Poor fluid management among hemodialysis patients can lead to detrimental outcomes such as high Interdialytic Weight Gain (IDWG), contributing to increased cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. While conventional education on fluid restriction exists in hospitals, non-compliance remains prevalent, highlighting the need for educational approaches grounded in self-efficacy theory to enhance patients' self-confidence in self-management. This study aimed to assess the impact of educational interventions based on self-efficacy theory on IDWG in hemodialysis patients at Malahayati Islamic Hospital. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group design, the study included a total of 68 participants selected through purposive sampling. Statistical analysis revealed a significant difference (p < 0.05) in IDWG scores between the intervention and control groups post-intervention, indicating the effectiveness of self-efficacy-based education in improving compliance with fluid intake restrictions among chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis.

Alcoholic drinks are often the main factor in various crimes, including assault, robbery and murder. Excessive alcohol consumption can cause loss of self-control, which can lead to unlawful acts such as traffic accidents, rape, assault, theft and domestic violence. This behavior disturbs public peace and has the potential to hinder the achievement of several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), such as good health (goal 3) and peace and justice (goal 16). This article aims to analyze the influence of excessive alcohol consumption on increasing criminal acts and its relationship to achieving the SDGs. Using qualitative methods with a normative legal approach and literature study, this research examines legal norms, statutory regulations and other relevant legal documents. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to identify the relationship between alcohol consumption, criminal acts, and their impact on achieving the SDGs. The research results show that excessive alcohol consumption contributes significantly to the increase in violent crimes and is a risk factor in cases of domestic violence and sexual harassment. Apart from the negative impact on physical and mental health, drunken behavior also hinders the achievement of SDGs, such as goal 3, goal 5 (gender equality), and goal 16. Although regulations in Indonesia have attempted to regulate the consumption and distribution of alcohol, their effectiveness still requires improvement. It is hoped that with a comprehensive approach and stricter policies, the negative impacts of alcohol consumption can be minimized, supporting the achievement of sustainable development goals.

Parental divorce significantly impacts early childhood development, especially in the digital age. Children may experience low self-esteem, difficulties in building relationships and socializing, aggressive behavior, learning difficulties, value confusion, deviant behavior, and loss of trust.Addressing these impacts requires digital parenting, open communication, moral education, and collaboration with educational institutions. Parents and stakeholders must understand the effects of divorce to provide appropriate support for children's healthy and happy growth. A qualitative case study at TK Negeri Bung Karno involved interviews with PAUD teachers and parents, as well as classroom observations. The findings showed that children tend to imitate negative parental behaviors. Through gradual guidance, children learned to distinguish between good and bad behavior, showing progress in emotional control, social interactions, and setting positive examples for peers.

Although it is hoped that school children are able to deal with learning situations well, in reality students often experience obstacles in the teaching and learning process, which shows a gap between expectations and educational reality. This research focuses on a teacher from the Bandung Percut Sei Tuan Private Vocational High School (SMK). The aim of this research is to identify and understand the problems faced by teachers in teaching and the approaches used to overcome these obstacles through in-depth and open interviews. Interviews were conducted in the teacher's work space, with the aim of creating an environment that supports and encourages teachers to share experiences and their thoughts openly. The interview guide consisted of five questions designed to explore the main challenges in teaching, conflict resolution strategies, and the teacher's ways of dealing with students' low interest or difficulty in following lessons. The teacher identified major challenges such as lazy attitude towards studying, tendency to sleep, and high interest in playing among students. In facing this challenge, teachers adopt a flexible approach by providing short breaks between intensive learning sessions to maintain students' energy and focus. In terms of conflict resolution, teachers emphasize the importance of patience and self-control, as well as providing positive reinforcement for desired behavior. Teachers also emphasize the need to treat students with compassion and emotional attention, seeing them as biological children who must be cared for and guided with care. In addition, teachers realize the importance of collaborating with parents to support students' holistic development. The research results show that the main challenges faced by teachers in teaching at the Bandung Percut Sei Tuan Private Vocational School can be overcome through a flexible approach, positive reinforcement, and deep emotional attention. This approach is believed to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment, which in turn can improve students' emotional well-being and academic achievement.
