Art education in kindergarten is part of the process of forming a whole individual in accordance with the goals of national education. Art education includes dance, music, visuals and drama. This activity aims to provide assistance to kindergarten / early childhood teachers in artistic creativity and creativity, especially painting activities using local wisdom-based media so that they can be applied in teaching and learning activities in kindergarten / early childhood education. As for art and reativity, what is meant is not only to form skilled students at imagination through fine arts, but also to form appreciative and creative personalities through the experience of art processing. This activity can contribute not only to the development of teaching materials, but also to the ability of kindergarten / early childhood teachers to create art, especially art and creativity which can have a positive effect on the development of teacher skills by packaging teaching materials based on art and creativity according to the needs of garden children childhood and early childhood education. This PKM activity was attended by Kindergarten / Early Childhood Teachers who are members of the entire West Semarang District, Semarang City.

Background: Dengue hemorrhagic fever is one of the population's health issues in Indonesia, with an increasing number of sufferers as the disease spreads. The cases rose dramatically in Panji Village, with a significant spike in cases per year. Dengue hemorrhagic fever transmission is inextricably linked to the residents' experience and behavior. Mosquito Nest Eradication is the most reliable, safe, and cost-effective method of eliminating dengue fever vectors. The MNE Program must be complemented by increasing public awareness of dengue fever. Public awareness is needed since it is the first step in changing people's behavior. The aim of this study is to describe the community's level of knowledge and behavior regarding MNE in Panji Village. Method: This study is a descriptive study using univariate analysis. The overall selection of this study was 400 people from the community who were interviewed using a questionnaire. The inclusion criteria comprises any community member from Banjar Dinas Dangin Pura, who is 17 to 55 years old and can read and write. Meanwhile, people between the ages of 17 and 55 who are wandering, those with mental illnesses, and people with special needs are among the exclusion criteria. Results: The majority of the population in the Banjar Dinas Dangin Pura Panji Village was between the ages of 26 and 35 (46.7%), In terms of gender  (224 people) (56%) were men, completed their high schools, with 229 people (57.3%), were working as farmers 158 individuals (39.4%). Most people in Banjar Dinas Dangin Pura Panji Village had inadequate knowledge as many as 249 individuals (62.3%), and had less behavior as many as 152 individuals (38%) towards MNE. Conclusion : The majority of people had a poor degree of awareness about MNE, and those on MNE had a poor degree of behavior.

MSMEs in Bangka Belitung Islands Province experienced several obstacles in developing their MSMEs. Data for 2018 shows that the number of MSMEs in Bangka Belitung Kepulauang Province has decreased dramatically. The decreasing number of MSMEs from active to inactive, because these MSMEs are less able to survive in the increasingly fierce competition, so only MSMEs that survive are MSMEs that have creations and innovations according to needs of community Weak dimensions in the big five personality reflecting the unpreparedness of SMEs to compete and synergize. This study wants to see how the objective conditions dimensions big five personality SMEs in City of Pangkalpinang. The sample of study was Pangkal Pinang City SMEs practitioners with quantitative research methods processed from results of questionnaires. results of study showed that Openness to experience, Conscientiousness, Extroversion, and Agreeablenss, had a positive and significant effect on increasing MSMEs in Pangkalpinang City, while Neuroticm had a negative and significant effect on increasing MSMEs in Pangkalpinang City.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan dan peningkatan strategi model jigsaw guna meningkatkan keterampilan bermain drama pada siswa kelas VIII SMP N 2 Sukoharjo tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP N 2 Sukoharjo Tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi, Teknik analisis data menggunakan data model Interpretasi yaitu kegiatan menafsirkan fakta-fakta yang diperoleh dan data yang telah diseleksi pada tahap sebelumnya untuk selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data.Hasil penelitian menunjukan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia melalui model jigsaw jigsaw dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara pada kompetensi dasar bermain drama. Hasil tes yang dicapai siswa yaitu pada siklus I sebanyak 25 siswa (62,5%) tuntas dan pada siklus II sebanyak 36 siswa (90%) tuntas, sehingga meningkat sebanyak 12 siswa (30%), Keterampilan berbicara pada kompetensi dasar bermain drama pada akhir siklus II semua siswa mengalami peningkatan.Kata Kunci : Ketrampilan Berbicara, Bermain Drama
