Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh  teknologi informasi dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja pada pegawai di Sekretariat Dewan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh seluruh pegawai Pegawai di Sekretariat Dewan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, ukuran jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 61 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus atau sampel jenuh. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil analisis penelitian diperoleh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, etos kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji mediasi diperoleh bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan memediasi pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational commitment, and work environment on the performance of employees at MIN 1 Jombang. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 81 employees while the sample numbered 64 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that work discipline and organizational commitment partially did not affect employee performance, while work environment variables showed an effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of work discipline, organizational commitment, and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance at MIN 1 Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0.719 or 71.9%, which means that the contribution of work discipline, organizational commitment and work environment variables to employee performance is 71.9%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

This study aims to explain the significant influence between Work Discipline, Work Facilities and Work Ability on the Performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates Employees. The research data was obtained by presenting data from the questionnaire results, as well as other research results that are relevant to the object under study. The sample in this study were 43 respondents with a sampling method using purposive sampling where the sample determination technique was based on certain considerations. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 21 program. The results of the study on the Work Discipline variable obtained a tcount value of 1439 <t table 2.042, so the Work Discipline variable has a partial but not significant effect on employee performance, work facilities variable obtained t count 2.220 > ttable 2.042 then work facilities partially have a significant effect on employee performance, and work ability variable obtained tcount 2.084 > ttable 2.042 then work ability partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline variables, work facilities and work ability simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates employees with the results of the F test obtained Fcount, namely 4.042 > Ftable of 2.852. In addition, it also obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.237 or 23.7%. This indicates that the performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates employees is influenced by work discipline, work facilities and work ability by 23.7%. While the rest is influenced by other independent variables that are not included in this research model, which is equal to 76.3%.

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of job satisfaction and morale on employee performance at PT Javadwipa Duta Mandiri Surabaya. This study took 45 respondents from a total population of 72 employees at PT Javadwipa Duta Madiri Surabaya where a total of 45 respondents all came from the marketing department. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. While the classic assumptions used include the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test using the SPSS version 20 statistical program. The results of the analysis conclude that variables 1.) Job Satisfaction have no significant effect on Employee Performance, 2.) Work Morale have a significant effect on Employee Performance, 3.) Job Satisfaction and Work Morale have a simultaneous or joint effect on Employee Performance. at PT Javadwipa Duta Mandiri Surabaya.

The research aims to know how significant the impact of prosperity and passion for the empoyee effectifity in CV Gawanta Sejahtera Gemilang Kabupaten Kediri. The analysis data in this research uses some test, there are validity test, reability test, classic assumtion test, double linier regency test, partial test (T Test) and simultant test (F test). The taking sample in this research uses saturated sample, and it uses around 32 people to take sample. From analysis, it shows that prosperity of work gives the impact partially and significanly to the work of employee, it can be seen from the value of T about 0,000 ˂0,005. The struggle gives impact partially and significanty to the employee work, it can be known from value of T significant about 0,007˂0.05. The prosperity and spirit of working simultantly dan significantly gives impact to the work of employee of CV. Gawanta Sejahtera Gemilang Kediri, it can be viewed from the value F significant about 0,000 ˂0.05.

The impact of the work ethic which consists of indicators of a person's interpersonal skills, an individual's initiative in carrying out work, and being reliable in doing his work. The physical work environment which consists of indicators of lighting, air temperature, cleanliness, security, working hours in carrying out work is very important to find out how big the impact is on the performance of street vendors Car Free Day Simpang Lima Gumul Kab. Kediri. By knowing this relationship, parties from the Bodronoyo community, including street vendors at the Simpang Lima Gumul car free day, Kab. Kediri can estimate how the consumer response and the impact of the work ethic and physical work environment that is generated / given so that it can provide even better performance and service by street vendors, especially in the Bodronoyo community in the future. This research is a research that is included in mixed research or a combination of quantitative methods and qualitative methods. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique (where the samples used were based on certain criteria determined by the researcher). The samples used or taken in this study were street vendors at the Simpang Lima Gumul car free day, Kab. Kediri based on certain criteria determined by researchers and processed as respondents. Data obtained through observation, questionnaires or questionnaires, documentation, interviews and literature. From the results of the analysis carried out, the results of the study show that the work ethic and physical work environment have a significant impact simultaneously on performance. It is known that the results of the correlation analysis are as follows: The R Square value is 0.524 or 52.4% and the remaining 0.476 or 47.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Health, Accident and Work Safety on Work Motivation at PT Alis Jaya Ciptatama Klaten. The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT Alis Jaya Ciptatama Klaten. The sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents, the sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. The data analysis method used is the Multiple Regression Test which consists of the F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the simultaneous study (Test F) show that there is a significant influence between Health, Accidents and Work Safety on Work Motivation. Partially (t test) Health and work accidents have no significant effect on work motivation, while work safety has a significant effect on work motivation.

Community Service Program (KKN) is a part of educational activities as well as devotion to the community which is a learning tool for students to actively contribute to society and help solve the problems faced. Participation is independent participation or active initiative in various activities and situations within a group or society. The participation of KKN students in the community is shown in teaching activities conducted at SDN 1 Sumberagung. The implementation of this teaching activity is done using question-and-answer learning methods to encourage students and students to understand the material submitted, and train to express their opinions. The use of audio, visual, and audiovisual learning media is also done by KKN students so that students can feel a new atmosphere and learning activities are getting interesting.

Women make up almost half of the workforce in developed countries; the majority may experience various menopausal symptoms into their decade of employment. This SLR aims to investigate the impact of menopausal symptoms in a work context. This method was systematically searched to identify studies that assessed reduced productivity and menopausal symptoms. Searches were conducted according to PRISMA guidelines. Electronic search is complemented by targeted search; publications were screened by two independent reviewers. Results From 3,850 identified records, 5 studies were included. reported in women with vasomotor menopausal symptoms (VMS) compared with other women. Conclusion Menopausal symptoms weigh heavily on individual careers and society. The impact of menopausal symptoms is not uniform and tends to be underestimated given women work outside of paid jobs. Holistic impact assessment included. consideration of gender gaps and equality is needed to improve interventions for working menopausal women.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive business units that stand alone, which are carried out by individuals or business entities in all economic sectors. The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which is the largest part of the national economy, is an indicator of the level of community participation in various sectors of economic activity. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of business capital, labor, and use of e-commerce variables on Culinary MSME income in Denpasar City. This study used the accidental proportional sampling method with a sample of 99 MSME actors in the culinary field in Denpasar City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data processing and simultaneous testing show that capital, labor, and the use of e-commerce have a significant effect on the income of MSMEs in the culinary field in Denpasar City. The results of data processing also show that the variables of business capital and labor partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of culinary MSMEs in Denpasar City. MSMEs in the culinary field in Denpasar City who use e-commerce earn higher incomes compared to those who do not use e-commerce.

Starting from the existence of several problems faced, namely there is a decrease in the quality of work as evidenced by the overall table of the national fluid index from 2020-2022. There is a decrease in the quantity of work based on the overall table of the National Achievement Index from 2020-2022. Improper timeliness in service time for participants has become an indicator of the decline in the overall value of the National Index of achievements from 2020-2022. Work effectiveness has decreased due to the fact that there are still vacant positions in the organizational structure, forcing employees to handle other work. Lack of employee independence, so that performance does not develop if there is no supervisor. The culture of BPJS Kesehatan is dynamic so that during the transition period employees experience difficulties. There are vacant positions in the organizational structure, so some employees do double jobs to keep the program running. Leaders do not understand the potential of each employee and tend to always rely on employees who have done this side job. The method used is descriptive quantitative. the results of research on Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This means that if the organizational culture increases, the employee's performance also increases. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This means that if job satisfaction increases, employee performance also increases. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if the leadership style increases, the employee's performance also increases. Organizational culture, job satisfaction and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if organizational culture, job satisfaction and leadership style increase, employee performance also increases.

Sarana prasarana adalah segala sesuatu yang dapat dipakai sebagai alat  dalam  mencapai maksud  dan tujuan. Sarana  prasarana  pelayanan kesehatan adalah sarana prasarana yang menyediakan bentuk pelayanan yang sifatnya lebih luas daripada bidang  klinik,  yaitu bersifat promotif, preventif dan rehabilitative. Ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, personalia puskesmas atau sumber daya dapat mempengaruhi perilaku. Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan yang ada di puskesmas guna berlangsung baiknya suatu pelayanan kesehatan. Metode penelitian: Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode pencarian artikel menggunakan dua database, yaitu Google Scholar dan PubMed Kesehatan dengan kata kunci sumber daya manusia, personalia puskesmas dan peran kinerja. Hasil: Kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas dianggap masyarakat sebagai profesionalisme kerja oleh seorang tenaga kesehatan. Tuntutan masyarakat akan terpenuhi jika pemberi layanan memiliki propesionalisme yang tinggi dan mampu mempertahankan citra dan kinerja yang memenuhi standar pelayanan. Disiplin kerja juga mempunyai kontribusi terhadap kualitas pelayanan keperawatan yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada produktivitas kerjanya.Tanpa ada dukungan disiplin yang tinggi dari karyawan, perusahaan atau organisasi sulit untuk mewujudkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Kesimpulan: Produktivitas suatu organisasi dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor antara lain disiplin dan karakteristik individu. Produktivitas layanan kesehatan puskesmas juga ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM)/personalia yang dimiliki.

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomenon of the relationship or influence between returns on assets. This article reviews the factors that influence the current ratio, debt equity ratio, and debt asset ratio in an introductory financial management literature study. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the disclosure of Return on Assets, namely: current ratio, debt equity ratio, debt-asset ratio, and working capital turnover. Samples were selected using purposive sampling method and samples that met the criteria. This study uses the classical assumption test, model feasibility test, multiple regression analysis and statistical t test. These results indicate that the variable current ratio and debt equity ratio have an effect on return on assets, while the debt-asset ratio and working capital turnover variable have no effect on return on assets.

In this investigation, we'll find out whether work placement and work experience affect employee performance at PT.  Indonesia Trans Network.  In this study employing analytical techniques, namely where the subjects of this study amounted to 31 employees of PT.  Indonesia Trans Network.  The sample is census sampling or saturated sampling, namely the whole populace is employed as a study example. The method of data analysis employs multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26 software. The results of the research by testing the hypothesis show that work placement and employment history have a favorable and significant impact on employees' performance at PT.  Indonesia Trans Network.  The proportion of the two variables on employee performance is 57%, while the remaining 43% is influenced by other factors in the regression model.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian negara dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Kelurahan Keputih memiliki cukup banyak UMKM  yang aktif dan variatif. Hasil survei menemukan beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh UMKM di wilayah Kelurahan Keputih, salah satunya ada pengenalan produk dan ketatnya persaingan untuk melakukan pemasaran di era digital. Solusi kegiatan diprioritaskan untuk UMKM yang memiliki potensi yaitu “Bebek Mesra Surabaya” dilakukan pendampimpangan dengan strategi rebranding dan digital marketing. Pendampingan yang dilakukan diantaranya:  a. Pembuatan foto produk dan video konten;  b. Pembaruan design banner; c. Pembuatan menu dengan Quick Response (QR) Code untuk menu digital UMKM “Bebek Mesra”. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah pendampingan adalah UMKM “Bebek Mesra Surabaya memiliki lebih banyak konten dan mengetahui cara membuat konten yang menarik untuk melakukan pemasaran digital, design banner baru yang sudah tercantum logo halal MUI, dan daftar menu baru disertai Quick Responses (QR).

UMKM di Desa Kedungdalem memiliki peluang untuk berkembang karena memiliki beberapa keunggulan dan keunikan yang berpotensi. Namun pelaku UMKM di Desa Kedungdalem masih menggunakan pemasaran offline dikarenakan kurangnya ilmu pemanfaatan teknologi para pelaku UMKM, hal ini yang menyebabkan UMKM Desa Kedungdalem kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, kelompok 50 KKN-T MBKM melakukan kegiatan pengabdian berupa pendampingan rebranding dan digital marketing melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik MBKM dengan tujuan dapat membantu dan memotivasi UMKM di Desa Kedungdalem agar berkembang mengikuti perkembangan industri kreatif masa kini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu dengan pendampingan secara tatap muka dengan pelaku UMKM Desa Kedungdalem. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini yaitu dapat membantu beberapa UMKM dalam hal pembuatan logo, memperbaharui kemasan, dan juga menerapkan digital marketing dalam mempromosikan produk atau jasanya.

Stunting is a condition of growth failure in infants that occurs during a critical period of the process of growth and development in the womb and during the initial period after the baby is born. It is not only affected the physical growth of the baby but also the brain. The purpose of this research was to determine the factors associated with the stunting prevalence among the children under five years old of age in Jetis 1 Primary Health Care Center, Bantul. The research method is quantitative, case control research design with retrospective approach. The data analysis methods were chi-square and logistic regression. The results of this research were some factors could be associated with stunting prevalence. The factors were the history of exclusive breastfeeding (p: 0.037 or: 0.253) and the nutritional status of the mother during pregnancy (p: 0.001 or: 5.634). Meanwhile, gender (p: 0.153), history of birth weight (p: 0.677) and mother's education (p: 0.127) were found to have no relationship with stunting prevalence. It is expected that the mothers of children under five years old can prepare for pregnancy in the future by calculating nutritional intake before and during pregnancy and provide exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months.

This study aims to identify, analyze and mitigate the risks of work accidents at PT Dewa Ruci Agung. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is very important to be implemented by every company. Prevention of work accidents can be done by knowing the existing risks, one of which is through the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) method. The data collection method used in this study uses primary and secondary data. From the results of the study it was found that there were 15 potential hazard risks including the Lifting Process of moving blocks/goods using a crane, the Cutting Process lifting material and placing it on the cutting machine, preparing the cutting machine, the Grinding Process lifting material and placing it in the grinding area, preparing grinding tools, Fitting Process and Working at Height plate installation process, Main Engine (ME) Overhaul Process, New metal seat removal process (ME) using manual tools, Removal process (ME) with Chain block, Cylinder liner (ME) removal process with chain block, Process Welding, Sandblasting and Painting Process, Zinc Anode Process, B3 Waste Disposal Process. Based on the results of the risk analysis, risk identification is then carried out using the HIRADC method which is most likely to reduce the level of risk severity. The risk identification proposed by the researcher is that it is recommended that every worker carrying out the task wear PPE in accordance with the provisions given by the company and the person in charge of the company's K3. So that unwanted events do not occur. Always check tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) regarding their eligibility for worker safety.

Background: Jobs related to hospitals or health are often exposed to high work stress, namely nurses. Nurses who experience work stress show negative emotional responses. The negative impact of increased work stress and low emotional intelligence on nurses has an impact on the quality of health services. Therefore, when a nurse is exposed to work stress and low emotional intelligence, her performance in providing nursing services will decrease, which in turn will get complaints from patients. Prolonged job stress can contribute to nurse burnout, increased dropout rates, and decreased job satisfaction. In the long term, this can affect nurse retention and reduce the availability and quality of the nursing workforce. Methods: Quantitative research with a correlational type of research using Cross Sectional. Sampling using the Total Sampling approach totaling 46 nurses. Data analysis using Univariate Analysis and Bivariate Analysis. Results: 1) 56.52% emotional intelligence in nurses at Dr. Hospital. Bratanata Kota Jambi is categorized as low and 43.48% is categorized as high; 2) 54.35% work stress on nurses at Dr. Hospital. Bratanata Kota Jambi is categorized as high and 45.65% is categorized as low; 3) There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and work stress on nurses in the inpatient rooms of Akasia, Cemara and Cendana at Dr. Hospital. Bratanata Jambi City in 2022 with a Spearman correlation value of -0.869. That is, high emotional intelligence, the work stress experienced by nurses will be low. Conclusion: There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and work stress of nurses in the Inpatient Room of Akasia, Cemara and Cendana Dr. Jambi City Bratanata Hospital. It is hoped that the hospital can provide various programs for nurses not to experience high stress, and can increase the emotional intelligence of nurses to reduce work stress with training for nurses such as Gathering which can reduce nurse work stress.

This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the influence of capital, labor, and training on the production value of the ready-made garment industry in Kota Denpasar, as well as the influence of capital, labor, training, and production value on the industry's income. The research sample consisted of 88 units of ready-made garment industry businesses in Kota Denpasar, and path analysis was used as the analytical method. The results of the analysis indicated that capital, labor, and training have a positive impact on the production value of the ready-made garment industry in Kota Denpasar. Additionally, capital, labor, training, and production value also have a positive influence on the industry's income. Another interesting finding is that the production value acts as a mediator between capital, labor, and training and the income of the ready-made garment industry in Kota Denpasar.
