This study attempts to describe how the stages of planning in village financial management in Jembrak Village in Pabelan District, Semarang Regency. This research was carried out because of the phenomenon in the field which showed that the delivery of APB Village from the village to the District still often experienced delays. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study consisted of 5 village employees in the Jembrak Village District, Pabelan District and the village administration. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Jembrak Village in the District of Pabelan District has carried out a plan in managing village finances quite well in accordance with the stages set by applicable regulations. The local government has conducted socialization related to regulations, providing training, assistance and supervision. The village has developed a village RPJM that is aligned with the Semarang Regency RPJMD. The village medium term development plan is then set out in the village RKP which is used as the basis for preparing the village budget. In the process of making the village medium term development plan and the village RKP, the village has involved village institutions and the local village community to play an active role. However, there are still some weaknesses that need to be fixed. The main weakness that must be corrected is the quality of human resources in this case village officials. The number of village assistants with only 3 people to handle 17 villages also became an obstacle related to coordination and assistance in the village. For 2017 the village government felt greatly helped by the use of the siskeudes. With the use of the siskeudes, the planning stage through to accountability becomes more organized.Keywords: Management, Finance, Village

This research aims to see employee feelings in terms of organization, organization, and emotional intelligence at the Surakarta City Trade Office. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique which resulted in a sample of 45 employees. Techniques for obtaining data using questionnaire techniques. The research method with data analysis techniques using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that simultaneously work ethic, organizational culture, and intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance while partially work ethic had no effect on employee performance in the organization group and emotional intelligence had an effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of internal organizational support perception toward affective commitment to change the employees of the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. As an independent variable, namely organizational support and the dependent variable is the affective commitment to change. The sampling process using a questionnaire which further calculation process validity test and reliability test. The analytical method used is linear regression and t-test to determine the magnitude of the influence between the internal organizational support perception for affective commitment to change. The linear regression equation of the results obtained was Y = 29.348 + 0.328X. The result of t-test value was 4.115 and the t-table is 1.668. Because the t value is greater than t-table, this indicates that there is a significant influence between the variables of Internal Organizational Support Perception on Affective Commitment to Change

If the monitoring application is planned/made properly, the computer-based information system is relatively safer. The model to be developed refers to the Research and Development (R&D) model from Borg and Gall and the tools used and the tools used to design the system are use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. while the implementation of making stock/inventory monitoring applications is done with PHP web-based programming and databases using MySQL. This application can help and get more accurate information about the stock data of goods that have run out.

Biru Semesata Abadi is a company engaged in refill drinking water, one of the many drinking water companies in Semarang, and has many branches (10 branches) and one head office in Semarang (in the Bugangan area, East Semarang district), because this company has franchise system. In this case, I will discuss the presence system (presence) of employees of PT. Biru Semesta Abadi, Fatmawati Semarang branch which is still manual (presence made of paper and written by hand) and still encounters many obstacles. The development of computers in the current era can help teachers improve human resources (HR), especially in the field of education. SPSS and Excel are statistical applications that can process teacher research data such as education management data and classroom action research data and so on. This community service (PKM) is carried out in the form of statistical application training (SPSS and Excel) as well as writing techniques and publication of scientific articles. Participants in this activity consisted of 21 teachers and employees of the Muhammadiyah Mamala High School in Central Maluku. The conclusion obtained in this activity is that activities that have been carried out in the form of training are considered very good (99%). All material that has been planned can be delivered, although due to time constraints there are some materials that are only presented in an outline. The participants' ability in mastering the material was considered very   1Jurusan Matematika FMIPA Universitas Pattimura, Ambon-Maluku         good (98%). This is based on the teacher's ability in training and trials in the form of classroom action research data processing using Excel and SPSS applications. In addition, from the results of the training given to the participants, it was found that all the training participants perfectly mastered the tasks given in the training.

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of work stress, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Pancaran Sinar Rajawali Indonesia, both simultaneously and partially. This research uses an explanatory quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study was 35 respondents The results of this research in hypothesis 1 obtained the results of t count > t table (2.362 > 1.989) with a significance level of 0.02 (0.02 < 0.05) Hypothesis 2 obtained the results of t count > t table (2.398 > 1.989) with a level of significance of 0.02 (0.02 < 0.05). Hypothesis 3 obtained the results of t count > t table (2.659 > 1.989) with a significance level of 0.01 (0.01 < 0.05). Hypothesis 4 obtained the results of F count > F table (7.566 > 2.717) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 < 0.05) which means there is a significant influence between work stress, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The conclusion of this research is that in hypotheses 1 to hypothesis 4 there is a significant influence on work stress, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of PT Pancaran Sinar Rajawali Indonesia employees.

Managing human resources optimally, in this case employees in an organization, both non-governmental organizations and governmental organizations, is very important in conditions with an increasingly high level of competition. Employees needed at this time are those who have the attitude to carry out their duties and responsibilities properly, so that the goals to be achieved can be realized. Various problems that are currently being faced require companies/organizations to find solutions that are fast, precise, and accurate, especially problems related to human resources in companies/organizations. In this condition, it cannot be denied that labor or employees are the lifeblood and the most important element that is needed by the company/organization, without employees it is difficult to achieve the desired goals. Sutrisno (2012) that the biggest real threat to economic stability is a workforce that is not ready to face the challenges and changes that are happening around it. Thus, efforts are needed to be able to create and form employees who have a loyal attitude towards work, have creativity, are able to demonstrate work innovation, have forward orientation, and have the ability to think critically.

Arzara company is a company engaged in the garment sector, the development of the company affects the level of production of goods, so that in order to balance the production needs, it must increase the number of employee needs. The problem that often occurs in Arzara's company is the lack of professionalism of the company's employees, resulting in unilateral termination of employment. Termination of employment of employees of course will also affect the amount of production of goods. The SAW method or often called Simple Additive Weighting is an algorithmic method used for decision making, using certain criteria as the weight of the assessment in decision support. In making employee admission decisions using the SAW method using several criteria, which include expertise (skills), work experience, age, gender, education, health, talent, character, temperament, character, general knowledge tests, psychological tests. By using the PHP programming language, it can be used to assist the company to perform valid recruitment of employees . Applications that have been made can be used as a tool for decision makers while remaining based on a decision support system that is more effective in selecting employee admissions using the SAW ( Simple Additive Weighting ) method .

This research is a qualitative research. The data used in this study were obtained from interviews with Kartika Jaya residents and consumers and the results of the performance were analyzed to obtain a corrective action plan. In general, this study concludes that Kartika Jaya serves the market segment for young people and modern productive age and has a development plan that focuses on consumers (Customer oriented) and the voice of consumers who are very satisfied and satisfied with the performance of the marketing business produced by Kartika Jaya tourism.

PT Philnesia International is a limited liability company engaged in the business of manufacturing furniture products. At PT Philnesia International, if an order is received by the company, then the company makes products in accordance with existing orders. Control and planning of raw materials are very important in the production process so that the production process can run smoothly, on time and can reduce delays in delivery. PT Philnesia International wants to create a computerized Production Accounting Information System. In addition to making it more effective, accurate and efficient, the owner wants to make it easier for his employees to perform more advanced and modern and makes it easier to view reports every day. The results that will be obtained from the design of this system is an information system that can make it easier for companies to determine raw material requirements, the production process and view the required reports.

Bank is a production unit under the organizational structure of a business center in a school. This bank provides services in the form of savings deposit transactions and savings withdrawals. Bank customers are all students in grades ten to twelve along with teachers and employees. The information system required is a web-based school bank information system using the cash basis method so that it can assist in operational activities ranging from recording daily transactions to reporting. The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method, UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with the MySQL MariaDB database. The School Bank Accounting Information System is expected to be able to solve the problems that occur in the school bank.

The final result is the prototype of the Ganesha Employee Presence System Operations. The test results on the system shows the employee attendance system can run on the android platform. The system only responds to presence based on the position of the employee's coordinates with office coordinates. Besides checking the presence process is also based on devices that have been approved in the system. 

Information technology concerning the use of computers in a government service is needed to facilitate a job in an agency. One of them is in the Community Empowerment and Village Government Agency, Central Aceh Regency, where data management for poor households is still using the manual method, the data that is processed can be lost, damaged or infected by a virus, besides that the data is also not managed properly. good and when data is needed, the data will be difficult to find due to the large number of files piling up. With a decision support system using the web, it is hoped that it can help ease the burden on employees who manage recipients of aid for poor families which will be implemented at the BPMPK Office, Central Aceh Regency.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of management information systems on the work effectiveness of outpatients at the Prof.Dr.H.M Anwar Makkatutu Regional General Hospital, Bantaeng Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. This research method uses primary data through a survey using a questionnaire as many as 73 outpatient employees of the Regional General Hospital Prof.Dr.H.M Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng as the research sample. Data were analyzed through univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test using SPSS program. The results showed that: (1) The quality of the system showed a value of p = 0.001 < from = 0.05, which means it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, meaning that the system user has an effect on the work effectiveness of outpatients at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu 2020, (2) The quality of information affects the work effectiveness of employees with a p value = 0.000, (3) System users affect the work effectiveness of outpatients with a p value = 0.000, (4) User satisfaction affects the work effectiveness of outpatients path with p value = 0.000. This shows that the quality of the management information system can increase the work effectiveness of outpatient employees at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng. If the management information system is good, it will increase the work effectiveness of outpatients and increase employee satisfaction.

Human daily life depends on air, so air quality needs to be protected especially against pollution. Decreasing air quality due to dust pollution can result in ARI. Designing internet-based dust and temperature measuring devices using the gp2y1010au0f type dust sensor, and DHS11 sensor as a temperature sensor, amplifier circuit, NodemCU microcontroller, and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). The measurement application is carried out at the location of the PT. Djabus Tunas Utama Ngoro Mojokerto East Java at 10 sampling points around the mixing tube. The measurement results show the concentration carried by ambient air quality standards when the engine stops, so it is safe for employees. A cash flow statement is a financial report that contains information on cash inflows and cash outflows from a company during a certain period. This information is presented according to the type of activity that causes the cash inflows and outflows to occur. Company activities generally consist of three types, namely, operational activities, investment activities and financial activities. The process of receiving and disbursing cash is also recorded at any time for the preparation of the company's income statement. Cash flow recording activities at this company are still manual where every company receipt will be recorded by employees of the finance department which will ultimately be recapitulated in the annual report and compared with other recording results such as cash disbursements. This system has many weaknesses where the information needed cannot be presented quickly and accurately, requiring a fairly complicated process for a longer time to check certain cash flows.

At this point, the company realized that using its human resources would be its last remaining option for resolving the problem. In other words, enhancing organizational performance motivates staff to produce top-notch work. This study set out to determine how much the employees' level of education and work ethic influenced their performance at the Semarang District Social Service. The data used in this inquiry were based on the survey's fundamental information. The sample for the study consisted of every employee of Semarang District Social Service.

The research objectives are to analyzing the impact of work motivation, work discipline, and work culture on employee performance. CV. Roda Jati The research method used is a quantitative type with an explanatory design. The research subjects were all employees of CV. Roda Jati, totaling 57 people. The method of collecting power used was observation, documents, and questionnaires. The results of the study concluded that: 1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 0.324 or 32.4%; 2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 0.326 or 32.6%; 3) work culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance by 0.314 or 31.4%; and 4) work motivation, work discipline, and culture have a positive and significant impact on employee performance CV. Roda Jati amounted to 0.321 or 32.1%.
