Urban development has resulted in an increase in impermeable surfaces, increasing the risk of runoff inundating the road network. This situation occurs in the drainage system on Jl. Letjend S. Parman, Jl. Emo Kurniaatmaja, and Jl. Pulau Banda, Pasirkareumbi Village, Subang Regency. This study aims to evaluate the hydraulic performance of existing channels and develop redesign guidelines to reduce the risk of local flooding. The methods used include hydrological analysis of daily maximum rainfall data from the Subang rainfall station, rainfall frequency analysis using the Generalized Extreme Value (GEV) distribution, Intensity-Duration-Frequency (IDF) curves, and hydrological and hydraulic simulations using the Storm Water Management Model (SWMM). Model parameters include sub catchment area, rainfall intensity, time of concentration, infiltration using the Curve Number method, channel dimensions, cross-sectional shape, channel material, and the Manning coefficient. The results indicate that the GEV distribution provides a good fit for determining design rainfall. Based on the typology of a metropolitan city and a catchment area of 26.04 ha, the modeling period is 2 to 5 years. The SWMM simulation results indicate that some channel segments have very high flow velocities, potentially causing scour, while other segments have very low velocities, potentially causing sedimentation. This confirms the need for evaluation and restructuring of channel dimensions and slopes to improve the hydraulic performance of road drainage and reduce localized flooding.

One of the most important factors influencing how well students learn is their motivation to learn. Teachers must actively manage students' psychological well-being, as low motivation to learn can lead to less-than-ideal learning outcomes. In addition to imparting knowledge, teachers can also act as motivators and facilitators, fostering an emotionally and psychologically supportive learning environment. Therefore, particularly in madrasah environments that prioritize spiritual values, teachers' psychological management techniques are crucial for enhancing students' motivation to learn. The purpose of this study was to examine various psychological management techniques used by madrasah instructors to enhance students' willingness to learn. A qualitative research approach with a literature review approach was used as the methodology. Information was gathered from various sources, including books, academic journals, and related documents on learning motivation and educational psychology management. The issue of nutrition among school children remains a public health challenge in Indonesia. As an effort to improve the nutritional status of students, the government launched the Free Nutritious Meal program (MBG) in educational units. However, in its implementation, there are still students who do not take advantage of the program. This study aims to identify the reasons why students do not utilize the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program based on the (ABC) theory of antecedent, behavior, consequence at SD Negeri 100 Kendari. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The number of informants to be studied is 6 people selected through Purposive Sampling, consisting of students, the principal, teachers, SPPG officers, and parents. Data collection is conducted through in-depth interviews, recording, observation, and documentation. The data are analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research results show that the antecedent of students' knowledge about the MBG program is at the level of knowing to understanding, the application of the provided menu has been in accordance with balanced nutrition principles, and the program policy is supported by various parties. Students' behavior shows rejection of the program influenced by negative experiences, perceptions of the halalness of food containers, and parental prohibitions. The consequence of students not participating does not directly have a negative impact on their learning conditions or physical health, because nutritional needs are still met from other sources. Therefore, students have no motivation to utilize the program. In conclusion, students who do not take advantage of the MBG program are influenced by perceptions, experiences, and parental restrictions. Therefore, it is necessary to improve education, strengthen communication, and enhance the quality of program implementation to increase the utilization of the MBG program.

Waste management has become a critical environmental issue at both global and national levels due to increasing population and changing consumption patterns. In Indonesia, waste generation exceeds 60 million tons annually, with a significant portion consisting of plastic waste that requires hundreds of years to decompose. One of the main challenges in addressing this issue is the low level of public awareness and understanding regarding waste types and their decomposition time. This community service program conducted by students of Universitas Negeri Padang aims to improve environmental awareness through environmental education and community empowerment using an innovative visual medium in the form of waste decomposition time educational boards. The activity was implemented in Pasar Hilir Hamlet, Lumindai Village, using a participatory approach involving observation, socialization, board design, production, and installation. The results indicate that the program successfully enhanced community knowledge regarding the differences between organic and inorganic waste and their environmental impacts. The educational boards, placed in strategic locations near waste disposal areas, function as effective visual tools that continuously deliver information and reinforce environmentally responsible behavior. In addition, this program contributes to improving environmental cleanliness, strengthening community participation, and increasing environmental literacy. Therefore, the innovation of waste decomposition time educational boards serves not only as an informative medium but also as a sustainable educational tool to promote long-term behavioral change toward environmental awareness.

Bronchopneumonia is a type of infection of the lower respiratory tract that often occurs in children, especially toddlers. This disease is characterized by inflammation of the bronchioles and lung tissue which triggers increased production of secretions in the airways. The buildup of secretions often causes nursing problems in the form of ineffective airway clearance, which is indicated by ineffective coughing, rapid breathing, shortness of breath, and the appearance of additional breath sounds such as rales. Chest physiotherapy in children was carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the clapping technique in helping to clear the airway in bronchopneumonia patients. The method applied in evidence-based practice (EBP) uses case studies with a nursing care approach. Intervention was given to three patients with a diagnosis of bronchopneumonia for three days, with a duration of approximately 1-2 minutes in each area of the chest. Evaluation is carried out using a stethoscope and measuring time (clock), with the results recorded on an observation sheet. After chest physiotherapy (clapping), the three patients showed improvement in airway clearance, which was indicated by respiratory frequency returning to normal, no additional breath sounds (ronchi), and reduced secretion production. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of EBP through chest physiotherapy is effective in increasing airway clearance in bronchopneumonia patients.
