Qualitative method is a method that emphasized descriptive or analytical, qualitative method is a subject perspective that is highly emphasized and the theory base used by researchers as a guide that aims for a research process that is in accordance with field facts. The results of this study use behavioral communication theory to improve the performance of MRadio’S BPH is very important in doing work, reducing conflict, understanding organizational goals, can improve communication skills to improve the quality that exists in organization

Question and answer is a classroom activity that allows learners to create or recreate meaning through language. Effective questioning is a means for students to respond during the learning process. Designing questions that capture student interest and attention comprises diagnosing and verifying specific facts or information, determining, and encouraging analytical, inductive, differentiation, extension, application, problem-solving, and synthesis skills. To be effective, we must design questions and answers to request information. Effective classroom questioning techniques require good preparation and do not require students to use thinking skills. This article illustrates that Q&A is a very common activity that can help students learn English and is an important way for students to exchange ideas with teachers and students. The article also covers some basic questions and examines questioning techniques in English teaching.

The 2024 General Election (Pemilu) is a crucial stage in the dynamics of democracy, where the role of political communication plays a central role in shaping public opinion. This phenomenon creates a need to understand in depth the influence of political communication on public perceptions of candidates, political parties, and crucial issues that influence the direction of state policy. This research aims to analyze the role of political communication in shaping public opinion ahead of the 2024 elections. The main focus is understanding how political communication strategies, including message personalization, social media, and investigative journalism, influence the formation of public opinion and voter participation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through literature reviews, media content analysis, and interviews with political communication experts. A qualitative approach is used to deepen understanding of the complexity of political communication strategies and their impact on public opinion. The research results show that political communication strategies, especially message personalization, have a significant impact in shaping public opinion. Candidates who are able to connect emotionally with voters through personal life stories and values ​​build strong identification. Social media plays an important role in expanding the reach of political messages, while investigative journalism makes a major contribution in uncovering basic facts and maintaining the integrity of information.

Traditional markets are places of interaction between sellers and buyers which are characterized by direct transactions and frequent bargaining processes. The existence of traditional markets makes people happy because traditional markets provide many basic daily needs and necessities and of course the prices are much cheaper than in supermarkets. Because of this, the development of traditional markets really needs to be improved, so that public interest increases, changes to traditional markets are needed. The development of traditional markets in Blitar can be seen, among other things, by physical renovations, activities to clean the environment around the market, arrangement of places and grouping of types of merchandise, orderly administration, order and security. Supporting factors include traditional market traders who always follow the advice and directions of market managers, the presence of cleaning staff, and good support from the Trade Department. However, there are also factors that hinder the development of traditional markets in increasing public interest, including: lack of public awareness about not throwing away rubbish, packaging of goods for sale that does not attract public interest, water drains that are often clogged with rubbish. The approach we take is a qualitative approach, such as going directly to traditional markets to see firsthand a clear picture and accurate facts.

This research discusses the Implementation and Inhibiting Factors of Rehabilitation of Children as Drug Users at the Gorontalo Children's Special Development Institution. The method used in the research is empirical with qualitative descriptive data analysis which describes and describes data and facts in the field. Based on the results of the research, the implementation of rehabilitation for children as drug users at the Gorontalo Province Special Child Development Institute is carried out through several stages, namely medical rehabilitation which begins with assessments and interviews as well as observations to examine the body and psychology in order to obtain information and history of narcotics addicts as supporting material for subsequent therapy. After the assessment, the next step is a routine examination process every 2 weeks by a health team or doctor, and administering medication according to the type of drug and the severity of the symptoms caused; Non-medical rehabilitation by carrying out a mental (spiritual) development process which is carried out routinely every day, in collaboration with religious foundations; and Social Rehabilitation by creating groups consisting of several people who have the same problem, then training in their skills to make work or crafts that have (economic) value. The Inhibiting Factors for Implementing Rehabilitation for Children who Use Drugs at the Gorontalo Province Special Development Institution for Children are limited human resources for officers; Limited Operational Funds; limited facilities and infrastructure, and lack of community support.Therefore, LKPA should continue to increase efforts to develop children so that they do not do similar things again in the future, by preparing rehabilitation infrastructure, including increasing competent and professional assistant staff. The community, especially families, must continue to provide full support for the process of coaching their children who are dealing with legal processes such as drugs, for the sake of the future of the nation and state.

The purpose of this study is to examine how much critical reading skills affect individuals in their life. Critical reading becomes an essential skill to distinguish between reliable information and not, as well as to understand the implications and consequences of a decision. By reading critically, one can identify different perspectives, consider relevant facts, and develop a deeper understanding of an issue before making a decision. The method of writing this article uses library research, a method of collecting data by understanding and studying the theories of various literature related to research. Decision-making ability cannot arise naturally, but needs to be built and trained in children early. One effective method for improving decision-making ability is to train critical reading skills. Critical reading is a process of analysis of the content of the text, in which the reader uses the critical thinking process to evaluate and decide whether to accept or reject information submitted by the author.

In recent times, literature has become a popular subject among the people. Because there is a lot of beauty in it, and also never far from the relationship between society and individuals and between individuals and events. Literature produces many works called literary works. Literary works are not only in the form of novels and poetry but can also be in the form of movies. Criticism that is based on facts must be respected, while criticism that is slanderous and provocative must face legal consequences. The ITE Law is not aimed at curbing freedom of opinion, but rather at responding to the actions of creators and spreaders of hoaxes, slander and provocation in society. The government is concerned that undemocratic electronic information regulation could undermine national unity and give free rein to unethical content creation. In fact, there are parties who systematically produce and spread content that contains hatred, based on SARA, pornography, radicalism and terrorism through the use of robots, with motives that can be political or economic.

Learning media are all forms used for activities to convey information that can be seen, manipulated, heard, read or discussed. The aim of this research is to find out how to use science learning media to increase student motivation at SD Negeri 060928 Medan. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research based on observation. Observation is a systematic observation of human activities and physical settings where these activities occur continuously from natural activities in order to produce facts. The results of this research indicate that the use of learning media can significantly increase student motivation in learning science. Teachers are able to use learning media clearly and make students interested in learning.

This research analyzes one case of defamation committed by a Media Zein celebrity on social media. Medina Zein was charged with article 27 paragraph (3) of Republic of Indonesia Law number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE. Defamation is one of the problems in forensic linguistics that often occurs in the real world and cyberspace. Defamation or defamation can be done verbally and in writing. The aim is to bring down someone’s good name and/or embarrass others. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. This research contains a general, clear picture and is based on facts that occur in the field regarding what is being researched. This research uses data analysis in which there is an explanation of the perpetrator and the crime he committed. The results of this research stated that sister Medina Zein was found guilty and sentenced on charges of defamation with a sentence of 6 months in prison.

This article shows a methodological study of Islamic Studies in the West and East. Even though they both study Islam, there are distinctive characteristics of each study period that result in gaps between the two. This paper is intended to answer the questions (1) How is the concept of Islamic studies in the West and East (2) How is the inclusiveness of Islamic studies in the West and East. (3) How is the inclusiveness of Islamic studies in the West and East. This problem is discussed through library research studies. All data was analyzed descriptively focusing on a systematic explanation of the facts obtained during the research. The results of the analysis and conclusions show that Islamic stIdui in the west and east have their own characteristics. Studies in the West have an anthropocentric pattern, while Islamic studies in the East have a theocentric pattern. Both regional studies in the west and east have their own inclusiveness. Both must remain true to their respective characteristics to strengthen each other. Sometimes harmony is found, while Western Islamic studies research can strengthen Eastern Islamic studies with its scientific basis. Of course, these findings can provide a reference for Islamic studies that are always fresh to be discussed in order to add to the Islamic treasures throughout the world.

This research aims to explore innovative approaches in integrating English-language religious content as a means of strengthening religious values ​​and improving listening skills in junior high school students at Alam School. This research uses a descriptive method, an innovative approach that illustrates the condition of the subject or object of research by detailing existing facts. The results of the research show that community service activities that use English religious content are successful in strengthening religious values ​​and improving students' listening skills. Students are able to understand and remember new vocabulary through listening to videos. They can also internalize the moral values ​​contained in the video. Apart from that, the use of gamification through the Kahoot application can motivate students to learn in an interactive and fun way. An innovative learning approach that integrates elements of religion and English can help students develop holistically, both spiritually, morally and in language skills. This approach can be an alternative that can be applied in learning English at school.

This article aims to present an in-depth Systematic Literature Review related to several key aspects in the audit domain, including Audit Completion, Subsequent Event Review, Auditor's Report, Management Letter, and Fact Finding. By adopting a systematic approach, this research summarizes and analyzes related scientific literature to provide a comprehensive view of the latest developments in each of these aspects. The results of this literature review provide in-depth insight into strategies and methodologies in completing audits, evaluating the impact of subsequent events, the role and process of preparing auditor reports and management letters, as well as finding relevant facts in the audit process. This research not only provides an overview of current practices in the world of auditing, but also identifies knowledge gaps that may provide a basis for future research. By understanding in depth the key aspects of the auditing process, this article makes an important contribution to the development of audit science and facilitates a better understanding of future challenges and opportunities.

This research was carried out to determine the effect of the motivation-based Scaffolded Reading method on improving students' learning outcomes in finding the main idea in a paragraph. The research was carried out in class IX-C of SMPN 2 Balaraja. The method used in the research is an experimental method with a quantitative approach.  After knowing the results of data analysis that the application of the scaffolded reading method is effective in improving the ability to find the main idea in a paragraph, it is best to use this technique as an alternative learning technique in learning reading comprehension to improve reading skills.

Abstract. Language is a central part of human intelligence, it is important for us to understand how and when language is mastered as well as the social cognitive and neurological facts that influence language development at an early age.  Language is a symbol system that is an important means of communication, even though we cannot communicate in other ways such as gestures, postures or facial expressions, language is our most flexible method of communication.  Language allows us to describe the past and make plans for the future.  Language allows us to convey traditional ideas and values to the next generation, thus language is of the most important cultural and social importance.  Research using this method is carried out by comparing research methods, processing methods, and the results obtained from each article.  The research source comes from articles obtained via the internet in the form of research articles discussing infancy development.The research results show.  Speaking is a means of communication to be able to communicate with other people, all individuals must be able to master two different functions, the ability to grasp the meaning that other people want to communicate and the ability to communicate with other people in such a way that they can be understood.  Early social experiences play an important role in determining future social relationships and patterns of behavior toward others.  Learning to behave in a moral manner that is accepted by those around you is a long and slow process.  But the basics are laid in infancy and it is based on these basics that babies develop moral codes that guide their behavior when they grow up.

This research is field research and uses a qualitative approach. The research location is the barracks/boarding house where you live. Data sources in this research include data on the research location and data regarding mobile legends from players and barrack/boarding house owners. Secondary data consists of data from the online game Mobile Legends and toxic behavior obtained from other sources. The data collection technique used is through observation and documentation. For technical data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Toxic in the form of sarcasm is a rude insult intended to hurt other people in the Mobile Legends game. The team is annoyed at players who are considered bad and burden the team. Toxic cynicism criticizes in a frank language style that fits the facts. Cynicism or excessive skepticism is a condescending attitude that is detrimental and hurts the feelings of others. It involves negative or cynical judgments of other people, ideas, or situations with the aim of ridiculing or feeling better than the other person. This research aims to evaluate the Tanjungpinang City Environmental Service's policy towards preventing Tanjungpinang City Landfill Waste. Tanjungpinang City is the capital of the Riau Islands province which will be used as a tourist city in the Riau Islands. However, to make this happen, one of the tasks of the Tanjung Pinang city government is to solve the waste problem in the city of Tanjung Pinang, especially the old city of Tanjung Pinang, which is a slum area that has the largest area among other slum settlements in Tanjung Pinang. The research method uses a descriptive approach which is a method that used to describe a phenomenon or event by relying on data and facts found in the field. The purpose of qualitative research with a descriptive approach is to explain and describe phenomena and their characteristics, as well as having a greater tendency towards how it is implemented or the reasons why something happens. The results of the research show that evaluation is very important so that steps are taken so that the policies made are not arbitrary. -To do this, there must be an appropriate regulatory basis in order to get maximum results because sea cleanliness is the main milestone in the Riau Archipelago, where almost 100% of the Riau Archipelago is sea and is a maritime area, therefore the importance of awareness by both the public and the government so that the economy which is based on the needs of communities in coastal areas and small islands as an effort to empower communities to increase community participation and capacity in coastal and small island management, especially in the field of dealing with coastal and marine waste pollution.
