The psychodynamic approach includes a deep understanding of the complex interactions between culture and individual psychological aspects. This approach combines elements of psychodynamics, such as unconscious conflict and psychosexual development, with sensitivity to the role of culture in shaping a person's identity and thought patterns. The aim of this research is to understand in depth the multicultural view in the psychodynamic approach. By using literature study research methods which involve collecting, reviewing, and synthesizing information from relevant text sources to answer research questions or develop arguments. This study supports the aspect of cultural integration in psychodynamic practice to understand mental dynamics in a multicultural context. Psychodynamics in multiculturalism tends to emphasize the importance of understanding the complexity of individuals by considering their cultural background. These conclusions indicate the need to integrate multicultural aspects in psychodynamic practice to understand and respond to the diversity of human experience more holistically

This article underlines the significance of teaching the English language to raise awareness of women's empowerment. It explores beyond the basic understanding of language proficiency to educate on gender issues and encourage progressive action. By reviewing the literature, the article identifies effective teaching strategies for discussing women's empowerment issues in the context of English language learning. This article aims to contribute to raising social awareness and inspire concrete actions towards achieving gender equality. In an increasingly complex and globalized society, understanding the importance of women's role in development is critical to achieving sustainable and inclusive development.

Land grabbing is a form of unlawful act, namely an act of abuse of authority over land ownership rights. Acts of encroachment can take the form of occupying land, installing fences, or eviction of land owners and so on. The act of illegally grabbing land is an unlawful act, which can be classified as a criminal act as stated in the provisions of the Criminal Code. The problem approach used in this writing is the normative juridical method. Primary data collection techniques are obtained by conducting searches, inventories and reviewing regulations using literature studies including statutory regulations, books and articles in journals and scientific works. Deductive analysis techniques are used to analyze data with a starting point or based on general rules, then a specific conclusion is drawn. The mechanism for resolving land grabbing cases that occur in the community can be carried out through deliberation or mediation, litigation, non-litigation, through the role of law enforcement officials, resolution through arbitration institutions. As for the role of the prosecutor's office in implementing court decisions in cases of land grabbing, the main role of the prosecutor's office in this context is as the implementer of court decisions that have permanent legal force. The prosecutor's office is responsible for ensuring that the implementation of these decisions is carried out. The government's suggestion is to provide information to the public by means of outreach, appeals and information, especially about land ownership and the prosecutor's office as the implementer of court decisions can provide protection to people who have land rights.

This journal aims to provide an explanation of Article 5 of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence which states that every person is prohibited from committing domestic violence against people within their household by means of: physical violence, psychological violence, sexual violence. and/or household neglect. In reality, even though there is Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence, domestic violence still occurs frequently. The purpose of writing this article is to explain the factors that cause domestic violence and the suitability of the Perempuan Academy program as a sustainable non-penal effort to tackle domestic violence and its obstacles in Kel. Karang Anyar, Samarinda City. The data in this article was obtained from secondary data by conducting library research and reviewing textbooks and statutory regulations. The primary data in this article was obtained by carrying out data collection techniques and also interviews with a number of respondents and informants. The results of this research show that the factors that cause domestic violence are economic inequality and the community's lack of knowledge about domestic violence. Efforts to reduce domestic violence in Kel. Karang Anyar has been carried out in various ways, one of which is through mediation and through the Perempuan Academy which is appropriate as a sustainable non-penal effort. The obstacles faced in implementing this program are the aspect of activity support tools which are considered to be less than optimal. The factors that cause domestic violence resolutions do not reach the courts are because victims do not want to report them for various reasons. Meanwhile, efforts that can be made by law enforcement officials are repressive and preventive efforts by providing education about domestic violence. It is recommended that all relevant parties, including the police, legal aid institutions, government and society, continue to increase integrated cooperation in dealing with domestic violence.      

Administrative supervision is very necessary to implement social rehabilitation services for victims of drug abuse. In this case, there are several things that must be researched in relation to carrying out administrative supervision, consisting of: 1) recruitment and selection of staff, 2) introduction and placement of staff, 3) work planning, 4 ) work assignment, which consists of a) understanding the assignment criteria, b) considering staff duties, c) type of assignment, d) stimulus, e) suitability of staff background with clients, 5) work delegation, 6) monitoring, reviewing and job evaluation, 6) coordination and 7) communication. This research aims to find out how administrative supervision of social rehabilitation services is in handling drug abuse victims at the Galih Pakuan Bogor Center. This research uses qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation, determining informants using purposive sampling. The results of this research show that the supporting factors are human resources who can carry out tasks in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures at the Galih Pakuan Center and motivation for staff to be encouraged so that they want to carry out good, effective and efficient administration, the division of work groups into one supporting factors for carrying out staff performance and the existence of e-performance to provide work reports for monitoring. The inhibiting factor is the limited number of multi-service human resources and lack of capability in carrying out tasks, there are still some who do not have priority in distributing each task.

Where this prophetic paradigm is a set of theories that not only describes and transforms social phenomena, and does not just change things for the sake of change, but more than that, it is hoped that it can direct change on the basis of ethical and prophetic ideals. From the description of the verses of the Koran, hadith, and theoretical views, which are relevant to the values ​​of the mission sent by the prophets, there are several indications or characteristics that could be seen as a prophetic leadership paradigm. Among these characteristics are: a) Smart, analytical and critical (fathanah); b) Tabligh, firm, brave and upholding justice and honesty; c) Gentleness and compassion; d) Bringing the mission of monotheism (transcendental). Then, other prophetic leadership values ​​or characteristics include: Smart, analytical and critical (fathanah); Tabligh, firm, brave and upholding justice and honesty; Gentleness and compassion; Bringing the mission of monotheism (transcendental); have a progressive vision; Have moral responsibility; Have managerial abilities; Sincere and have a spirit of dedication and devotion; Trustworthy and fair; Carrying the mission of worship and monotheism; Zuhud, honest and good at socializing or interacting with others; Become a role model for subordinates; Wise, forgiving and tolerant; Optimistic, patient and moral al-Karimah; has a reforming spirit and professionalism. Apart from that, the prophetic leadership paradigm is a necessity to be implemented and at the same time becomes the spirit in the implementation of leadership in Islamic educational institutions. Everything is a means to create the benefit of the people and solely.

The results of his research show that Quality is a philosophy and methodology that helps institutions to plan changes and set agendas in the face of excessive external pressures. the philosophy of quality has changed and no longer refers to the classical view. This change can be seen from the quality orientation which refers to consumer needs and criteria. The quality philosophy generally adopted today is that product quality is not only determined by the producer but is determined by the consumer (customer). Education quality is the ability of educational institutions and systems to empower educational resources to improve quality in accordance with educational expectations or goals through an effective educational process. The scope of educational quality cannot be separated from three models, namely: input, process and output. In efforts to improve quality using this model, there are several criteria and characteristics that must be met in each scope. Above the national education standards, there are eight (8) things that must be considered to create quality education, namely Content Standards, Process Standards, Educator and Education Personnel Standards, Facilities and Infrastructure Standards, Management Standards, Financing Standards and Educational Assessment Standards.

The obstacle is caused by their low intelligence so that it is difficult to understand and record information related to language, both understanding vocabulary and the ability to pronounce it as well as limited media that support the learning process. Therefore, a more effective way of improving language skills for children with disabilities is needed so that they do not fall behind other children. This research aims to find effective learning methods in developing language skills in children with disabilities. This research aims to examine whether people in Indonesia have implemented the values of Pancasila in realizing tolerance for people with disabilities. In reality, as we know, there are still many cases of discrimination against people with disabilities, there is still a lack of availability of special facilities for people with disabilities, and weak law enforcement. The research method used is a qualitative method. By using literature review data collection techniques by reviewing various literature such as articles and journals that are relevant to the topic of discussion, as well as using interview techniques. It is hoped that the results of this research can increase insight and understanding of the implementation of Pancasila values in realizing tolerance for people with disabilities so that we are able to become a society that is tolerant towards people with disabilities and can provide support in the form of participation, as well as disseminating information through social media in realizing the importance of tolerance towards people with disabilities.

The purpose of writing this article is to find out the government's policy towards education in Indonesia towards superior universities. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that achieving accreditation for PTKIN is now an absolute necessity. Because institutional accreditation is a set of assessments that directly evaluates the management and quality of each higher education institution. Since 2020, accreditation assessment for new universities and study programs has been implemented based on 9 criteria, so that in the future the accreditation process for these two study programs will use an assessment system based on 9 criteria. Realizing PTKIN to be able to achieve an A (excellent) accreditation score can be done through a technical management approach to superior PTKIN institutional accreditation. This technical management is the basis for preparing forms and complete documents and the accreditation visitation process. Technical management covers a fairly broad scope. So that ideally technical management is understood comprehensively by higher education administrators. So that institutional accreditation can reach an A (excellent) grade.  

This research investigates the important function of Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) in directing and regulating the social interactions of modern teenagers. This research is based on historical narratives in the Islamic tradition and the importance of Jurisprudence in overcoming problems such as juvenile delinquency. In addition, this research emphasizes how important it is for the principles of Fiqh to be applied practically in everyday life. According to this research, Jurisprudence education goes beyond theoretical understanding and requires the application of knowledge in the real world, which integrates theory and action. The aim of this research is to reveal methods for improving relationships in an era of disruption through the science of jurisprudence. This research uses library research methods, reviewing relevant literature to analyze the concept of adolescent social interaction from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence. The results of this research indicate that Islamic principles are not in accordance with current teenage trends, such as changing clothing styles, increasing premarital relationships, drug propaganda, and materialistic transmission. This article emphasizes that parents and teenagers must help children bridge the gap between Islamic values ​​and modern lifestyles, with the importance of fiqh education in adolescence as a basis for living a life in accordance with Islamic values.

The results of his research show that the transformative leadership model is a leadership model that can be an alternative to be applied in the current organizational system with various organizational dynamics and changes in line with the increasingly high demands of society. This is in line with the need for leaders who are able to bring about change. Transformative leadership is a leadership model that is different from traditional leadership models which view the relationship between leaders and employees (leadership and followership) as based solely on reward and punishment. A visionary leader is also understood as a leader who has a clear vision and mission in the organization. He has the ability to predict future events and express them in a clear and measurable vision and mission. Visionary leaders are able to raise the enthusiasm of their members with their motivation and imagination, to make the organization more alive and growing. Another situational leadership model is known as the Situational Contingency leadership model which revises the behavioral approach which is considered unable to explain ideal leadership. This approach illustrates that the style developed depends on the leader himself, the support of his followers, and a conducive situation. By analyzing the basic motivations of their subordinates, leaders can place them in appropriate situations. Transformative, visionary and situational leadership models have several elements in common, both in terms of systems, processes and objectives of Islamic Education Management. From the system side, there are elements of education unit leaders, educators, education staff, and various other elements; It is hoped that they can synergize in a process that is conducive to achieving goals.

This article examines the legal protections in place for children in foster care systems, focusing on issues such as stability, mental health support, and legal representation. By reviewing foster care policies in several countries, the study assesses how well these policies uphold children's rights and meet their emotional and developmental needs. Findings reveal gaps in foster care protections, suggesting that more consistent standards are necessary to ensure children's welfare.

This research aims to examine the Legal Protection for Cooperative Members in Standard Agreements on Digital Financial Services as well as the Legal Protection provided to Cooperative Members if there are problems with Digital Financial Services. The legal research method used by researchers is normative legal research. Normative legal research uses legal behavioral products, for example reviewing laws. The results of this research show that the legal protection provided to cooperative members regarding standard agreements is preventive legal protection, namely creating regulations in this case standard agreements and repressive legal protection aimed at resolving disputes arising from legal consequences. This article discusses violations of Human Rights (HAM) in the school environment. The school environment must be a place that is safe, inclusive and respectful of individual rights. However, human rights violations continue to occur involving several parties. This article provides an overview of the forms of human rights violations that most often occur in schools as well as the factors that cause these violations and their consequences. In this article, we identify several forms of human rights violations that often occur in schools, including physical violence, verbal abuse, intimidation, sexual harassment, discrimination and inhuman punishment. This research aims to determine various types of human rights violations in schools and their prevention. This research uses qualitative methods that focus on in-depth observations and reviewing literature and case study reports regarding human rights violations in schools. The research results show that human rights violations in schools can take the form of physical violence, verbal abuse, threats, sexual harassment, discrimination and inhuman punishment.

Mining materials as natural resources that cannot be renewed and have limited quantities of course have very high economic value. The existence of this high economic value is a factor in the mining business becoming an industry, both by the government and the private sector. The application of Environmental Law to mineral and coal mining is very important, so as not to cause environmental problems. This research aims to see how environmental law is applied to mineral and coal mining. This research includes library research because the data used is mostly secondary data in the form of legal documents as well as reviewing empirical data in the field. The analysis used uses a qualitative approach. The results of this research are that mineral and coal mining needs to implement environmental law properly, to avoid wider environmental problems. The stages in implementing environmental law, starting from completing environmental impact analysis, issuing IUP, preparing mining road infrastructure and reclamation after mining.

A person who achieves the best performance will be appreciated by the company with good rewards. And with poor performance, will get punishment. The purpose of this study is to improve community performance through salary, work environment, and labor training in Sunggal District, Deli Serdang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using the literature review method through library studies based on previous research journals. The results of this study explained that several things can improve community performance in Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency such as the amount of income or salary, a supportive work environment, and job training needed to improve skills and knowledge at work. To achieve an improved quality of community performance, it is necessary to do several things, namely reviewing the amount of salary as a reward to the community and paying overtime hours reasonably by the overtime time used, reviewing the workforce training program which is considered less attractive, unclear direction and objectives, so that interest in participating in the workforce training program is low. And open the widest possible space for outstanding people to get promoted to a higher career level.
