Accountability of Village Fund Management is one of the accountability forms that is done by the Village Government for their fund management that later will be shared openly with villagers and can be publicly accessed. The Accountability of the Prambangan Village Fund Management was not relevant; as there were differences in village fund details for the 2022-2023 budget year. Those differences occurred because obstacles appeared, i.e. the fund was late in distribution for the 2022 budget year. It affected the village's development and empowerment. Therefore, the role of the Village Government was crucially needed. Some efforts and role-taking were applied to overcome the burdens so that it would not happen again. Moreover, they were implemented to improve the accountability of Village Fund Management at the Prambangan Gresik, East Java. The study was qualitative. Furthermore, the data were primary which were taken from interview results. The instruments in the data collection technique were observation, interview, and documentation. As a result, it showed that the accountability of the Prambangan village fund management was not relevant and accountable, as there was a burden for the distribution fund for the 2022 budget year. Therefore, the Village Government made some efforts and roles together with the village apparatus and villagers to overcome the problems that happened.

This study aims to analyze the application of reality therapy counseling in improving students’ learning motivation influenced by social and family environmental factors. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method supported by interview data as complementary information. Data were collected through the analysis of relevant scientific literature and supported by interviews with parents to describe students’ daily behavior. The results show that low learning motivation is influenced by an unfavorable social environment and lack of family supervision, leading to behaviors that do not support learning activities, such as poor time management and low engagement in academic tasks. The application of reality therapy using the WDEP technique (wants, doing, evaluation, planning) helps students develop self-awareness, evaluate their behavior, and plan more adaptive actions. The findings indicate that reality therapy contributes positively to improving students’ learning motivation through behavioral change and increased personal responsibility. This study concludes that reality therapy can be used as an alternative approach in helping students overcome learning motivation problems.

Local fashion businesses require accurate production cost calculations to ensure appropriate and sustainable pricing decisions. Problems often faced by small businesses is determining selling prices without comprehensive calculation of the cost of production. This study aims to analyze the calculation of the cost of production as the basis for determining the selling price at Voraya Wear, a student-based local fashion business developed through the Student Creativity Program (PKM). The research used a descriptive quantitative approach with direct practice methods. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and financial records, then analyzed using the full costing method to calculate the cost of production and the cost-plus pricing method to determine the selling price. The results show that the total production cost was Rp1,831,064 for 24 units, resulting in a unit cost of Rp65,757 for shirts and Rp86,832 for pants. By applying a profit margin of 30–40%, the business generated total revenue of Rp2,520,000 and a net profit of Rp688,936. These findings indicate that accurate cost calculation supports rational pricing decisions and ensures business profitability and sustainability.

The development of the palm oil industry in Indonesia typically relies on collaboration with smallholder farmers, but this collaboration often faces various problems such as poor cultivation techniques, lack of technical guidance, unclear administrative matters, and limited access to certification and markets. This study aims to develop a specific human resource management model to support collaboration with smallholder farmers, thereby improving production yields, sustainability, and engagement in the palm oil supply chain. The method used is a desk study, namely by analyzing and reconstructing information from research results, industry reports, and palm oil certification and sustainability policies. Based on the analysis, a career structure and Human Resource Management functions are proposed, consisting of collaboration supervisors, field officers, capacity training officers, collaboration administration staff, and collaboration/certification managers. This model allows for technical and administrative assistance, training for farmers, collaboration coordination, and certification and compliance management. The implementation of this model is predicted to improve cultivation quality, improve smallholder access to certification and markets, and strengthen the stability and sustainability of the supply chain. Thus, the HR model for smallholders offers a strategic solution to the various challenges of working with smallholders and supports the development of a socially, economically, and environmentally sustainable palm oil agribusiness sector.

Reflection : Islamic Education Journal 2026 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Pendidikan Agama dan Filsafat Indonesia

The ability to read the Qur’an is a fundamental competence that must be possessed by every Muslim student. However, in educational practice at schools, various problems are still found, particularly the low level of Qur’an reading ability among some students, accompanied by learning boredom. One of the contributing factors to this condition is the use of a single, monotonous, and less varied teaching method. This article aims to examine the problems related to students’ ability to read the Qur’an and the learning boredom that arises due to the implementation of a single method in instruction, as well as to offer practical solutions that can be implemented by educators. The writing method of this article uses a literature review approach and reflection on teaching practice. The results of the study show that a single teaching method tends to reduce students’ learning motivation, hinder active engagement, and slow down the improvement of Qur’an reading skills. Therefore, it is necessary to implement more varied, interactive, and contextual teaching methods, such as game-based learning, group work, and the use of innovative instructional media. Thus, it is expected that students’ ability to read the Qur’an can improve and learning boredom can be effectively minimized.

The rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia makes transactions easier for consumers, but also presents various losses, such as fraud, goods that do not match the description, leaks of personal data, and problems with returning goods. In this context, Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE) exists as a legal basis which is expected to provide protection for consumers in online buying and selling transactions. This research aims to explore and analyze the effectiveness of the legal protection provided by the ITE Law for consumers, with a focus on protection for detrimental transactions, consumer personal data, as well as dispute resolution mechanisms. The research method used is a normative approach with a literature study of statutory regulations and related legal literature. The research results show that the ITE Law provides quite comprehensive legal protection, including the obligation of electronic system operators to ensure the security of transactions and personal data, as well as regulating sanctions for perpetrators of fraud. However, even though regulations already exist, implementation and consumer understanding of their rights is still a major challenge.

Indonesia faces various metabolic health problems that are often associated with food and beverage consumption, including chronic kidney disease. One contributing factor is the excessive use of food preservatives such as sodium benzoate, which may cause gastrointestinal disturbances, oxidative stress, inflammation, chronic kidney failure, and carcinogenic effects. This study aimed to determine the relationship between sellers’ knowledge level and the use of sodium benzoate preservative in jumbo iced tea sold in Kedungmundu and Sendangmulyo Subdistricts, Semarang City. The study employed an analytic quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. A total of 40 jumbo iced tea sellers were selected using simple random sampling. Sodium benzoate testing was conducted using UV-Visible spectrophotometry, and data were analyzed using Spearman’s rho correlation test. The results showed that 70% of respondents had a high level of knowledge, while 5% of samples were positive for sodium benzoate. Statistical analysis revealed a significant inverse relationship between sellers’ knowledge level and the use of sodium benzoate (p = 0.011; r = -0.397). This indicates that higher knowledge levels are associated with a lower likelihood of sodium benzoate use. In conclusion, there is a significant negative correlation between sellers’ knowledge and the use of sodium benzoate in jumbo iced tea.
