This research attempts to prove the truth of the Quran with scientific facts based on the meaning of "dabbah" in Surah Ash-Shura 29, placing it within the scientific dialog of astrobiology. This is done by understanding the meaning of the interpretation and then linking it to exoplanet aspects and Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) phenomena. This research employs analytical interpretation methodology to examine the literal meaning, as well as the scientific interpretation approach to explore the relevance of the verses to contemporary knowledge. It contributes to scientific interpretation as an epistemological bridge between revelation and science, and offers a relevant interpretation framework for the development of contemporary Islamic studies. The study results indicate that classical commentators interpreted "dabbah" as a creature that moves on the surface of the earth, but modern science has expanded the horizons of interpretation thru the discovery of exoplanets in habitable zones and scientific studies of unexplained atmospheric phenomena. The integration of the two shows that the term "dabbah" does not only have a biological-literal meaning, but can also be read as a reflection of the cosmos on the possibility of extraterrestrial life.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a technology that has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including science. Recent developments in AI have shifted the traditional boundaries of knowledge production and distribution, including in the religious realm. This research aims to fill the epistemological gap in contemporary Islamic legal thought by offering an integrative framework between traditional ijtihad and supervised digital ijtihad practices. This research uses a normative-qualitative (juridical-normative) approach. The researchers found that AI has the potential to be an effective tool for strengthening religious moderation, particularly through digital education, the dissemination of messages of tolerance, and the dissemination of counter-narratives against radicalism. For example, da'wah chatbots and digital interpretation applications can expand moderate religious literacy. However, the research also highlights various challenges, including epistemological issues stemming from AI's lack of a scientific chain of command, the risk of shifting authority from scholars to technology, and the lack of legal regulations governing responsibility for AI-generated religious content. Therefore, specific regulations and collaboration between scholars, the government, and technology developers are needed to ensure that AI continues to support the maqāṣid al-Shari'ah (the principles of Islamic law) and religious moderation.

Disasters are global phenomena that continue to increase in both frequency and impact, posing serious challenges to health systems worldwide. One of the crucial components in disaster management is the preparedness of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) during the pre-hospital phase, which determines the speed and effectiveness of the initial medical response. However, multiple studies indicate that EMS preparedness and response capacity remain suboptimal, particularly in areas such as personnel training, intersectoral coordination, communication systems, infrastructure, and policy support. This study aims to map the preparedness and emergency response capacity of EMS in disaster situations using a scoping review approach. The research follows the methodological framework of Arksey and O’Malley (2005), which includes formulating research questions, conducting literature searches, selecting relevant studies, extracting data, and synthesizing findings. Literature searches were conducted through PubMed, ScienceDirect, Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar databases. From 114 identified records, 12 studies met the inclusion criteria. The review reveals that EMS disaster preparedness varies across countries. The main factors influencing EMS response capacity include: (1) training and competency development of EMS personnel, (2) effectiveness of interagency coordination and communication, (3) availability of medical facilities and infrastructure, (4) national policy and system support, and (5) the use of technology to enhance response efficiency. This scoping review underscores the need for stronger national policies, improved cross-sectoral coordination, and sustainable capacity-building programs to enhance the effectiveness of EMS in disaster response, particularly in developing countries such as Indonesia.

Doctors play a crucial role in determining the quality of healthcare services and in upholding the right to health as guaranteed by the constitution and international human rights frameworks. Despite this essential role, medical practice continues to encounter significant challenges, including disparities in medical education quality, inadequate competency assessment mechanisms, and limited integration of professional ethics, discipline, and scientific standards within the health legal system. These issues create risks to patient safety and undermine public trust in medical services. This research analyzes the urgency of health law reform to ensure physician competence and proposes an integration model that unites ethics, discipline, and scientific foundations as the core pillars for equitable and welfare-oriented medical professional governance. Using a normative legal research method, this study adopts legislative, conceptual, and comparative approaches. Primary and secondary legal materials are examined qualitatively through doctrinal studies, normative analysis, and comparisons with governance practices of the medical profession in other countries. The study finds that health law reform should prioritize strengthening regulations on competency standards, transparent certification and periodic recertification systems, as well as integrated professional oversight that aligns ethics, discipline, and legal accountability. The proposed integration model serves as a framework to ensure that every physician maintains measurable competence, adheres to professional ethics, and upholds clear legal responsibilities in clinical practice. Reforming health law through such integration is a strategic step to enhance medical service quality, reinforce patient protection, and advance global justice and welfare.
