Studies on Eucharistic Adoration have predominantly emphasized its role as a personal devotional practice and individual spirituality, while its implications for Catholic Religious Education as a space for faith formation remain underexplored. This gap indicates the need for a theological-pedagogical reflection that connects Eucharistic Adoration with the process of faith education, particularly in the context of young people. This study aims to examine Eucharistic Adoration as an expression of Sacramentum Caritatis and its relevance as a formative space within Catholic Religious Education. The research employs a qualitative approach through a library research method, analyzing Church documents, theological works, and relevant academic literature on the Eucharist, faith education, and psycho-spiritual well-being. The findings reveal that Eucharistic Adoration is not merely a liturgical or devotional practice but also holds significant pedagogical value. It can be understood as a contemplative space that enables young people to experience a personal relationship with Christ, reflect on their inner experiences, and deepen their awareness of God’s transformative love. Furthermore, this study indicates that Eucharistic Adoration has the potential to support psycho-spiritual well-being by providing moments of silence, self-acceptance, and meaning-making in the light of faith. These findings highlight that integrating Eucharistic Adoration into Catholic Religious Education can enrich faith learning processes and help young people live their faith in a more personal and holistic manner. This study contributes to theological and educational discourse by positioning Eucharistic Adoration as a relevant practice of faith formation within contemporary Catholic education.

Science education in elementary schools requires the active involvement of students through meaningful learning experiences. One of the essential subjects in fourth grade elementary school is the growth and development of animals and plants. However, science education is still often conducted conventionally, so that students' scientific process skills have not developed optimally. This study aims to analyze and describe the application of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in science learning projects on the growth and development of animals and plants with the support of Seesaw and Flashcard Quizlet digital media through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The research method used SLR with a descriptive qualitative approach to relevant scientific articles published between 2019 and 2025. The results of the study show that the application of PjBL can increase student learning activity, scientific process skills, and understanding of science concepts. The use of Seesaw was effective as a medium for project documentation and reflection, while Flashcard Quizlet helped reinforce concepts and formative evaluation. Thus, the integration of PjBL, Seesaw, and Quizlet can be an innovative learning alternative that is relevant to the Merdeka Curriculum and the needs of elementary school students.

The phenomenon of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) is increasingly experienced by university students along with the rising use of TikTok as a source of entertainment and information. The fast and constantly changing flow of content often makes users feel the need to always keep up with developments so as not to be left behind. In this condition, self-regulation is viewed as an important ability that can help reduce the tendency for FoMO to emerge. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-regulation and FoMO among university students who use TikTok. A total of 206 students participated by completing an online questionnaire that used the Short Self-Regulation Questionnaire (SSRQ) and the Fear of Missing Out Scale (FoMOS). The normality test showed that both variables were not normally distributed; therefore, the analysis was continued using Spearman correlation. The results showed a significant negative relationship between self-regulation and FoMO (r = –0.370; p = 0.000). These findings indicate that the better the students’ ability to regulate themselves, the lower their tendency to experience FoMO when using TikTok. Overall, this study emphasizes that self-regulation has an important role in helping students deal with the dynamics of social media use and can serve as a basis for developing strategies to encourage more balanced social media use.

Oral and dental health problems among elementary school children remain relatively high, particularly dental caries, which is influenced by low levels of knowledge and inadequate toothbrushing skills. Children aged 6–12 years are in the mixed dentition phase and therefore require special attention in maintaining oral hygiene. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and toothbrushing skills of elementary school students through a demonstration method using a dental phantom model. The activity was conducted at SD Inpres Maccini Sombala I in January 2026 and involved elementary school students as participants. The methods applied included oral health education, demonstration of proper toothbrushing techniques using a dental phantom, mass toothbrushing practice, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test as well as direct observation. The results showed an improvement in students’ understanding of the correct timing, frequency, and technique of toothbrushing, namely brushing twice a day after breakfast and before bedtime. In addition, students were able to practice proper toothbrushing techniques more effectively after the demonstration. The use of a dental phantom as an educational medium proved to be effective in increasing students’ interest, understanding, and toothbrushing skills. This activity is expected to help establish good toothbrushing habits from an early age and support promotive and preventive efforts to reduce the prevalence of dental caries among elementary school children.
