Reading is an activity carried out to find information obtained in writing. With that, reading is a process to think about how to understand the contents of the writing that is read. Reading skill is a top priority that must be mastered by students, especially in high grades, because reading with good skills will absorb the contents of the reading more easily. Students who cannot read will experience obstacles in learning activities. So, students must have the skills to read well. This study aims to find out what is included in reading skills in high school learning at the MI/SD level. Data collection techniques were carried out through qualitative methods based on literature study by collecting data from various sources, both written and unwritten, such as journals, books whether online or offline which can be considered as relevant and written according to the subject matter outlined by the author.

Community Farmer Groups as agents of change, which lately have been more charged with the role of guarding and regulating the conversion of forest functions, this must receive attention and of course it is very appropriate if applying for a Community Forest Management Permit (Hkm) is seen as a priority that must be considered. both by the Forest Service, NGOs and the community in general. The inefficiency of community forest licensing services is due to several obstacles that have so far not been properly resolved. These obstacles are mainly related to the institutional mechanisms of the Regional Government, especially those in the UPTD KPH Unit II Lasalimu, which so far have not been designed as a public service institution. The main objective of this research is to find out the role of the local government in managing and utilizing forest products under Community Forest (HKM) status and to find out the efforts by the local government in following up on Ministerial Regulation P.88/Menhut-II/2014 concerning Community Forestry. This study uses a normative and empirical juridical approach.

This article discusses the strategies or methods of school principals in improving the quality of education. Various ways are done so that the quality of education can be increased. So how to improve the quality of education in educational institutions? It is on this basis that this article was created in order to find out ways to improve the quality of education, starting from strategies, obstacles to solutions to overcome them. The research method used was in the form of an interview method in which data analysis techniques were used to describe each problem that triggered the students' lack of interest in reading. This research is qualitative research using the literature study approach method, the data collection refers to previous research, books, newspapers, documents, and other reading sources. This research focuses on discussing the role of the OJK in preventing and eradicating illegal/bodong/fictitious investments. In an effort to regulate and prevent fraudulent investment practices, the actions launched by OJK are conducting socialization and counseling to the public, providing investment entity establishment licenses only to those who meet the criteria, providing consumer complaint services, forming a fraudulent investment alert task force, issuing regulations and forming capital market protection institutions. The obstacles in efforts to eradicate fraudulent investment are in the form of difficulties in establishing communication between institutions, there is a barrier between OJK and Bank Indonesia as the highest supervision of the financial and banking sectors in Indonesia, this is due to the distance and long transition from OJK to Bank Indonesia.

This study discusses the impact of the development of agricultural technology for the community which initially traditionally became more modern in Bukur Village, Jiwan District, Madiun Regency, East Java Province. Advances in agricultural technology have brought significant changes to society. The impacts of the changes can change the lifestyle and work of farmers. This study uses a qualitative method where researchers have the aim of analyzing the impact of agricultural technology on social change in society. Social change in society is not a result or product but a process. This process of change is of course the result of an agreement or joint decision taken by an individual or a community group. The decisions taken are of course in accordance with the wishes or expectations of the group so that social change can be realized. However, the application of technology does not always have a positive impact, sometimes there are negative things with several obstacles. Some of the obstacles encountered in the process of community empowerment using technology, one of which is secondary human needs that arise after their primary needs are met.  

The purpose of this study is to review more deeply the use of digital media kahoot: by dragon box in learning mathematics accompanied by a description of the obstacles experienced during the use of digital-based learning media: kahoot number by dragon box in learning mathematics in training children to think critically.  Qualitative description methods with interview techniques and the application of digital media include participatory observation, interviews, and documentation.  The subjects of this study were students aged 6-9 years from Kindergarten to Grade 3 Elementary School. The results of this study indicated that the implementation of digital teaching media was carried out in four stages, namely the action planning stage to develop a plan for using digital teaching media that is suitable for use in learning mathematics in training children to think critically,  the stage of carrying out the action by learning mathematics material using digital media through the educational game kahoot: numbers by dragon box, the stage of the action results as an effort to successfully use digital teaching media that is good for the development of children's thinking from the beginning to the end of use, and the stage of reflection by assessing how the process  implementation and results in the use of digital teaching media for children aged 6-9 years.  And the obstacles found in the use of digital teaching media are in the form of installing applications and registering accounts, the process of carrying out digital teaching media.

This study aims to describe efforts to improve teachers' ability to manage ICT-based learning. data collection tools using interviews, documentation, observation and literature review. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis. Teachers are currently required to have the ability to carry out ICT-based learning. The obstacles faced by teachers in developing ICT-based learning include: the diverse conditions of students and factors of teaching experience, ability to operate learning media; the availability of school facilities is for teachers in implementing ICT-based learning. Teachers must be able to utilize information from the internet as well as teacher discussion forums as an effort to overcome problems in the preparation of a new ICT-based learning paradigm.

According to Law No. 36 of 2009, health is a state of health, both physically, mentally, spiritually and socially that allows everyone to lead a socially and economically productive life. To ensure this health, the government established a health insurance known as the National Health Insurance (JKN). In its implementation, the JKN program experienced several challenges and obstacles. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the JKN program in terms of increasing public health access. The research method used was a literature review obtained from eight journals from the Google Schoolar online database  between 2018 and 2023. Based on BPJS Kesehatan data as of October 2022, as many as 89.35% of the entire Indonesian population has been guaranteed health financing through the JKN program. There are several factors that affect the implementation of the JKN program, namely internal and external factors. To overcome this, various strategies are needed to optimize the JKN program in Indonesia. In addition, collaboration between stakeholders and the implementation of digitalization of health services in various health care facilities are also needed as readiness to face the global world. In its implementation, the implementation of JKN still experiences various obstacles such as low stakeholder readiness and responsiveness,  facilities and infrastructure that have not been maximized, and regulations regarding the JKN program have not been available and socialized properly.

One of the objects monitored by the Airport Authority is the activity of hot air balloons in the air space. The presence of an uncontrolled hot air balloon certainly results in disruption of the aircraft flight path which will cause flight safety to be threatened. Therefore, all forms of disruption to the flight path that have the potential for danger must be handled immediately to ensure flight safety. This study aims to find out the role and constraints experienced by the Airport Authority Office Region III in supervising hot air balloons in order to maintain flight security and safety. This study uses qualitative methods with primary and secondary data collection techniques. The data used are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study to find out the role of the Region III Airport Authority Office in supervising hot air balloons. The results of this study indicate that the role played by the Region III Airport Authority Office in supervising hot air balloons has been carried out properly and has implemented according to the regulations stated in PM 41 of 2011 and PM 40 of 2018. Meanwhile the obstacles experienced were limited personnel, Budget that is less than optimal, Momentum for hot air balloon flights that are quite a lot and occur simultaneously, Community resistance to existing regulations, and a wide scope of supervision.

Literacy is the capacity to comprehend, gain access to, and effectively utilise information through speaking, writing, and reading activities. It is indisputable that there are encouraging and discouraging aspects throughout the implementation of the School Literacy Movement in order to improve kids' interest in reading, particularly in elementary schools. This study aimed to investigate the role of literacy activities, educational hurdles, and initiatives to boost reading motivation in elementary school students. This study is qualitative in nature. Principals of schools, as well as pupils and instructors at Inpresi Kadundungan Elementary School, participated in the study. ways for gathering data through observation, writing, and interviewing. This research was conducted at PT. Angkasa Pura II (persero) Supadio Pontianak International Airport at the Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit from 01 January 2023 to 30 January 2023. Data analysis techniques used in this study include: data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the AMC unit at Supadio Pontianak International Airport has been very good at supporting flight safety and security as seen from the personnel. Actions to overcome safety and security risks that are implemented in the work environment of the AMC unit are implemented by plotting parking stands and coordination with towers and GH. The obstacles encountered by the AMC unit included the lack of Apron Movement Control unit personnel, as well as the condition of Charlie's taxiway which had a slight crack which could result in accidents and incidents. Efforts are being made to improve the performance of AMC unit officers in supporting flight security and safety, namely by minimizing existing human resources so that they can run well and stay focused on the duties of each AMC unit personnel.

Inclusive Education, Changing the Future for All Children Inclusive education is an approach in education that prioritizes the principles of equality and opportunity for all children, including those with special needs. This article discusses the concept of inclusive education, its goals, benefits, and challenges and opportunities in its implementation. Inclusive education involves the integration of children with special needs into regular educational settings, where they can learn together with their peers. It aims to create an inclusive environment, supporting the development and learning of children with special needs. This article describes the basic principles of inclusive education, including equal access, active participation, individual support, and collaboration. We also explain the benefits of inclusive education, such as increasing social skills, independence, and academic understanding for children with special needs, as well as benefits for children without special needs in developing empathy and understanding of diversity. However, the implementation of inclusive education is not easy. This article identifies some of the challenges faced in inclusive education, such as a lack of resources, a curriculum that is not fully inclusive, and a lack of knowledge and skills for teachers in dealing with the special needs of children. In addition, social stigma and stereotypes are also obstacles in creating an inclusive environment. This article also discusses the efforts that have been made to overcome these challenges. In many countries, governments have adopted inclusion policies that promote access and support for children with special needs. Educational institutions also play a role in creating an inclusive environment, such as providing friendly facilities for all children and training teachers in an inclusive approach. In addition, this article emphasizes the important role of parents in supporting inclusive education. Parents should become advocates for their children, collaborate with teachers and school staff and be actively involved in educational activities. With the support and cooperation of all stakeholders, inclusive education can become a reality that changes the future for all children. In conclusion, inclusive education is an important approach in creating a more inclusive and equitable future for all children. Although there are still many challenges that need to be overcome, through the commitment and cooperation of all parties, we can create an educational environment that welcomes and supports all children. With inclusive education, we open the door to equal opportunities for all children, regardless of background or special needs they.

Medical records are an important part of reporting and recording as well as assisting the implementation of service delivery to patients, one of which is a summary form for discharge patients, which includes all services that have been provided to patients. It was found that there were still medical records that were not 100% complete according to service quality standards at the Tarakan Hospital, Jakarta. Researchers analyzed the medical records of inpatients for COVID-19 cases, especially the summary form for discharge patients. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative analysis approach. The purpose of this study was to determine standard operating procedures and calculate the percentage of completeness of inpatient medical records on the summary form of inpatient discharge patients in the case of covid-19 in March 2022, and to find out the obstacles in filling out the summary form of inpatient discharge in cases of covid-19 . Based on the results of a study of 152 medical records of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 cases, the average completeness rate was 92% complete and 8% incomplete. The need to resocialize standard operating procedures for filling out medical records and the need for hospital director decisions regarding the discipline of filling out medical records should be able to be carried out properly and on time .    

This article discusses the important role of Islamic economics in halal financial management and its impact on the modern business world. Through a qualitative approach, this study explores how the application of Islamic principles not only improves the welfare of the people but also creates an ethical and sustainable business environment. It is found that Islamic financial institutions play a central role in providing products and services that are in accordance with Islamic values, although challenges in terms of reputation and public trust remain obstacles. This study also highlights the importance of supportive promotion and effective education to improve public understanding of Islamic finance. With the increasing awareness and demand for halal financial products, this article shows the great potential of Islamic economics in contributing to global economic growth. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for collaboration between business actors, financial institutions, and the government to create a conducive ecosystem for economic development.

Regional autonomy can indeed bring about positive changes in the regions in terms of regional authority to self-regulate. Tax is a source of state or regional revenue that is paid by the community as a collection fee that can be imposed by the government based on applicable regulations. The aims of the research are a) to find out how effective the revenue from the restaurant tax sector, hotel tax, and street lighting tax are Regional Own Revenue in Langsa City, b) to find out what factors are inhibiting the revenue from the restaurant, hotel, and street lighting tax sector as income. Original area and government efforts to overcome obstacles in the restaurant tax revenue sector, this study uses a qualitative approach. The effectiveness of tax revenue from the restaurant sector, hotel sector, and the tourism sector from 2016-2020 from the results of the data that the researchers obtained, there were still achievements in accordance with the targets set by the government, such as from the tourism sector, this was due to the constraints of the Covid-19 virus outbreak so that there is implementation on a large scale so that the tourism sector does not get a nominal amount as Regional Original Income. In its application, there are inhibiting factors, including the names of restaurants and hotels that have not been recorded by the Regional Original Revenue Service, so that the effectiveness in receiving both types of taxes is not fully maximized.

The care provided uses the Varney 7 Step Midwifery Care Management approach and forms of documentation through SOAP. The case study conducted on By “Z” revealed that there were no obstacles when implementing Varney's 7 Step Midwifery Care Management approach. Thus, it is easy for caregivers to solve problems related to this.
