Leadership style is one of the factors of employee performance so that a good leadership style will be able to direct and give instructions to the work faced by employees. A good leadership style will also lead to job satisfaction for them, so they will work with feelings of pleasure and joy. Simultaneously, the Transformational Leadership Variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a value of Fcount > from Ftable. The result of the Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.165, meaning that the Employee Performance variable can be explained by the Transformational Leadership variable and the Meaning in Work variable by 16.5% while the remaining 83.5% is influenced by other variables.

Provisions regarding dishonorable discharge are regulated in Article 53 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 39 of 2010 concerning Administration of TNI Soldiers, which regulates dishonorable discharge from military service, as an implementation of the provisions of Article 62 paragraph (3) of Law Number 34 of 2004 concerning Indonesian national army. The aim of this research is to show that the norm for imposing an additional penalty of dismissal by a judge in a court trial is Article 26 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code which confirms that the defendant, based on the crime he committed, is deemed no longer fit to remain in the military. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that from the perspective of Military Criminal Procedure law, it can be said that dismissal is the sole authority of the Military Judge taking into account the unfitness of the soldier to be retained to continue serving in the military environment, so that this authority cannot be delegated to a civilian Judge, because the decision will be made basis by the TNI leadership to be followed up. For these military members, dismissal from military service is the end of their career and service within the Indonesian National Army (TNI), the consequences of which will be followed by the termination of the rights they have received so far.

Tamanan sub district is a developed sub district, always keeping up with the times. Especially with today's socialization, parents must also participate in monitoring the socialization of their children, because one of the factors causing underage marriage is uncontrolled socialization so they are afraid of causing accidents. The above fact is an interesting phenomenon to study. Therefore, it provides an opportunity for writing to analyze the factors that cause early marriage in Tamanan District. In addition, the opinions and solutions of religious leaders regarding early marriage.In this study, the research used by the compiler is a type of field research (field research), to the Tamanan KUA and several Tamanan religious leaders regarding their views on early marriage. The nature of the research used is descriptive, analytical, primary data, namely the original source without previous intermediaries, which is the source of data on the words or actions of a person who is observed or interviewed. In this study, the authors used Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning marriage, especially articles related to the discussion in this thesis. Based on the methods used above, it was revealed that the factors causing early marriage in the District itself, namely: environmental factors, economic factors and also factors regarding understanding of religion. these factors are what cause many early marriages in Tamanan District. Then the opinion of the figures is that there are some who agree with the existence of early marriage or in the legal language of marriage dispensation. Because there are dasrnya that allow marriage dispensation. Some religious leaders disagree with early marriage. Because a marriage needs readiness from various aspects. One of the figures agreed with early marriage, as long as the marriage was carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions.

This study examines the impact of ethical leadership on both employee engagement and organizational behavior through a multilevel analysis. Ethical leadership, characterized by integrity, fairness, and ethical decision-making, is increasingly recognized as a crucial factor in shaping organizational outcomes. Drawing upon data from multiple levels within organizations, including individual employees and their respective teams, this research employs statistical techniques to explore the intricate relationships between ethical leadership, employee engagement, and organizational behavior. Findings suggest that ethical leadership positively influences both employee engagement and organizational behavior at both individual and group levels. Moreover, the study elucidates the mediating role of employee engagement in the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational behavior, underscoring the importance of fostering ethical leadership behaviors for promoting a positive organizational culture and enhancing employee contributions beyond formal role requirements.    

The purpose of this research is to analyze the efforts of the Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Brebes to obtain an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) on the Government Financial Report (LKPD). This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This study used a SWOT analysis and data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews and was supported by observation, documentation and triangulation.  Based on the processed data, it can be concluded that in the strength factor, the highest average is the commitment and high integrity of the Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Brebes and the Board of Institution Leaders, with a value of 7.9. The lowest average value is on the weakness factor, the area of Brebes Regency so that the total assets are larger and more complex, with a value of 6.0. The highest average value is on the opportunity factor in (Bimtek) and socialization from the central government with a value of 7.7. The lowest average value on the threat factor (Threat), the culture of the community that does not consider education is important, with a value of 6.1. Bipolar disorder is a mental health condition characterized by extreme mood swings between manic and depressive episodes. Coastal communities often face limited access to mental health information and services, leading to a lack of awareness and early detection of this disorder. This community service program aims to enhance awareness and understanding of bipolar disorder among adolescents in the coastal area of Baubau City through a community-based counseling approach. The methods used in this program include socialization, interactive discussions, case simulations, as well as pre-test and post-test evaluations to measure program effectiveness. The results showed that after attending the counseling session, participants' understanding of bipolar disorder increased by 85%, while the community's readiness to seek professional help increased from 30% to 75%. Additionally, positive social changes occurred, such as reduced stigma against mental disorders and the emergence of community leaders who actively promote mental health education. These findings indicate that a community-based educational approach can be an effective strategy in improving mental health literacy, particularly in areas with limited access to psychological services. Therefore, it is recommended that continuous counseling programs and further collaborations between the government, healthcare professionals, and local communities be implemented to ensure the sustainability of this program.

Introduction. Leadership is a very decisive factor in the success of an organization. Spiritual leadership that is applied at the hospital are believed to be capable of evoking motivation of nurses can further improve the implementation of nursing care. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of Spiritual Leadership With the nurse Performance in performing Nursing Care. Research methods. done using penilitian Type used is Descriptive Analytic with Crossectional draft. The sample numbered 36 respondents using Simple Random Sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires and observation sheets. Furthermore the data that has been collected is processed using computer-assisted program SPSS version 16.0 for analysis by using the chi square statistic test with significance level (α) 0.05. The results. in this study, there is a Spiritual Relationship With the nurse Performance Leadership In Implementing Nursing Care. Obtained p = the value of 0,018 showed < α = 0.05. The discussion. The results of this study expect can add information that can be used to improve the performance of the nurses in the care of nursing.            

The harmony and integrity of the household can be disturbed if behavior and self-control cannot be controlled, the bad result is negative behavior, namely anger and quarrels which can lead to acts of domestic violence. Likewise, neglect of the household is not a new thing, because the fact is that it often occurs in the reality of society. This study aims to explain the factors that cause household neglect, to explain the legal consequences for the husband who has neglected his wife, and, to explain the efforts that must be made to prevent neglect in the household again. The method used in this research is a normative juridical approach and a descriptive analytical research specification, data collection using techniques such as literature study, interviews, and documentation. The data source that has been used is secondary data. The results of this research indicate the factors that cause household neglect are; do not provide a living, make dependence; the existence of a patriarchal culture in society; low education and knowledge of women as wives. The provisions of the Marriage Law stipulate that the husband must be responsible, if it is violated then legal sanctions will apply. In cases of household neglect, a solution is usually found not to be penalized and not to be fined. Efforts that must be made so that household neglect does not occur again is by car; there must be awareness, there needs to be religious guidance, it is not enough to just provide material but cannot educate his wife well, there must be mental development because a husband to become a leader must be able to lead his wife to a better direction. Legal consequences / sanctions for a husband who has neglected his wife can be punished with a maximum imprisonment of three years or a maximum fine of Rp. 15 million based on articles 49 and 50 of Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning PKDRT. Efforts that must be made so that neglect of the household does not occur again is by means of citizen awareness that neglect is a criminal act, so that law enforcement must continue so that people understand that neglect is a criminal act, from the aspect of marriage there must be socialization from the general public .   Keywords: neglect, wife, violence, household, criminal.

This article discusses social media content design training organized by the Lamongan Aisyiyah Regional Leadership (PDA), in collaboration with the Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan Institute of Technology and Business. The focus of utilization training is managing Instagram feeds and color choices. Participants, the majority of whom are women aged 30-45 years, act as contributors to the PDA Lamongan Instagram account. Material includes feed management, use of color pallette. The results of this training show an increased understanding of Instagram. The enthusiasm of the participants reflects the success of the training on utilizing PDA Lamongan social media by applying the knowledge gained, opening up the potential for similar activities in the future

One of the businesses that is growing rapidly in Indonesia today is the multi-level marketing (MLM) business. MLM is a method of marketing goods or services from a system of selling goods directly through a marketing program in the form of more than one level, where business partners get sales commissions and sales bonuses from the sale of goods or services carried out by themselves and network members in their group. In general, this thesis discusses the multi-level marketing (MLM) business at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district, with problems namely (1) how is the bonus system at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district, (2) how is the review of Sharia Economic Law against the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district. This study uses a field research method with a descriptive approach which is useful for providing information, facts and data regarding the network bonus system at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district. Then the data was analyzed using qualitative methods to uncover events, phenomena, facts and circumstances that actually occurred in the field. From this study it can be concluded that the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district has five types of bonuses, namely: sponsor bonuses, leadership bonuses, retail bonuses, retail group bonuses and unilevel bonuses. Meanwhile, according to Sharia Economic Law, the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district isThis can be done because it is in accordance with Islamic law.    

This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

Background : Tourism in Bali is also followed by positive and negative impacts on the Balinese people. The positive impact is such as the large number of jobs that are able to absorb labor, while the negative impact is the emergence of social issues such as human trafficking which can threaten the young generation of Bali. Method : Activities by providing education about human trafficking. And provide life skills training. Target adolescents, both those who attend school and drop out of school. Result : Lentera Anak Bali (LAB) is an independent non-profit organization engaged in child protection to obtain their rights. LAB sees the importance of these children’s problems by involving the local government, social services, education offices, health offices and community leaders. In an effort to build awareness of the vulnerability of these children and make preventive education efforts against the possibility of being caught in human trafficking,by conducting outreach to officials, the caring community, and the youth themselves.These adolescents are given education on safe life skills (free of prostitution),understanding of human trafficking, education on health and welfare, and examination of reproductive organs. With this facilitation, it is hoped that they can protect themselves and become counselors for their teenage friends. Conclusion : this activity can increase public understanding of the danger of human trafficking. (1) There is a group of young urban workers who receive assistance from the human trafficking prevention team. (2) Youth groups who received training on safe life skills (prostitution free), understanding of human trafficking, health education, and examination of reproductive organs.

Leadership is an activity used to influence the behavior of other people so that they are willing to be directed to achieve certain goals, one of which is improving the performance of nursing services. Performance is an effort made from the results of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization in accordance with their respective authorities. This research method uses an analytical observational research design with a cross sectional study approach. The research population was all nurses at the Ridge Community Health Center, totaling 55 people with a sample size of 55 people, the sampling technique used total sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The research results showed that the majority of respondents were women (72.7%) with a D3 education (76.4%) aged 21-30 years (40.0%) with a length of work of 1-10 years (52.7%). The results of statistical tests show that there is no relationship between authoritarian (p=0.185) and democratic (p=0.128) leadership styles on nurse performance. Meanwhile, there is a relationship between participative leadership style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) on nurse performance. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that at the Ridge Community Health Center, the Participative Leadership Style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) are implemented, resulting in greater performance of good nurses compared to less good performance of nurses.

The review used in this research is the maqashid sharia theory in order to obtain an objective conclusion. The aim of this research is to determine the factors behind the occurrence of early marriage in Sumberjambe District and analyze the views of religious leaders regarding early marriage from a maqashid sharia perspective. The approach used in this research is a descriptive-qualitative approach with the type of field research. And the results of this research are among the first, it was found that several factors were behind the occurrence of early marriage in Sumberjambe District, including economic factors, in this case there were several parents who wanted to immediately let go of their children in the hope of reducing the cost of living in the family. Then there is the promiscuity factor, many people think that communication using social media makes teenagers free from parental supervision, resulting in out-of-wedlock pregnancies and marriage is the solution.

This study aims to determine the impact of the servant leadership of lecturers on student satisfaction in accounting lectures online. The servant leadership style has five dimensions including altruistic calling, emotional healing, wisdom, persuasive mapping, and organizational stewardship. This study uses a population of all Accounting students from one of the tertiary institutions in Semarang. Samples were obtained by random means with a sample size of 100 respondents obtained from calculations using the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. This research obtained the result that the research model was stated well. Partially, only the wisdom and persuasive mapping variables that influence student satisfaction in accounting online-based lectures. While the other three independent variables, namely altruistic calling, emotional healing, and organizational stewardship, were not proven to affect student satisfaction. The limitation of this research is that the scope of the object used is limited, so it is expected that further research can expand the object, namely various universities in Semarang to be examined.  Keywords: Servant leadership, satisfaction, accounting lectures

Especially when there are unexpected problems, but because so far the system used is still the old system and is less efficient and often errors in writing the nominal amount and also requires a long time in data processing so that makes the Administration part of the problem. With the advancement of modern technology that is the computer in an information system today is expected to provide effectiveness and efficiency in data processing and minimize the error rate in the processing system. The procedures that will be processed between SPP Payment, SPI and Practice fees using the Microsoft Visual Basic Application System and using the Microsoft Office Access database system.With the new system, it is hoped that conducting transactions in the SOKO Midwifery ACADEMY TNGGAL SEMARANG can be utilized as well as possible and used as much as possible by all groups of leaders and other employees especially the financial administration division so that it can simplify each transaction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influence of budgeting participation and budget goal characteristics on managerial performance with a non-physical work environment as moderation. Population variables in this study are all leaders and financial officers in private vocational schools in the city of Semarang listed in the structure of the division of school work in 2016 which amounted to 14 vocational high schools and each was taken by 3 people so that there were 42 respondents, while the sampling technique used the census method. Data analysis method used is Regression Moderation Analysis (MRA) Hypothesis 1 test results note that the value of t arithmetic = 3.012> t table = 1.694 with a number of significance = 0.003 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H1) that participation budgeting has a positive effect. on proven managerial job performance. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.567 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the higher the participation in budgeting, the higher the managerial performance. Hypothesis 2 testing is known that the value of t = 2.723> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.010 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H2) that the characteristics of the budgetary objectives have a positive effect on managerial performance of the work proved. Stepwise coefficient = 0.279 (benchmark), can be interpreted more clearly the characteristics of the managerial level budget objectives. Testing hypothesis 3 is known that the value of t 2.484> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.026 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H3) that the work environment is not moderate, moderate moderate positive positive effect on budget participation on managerial work performance proven. Testing hypothesis 4 is known that the value of t arithmetic 2.333> t table = 1.694 with the number of significance = 0.032 <α = 0.05 (significance nt). Thus the hypothesis (H4) that the non-physical work environment positively influences the characteristics of budgetary goals on proven managerial work performance. Interaction test results show β4 = 0.163 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the existence of a non-physical work environment that is conducive will strengthen the influence of the characteristics of the budget objectives on managerial work performance. Semarang Mini Iron Shop has 5 employees and a leader. Mini Iron Stores Semarang do the buying and selling process wholesale with various customers, the majority of which are small traders or retailers. In running its business, Semarang Mini Iron Shop still conducts conventional buying and selling transactions using a sales memorandum. This allows duplicate data to occur due to repeated customer and supplier data writing. Based on the above problems, the author wants to propose a multiuser-based inventory system design to be taken into consideration in helping to speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed at the Semarang Mini Iron Store in the form of inventory reports, sales level reports and daily income reports in the form of an application Inventory system in Semarang Mini Iron Shop using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

SAI APPAREL SEMARANG, the authors try to develop a system in accordance with the needs needed, namely by changing the data processing program inventory system (inventory) that is still using a manual system into a computerized inventory processing program (inventory) based on computerized programming language microsoft visual basic. This change aims to adjust the needs. The use of a computerized inventory system (inventory) in a company or office plays an important role. Because with the presence of a computerized system the data taken and made will be more precise and accurate, while the existing system at PT. SAI APPAREL SEMARANG still uses a manual system so reports that will be given to the leaders are slow.
