Empowerment activities at the Al Falah Kemayoran Foundation are a positive step in improving the quality of life of disadvantaged children. This article reflects an introduction to empowerment innovations through drawing, coloring and general knowledge questions and answers in orphanages. The activity implementation method involves a training and mentoring approach, by providing theory, direct practice, and question and answer sessions. The results of the drawing and coloring activities show the participants' success in carrying out these activities neatly. Meanwhile, general knowledge question and answer activities also went well, showing the children's active participation. During the activity, the empowerment team aims to make a positive contribution by increasing the skills, knowledge and creativity of orphanage children. Material assistance, providing new skills, and creating a positive environment are the focus of the team. Awareness of the need for donations and support from the community was also raised as an important aspect. The conclusion of this activity emphasizes that through collaboration between the orphanage, the empowerment team, and the community, an environment that supports the development of orphaned children can be created. Financial and material support is a key factor in ensuring the education and welfare of children at the Al Falah Kemayoran Foundation. Thus, this empowerment activity can be considered a positive step in creating changes that have an impact on the quality of life of children in orphanages.

The performance of health workers as a consequence of public demands for the need for excellent service or highquality service. It is expected to be able to show its professional contribution significantly in improving the quality of health services. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of internal communication on employee performance at the Anambas Islands Regency Population Control and Family Planning Health Office. The research design used the Analytical Survey method with a Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were all employees as many as 98 people, all of whom were used as research samples with total sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate analysis, bivariate with chi-square test and multivariate with logistic regression. The results of logistic regression research show that there is an influence of leadership p = 0.001, motivation p = 0.000, trust p = 0.000, and appreciation p = 0.000. While the dominant factor that affects employee performance is appreciation p = 0.000 with Exp(B) 55.590. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of leadership, motivation, trust and appreciation. The dominant factor, namely appreciation, affects employee performance at the Anambas Islands Regency Population Control and Family Planning Health Office. It is recommended that the Anambas Islands Regency Population Control and Family Planning Health Office needs to provide direction to employees at work so that they have creativity at work so that employees continue to improve so that employee performance increases.

The development of interactive learning media is the key to creating quality students. Canva as design application is an effective tool in creating interactive learning media in schools. KKN activities at SMPN 32 Surabaya aim to develop students' creativity through the Canva application to create a creative and innovative generation and realize responsive learning. The activity was held on Thursday 30 November 2023 involving 30 participants from class 7E of SMPN 32 Surabaya. Activities are carried out using a participatory method with 3 implementation stages, namely program planning, program implementation and program assessment. The results of this activity received a positive response with a satisfaction level reaching 78%. Survey results show that 70% of participants will use Canva as a learning medium and 53% of participants will use Canva as a tool to develop creativity.

Air pollution is not an unfamiliar phenomenon for areas surrounding industries. The Cikoneng area has a wok industry center where the production process produces air pollution fumes. The wok industry center is adjacent to residential houses so that the factory smoke produced has an impact on the health of the surrounding community. Therefore, the targets of counseling are community leaders, health cadres, youth organizations, and residents who live around the industrial area. The purpose of this empowerment activity is to increase community knowledge, awareness, and creativity towards planting Sansevieria plants with the kokedama technique to maintain environmental health around the wok industry. The material was given using the lecture method with the help of power point media and leaflets. While the practice of planting Sansevieria with kokedama technique uses lecture and simulation methods. The Wilcoxon test was used to measure the level of knowledge of participants from the pre-test and post-test results which could show a difference in results before and after providing material with asymp. Sig (2-tailed) of 0.002, it can be concluded that there is an increase in knowledge in participants who take part in counseling activities. It is hoped that the people of Jetak Hamlet can minimize air pollution generated from the wok industry process by planting Sansevieria plants.

The service was done in Ngaglik and Pancuran villages, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar, Central Java. These areas have the potential to produce mats with semi traditional method. Most of the villagers are the mats’ weavers and worker of the weavers. The village has a potential in developing the craft of mats. The main problem from the craftsmen are the management, the production process is less than optimal, no efficiency in production process and the management of the marketing. In this service, many activities are held such as training in management and creativity, displaying of the technology’s application, and marketing technique for the product. Numeracy markets are activities that imitate market situations that are closely related to everyday life. Students are given the opportunity to design, manufacture, market, and sell goods. This research aims to help students improve their numeracy skills, increase their understanding of basic mathematical concepts, and improve their social skills and creativity through numeracy market activities. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of fifth grade students at UPTD satdik SDN Curahtakir 4. The stages in this research included observing placement schools and their problems, designing activities as solutions to problem solving, carrying out AKM pretests, carrying out numeracy market activities, carrying out AKM posttests, and then analyzing and evaluating . The research results show that it is very suitable for elementary school (SD) students because it offers new experiences in interpreting mathematical concepts. This numeracy market activity also has a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes in the context of mathematics. Apart from that, the findings from this research are that the AKM numeracy post-test scores for class V students have increased compared to the previous AKM numeracy pre-test scores.

This study aims to reveal and describe the Fan Dance Choreography at the Minang Pearl Art Studio in Padang City, West Sumatra. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. The instruments in this study are the researchers themselves and are assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery, cameras and audio recorders. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are data reduction and data presentation. The results showed that the creation of a dance work is inseparable from the creative process starting from idea discovery, exploration, improvisation, and composition. After finding ideas and ideas from the fan dance, then the dance director contemplated the dance image to be made. Exploration looks for gestures that describe a girl who is strong, firm, but still gentle in behavior as described how gadih minang is. The improvisation stage carried out by dance directors in Fan dance is an experiment with the form of movement obtained from dancers and a variety of movements that are new but developed according to the creativity of dance directors and themes. The improvisation stage is accompanied by an evaluation stage to select and evaluate movements and is adjusted to the theme. In the composition stage, the dance director combines all the various movements obtained from the exploration and improvisation process into a complete dance.

Training on handling corpses according to Islamic law is an in-depth activity in a religious and humanitarian context. This article discusses the importance of this training in understanding, respecting and carrying out funeral arrangements in accordance with Islamic teachings. This training provides the basic knowledge, practical skills, and cultural and ethical understanding needed to carry out the task of handling corpses properly. In addition, this article highlights the important benefits of Student Creativity Program (PKM) activities in expanding religious understanding, increasing respect for religious values, and empowering communities to play an active role in funeral services in accordance with Islamic guidelines. Through these efforts, we can create a society that is more aware of their religious practices, respects traditions, and applies Islamic teachings with full respect in the care of corpses.

Technology has advanced and developed, so that various ways to improve quality and creativity can be accessed easily through gadgets and computers, video editing refers to a program or collection of programs that allow audio visuals to be manipulated intuitively on computers and gadgets. This creativity can be improved if you continue to hone your skills and look for references to edit videos. Capcut application is one of the free video editing applications that is widely used by beginners when editing videos, because in Capcut there is a template feature that makes it easier for users. Most of the users of the Capcut application based on value are students, students, and teenagers. The active students of UKKPK Padang State University also mostly use this application, by applying descriptive qualitative, which explains the use of the Capcut application, with the aim of knowing more about creativity in video editing by getting positive value. So from these problems, the Capcut application offers template features to support video editing practically and quickly.

This research raises the issue of the lack of facilities for learning media, the lack of student interaction in the learning process, and the disruption caused by students who often go in and out of class. These inadequacies can hinder the learning process and affect the teacher's creativity in managing learning. The purpose of this research is to find out how to create and maintain a maximum Islamic religious education learning atmosphere at SMPN 29 Sijunjung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on teacher creativity in managing Islamic learning. Data were collected through observation and interviews, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the creativity of teachers in managing Islamic learning has been done well, but has not reached the maximum level because there are still some things that need to be improved. Factors that influence creating a maximum learning atmosphere include forgetting to convey learning objectives, interference in managing time and learning activities, lack of student involvement in learning, and limited learning media. To improve the effectiveness of learning, there needs to be more attention in managing learning in order to create an optimal learning atmosphere for students in understanding Islamic religious education.

The aim of this community service is to help students through elementary school physical education teachers to introduce traditional games and reduce children's habit of playing online games and help increase creativity by using materials available around them. This community service is carried out because of several problems such as (1) the lack of children who know traditional games so that their daily lives are filled with playing online games (2) social weaknesses that occur in the home environment, including playing on cellphones when spoken to, or being busy with gadget even though there is a friend beside him or he is sitting with family members. The implementation of this activity took place in the city of Jayapura. The stages of implementing this service activity are (1) problem identification (2) needs analysis; (3) designing coaching and mentoring; (4) carrying out mentoring; (5) monitoring and observing activity results; and (6) reporting and follow-up. The methods of community service are lectures, demonstrations and training. The results of this PKM which were carried out were seen from the questionnaires that were distributed, of the 20 participants who said they were good, 16 participants and 4 participants were very good.

The lack of OCB behavior shown by some nurses, namely, only formal tasks that can be completed optimally without being supported by behaviors that support the creation of extra performance more than expected. The low form of OCB behavior in oneself can be seen from not caring about the work of colleagues, when the work is finished, often complaining about work and hospital policies. This study aims to analyze the effect of leader member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior of nurses at the Stella Maris Hospital. This type of research is a quantitative study using an observational study with a cross sectional study design. The samples in this study were nurses at the inpatient installation of the Stella Maris Hospital in Makassar, totaling 131 respondents. The results showed that there was an effect of leader member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior for nurses. It is recommended to the hospital management to be able to make meetings and hold workshops, by providing support to their subordinates in order to create a good relationship between superiors and subordinates so that it is easier for subordinates to convey innovative ideas and can also hold trainings for employees who can help improve creativity and innovative behavior of employees.

The social media platform TikTok has grown rapidly as one of the main platforms for creative expression and information exchange. This article discusses the use of video editing tools provided by TikTok in creating interesting learning materials for students. We analyze TikTok's creative features including visual effects, music, and quick edits, and illustrate how to apply them to learning. This research involves a qualitative approach through case studies, focusing on the teacher's experience in creating learning materials with the TikTok video editing tool. The findings show that this approach can motivate students by providing visual content that matches the preferences of the younger generation. Students' positive response to this approach indicates increased engagement and interest in learning. However, challenges in utilizing TikTok's video editing tools are also acknowledged. Integrating creativity with substantial content and ensuring the integrity of education is maintained are some of the aspects that must be considered. Ethical and privacy implications are also discussed in the context of the use of social media platforms in education. In conclusion, TikTok's video editing tools offer exciting potential for creating impactful learning materials. With a thoughtful approach, educators can design content that fits current visual trends and communication styles, while maintaining the required educational quality.

The aim of this community service is to improve the skills of students at SMK Negeri 2 Kutacane in maximizing Media Marketplace Technology. Where these skills can provide benefits to students in improving their skills in entrepreneurship and increasing income. The problem faced by the service team is the lack of insight by students in using Marketplace Technology. Participants who took part in the activity were students and student supervisors in the school's BLUD program who were active in using their smartphones. In this digital era, all activities are online. With optimal knowledge, matters will be easier both within the school environment and outside parties. There is a lot of potential for students at school that can be promoted online. Several marketplaces can be an option according to your needs. This community service activity not only explains the material but also directly provides practice via the participants' smartphones. BLUD students must have high creativity in improving a more decent life, improving and advancing the school. Students and the local environment will experience many things if they master the use of smartphones optimally and truly according to their needs. The most important thing is that the income based on purchases will increase. The participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the activities, both delivering material and training in the use of Marketplace Technology.

Human resources are very valuable assets and are a major investment that can determine the progress of an organization. Human resources who have knowledge, skills and attitudes that are in accordance with the needs of the organization will encourage creativity and new innovations so that they become a source of unique competitive advantage that is difficult to imitate. Thus, human resources as an asset in an organization must be managed effectively so that they are useful and effective in realizing organizational goals. Employee performance can be used as a benchmark to assess the progress of an organization. Performance measures can be seen from the number and quality of certain aspects according to the standards set by the organization or company, the form can be tangible (the measuring instrument or standard can be determined) or intangible (the measuring instrument or standard cannot be determined), depending on the form and process of implementing the work. This study aims to determine the level of work competence and work motivation as an effort to improve the performance of employees of the Archives and Library Service of Banjar City. This study uses a descriptive survey method, namely research that seeks to collect data, critically analyze the data and conclude it based on facts during the research period. The population in this study were employees of the Archives and Library Service of Banjar City, both civil servants and non-civil servants. Data processing used SPSS version 20. The results of the study were obtained from the results of testing with multiple linear regression tests showing that competence had an effect of 48.3%, and work motivation had an effect of 44.5% on performance partially, overall both variables had an effect of 78.9% and the remaining 21.1% was influenced by other factors.

This study explores the policy dynamics surrounding the implementation of the 21st-century skills-based curriculum, focusing on the perceptions and challenges faced by stakeholders at various educational levels. Through semi-structured interviews with teachers, principals, and policymakers, along with policy document analysis, the research identifies a significant gap between national policy design and its practical implementation at the school level. The study reveals that while the national curriculum emphasizes critical competencies such as critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration, there is a disconnect between these objectives and their classroom application. The main challenges include limited resources, cultural resistance, and lack of support from regional governments. The findings emphasize the need for a more flexible, context-sensitive curriculum that can be adapted to local needs. The study also emphasizes the importance of ongoing professional development and strong leadership to facilitate the adoption of innovative teaching methods. To address these challenges, the study calls for a coordinated approach involving national, regional, and school-level authorities to ensure effective curriculum reform. The research contributes valuable insights into the complexities of curriculum implementation and offers recommendations to improve educational policies and practices aimed at equipping students with the necessary skills for the modern world.

The business model canvas can be interpreted as a tool to help start-ups or existing business organizations map out their business design model. As well as changing a complicated business into an easy, simple business which is presented in the form of an analysis of one sheet of paper containing a nine-key strategic plan that integrates internal and external business strategies.

This journal examines the Piriang Talam Bantiang dance attraction at Sanggar Talang Sarumpun as a form of performing art in the city of Payakumbuh. The method used is a descriptive-analytical qualitative research method, which involves presenting data obtained in the field and then analyzing it according to the research needs. This study employs the theory and opinions of Y. Sumadiyo Hadi regarding form to strengthen the writing. Additionally, it uses supporting theories from Dedi Supriadi on creativity. The results obtained from this research show that the Piriang Talam Bandantiang dance attraction is a form of performance that can attract the attention of the community to watch and enjoy, while simultaneously introducing Piriang Talam Bandantiang dance as a performing art in the region.

Technological developments are growing rapidly in line with the times. Technology is an important need today. This is because early childhood education is for children aged 0-6 years, early childhood education has a very important role in developing children's personalities and preparing children to enter a further level of education because technology is needed for many purposes. Technology is very easy to obtain because some prices are cheap and some are expensive according to the user's economic needs. This research uses descriptive research methods, namely by creating a detailed description of the condition of a subject or object. Gadgets are media that are used as modern communication tools. Gadgets make human communication activities easier. Now communication activities have developed even more advanced with the emergence of gadgets. Excessive use of gadgets will have a negative impact on children's social and emotional development. The bad impacts of using gadgets on children include children becoming closed individuals, sleep disorders, liking to be alone, violent behavior, fading creativity, and the threat of cyberbullying. This research uses a descriptive research method, namely by creating a detailed description of the condition of a subject or object. Descriptive research focuses on solving real problems as they existed at the time the research was conducted.
