The Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) phenomenon is one of the psychological factors that influences consumer behavior, especially in the context of purchasing collectible goods. This research aims to analyze FOMO behavior among consumers in Indonesia when purchasing Labubu dolls, a collectible product that is popular among toy lovers. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with 15 respondents who actively collect Labubu dolls, as well as observations in the fan community. In the ever-evolving era of digital marketing, the diffusion of innovation and the phenomenon of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) become two interrelated elements, creating a dynamic and highly competitive marketing strategy. Diffusion of innovation, as a concept that describes the spread of new ideas or technologies in society, is a strategic key for companies that want to win the hearts of consumers.  FoMO, on the other hand, is an emotional force that can be utilized as a digital marketing strategy. The fear of missing out on the latest trends or opportunities drives consumers to be more responsive to ongoing innovations. This is where the combination of innovation diffusion and FoMO creates a unique opportunity for companies.  This research was conducted through a literature review study derived from 20 published journals/articles. Literature search through Google Scholar, Repect.Org, Knowledge Map, Mendeley, Schi Hub and Science Direct. The keywords used were "Fear of Missing Out" and "Diffusion of Innovation".  By understanding the interplay between innovation diffusion and FoMO, companies can design digital marketing strategies that not only accelerate the adoption of new products or services, but also build communities, creating a sense of uniqueness and exclusivity that can be a powerful driver to ensure the successful launch of innovations in the fast-paced digital marketplace.

This research aims to elucidate the significance of restorative justice during the investigative phase and the legal assurance for investigators who apply restorative justice in cases of party noncompliance with the agreement. The author employs normative legal research, which involves the collection and analysis of legal documents pertinent to the subject at hand. This legal research employs the statute and case approaches. This writing employs primary and secondary legal materials. This article conducts prescriptive research. The findings of this research indicate that, initially, the concept of restorative justice during the investigative phase prioritizes substantive justice over procedural justice. We seek to establish substantive justice as the cornerstone of our rule of law, as it presents a promising opportunity for enhancing national well-being. The rule of law in Indonesia ought to foster the well-being of its citizens, and for this purpose, the notion of restorative justice, synonymous with substantive justice, is selected. Secondly, investigators lack legal clarity while implementing restorative justice if the participating parties violate the agreement. It may evolve into a complex issue when investigators seek to address broad criminal charges via restorative justice. The restorative justice concept is not acknowledged in general criminal offenses, although being governed by the Police Chief Regulation. Nonetheless, it is perceived that it still fails to offer legal certainty to investigators in the event of a future breach of contract or if the reported party defaults on their commitment or repeats their conduct.

The Bali Concord II Declaration became the basis for the establishment of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) which aims to create a single market with five freedoms, including skilled labor mobility. However, Indonesia faces challenges in improving the quality of its human resources to compete in the regional market. Indonesia-Germany cooperation, in terms of vocational education development in Indonesia, offers a strategic opportunity to produce competent graduates according to international standards. Policy support such as Presidential Regulation No. 68 of 2022 on the revitalization of vocational education strengthens this effort, enabling technology transfer, strengthening industry-based curriculum, and improving the quality of teaching staff. Effective implementation is expected to make Indonesia one of the leading countries in skilled labor exports in ASEAN, while strengthening national economic competitiveness in the era of regional integration.

The Community Service Program (PPM) implemented by the Fine Arts Education Study Program of PGRI Adi Buana University Surabaya aims to provide solutions to the problems faced by PKK women in Lambangan Village, Wonoayu, Sidoarjo. The problem identified is the lack of skills in utilizing abundant natural materials, such as leaves and flowers, to produce creative handicraft products. One of the potentials that has not utilized optimally is the processing of these natural materials into eco print crafts. In fact, eco print has a fantastic opportunity to improve people's skills and provide additional economic value to support family income. As a solution, this PPM activity focuses on providing training on eco printing techniques with the steaming method to PKK women. The training conducted in a structured manner in three meetings to ensure that all participants acquired adequate knowledge and skills. The training material includes a basic understanding of eco print, material processing techniques, and firsthand practice of making products. With this approach, it hoped that participants will not only be able to produce eco-print-based artworks but also have the potential to develop handicraft businesses in the future. The results of the activity showed an increase in the ability of participants to process natural materials into handicraft products that have aesthetic and economic value. In addition, this activity succeeded in providing motivation for PKK women to utilize the potential of the surrounding environment more creatively and productively. Thus, this program contributes to the development of community skills, especially in supporting women's empowerment and improving family welfare in Lambangan Village.
