Faisal Islamic Hospital Makassar currently has good service quality on the interest in repeat visits to outpatients in polyclinics with an increasing number of outpatient visits. However, there are also services that are desired by patients and families of patients so that the service is said to be bad. This is felt by patients visiting the hospital, namely the better the services provided where before the researchers conducted the research there were still many shortcomings in the form of medical devices and irregular service hours. Where the quality of service can also be said to be good if the service provided is in accordance with what the patient wants and can be said to be satisfactory service. Therefore, to increase the number of patient visits, the hospital tries to provide quality service so that patients feel satisfied. Revisit interest is the behavior that occurs in response to a service that shows the customer's desire to revisit the hospital. This study aims to determine the quality of service and its effect on outpatient revisit interest in polyclinics at Faisal Makassar Islamic Hospital. The population in this study was 750 patients and the sample size was 254 patients who made a repeat visit at the polyclinic of the Faisal Islamic Hospital Makassar. The results of this study are the level of repeat visits on an outpatient basis at the Faisal Makassar Islamic Hospital can be seen from the aspects of tangible (physical evidence) of good value, reliability (reliability) of good value, responsiveness (responsiveness) of good value, assurance (certainty) of good value, and empathy (empathy) of good value.

The results of this research are first, the procedures that have been established by the company, namely, before loading begins, the surveyor and lodging master prepare the required documents such as: shipping instructions, ship shore checklist, dry certificate, and the tools used include: flexible hose, crane, floating line, and pump. To ensure that the quality of CPO / cargo meets standards, then during the loading process, the loading master supervises and is responsible for the implementation and smoothness of the loading activity. Second, the main challenges faced in the process of handling CPO liquid bulk cargo include the limited number of pipes, weather conditions at the jetty, and quite long line distances. Third, by committing to supporting a sustainable palm oil industry, the government is adjusting export levies on CPO and its derivatives, which are then channeled back to focus on developing the people’s palm oil industry.

The purpose of the research is to describe and analyze the Village Government Strategy in Improving Village Development in the Era of Village Autonomy, what obstacles are experienced, and the efforts made by the Government in Improving Development in Mahakam Regency. This research is a qualitative research with a level of descriptive analysis, with data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses Miles and Huberman interactive data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the Village Government Strategy in Efforts to Improve Village Development in Mahakam Regency is carried out with several steps, including development planning is carried out based on the musaywarah of the village development plan based on data from the lowest scope, namely the RT/RW environment based on Musrenbamg then outlined in the Village Development Work Plan. The implementation of development is carried out based on the Development Budget Plan, namely what priorities will be implemented, which are managed on a local scale through village self-management, village cooperation with third parties. The process of monitoring and evaluating development is carried out at the village and sub-district levels assisted by community institutions that check the list of activities listed in the Development Work Plan document stipulated in the Village Budget. The development supervision process is carried out through community institutions and community leaders. Obstacles in the development of villages in Mahakam Regency include, among others, the desired development has not been achieved, this is due to the difficulty of obtaining a budget. Efforts made include proposing a village Musrenbang next year, making a medium-term long-term development plan for a term of 5 years and including RKA and RKP.

The aim of this research is to develop an effective strategy for family financial planning by utilizing secondary data obtained through literature studies. In today's consumer-driven society, managing finances wisely is essential to avoid impulsive spending and achieve long-term financial stability. The study identifies several key strategies that families can adopt to improve their financial behavior and planning. These include: (1) creating a budget and following it with discipline, (2) applying the “24-hour postpone” rule to avoid impulsive purchases, (3) reducing exposure to advertising, (4) focusing on long-term financial goals, (5) evaluating monthly shopping habits, (6) learning from personal desires instead of condemning them, and (7) reducing debt gradually. By implementing these strategies consistently, families can build better spending habits, avoid excessive consumer behavior, and work towards more sustainable financial well-being. These insights serve as a practical guideline for financial literacy and behavior modification in everyday family life.

Literature is the result of the human creative and imaginative process which contains various values ​​and life lessons. Namun, as an important element in literary works, describes the struggle within a character that arises as a result of the conflict between desires, beliefs and hopes. In literary works that are adapted into films, namun not only plays a role in building character, but also drives the storyline emotionally. The film Kite Putus, which is adapted from the novel by Mommy ASF, depicts the emotional journey of Kinan, a woman who faces the infidelity of her husband, Aris. The namun experienced by Kinan is the main focus in the narrative, where he has to choose between maintaining the household for the sake of his child or letting go of the relationship that has hurt his self-esteem. The aim of creating this film script is to explore how namun can be applied effectively in character and story development. The author focuses on processing Kinan's namun through internal monologues and interactions with other characters, as well as utilizing cinematic elements to strengthen the emotional dimension of the film. With this approach, it is hoped that the film Kite Putus will be able to provide an in-depth experience for the audience, as well as representing universal issues in everyday life.

The development of the Indonesian nation at this time is development in the economic field to improve the standard of living and welfare of the entire nation. So how can we direct students toward an active financial life? This can be achieved by teaching entrepreneurial activities to students, so that students develop entrepreneurship, for example through school cooperatives. Business values ​​(characteristics) are conveyed through actual sales activities in school cooperatives. Where some students are directly involved in the management of the student's school cooperative itself. Based on this background, the objectives of this research are: (1) Describe student cooperative activities at SMK Negeri 1 Jabon Sidoarjo to form student entrepreneurship participants. (2) description of student entrepreneurship through student cooperatives at SMK Negeri 1 Jabon Sidoarjo. (3) Describe the factors that support and hinder the growth of entrepreneurial creativity in students of SMK Negeri 1 Jabon Sidoarjo through student cooperatives. The research method used to write this research is descriptive qualitative research taken from various journal articles and the author collects and analyzes various references to these articles. All data that is summarized in scientific articles on qualitative data does not use numbers, tables, g-tables or graphs, but rather in the form of descriptions from various sources or scientific journal references. Research using descriptive techniques is data analysis by describing or illustrating the collected data just like that, without drawing conclusions. The following can be interpreted from data analysis: 1) Activities that aim to form the entrepreneurial spirit of students are as direct learning and student participation in various activities in cooperatives, and entrepreneurial activities of students are formed following the activities of various cooperatives. Entrepreneurial values ​​among students are leadership, confident, communicative, responsible, honest handling, diligent, cooperative and willing to take risks. (2) Entrepreneurial skills developed by students, for example the ability to provide good service and communication, manage and make good use of time, lead cooperatives well and think smartly to seize opportunities. This research investigates the relationship between public service motivation (PSM) and employee performance (EP) within public sector organizations. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the study analyzes quantitative data from employee surveys and qualitative insights from interviews with public sector employees. The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between PSM and EP, indicating that employees who are motivated by a desire to serve the public tend to exhibit higher performance levels. Additionally, the research identifies key factors that enhance this relationship, including organizational support, leadership styles, and job design. The study highlights the importance of fostering a motivating work environment to improve employee performance in the public sector. Based on these findings, recommendations for future research and practical implications for public sector management are provided, emphasizing the need for targeted training programs and employee engagement strategies. This research contributes to the understanding of how intrinsic motivations can drive performance outcomes in public service settings.

Population movement or migration is a social process of the decision of each individual or group to move permanently or semi-permanently and settle in a desired area. The migration carried out certainly has various purposes, and one of the purposes of the population to migrate is to work. Bali is one of the regions in Indonesia that is in great demand and is used as a tourist destination by many people. However, its existence as a tourist destination area also makes Bali a target for migration destinations to get better jobs. The city of Denpasar as the capital of Bali Province also has a lot of potential cultural heritage destinations, in fact they are very concerned and develop cultural heritage sites in their city into a tour package, the many potentials of cultural heritage make the city of Denpasar then have a variety of jobs both in the formal and informal sectors. The objectives of this study are; 1) To analyze the influence of education level, age, working hours, income and work experience on the selection of employment sectors for immigrants from outside Bali in Denpasar City 2) To analyze the influence of education level, age, working hours, income and work experience partially on the selection of employment sectors for immigrants from outside Bali in Denpasar City and 3) To analyze the most dominant influence among education level, age, working hours, income and work experience on the selection of the employment sector of immigrants from outside Bali in the city of Denpasar. Using Binary Logistic Regression, the results of this study show that; 1) Education level, age, working hours, income, and work experience have a simultaneous effect on the selection of employment sectors for immigrants from outside Bali in Denpasar City 2) Education level and work experience partially have a positive effect on the selection of employment sectors. Meanwhile, age, income and working hours partially have a negative effect on the Selection of Job Sectors. 3) Income has the most dominant influence on the choice of job sector then followed by work experience, age, education and finally working hours.

The Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) phenomenon is one of the psychological factors that influences consumer behavior, especially in the context of purchasing collectible goods. This research aims to analyze FOMO behavior among consumers in Indonesia when purchasing Labubu dolls, a collectible product that is popular among toy lovers. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with 15 respondents who actively collect Labubu dolls, as well as observations in the fan community. The research results show that FOMO is triggered by limited stock, limited editions, the influence of social media, and pressure from the collector community. Consumers often feel compelled to buy immediately for fear of missing out on the opportunity to own an exclusive product. In addition, social factors, such as competition between collectors and the desire to demonstrate status, also strengthen FOMO behavior. The implications of this research provide insight to producers regarding exclusivity-based marketing strategies and consumer behavior management. This study also contributes to the consumer behavior literature by highlighting the role of FOMO in the context of purchasing collection products in Indonesia.

Socialization and education about Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) are important to be implemented in MSMEs, especially in the aluminum craft sector, to encourage environmental desire and efficiency. In Tanjung Atap Barat Village, most aluminum craftsmen still use practices that are less environmentally friendly, such as less than optimal waste management and the use of raw materials that are not fully based on recycling. Therefore, a GHRM approach is needed that integrates the principle of desire through increasing the ability, motivation, and opportunities for craftsmen to contribute to preserving the environment. This study aims to understand and analyze the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in aluminum craft MSMEs in Tanjung Atap Barat Village, with a focus on preserving human resources that support environmental sustainability. The method used in this study consists of three main stages: socialization, education, and evaluation. The results of this study indicate that the socialization and education of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) carried out on aluminum craftsmen in Tanjung Atap Barat Village with the ability-motivation-opportunity (AMO) approach successfully introduced GHRM principles such as energy efficiency, use of recycled materials, and waste management.

Pancasila serves as the cornerstone of the Indonesian state and way of life, and it is crucial in fostering diversity. Maintaining unity is difficult for Indonesia because of its ethnic, cultural, religious, and linguistic diversity. These disparities can be brought together by the moral and ethical pillars of Pancasila, which include Divinity, Humanity, Unity, Democracy, and Justice. This article explores how Pancasila can serve as a framework for resolving possible disputes and fostering intergroup tolerance. It is desired that variety would continue to be the primary strength of the Indonesian people by emphasizing the application of Pancasila values in daily life. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method to explore the strategic role of Pancasila in the context of diversity. The results of the study show that strengthening the understanding and practice of Pancasila values ​​in all levels of society is the key to success in maintaining unity amidst the nation's diversity.

This study aims to explain how the tahfidz program at Boarding School Muhammadiyah 1 Wates is managed. Memorizing the Qur'an is an important tradition in Islam that continues to be maintained through educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools. The tahfidz program at Boarding School Muhammadiyah 1 Wates is designed to increase students' interest and ability in memorizing the Qur'an, but its success requires planned and structured management. This program is one of the best programs and has full support from the school as the parent manager of the Boarding School. In fostering students' interest in memorizing the Qur'an at the Muhammadiyah 1 Wates Boarding School, it includes planning, implementation, evaluation, form of methods and supporting and inhibiting factors of the tahfidz program in increasing interest in memorizing the Qur'an. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method and is collected using interview, observation and documentation instruments. The results of the study show that in managing a special program in increasing interest in Qur'an memorization at Boarding School Muhammadiyah 1 Wates, starting from the planning, implementation, evaluation, and types of methods, as well as supporting and inhibiting elements of the class tahfidz program which are intended to increase interest in Qur'an memorization. The research shows that the management of the special class tahfidz program at the Muhammadiyah 1 Wates Boarding School is running well in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The methods used in the implementation of this special class tahfidz program are the Tikror method (Repetition of reading 5-20 times in each block) and the Tasmi' method (Listening to verses that are read repeatedly). Supporting factors include a comfortable place for students, support from parents, teachers, and administrators of the tahfidz program, as well as health factors and a desire to learn. Inhibiting factors include indiscipline in managing time, limited knowledge, student disobedience, interpersonal problems, speed of forgetting memorization, and laziness. The result of efforts to increase students' interest in memorizing the Qur'an is an increase in the number of people enrolled in special classes, the number of children who pass to take tasmi' bil goib per 1 Juz and students in special classes on average have reached their memorization targets. 

Lust is a fundamental element in shaping human behavior. As an emotional and biological impulse, lust influences a variety of individual actions, both consciously and unconsciously. This study aims to explore the impact of lust on human behavior from a social, psychological, and moral perspective. With a qualitative approach, the study involves in-depth literature analysis as well as structured interviews with purposively selected respondents. The results of the study show that lust has a major impact on individual decision-making, social interaction, and moral tendencies. The ability to control lust can improve the quality of positive behavior, while failure to control it often leads to destructive behavior, such as aggression or abuse of authority. The study highlights the importance of character education and strengthening spiritual values to help individuals manage lust effectively to reduce the impact of .

The purpose of this study is to describe and examine the motivation of students at Rumah Tahfidz Tuo Surau Jorong Ladang Tibarau Nagari Koto Tangah District to memorize the Al-Qur’an using the wahdah method. Kamang Tilatang. This study employed a descriptive qualitative methodology, gathering data via documentation, interviews, and observation. The study’s findings demonstrate that two internal and external elements encourage pupils to memorize the Al-Qur’an through the wahdah method. Talent is the primary internal component. Students possess skill in memorizing the Al-Qur’an through the wahdah method because they have a passion for learning letters by heart. A brief correspondence. When employing the wahdah method to memorize the Al-Qur’an, pupils are motivated because of them who declare their desire for Allah SWT’s mercy and intervention. Students at Rumah Tahfidz Tuo Surau possess varying levels of intelligence when it comes to memorization of the Al-Qur’an. The availability of a tahfidz instructor is an external aspect; the teacher stays at the tahfidz home constantly and helps students memorize the Al-Qur’an. When learning the Qur’an, pupils are given certain time to memorize it, allowing them to focus more on the Qur’an memorization process. Factors related to the home environment, such as parents’ genuine support for their children’s adherence to the tahfidz of the Even among students who recite memorization recitations and recitations on memorization, it turns out that many students have not completed the memorization deposit according to what has been determined when it comes to the Koran, even with the right time to memorize and having targeted memorization.

Apart from that, the heterogeneity of students' abilities is also an obstacle. To overcome these challenges, this research presents several solutions, including: creating a conducive learning environment, providing space for exploration for students, improving teacher skills, motivating students, and improving classroom management. By implementing these solutions in an integrated manner, it is hoped that discussion learning can become more effective and achieve the desired learning goals. This research concludes that the successful implementation of the discussion method is very dependent on the joint efforts of various parties, including teachers, students and schools. Thus, discussion learning can be an effective means for developing students' language, critical thinking and collaboration skills.

Background of this research, based on observations, highlights the high public demand for transparency and accountability in providing information, as well as the community's desire to participate in the planning and implementation of social programs, which are often overlooked. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of good governance on organizational performance at the Office of Social Services, Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection in Wajo Regency. This research adopts a survey method, where data is collected from all members of the population as the sample, totaling 65 respondents. The primary data collection technique involves questionnaires, supported by observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings indicate a positive impact of implementing good governance on the organizational performance of the aforementioned office.
