The SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis is widely known and commonly applied in business strategy. CV Dejeefish was chosen for this SWOT analysis to help develop the company’s business strategy. The objective of this study is to identify the impact of SWOT analysis on business development and to uncover weaknesses, obstacles, and areas for improvement that could enhance the company’s efficiency, quality, and sustainability. The findings indicate that CV Dejeefish is in a relatively strong position, with more strengths than weaknesses and threats. However, CV Dejeefish still needs to implement a combination of SWOT-based business strategies and a SWOT Matrix. Firstly, in the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy, the company can leverage high-quality broodstock from BBAT to expand its market, adopt the latest technology in aquaculture, and develop value-added products. Secondly, in the WO (Weaknesses-Opportunities) strategy, expanding the use of aquaculture technology and improving responsiveness to climate change and market conditions is strongly recommended. For the ST (Strengths-Threats) strategy, a focus on strict quality control, risk mitigation, and maintaining adequate capital reserves is necessary to address potential threats. Lastly, the WT (Weaknesses-Threats) strategy should involve implementing effective monitoring systems, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and conducting regular evaluations.

Credit approval prediction is one of the critical challenges in the financial industry, where the accuracy and efficiency of credit decision-making can significantly affect business risk. This study proposes an outlier detection method using the Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) combined with Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) to improve prediction accuracy. GMM is used to detect outliers with a probabilistic approach, allowing for finer-grained anomaly identification compared to distance- or density-based methods. Furthermore, the data cleaned through GMM is processed using XGBoost, a decision tree-based boosting algorithm that efficiently handles complex datasets. This study compares the performance of XGBoost with various outlier detection methods, such as LOF, CBLOF, DBSCAN, IF, and K-Means, as well as various other classification algorithms based on machine learning and deep learning. Experimental results show that the combination of GMM and XGBoost provides the best performance with an accuracy of 95.493%, a recall of 91.650%, and an AUC of 95.145%, outperforming other models in the context of credit approval prediction on an imbalanced dataset. The proposed method has been proven to reduce prediction errors and improve the model's reliability in detecting eligible credit applications.

Investment is a type of economic activity. Behind all wealth there is zakat. If wealth is not used in a useful way, it can be taken away by zakat over time. One of the good things about zakat is that it encourages all Muslims to use their money in ways that are productive. Only the profits from investments are subject to zakat, not the assets themselves. Everyone should know about the ethics of investing to make sure they don’t invest in things that are not allowed in Islam. Not knowing about Islamic investment can lead people to make bad decisions and act in ways that go against Islamic law. The desire for big profits is one reason people might make wrong choices. Investment is a kind of business, and it has risks because it involves uncertain things, which can lead to uncertain or unstable results. Islam encourages people to take action and be prepared through investing. Putting money in an Islamic bank is also considered an investment because the outcome is not certain.

This research aims to underscore the significance of women's emotional intelligence in enhancing the effectiveness of the Board of Directors, a crucial component of internal governance, particularly during crises. Despite strides made in recent decades in appointing women to senior roles in government, business, and education, challenges persist in improving women's leadership opportunities, especially in developing countries. The study utilizes statistical methods, including Pearson's correlation, to analyze the relationships between variables within a sample of banks listed on the Iraqi securities market, comparing periods before and during the COVID-19 pandemic (2019 and 2020). The goal is to measure the impact of female emotional intelligence on the Board of Directors' ability to manage crises, focusing on variables such as conservative accounting policies, Board compensation and benefits, meeting frequency, the ratio of external auditor fees to enterprise capital, enterprise capital, share profitability, and the market-to-share profitability ratio. Findings indicate that emotional intelligence (measured by the number of females on the Board) positively influences conservative accounting policies and meeting frequency during crisis periods. Conversely, the pre-crisis period showed a negative relationship, suggesting a proactive and risk-responsive stance by women during crisis. Additionally, the study observed an inverse relationship between crisis periods and both Board compensation and external auditor fee ratios, implying a cost-reduction strategy facilitated by female emotional intelligence. The crisis period also saw an increase in the profitability of individual shares and the market-to-share profitability ratio. The research recommends expanding the study to compare the role of emotional intelligence in Boards between developing and developed economies.

Customer segmentation plays a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies and improving customer retention across various industries. This study explores the application of the RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) model for customer segmentation in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business, using Python for efficient data processing and analysis. By analyzing one year of customer purchase data, we segmented customers into key groups such as "Champions," "Loyal Customers," and "At Risk." The results highlight that targeted discount strategies significantly affect profitability, especially for high-value customer segments. Furthermore, the research builds upon existing methodologies, demonstrating how Python-based implementations streamline RFM analysis and allow for scalable solutions in business contexts, as illustrated in prior works by Hermawan et al. (2024). This study offers actionable recommendations, including tailored discounting, loyalty programs, and personalized engagement strategies, to enhance customer retention and business profitability. The findings underscore the importance of data-driven marketing approaches for customer segmentation and engagement, reinforcing the relevance of the RFM model in modern business environments.
