Traditional markets are places of interaction between sellers and buyers which are characterized by direct transactions and frequent bargaining processes. The existence of traditional markets makes people happy because traditional markets provide many basic daily needs and necessities and of course the prices are much cheaper than in supermarkets. Because of this, the development of traditional markets really needs to be improved, so that public interest increases, changes to traditional markets are needed. The development of traditional markets in Blitar can be seen, among other things, by physical renovations, activities to clean the environment around the market, arrangement of places and grouping of types of merchandise, orderly administration, order and security. Supporting factors include traditional market traders who always follow the advice and directions of market managers, the presence of cleaning staff, and good support from the Trade Department. However, there are also factors that hinder the development of traditional markets in increasing public interest, including: lack of public awareness about not throwing away rubbish, packaging of goods for sale that does not attract public interest, water drains that are often clogged with rubbish. The approach we take is a qualitative approach, such as going directly to traditional markets to see firsthand a clear picture and accurate facts.

The method used in the research is empirical with qualitative descriptive data analysis which describes and describes data and facts in the field. Based on the results of the research, the implementation of rehabilitation for children as drug users at the Gorontalo Province Special Child Development Institute is carried out through several stages, namely medical rehabilitation which begins with assessments and interviews as well as observations to examine the body and psychology in order to obtain information and history of narcotics addicts as supporting material for subsequent therapy. After the assessment, the next step is a routine examination process every 2 weeks by a health team or doctor, and administering medication according to the type of drug and the severity of the symptoms caused; Non-medical rehabilitation by carrying out a mental (spiritual) development process which is carried out routinely every day, in collaboration with religious foundations; and Social Rehabilitation by creating groups consisting of several people who have the same problem, then training in their skills to make work or crafts that have (economic) value. The Inhibiting Factors for Implementing Rehabilitation for Children who Use Drugs at the Gorontalo Province Special Development Institution for Children are limited human resources for officers; Limited Operational Funds; limited facilities and infrastructure, and lack of community support. Therefore, LKPA should continue to increase efforts to develop children so that they do not do similar things again in the future, by preparing rehabilitation infrastructure, including increasing competent and professional assistant staff. The community, especially families, must continue to provide full support for the process of coaching their children who are dealing with legal processes such as drugs, for the sake of the future of the nation and state.

Problems regarding legal justice in cases spread across cyberspace have given rise to paradigm shifts and conflicts in viewing the application of a legal system or product as a means of buying and selling to achieve certain goals such as personal satisfaction which can be very detrimental to other parties. The main focus of improving the ITE Law must be on flexible articles, with the main aim of protecting freedom of opinion as a crucial element in the survival of democracy. Articles that are susceptible to multiple interpretations require proof and data support, especially regarding sanctions for creators and spreaders of hoaxes. Therefore, input from various parties is very necessary to fulfill people's aspirations and answer the nation's needs in the future. Criticism that is based on facts must be respected, while criticism that is slanderous and provocative must face legal consequences. The ITE Law is not aimed at curbing freedom of opinion, but rather at responding to the actions of creators and spreaders of hoaxes, slander and provocation in society. The government is concerned that undemocratic electronic information regulation could undermine national unity and give free rein to unethical content creation. In fact, there are parties who systematically produce and spread content that contains hatred, based on SARA, pornography, radicalism and terrorism through the use of robots, with motives that can be political or economic.

The function of a bank is as a financial intermediary institution, namely as a bridge between fund owners and parties who need funds, both as depositors and borrowers. Bank-customer relationships often involve banking practices that have a negative impact on customers, but legal protection is often less than optimal. Because if you look at the relationship between banks and customers, banks have enormous control over banking transactions, and in some cases they control banking transactions. So that sometimes it is detrimental to customers. Based on the above facts, Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority (UU OJK) has been promulgated. Abstract. Language is a central part of human intelligence, it is important for us to understand how and when language is mastered as well as the social cognitive and neurological facts that influence language development at an early age.  Language is a symbol system that is an important means of communication, even though we cannot communicate in other ways such as gestures, postures or facial expressions, language is our most flexible method of communication.  Language allows us to describe the past and make plans for the future.  Language allows us to convey traditional ideas and values to the next generation, thus language is of the most important cultural and social importance.  Research using this method is carried out by comparing research methods, processing methods, and the results obtained from each article.  The research source comes from articles obtained via the internet in the form of research articles discussing infancy development. The research results show.  Speaking is a means of communication to be able to communicate with other people, all individuals must be able to master two different functions, the ability to grasp the meaning that other people want to communicate and the ability to communicate with other people in such a way that they can be understood.  Early social experiences play an important role in determining future social relationships and patterns of behavior toward others.  Learning to behave in a moral manner that is accepted by those around you is a long and slow process.  But the basics are laid in infancy and it is based on these basics that babies develop moral codes that guide their behavior when they grow up.
