practices.

Etika memiliki peran yang penting dalam kehidupan manusia, terutama dalam konteks kehidupan kontemporer yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis.  Etika juga berhubungan erat dengan konsep moralitas, yang merupakan seperangkat norma, nilai, dan keyakinan yang mengatur perilaku manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif berupa tinjauan literatur terbaru. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari sumber-sumber tertulis seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, artikel, dan dokumen lainnya yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil kajian literatur, terdapat berbagai macam prinsip etika yang berkembang dalam kehidupan kontemporer, seperti utilitarianisme, deontologi, etika hak asasi manusia, etika lingkungan, dan etika profesional. Konflik moral sering terjadi dalam kehidupan kontemporer, baik dalam lingkungan kerja, kehidupan pribadi, maupun dalam konteks sosial dan politik. Konflik moral dapat disebabkan oleh perbedaan nilai atau prinsip etika yang berbeda antara individu atau kelompok, serta situasi yang kompleks dan sulit dipahami. Tantangan dalam kehidupan kontemporer menuntut individu untuk memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang prinsip-prinsip etika dan kemampuan untuk menerapkannya dalam situasi yang kompleks.

The Ciptaker Law functions to increase investment and create new jobs, but is controversial because of workers' rights. Analysis of the relationship between the Ciptaker Law and employee welfare needs to pay attention to the concept of Competency-Based Employment, which allows companies to appoint and terminate employment based on employee capabilities and performance. However, this threatens the rights of employees, especially regarding termination and wages. The Ciptaker Law also expands the types of work for foreign workers in Indonesia. Even though it can increase investment and create jobs, the Ciptaker Law has the potential to reduce employee wages and make it easier for companies to terminate employment. The implementation of the Ciptaker Law needs to be closely monitored and evaluate especially in terms of protecting employee rights so that this Law can improve welfare and decent employment opportunities. KSPPS BMT NU of East Java, which is a non-bank financial institution, has the task of gathering and channeling the financing, especially in Lenteng sub-district. As one of the institutions that has an important role in funding, the employees of KSPPS BMT NU East Java, Lenteng branch have duties and responsibilities, as well as the goal of each period to be able to gather or give funding to the community. Of course, it is not easy. Therefore, the leadership factor is very necessary to motivate the employees to carry out the tasks and responsibilities has been given. The purpose of this research is to analyze the styles of Islamic leadership applied and also to find out how the styles of leadership can improve the motivation of the employees of KSPP BMT NU East Java, Lenteng branch. This research used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used observation methods, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research, the Islamic leadership style applied in KSPPS BMT NU East Java, Lenteng branch is a typology of the democratic leadership style. The style is quite good in improving the motivation of employees. It can be proved by the presence of a harmonious, open working environment as well as by giving good motivation and appreciation to the employees.

This study aims to determine work flexibility and employee commitment to employee turnover of PT. Tri Jaya Tunggal Makassar. The research method used is a statistical analysis method using SPSS 21 (Statistical Program For Social Science). The data used is in the form of quantitative data, the data obtained is in the form of a questionnaire method, namely by distributing questions (questionnaires) that have been compiled and refer to the variables studied in PT. Tri Jaya Tunggal Makassar. The results showed that the independent variables, namely work flexibility (X1) and employee commitment (X2) had no influence on the dependent variable, namely employee turnover. From the results of the work flexibility reliability test (X1) with a value of 0.621 > 0.60 and for the employee commitment variable (X2) with a value of 0.788 > 0.60 while for the employee turnover variable (Y) 0.891 > 0.60, the three variables are reliable or consistent if measured repeatedly.

This study analyzes work posture in cigarette manufacturing at PT Wan Tobacco Cigarette using the Standard Nordic Questionnaire (SNQ) and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) methods. Manual handling work has the potential to cause health risks due to physical loads and non-ergonomic postures. PT Wan Tobacco Cigarette faces problems with ergonomic risky work activities, especially in the cigarette manufacturing machine section, with worker complaints such as muscle fatigue and health problems in the hands, upper arms, back and neck. The SNQ method is used to identify complaints on the employee's body parts, while the REBA method is used to analyze work posture as a whole. This study focuses on assessing work posture when transferring tobacco to cigarette making machines. The REBA method was chosen because of the complexity and dynamics of employee activities. This research is expected to contribute to improving workers' posture to make it more ergonomic and help PT Wan Tobacco Cigarette control the risk of health problems caused by ergonomic factors. By identifying work posture problems and employee complaints, companies can implement changes in the design of work methods and work stations that are more ergonomic to improve worker comfort and welfare.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan kinerja karyawan terhadap fasilitas kantor pada PT. ATOZ MANDIRI PERKASA. Untuk mengetahui pentingnya fasilitas kantor dalam meningkatkan kinerja kartyawan pada PT. ATOZ MANDIRI PERKASA. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dengan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan data yang dilakukan melalui survey, dan pengamatan. Subyek penelitian 10 karyawan pada perusahaan PT. ATOZ MANDIRI PERKASA. Hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan peneliti menunjukan Fasilitas kantor memiliki dampak yang baik dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Perusahaan PT. ATOZ MANDIRI PERKASA. Hal ini mengindikasi perusahaan untuk lebih memperhatikan dan memahami pemberian fasilitas apa yang yang diperlukan dan dibutuhkan guna menunjang keberlangsungan kinerja kerja karyawan, maka dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai.

The purpose of this study is to discuss how a servant leader is an honest, responsible leader and can delegate tasks to his subordinates. Higher education rectors in implementing servant leadership can also increase the satisfaction and performance of the lecturers they lead. Work discipline can encourage the creation of satisfaction and performance of lecturers in tertiary institutions. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the impact of work discipline, compensation, servant leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of lecturers at the Indonesian Muslim University. This study used a quantitative approach with a total of 52 respondents as research subjects. Methods of data processing using path analysis (path analysis) and descriptive statistical methods. From the results of the study it was concluded that servant leadership does not have an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, the greater the compensation, the greater the employee morale, work discipline has a positive effect on job satisfaction, servant leadership has a positive effect on lecturer performance, discipline work has a positive effect on lecturer performance, and job satisfaction has no effect on lecturer performance..

Writing this thesis aims to determine the effect of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. The problem encountered in this study is the lack of a sense of mutual support in doing work as a team.                The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga? While the purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga? The hypothesis put forward is that there is an influence of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. The population in this study amounted to 525 people consisting of employees and contract employees, the sample in this study were 84 people. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis.                The results of the study found that work conflict and workload can affect employee performance at PT. It is known that Timber Sibolga has a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.605. Work conflict and workload together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. Where is the Fcount > Ftable value (61.931> 3.11). Partially, work conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. Where the value of tcount = (5.461) is greater than the value of ttable (1.989), Partially the most dominant workload affects performance, meaning that the workload variable is more decisive in improving employee performance compared to work conflict. Where the value of tcount = (8.886) > ttable value (1.989 ). Multiple linear regression equation Y = 11.315 + 0.315X1 + 0.511X2 employee performance shows a positive direction. It is recommended for companies to always try to control conflicts that occur in employees, namely by providing solutions to every problem that occurs in employees.

  The organization is a means or tool for achieving goals, as a vehicle (vehicle) for the activities of workers who work together in their efforts to achieve goals. These goals certainly differ from one another, for example, they can be in the form of social services, education improvement, career development and so on. Every activity carried out by an organization certainly requires various resources, such as capital, materials, and machinery. Existing resources will be meaningless if not managed properly. To manage it requires other resources, namely, human resources. The formulation of the problem in this study is the formulation of whether work involvement and division of labor jointly affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government? This study aims to determine how much influence work involvement and division of labor have on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The temporary hypothesis is that work involvement and division of labor have a joint effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The population is 85 people and is used as a sample. Data collection techniques using library research and field research. The results of the study show that the variables of work involvement and division of labor can affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government by 54.2%. Work involvement and division of labor jointly or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value (38.510 > 3.11). Partially, work involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the value of tcount = (2.373) is greater than the value of ttable (1.992), Partially the most dominant division of labor affects employee performance, meaning that the variable of division of labor is more decisive in improving employee performance compared to work involvement. Where the value of tcount = (4.453) is greater than the value of ttable (1.995).

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether work ethics and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Sibolga Sambas District Office. This study aims to determine the effect of work ethics and work motivation on employee performance at the Sibolga Sambas District Office. The sample in this study were all employees of Sibolga Sambas District, totaling 87 (eighty seven) people. The data analysis technique in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate: work ethics partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Work ethics and work motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Workload, Work Communication, Work Environment, on Employee Morale in the Cold Storage Industry in Juwana City. This study used a nonprobability sampling research method with a purposive sampling method. The population used in this study were all employees working in the Cold Storage Industry in Juwana City and the sample used was 110 employees. This study uses a nonprobability sampling research method with a purposive sampling method (saturated sampling). Data analysis in this study used the technique of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) program. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables Workload, Work Communication, Work Environment, have a direct effect on Employee Morale. The Variable of Work Communication partially has no positive and significant effect on Employee Morale. Variables Workload, Work Communication, work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Morale in the Cold Storage Industry in Juwana City.

This study discusses the Analysis of Security Management Systems: K3 and Workload at PT XYZ. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of work risks that have occurred to those that have not occurred at PT XYZ. By knowing the level of risk, PT XYZ's management takes policies to avoid work risks that affect operational activities and company profits. The object of this research is all employees of PT XYZ. In carrying out security management in the form of risk analysis, researchers used a five (5) scale likelihood matrix table. Then the data from the assessment results were inputted into Microsoft Excel, so that researchers could find out the risk level of each activity at PT XYZ. The number of activities used in the assessment is twelve (12) activities or jobs, starting from employees entering the company area until employees leave or leave the company area. The results of this assessment are: 1) Occupational Safety and Health (K3) has an effect on the Security Management System at PT XYZ; 2) Workload affects the Security Management System at PT XYZ; and 3) K3 and Workload affect the Security Management System at PT XYZ simultaneously.
