This research is motivated by the low performance of employees which is suspected to be caused by the lack of intensive coaching by the leadership and the lack of effective internal supervision of the organization. The purpose of this study is to determine how coaching affects employee morale, how internal organizational supervision affects employee morale, and how coaching and internal organizational supervision together affect employee morale. The method used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method. To analyze it, correlation and multiple regression statistical test data analysis was used using SPSS version 22.00. The results of the study obtained provide the conclusion that coaching has a positive and significant effect on employee morale, internal organizational supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee morale, and coaching and internal organizational supervision together have a positive and significant effect on employee morale.

The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the Procedure for Issuing a Certificate of Practice (COP) at the Belawan Port Health Office by PT. Semesta Sejahtera Lestari Belawan. The author collected data using two research methods, namely the field method (Field Research) and the library method (Library Research). The results of this research are the Procedure for Issuing a Certificate of Practice (COP) at the Belawan Port Health Office by PT. Semesta Sejahtera Lestari Belawan starts from submitting an application via the SINKARKES application (sinakarkes.kemkes.go.id). Then the agent logs in using the company account that has been registered in the SINKARKES application, after logging in the agent makes a request for the PNBP Certificate of Practice (COP) / Port Health Quarantine Certificate (PHQC) billing issuance service, then the company agent fills in the data and uploads ship documents such as: MDH (Maritime Health Declaration), SSCC/SSCEC, Medical Certificate/Drug Certificate (P3K), crew list, voyage memo, and last port clearance. After all data has been filled in completely and correctly, the agent can send the request by clicking create billing, the SINKARKES application will issue PNBP billing which must be permitted by PT. Semesta Sejahtera Lestari Belawan to carry out ship inspections together with the Port Health Quarantine.

This research is motivated by the less than optimal performance of the organization which is marked by the less than optimal achievement of the planned work targets according to the time and proportion that has been set. The less than optimal performance of the organization is thought to be caused by the less effective conflict management and low work culture in the Pangandaran port office. Conflict management managed by the leadership is less effective in controlling the running of the organization which is full of conflicts between employees, both openly and secretly. Employees at the Pangandaran port office seem to form groups that create a gap so that there is no compact cooperation among employees in carrying out their main tasks and work programs. The purpose of this study is to determine how conflict management affects organizational performance, how work culture affects organizational performance, and how conflict management and work culture affect organizational performance. The method used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method. To analyze it, statistical correlation and multiple regression test data analysis was used using SPSS version 22.00. The results of the study obtained provide the conclusion that conflict management has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, work culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, and conflict management and work culture have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance.

This study aims to analyze the strategies of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in strengthening religious moderation among the community and to comprehensively identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Religious moderation is a strategic issue in maintaining harmony, tolerance, and social integrity amid the increasing complexity of religious and cultural diversity in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques to obtain in-depth and relevant information. The findings indicate that the strategies implemented include strengthening religious literacy through outreach and guidance activities, cross-sector collaboration with religious leaders and local governments, optimizing the role of religious instructors, and utilizing social media as an effective means of public education. In addition, fostering the younger generation through interfaith dialogue programs and inclusive religious activities serves as a preventive measure to counter radicalism and intolerance. The challenges faced include limited human resources and resistance from certain community groups toward religious moderation programs. Overall, the strategies implemented are considered fairly effective in fostering tolerant, inclusive, and harmonious attitudes within society.

. The preservation of static archives in the Office of Religious Affairs (Kantor Urusan Agama/KUA) plays a crucial role in safeguarding the legal and administrative evidence of marriage for the community. However, many marriage records created between 1978 and 2002 at the Office of Religious Affairs of Medan Labuhan Subdistrict have experienced physical deterioration due to age, storage limitations, and environmental factors. Based on archival observations, out of 51 archival bundles (2,550 records), 76.4% were categorized as damaged, while only 23.5% remained in good condition. This condition highlights the urgency of implementing a systematic digitalization strategy as an effort to preserve static archives and ensure long-term access. This study aims to analyze the implementation of marriage archive digitalization as a preservation strategy and to examine its effectiveness in maintaining the authenticity, integrity, and accessibility of archival records. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, documentation analysis, and field-based data interpretation. The findings indicate that digitalization contributes significantly to minimizing physical handling, preventing further deterioration, improving retrieval efficiency, and strengthening archival security. Nevertheless, several challenges were identified, including limited technological infrastructure, lack of standardized procedures, and human resource constraints. The study concludes that digitalization is not merely a technological transition but a strategic preservation effort that requires institutional commitment, proper archival management standards, and sustainable planning. By integrating digital preservation practices into archival governance, the Office of Religious Affairs can enhance the protection of marriage archives as static archives and ensure their continued legal and administrative value for future generations.

This study aims to examine the actualization of Islamic creed (aqidah) values and work ethic among students of the Aqidah and Islamic Philosophy Department, Faculty of Ushuluddin and Islamic Studies, UIN Sumatera Utara Medan, during their internship program at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Medan Kota District. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The findings indicate that aqidah values such as honesty, trustworthiness, sincerity, and responsibility are manifested in administrative tasks, religious counseling activities, and public religious services. Furthermore, the Islamic work ethic of the students is reflected in discipline, professionalism, cooperation, and commitment to work quality. The integration of aqidah values and work ethic fosters a service-oriented and devotional work pattern, indicating that the internship program serves not only as practical learning but also as a medium for internalizing Islamic values within the context of public religious services.

The topic of marrying women who conceive before marriage continues to spark debate in Islamic law, with diverse viewpoints across Muslim communities. Lack of awareness about Islamic rules and governmental policies frequently results in unions that defy both sharia teachings and applicable laws. This piece explores Islamic fiqh opinions on the marriage of unmarried pregnant women and evaluates how this is applied in marriage services at the Religious Affairs Office in Medan Timur District. The study adopts a qualitative framework using juridical-normative and empirical methods. Data was obtained by reviewing fiqh literature, legal regulations, and conducting interviews with KUA officials. The research reveals that ulama hold differing views on the acceptability of marrying a woman pregnant due to adultery, especially concerning the marriage ceremony timing and the child's familial status. Practically, the Medan Timur KUA follows guidelines from the Islamic Law Compilation and state administrative norms, all while exercising prudence. This investigation is intended to provide clearer insights for the public and act as a benchmark for Islamic law professionals facing similar scenarios.

Pencatatan perjalanan dinas pada Kantor Pemerintah Kota Salatiga masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu staf administrasi mencatat satu-persatu laporan dari pegawai yang melakukan perjalanan dinas. Hal itu tidak efektif karena memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dan tidak efisien karena berkas-berkas laporan menjadi menumpuk dan mengakibatkan rentannya hilang atau tersebar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi untuk mencatat laporan perjalanan dinas berbasis Web. Pegawai dapat membuat laporan melalui web dimanapun dan kapanpun. Data pencatatan perjalanan dinas juga dapat dimonitor dan dicari saat dibutuhkan. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall, kemudian melakukan perancangan dan pemodelan lalu mengimplementasikannya kepada website yang akan dibuat. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian sistem menggunakan Black Box untuk melihat apakah sistem sudah dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai fungsinya. Hasil dari penelitian ini nantinya akan memberikan kemudahan bagi Kantor Pemerintah kota Salatiga untuk melakukan pencatatan perjalanan dinas. Pegawai dapat mengakses dimanapun dan kapanpun begitu pula staf administrasi.

Ayu Ashari, in 2024 Implementation of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office, Management Study Program Thesis at the Indonesian Educational Institution College of Management Science (STIM-LPI) Makassar. Supervised by Dr. Andi Irwan, S.E., M.Si. and Jumaidah, S. Sos., M. Si. This research aims to determine the implementation of work discipline on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 55 employees who were sampled using a sampling technique, namely the sloving technique, where the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analysis used in this research is a simple linear regression test. The results of partial testing of work discipline variables on employee performance have a significant influence on employee performance as proven based on partial test results with a significant value of f 0.001 < 0.05.

The role of alert online media in communicating educational news, it can be concluded that Waspada Daily uses marketing communications such as advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing. 2. Waspada Daily prioritizes establishing good relations with consumers and the community in facing competition with online media. 3. Facing the development of journalism in the digital era like today. This issue is interesting considering that repeatedly world journalism experts predict the death of print mass media every time the onslaught of technological developments occurs from time to time. This research discusses the Utilization of Digital Technology in the Media Transfer Process of Static Archives at the Medan City Archives Depot Office. The purpose of this research is to find out the extent to which they utilize current digital technology to transfer static archives. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. By using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study include the head of the section, archivists and staff responsible for the archive section at the Medan City Archives Depot Office, which have been selected by the researcher according to the criteria of the research subject. The results showed that how the static archive media transfer process is there by scanning the data then the data is processed into a simple form in Microsoft Excel then next to the data there is a link that connects to the original file. The utilization of technology at the Medan City Archives Depot Office is not yet optimal because a lot of equipment such as computers is inadequate and there are still very few human resources who take care of archives.

The implementation of an effective and efficient information system is very important in managing letter archives in government offices. This study aims to design and implement a letter archive information system using the Scrum method at the Umbu Ratu Nggay Barat District Office. Scrum was chosen as a software development framework because of its adaptive and iterative nature, allowing the team to accommodate changing needs quickly. Through this approach, system development is carried out in several sprints, which ensures that the development process runs in a structured manner with a clear division of tasks. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Scrum method can increase efficiency in the letter archive management process and accelerate the response to changes in system needs. With this letter archive information system, the sub-district office can manage letter documents in a more organized, easily accessible, and secure manner. This study is expected to be the basis for further development to improve the quality of administrative services in government institutions.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of green office in the SMKS YPKP TIK Sentani office environment. Green Office refers to practices and policies that aim to reduce the environmental impact of office activities through energy efficiency, waste management, and the use of environmentally friendly materials. SMKS YPKP TIK Sentani is known to have received an award as an Adiwiyata school based on the decree of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia No. SK.1061/MENLK/P2SDM/SDM.2/10/2023. This research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and observations to analyze the implementation of green office in the SMKS YPKP TIK Sentani office environment. The results of the study indicate that SMKS YPKP TIK Sentani employees have been active in implementing various green initiatives, such as waste sorting, reducing plastic use, saving electricity and water, planting plants, and the importance of awareness of the implementation of green office. Recommendations for further development include increasing training on environmentally friendly practices.

Technological developments are increasingly rapid, as evidenced by the large number of individuals and businesses from various industries who depend on computers to support their daily operations, as well as the small, medium and medium sectors. Large companies that already manage payroll processing tasks every month certainly require the use of computers so that the process can function properly. It is hoped that the web-based stationery sales information system at Istana Anugerah can stimulate public interest in purchasing the shop's merchandise. This information system is expected to facilitate consumers' ability to place orders from any location without having to physically visit the store, as well as facilitating the sales department's ability to produce sales reports more quickly and without errors.

This research aims to analyze the organizational culture at the Representative Office of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia in Gorontalo Province. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and conchading. The results of the research indicate that the organizational culture at the Representative Office of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia in Gorontalo Province is analyzed hased on the research focus and sub-focus, which involves seven principles of organizational culture, such as innovation, the team orientation, the result orientation, and the member orientation. Morcover, the principle of aggressiveness has been well-implemented, Furthermore, the principle of innovation is demonstrated by the existence of web pages for cach sub-division that the employees can access. The principle of meticulousness is shown in the public relations division, where employees must carefully draft letters, particularly in the letters' numbering system. Additionally, the principle of team orientation is observed, where employees are divided into groups tasked with conducting audits in the Gorontalo Province. These groups focus on both result orientation and member orientation. Result orientation includes work plans that most be achieved within five years, while member orientation includes the requirement for employees to participate in training to develop their capacities. The principle of aggressiveness is reflected in how all employees are expected to meet deadlines to achieve the set targets. However, the principle of courage is not yet fully optimized because some employees hesitate to try new things and are reluctant or fearful to express their opinions.

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee work discipline at the DPMPTSPTK Office, Tasikmalaya Regency. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach and verification research. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, with a research sample of 57 respondents from employees of the Tasikmalaya Regency DPMPTSPTK Office, and using a saturated sample method. The data analysis tool used in this research is IBM SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques use literature studies, interviews, questionnaires. The research results show that leadership style and employee organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work discipline. Leadership style partially has a significant effect on employee work discipline. Organizational culture partially has no significant effect on employee work discipline.

E-Filing Service for Individual Taxpayers 1770 S to complete and report their annual SPT. According to Article 1 of Law Number 6 of 2009, the SPT or Announcement Letter is a document that must be applied by Taxpayers to inform the calculation and payment of tax on both tax and non-tax objects, assets and liabilities in accordance with applicable taxation law. regulation. Form 1770 S is intended primarily for simple individual taxpayers who have a gross income of more than Rp. 60 million per year. Before completing and filing the 1770 S Annual Tax Return, taxpayers must provide several documents, including Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN), and proof of withholding. This Annual SPT reporting technique is carried out online via the DJP website www.djponline.pajak.go.id or via application.

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh Fleksibilitas Waktu Kerja (Flexible Working Time) dan Talenta Digital (Digital Talent) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Titik berat dari penelitian ini yakni seberapa besar penerapan pola kerja fleksibel dan talenta digital yang dimiliki setiap karyawan dapat berperan penting dalam mencapai kinerja karyawan yang maksimal di era modern. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang aktif bekerja di PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Semarang. Total populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 karyawan dan sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 55 karyawan (responden). Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para responden yang sudah ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa (1) Fleksibilitas Waktu Kerja berpengaruh positif-signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan (2) Talenta Digital berpengaruh positif-signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

This research aims to: (1) determine the influence of office layout on employee work morale at the Tasikmadu District Office, Karanganyar Regency (2) determine the influence of communication on employee work morale at the Tasikmadu District Office, Karanganyar Regency (3) determine the influence of office layout and communication overall. together on the work spirit of employees at the Tasikmadu District Office, Karanganyar Regency. This research uses quantitative methods, the population in this research is all employees at the Tasikmadu District Office, Karanganyar Regency. The sampling technique was 37 at the Jaten District Office, Karanganyar Regency using saturated samples. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire technique. Data analysis techniques use the classic assumption test, t test, f test, multiple regression analysis. The results of this research are (1) there is an influence of office layout (layout) on the work spirit of employees at the Tasikmadu District Office, Karanganyar Regency. The t test shows that t_count is 3.429 > t_table 2.028, and the significance level is 0.002 < 0.05, so H_o is rejected and H_1 is accepted. (2) there is an influence of communication on the work spirit of employees at the Tasikmadu District Office, Karanganyar Regency. The t test shows that t_count is 3.928 > t_table 2.028, there is a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, so H_o is rejected and H_2 is accepted. (3) there is an influence of office layout (layout) and communication on the work spirit of employees at the Tasikmadu District Office, Karanganyar Regency. The results of the F Test data processing show that F_(count ) 37.178 > F_(table ) 3.260, and the significance level is 0.000 < 0.05, so H_o is rejected and H_3 is accepted.

Data matching of Population Identification Number (NIK) as Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) needs to be done. This is an order from Law (UU) Number 7 of 2021, Presidential Regulation Number 83 of 2021, and Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 112/PMK.03/2022. Regarding the implementation of data matching of NIK to NPWP which must be accelerated. The Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) of the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) has set the time for matching NIK to NPWP to be fully implemented in mid-2024. Tax Volunteers support Taxpayers (WP) in matching Population Identity Number (NIK) and Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP). Matching NIK NPWP functions as part of the steps to improve tax compliance and administration in Indonesia. The purpose of this comparison is to inform the truth and reliability of personal data and tax information of Indonesian citizens.
