The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the application of Article 1320 of the Civil Code regarding the bonded bondage system to clove farmers as local wisdom in preventing the occurrence of problems that arise because of the clove bonded agreement and to find out the obstacles faced in the application of article 1320 of the civil code to the bonded system. On Clove Farmers in Kaidundu Village as Local Wisdom. Research Using this type of normative-empirical research. By using several approaches, namely: statutory approach (statue approach), case approach (case approach). The results of this study indicate that: First, the clove bonded bondage system in Kaidundu Village is a custom or habit that was born and developed in the Kaidundu Village community since the last decades, the agreement system by means of bonded bondage involves sellers (farmers) and buyers (middlemen). . However, based on the law in force in article 1320 it is stated that, that the legal requirements for an agreement are agreement, competence, a certain matter and a lawful cause. However, in reality in society not all parties understand and understand what an agreement is considered. So that researchers can conclude that the bondage system in Kaidundu Village is a habit that has been passed down from generation to generation, but the community must understand and know that there are rules governing this bondage system. Second, the obstacles faced by the people of Kaidundu Village, especially those involved in the case of the Clove ijon system, several obstacle factors faced, namely: Legal factors, where there is no agreement or agreement that binds both parties, both the seller (farmer) and buyer (middleman). And there are no regulations in the form of Perdes (Village Regulations) which regulate the existence of the clove bondage system. The ijon system agreement is only based on trust.

Every citizen has the right to civil registration in the sense that he has the right to request an authentic deed from a state official. It is still rare for residents to realize how important a deed is for them in sustaining their life. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the implementation of the policy for implementing population administration in the possession of death certificates for the community at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency and to identify obstacles in implementing the policy for implementing population administration in making death certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Service for Kuantan Regency Singingi. Qualitative research as a research method that starts from assumptions, interpretive/theoretical lenses, and studies of research problems that look at how individuals or groups interpret social or humanitarian problems. The results of the research that the researchers conducted regarding the implementation of population administration administration policies in Kuantan Singingi Regency (a case study of death certificates), namely, the policy of implementing population administration regarding death certificates had not been properly implemented by the Kuantan Singingi Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, this was obtained from several factors, namely Policy standards and targets/measures and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, implementor communication, attitude and position of executors, social, economic and political environment. The second obstacle is the lack of socialization related to population administration. The third obstacle is the lack of public awareness.

The cause and effect diagram identifies five factors: labor, machine, material, method, and environment. The most dominant cause is the lack of training for the workforce and insufficient maintenance of the machines, resulting in defective plastic thread. Therefore, the suggested solution is to perform regular machine maintenance, provide training to the workforce, and pay attention to machine settings and the quality of raw materials used.

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) are the most important contributors to the national economy. However, in practice, many MSMEs need to optimize their capabilities because they need further information on implementing accounting in their companies. Therefore, this article aims to study the extent to which Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) apply reporting and accounting reporting as a tool for analyzing business performance. The implementation method uses the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) method with MSME actors Wong Djamoe. In addition, the management of infrastructure is one of the things that must be considered so that it can help encourage student achievement and achieve the goals of educational organizations. Facilities and infrastructure have a very important urgency to increase student learning productivity. However, the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management in schools does not always go well. There are problems or obstacles that need to be resolved and overcome so as not to interfere with the learning process. Factors that hinder the management of facilities and infrastructure in schools usually arise from internal and external factors. Therefore, school management needs to make various efforts to overcome these obstacles. This study aims to determine the efforts of school management in overcoming barriers to educational infrastructure. From the method used, namely the qualitative method with literature study techniques, it produces an elaboration which shows that school management efforts in overcoming obstacles to facilities and infrastructure are planning, organizing, procuring, inventorying, distributing, maintaining, eliminating, and monitoring and evaluating.

Breast milk contains various nutrients needed in the process of growth and development of infants. Exclusive breastfeeding, namely that babies are only given breast milk, without any liquid or solid food except vitamins, minerals or drugs in the form of drops or syrup until the age of 6 months. The main obstacle to achieving correct exclusive breastfeeding is the lack of proper knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding for mothers. Objective: A mother must have good knowledge of breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to reveal the effect of social support on exclusive breastfeeding behavior, the influence of knowledge of breastfeeding mothers on exclusive breastfeeding behavior, as well as the effect of social support, knowledge of breastfeeding mothers on exclusive breastfeeding behavior. Methods: The research method used is quantitative, namely cross sectional analytic survey method. Results:The results of the analysis show that first, the direct effect of social support on exclusive breastfeeding behavior is 34.6% and the remaining 63.4% is influenced by other variables. Second, the effect of social support on the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers is 11.8%, the remaining 88.2% is influenced by other variables. Third, the effect of knowledge of breastfeeding mothers on exclusive breastfeeding behavior is 9.9% and the remaining 90.1% is influenced by other variables. Conclusion: this study is the influence of social support, knowledge of breastfeeding mothers on behavior of giving exclusive breast milk.

Reading is an activity carried out to find information obtained in writing. With that, reading is a process to think about how to understand the contents of the writing that is read. Reading skill is a top priority that must be mastered by students, especially in high grades, because reading with good skills will absorb the contents of the reading more easily. Students who cannot read will experience obstacles in learning activities. So, students must have the skills to read well. This study aims to find out what is included in reading skills in high school learning at the MI/SD level. Data collection techniques were carried out through qualitative methods based on literature study by collecting data from various sources, both written and unwritten, such as journals, books whether online or offline which can be considered as relevant and written according to the subject matter outlined by the author.

This research is qualitative research using the literature study approach method, the data collection refers to previous research, books, newspapers, documents, and other reading sources. This research focuses on discussing the role of the OJK in preventing and eradicating illegal/bodong/fictitious investments. In an effort to regulate and prevent fraudulent investment practices, the actions launched by OJK are conducting socialization and counseling to the public, providing investment entity establishment licenses only to those who meet the criteria, providing consumer complaint services, forming a fraudulent investment alert task force, issuing regulations and forming capital market protection institutions. The obstacles in efforts to eradicate fraudulent investment are in the form of difficulties in establishing communication between institutions, there is a barrier between OJK and Bank Indonesia as the highest supervision of the financial and banking sectors in Indonesia, this is due to the distance and long transition from OJK to Bank Indonesia.

Advances in agricultural technology have brought significant changes to society. The impacts of the changes can change the lifestyle and work of farmers. This study uses a qualitative method where researchers have the aim of analyzing the impact of agricultural technology on social change in society. Social change in society is not a result or product but a process. This process of change is of course the result of an agreement or joint decision taken by an individual or a community group. The decisions taken are of course in accordance with the wishes or expectations of the group so that social change can be realized. However, the application of technology does not always have a positive impact, sometimes there are negative things with several obstacles. Some of the obstacles encountered in the process of community empowerment using technology, one of which is secondary human needs that arise after their primary needs are met.  

The purpose of this study is to review more deeply the use of digital media kahoot: by dragon box in learning mathematics accompanied by a description of the obstacles experienced during the use of digital-based learning media: kahoot number by dragon box in learning mathematics in training children to think critically.  Qualitative description methods with interview techniques and the application of digital media include participatory observation, interviews, and documentation.  The subjects of this study were students aged 6-9 years from Kindergarten to Grade 3 Elementary School. The results of this study indicated that the implementation of digital teaching media was carried out in four stages, namely the action planning stage to develop a plan for using digital teaching media that is suitable for use in learning mathematics in training children to think critically,  the stage of carrying out the action by learning mathematics material using digital media through the educational game kahoot: numbers by dragon box, the stage of the action results as an effort to successfully use digital teaching media that is good for the development of children's thinking from the beginning to the end of use, and the stage of reflection by assessing how the process  implementation and results in the use of digital teaching media for children aged 6-9 years.  And the obstacles found in the use of digital teaching media are in the form of installing applications and registering accounts, the process of carrying out digital teaching media.

This study aims to describe efforts to improve teachers' ability to manage ICT-based learning. data collection tools using interviews, documentation, observation and literature review. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis. Teachers are currently required to have the ability to carry out ICT-based learning. The obstacles faced by teachers in developing ICT-based learning include: the diverse conditions of students and factors of teaching experience, ability to operate learning media; the availability of school facilities is for teachers in implementing ICT-based learning. Teachers must be able to utilize information from the internet as well as teacher discussion forums as an effort to overcome problems in the preparation of a new ICT-based learning paradigm.

According to Law No. 36 of 2009, health is a state of health, both physically, mentally, spiritually and socially that allows everyone to lead a socially and economically productive life. To ensure this health, the government established a health insurance known as the National Health Insurance (JKN). In its implementation, the JKN program experienced several challenges and obstacles. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the JKN program in terms of increasing public health access. The research method used was a literature review obtained from eight journals from the Google Schoolar online database  between 2018 and 2023. Based on BPJS Kesehatan data as of October 2022, as many as 89.35% of the entire Indonesian population has been guaranteed health financing through the JKN program. There are several factors that affect the implementation of the JKN program, namely internal and external factors. To overcome this, various strategies are needed to optimize the JKN program in Indonesia. In addition, collaboration between stakeholders and the implementation of digitalization of health services in various health care facilities are also needed as readiness to face the global world. In its implementation, the implementation of JKN still experiences various obstacles such as low stakeholder readiness and responsiveness,  facilities and infrastructure that have not been maximized, and regulations regarding the JKN program have not been available and socialized properly.

One of the objects monitored by the Airport Authority is the activity of hot air balloons in the air space. Therefore, all forms of disruption to the flight path that have the potential for danger must be handled immediately to ensure flight safety. This study aims to find out the role and constraints experienced by the Airport Authority Office Region III in supervising hot air balloons in order to maintain flight security and safety. This study uses qualitative methods with primary and secondary data collection techniques. The data used are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study to find out the role of the Region III Airport Authority Office in supervising hot air balloons. The results of this study indicate that the role played by the Region III Airport Authority Office in supervising hot air balloons has been carried out properly and has implemented according to the regulations stated in PM 41 of 2011 and PM 40 of 2018.
