As a maritime country, Indonesia has the opportunity to ensure security and realize Indonesia as the world's maritime axis to make Indonesian waters a safe area in the future so that it can reduce the significant impact of external conflicts that occur outside Indonesian waters itself. This paper aims to analyze and explain how Indonesia's maritime policy during President Joko Widodo's 2 periods (2014-2024) indirectly minimizes and protects Indonesia from the crucial impact of the China-Philippines tension conflict in the Indo-Pacific. The study uses a qualitative method, where data collection comes from observations and literature reviews from journals, case studies, and previous research. Therefore, the policy strategy of the World Maritime Axis from Indonesia is also one of the policies so that it can carry out the principle of one paddle, two three islands is exceeded, and it is hoped that President Joko Widodo's policies during his leadership can make the Indonesian Maritime Axis more realized and always maintained from external problems that occur, such as maritime disputes.    

Collaborative learning is an effective approach in enhancing student learning outcomes, particularly in developing cognitive, social, and emotional skills. Through interactions among students within groups, this learning model allows them to share knowledge, discuss, and solve problems together, leading to a deeper understanding of the material. Furthermore, collaborative learning fosters critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills, which are essential for addressing the challenges of the 21st century. Despite its numerous benefits, the implementation of collaborative learning faces several challenges, such as unequal participation among group members and the need for effective group dynamics management. Therefore, the role of the teacher is crucial in managing the collaboration process to ensure optimal contribution from each student. Overall, collaborative learning has a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes and supports the development of skills relevant to future life.

This study aims to identify, describe, analyze, know and understand the impact and fulfillment of the rights of prisoners against overcapacity in Class II A Samarinda Penitentiary based on the Penology perspective. By using a social legal research approach and a normative legal approach. The data source collection technique uses primary legal data, secondary legal data and tertiary legal data related to the problems studied. The results of the study indicate that first, the impact of overcapacity of Class II A Samarinda Penitentiary on the rights of prisoners reviewed from the Penology concept is the increasing risk of violations containing criminal elements, causing new suffering, sanitation and unhealthy lifestyles. Second, the ideal effort to fulfill the rights of prisoners against overcapacity in Class II A Samarinda Penitentiary is to take preventive measures, namely by approaching inmates in the dormitory and repressive measures, namely imposing disciplinary penalties according to the type of violation committed.

Acute respiratory infection, or ARI, is an acute inflammation that most often occurs in children. It is caused by infection with microorganisms, bacteria or viruses or without or accompanied by inflammation of the lung parenchyma (David, 2019). Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2019 shows that lower respiratory tract infections reduce life expectancy by 2.09 years in sufferers (WHO, 2019). The group most at risk is toddlers. This research uses a case study approach. Participant 1 was a three-year-old child patient who underwent ARI, data collection using interviews, observation, and physical examination. The tools and instruments used in this research were eucalyptus aromatherapy (eucalyptus oil), warm water and a family nursing care assessment format. After the data was collected, data analysis was carried out using the nursing process. The intervention emphasized airway clearance, but it was not adequate, so Eucalyptus aromatherapy was given for three days. The final evaluation was reached on the 3rd day, and the problem was resolved. The evaluation results showed that giving Eucalyptus aromatherapy to a three-year-old child who had respiratory problems was very effective so that on the third day, the child no longer experienced shortness of breath, the secretions were no longer there, and breathing became more accessible. Conclusions and suggestions for research sites should be made on how to apply eucalyptus aromatherapy to ARI to help expel secretions and relieve breathing.

This research is motivated by the problems of life in modern society which increasingly tends to be individualistic and fragmented, for this reason, shared values ​​are becoming increasingly important to maintain. The aim of this research is to build unity between people who have different backgrounds, both in terms of social, economic and cultural aspects. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, and the qualitative method was chosen because it allows researchers to understand social phenomena in more depth, with a focus on interactions between individuals, groups and communities in the context of sacrificial sacrifice. The research concludes that the results of this article are that the sacrificial service, with all the social processes that accompany it, has a very large role in building and strengthening shared values ​​in society, creating a more inclusive environment, and strengthening social relations between individuals with different backgrounds.

Thanks to rapid technological advances, it is increasingly easier to provide services to the public. One example is the electronic land certificate service. The time and costs of registering land certificates can be reduced by using the latest technological methods. The research method used by the author is a statutory approach and normative research methods. The research results show that significant technological progress can be made by digitizing the current paper-based land registration system. One of them is the issuance of electronic certificates as regulated in Regulation of the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN No. 1 of 2021 because the Electronic Transaction Information Law and the Job Creation Law only regulate electronic certificates, this electronic certificate is legal and the risk of causing problems is very small. Technology supporting the use of electronic land title certificates is developing rapidly and is now very useful. As an institution that provides electronic services in the land sector, BPN not only improves data quality control, but also continues to improve electronic services with professional staff. The implementation of land title certificates still has shortcomings in terms of infrastructure, equipment, human resources and electronic data quality.

In  recent  years,  air  quality  has  become  an  increasingly  important  issue  in  various  cities  around  the  world.  Real-time  air  quality  monitoring  is  essential  for  identifying  pollution  problems  and  taking  appropriate  actions.  This  article  discusses  the  design  of  an  Internet  of  Things  (IoT)-based  air  quality  monitoring  system  using  the  prototype  method.  The  system  is  designed  to  monitor  air  quality  parameters  such  as  PM2.5,  PM10,  CO2,  and  temperature  in  real-time  and  present  the  data  to  users  through  a  web-based  application.

The problems experienced by students in completing thesis turn into negative feelings and tend to cause loss of motivation, lack of self-confidence, and stress in students. This study aims to analyze the correlation of self-efficacy with stress levels in completing a thesis on students at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Abulyatama. This study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. It involved 173 college students as the sample chosen using a total sampling technique. This study was carried out on May 28th - June 13th, 2024 by using a self-efficacy questionnaire with a Croncbach Alpha value of 0,864 and   a DASS-21 Croncbach Alpha value of 0,75. The data analysis used a chi-square test. The results indicate that most students experienced moderate stress levels as much as 79 students (45,7%) and had moderate self-efficacy as much as 73 students (42,2%), with a ρ value of 0,000. This study shows the correlation between self-efficacy and students' stress levels at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Abulyatama. Further, the university should boost students' motivation and self-efficacy in completing a thesis to prevent stressful occurrences.

Problems regarding the sale and purchase of land that are not in accordance with procedures, not in accordance with existing principles and even not carried out in front of the authorized officials, namely the Sub-district Head and PPAT, still occur in Fatukoa Village, Maulafa District, Kupang City, resulting in legal uncertainty and land rights on the land object being traded. Uncertainty about the law. The type of research used is empirical legal research, and the data sources taken are primary data, secondary data and tertiary data. The population and samples taken are: 2 sellers, 2 buyers, heirs and the community. The sample used is the saturated sample technique where all members of the population get the same opportunity. The results of the study show that: (1). The authority of the sub-district head in making a letter of release of rights is contained in article 131 Paragraph (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs/Head of the National Land Agency No. 3 of 1997 concerning the Provisions for the Implementation of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration. Regarding land that is sold and sold without using a PPAT deed, it must be done at the sub-district where the land is located, applicants who want to make SPPHT must follow the existing procedures and procedures starting from the agreement of both parties, the readiness of documents, the creation and implementation of SPPHT, registration to the signing and submission of the land rights release letter. (2) Public awareness of the existing regulations The level of public awareness of fatukoa is still very low. The public really does not understand the importance of registering land rights and the implementation of buying and selling with existing procedures with PPAT deeds or with letters under hand, namely the release of land rights. The application of the law to the crime of ATM skimming is regulated in Article 362 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) regarding the crime of theft. This research is a type of normative judicial research supported by a normative approach by using primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials as data sources. This study uses a prescriptive method, which is an analysis method that provides an assessment (justification) about the object being researched whether it is true or false, or what should be according to the law. The results of the study show that (1) Skimming is a magnetic stripe crime that exists on ATM cards illegally to have control over the card or the account by duplicating the ATM card or by installing a hidden camera to find out the ATM PIN of the customer or victim. (2) Strategies to prevent unauthorized access and early detection of suspicious activities can be applied to reduce the incidence of criminal acts and effective cyber security is to strengthen the network and security system. This can include investing in cutting-edge security technologies, such as robust firewalls, active network monitoring, and security programs that can detect suspicious attacks. In addition, organizations also need to involve their employees in cybersecurity efforts.    

This research examines the influence of the existence of zoned schools on equal access to education in Malang district. The problems in this research are the pros and cons of school principals, teachers, parents and students regarding the school zoning system in Malang district. Based on research conducted by researchers, many school principals, teachers, parents and students do not agree with the existence of a school zoning system. Because students who excel and are competent do not get favorite schools to support their long-term careers. On the other hand, from the teacher side, teachers are very depressed and stressed because they find so few talented and high-quality students in the learning process at school. This research uses qualitative methods in the form of interviews with school principals, teachers, parents and students in the school environment. The research results prove that in the absence of an educational zoning system in Indonesia, you will find many students who excel and excel in elementary, middle and high school. Because with the student zoning system there tends to be no competition between students and other students. However, this has led to a decline in the quality of education in Indonesia through the school zoning system.    

The purpose of setting up SIMRS is to improve efficiency, effectiveness, professionalism, performance, and access and services in hospitals. In the preparation of this paper, data was collected through observation methods, interviews, literature studies, and the application of software development models using the waterfall method. The result is the design of a web-based patient registration information system using Laravel and MySQL as a database. Hospitals face several problems, including data redundancy in the input process and less than optimal data presentation, making it difficult to manipulate, change, and delete data. The author hopes that the development of a new information system can simplify and speed up the data input process. The information system designed is expected to make it easier for patients to register online as well as assist admins in the patient registration process, making it easier to make registration reports.    

Qualitative research with the aim of seeing the role of Tofu and Tempe Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Mumkm). The results of the research show that the existence of Ibuk Iis tofu and tempe micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) has a very big role for Bangun Seranten Village, especially in increasing employee income in these Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). The results of the interview show that this MSME not only provides permanent employment for the local community, but also provides a stable income for them or even greater than their income before working for this MSME. And also Ibuk Iis's tofu and tempe Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) also face a number of challenges. One of the main problems is the difficulty of getting quality and affordable raw materials, coupled with tight competition for similar products. Complicated business licensing, complex financial administration, and so on.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in enhancing the critical thinking abilities of 4th-grade students. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews with mentor teachers, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of PBL has a positive impact on developing students' critical thinking skills. Students are accustomed to facing real-world problems, analyzing situations, and seeking relevant and rational solutions. Furthermore, this learning model also enhances students' communication and collaboration skills as they engage in group discussions to solve problems collectively. However, challenges in its implementation lie in time management and ensuring the active participation of all students in the learning process. Overall, this study demonstrates that PBL is effective in developing students' critical thinking abilities, as well as improving their social and communication skills, which are essential in daily life.

Education is the key to all quality progress and development, because with education humans can realize all their potential both as individuals and as citizens of society. The low quality of the teaching and learning process and outcomes indicates that the interaction between students and learning resources, such as teachers and the environment, is not effective so that the learning outcomes achieved are not optimal, resulting in low educational quality. Education is a process for someone to gain knowledge, experience and behavior. Apart from that, the role of education is also an important factor in a person's ability to solve problems in their life with the values ​​in society.

Nutritional problems in school children include malnutrition and overnutrition due to lack of education, so there needs to be education on the contents of my plate related to balanced nutrition. One of the program efforts that can be implemented by the government so that people live healthy and well-nourished is by providing education on the "Isi Piringku" movement. An effective way to increase knowledge of balanced nutrition so that students can apply a healthy diet. Objective: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of education on the media Power Point, Leaflets, Videos on the Contents of My Plate on Increasing Knowledge of Balanced Nutrition at SMP Negeri 7 Nabire. Method: Using a Pre Experiment Design research design with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design approach. The sample in this study amounted to 54 students using the types of media Power Point, Leaflets, Videos which were divided into 3 experimental groups. Results: there is an effect of providing education on the Contents of My Plate on increasing knowledge of Balanced Nutrition through Power Point, Leaflet, Video media through a TestPaired Samples Testone of them is Video media (P = 0.000) on Students at SMPN 7. Conclusion: that educational media assistance Power Point, Leaflet, Video, can influence to increase knowledge of Students at SMP Negeri 7 Nabire. Suggestion: For further research can continue the research by developing Power Point media, Leaflet, Video and other educational media.

The mass development of digital technology has changed the way companies communicate with consumers. Consumer trust is the main factor influencing purchasing decisions and brand loyalty. This articel used a qualitative approach to make a study various digital communication strategies that can build consumer trust in social media. Through social media, companies can implement various communication strategies, such as being transparent and honest in communication; active interaction with consumers; consistent in branding; consumer testimonials and reviews; compelling use of influencers; security and privacy of consumer data; and responsive to consumer problems and complaints.

Marriage is an institution that binds two individuals in a relationship officially recognized religion, law and customs. This becomes the foundation important in building a happy family life and sustainable. However, early marriage, especially under the age of 20, poses serious challenges. Teenagers often marry too young not ready to handle the responsibilities of marriage and the risks of experiencing health and economic problems. This problem occurs throughout Indonesia, reflects the complexity of social and economic problems. The need for action strong preventive and intervention to overcome early marriage and improve community welfare. Qualitative descriptive research uses an interview approach and data analysis. Combining qualitative methods, this research explores socio-economic factors that influence early marriage. The aim is to provide a holistic understanding for more effective development policies. Early marriage has a serious impact on individuals and society, influenced by social, economic factors and parental influence. Children or teenagers who marry at a young age are at risk of facing health, educational and economic problems, poverty and gender inequality. Steps such as upgrading education, women's empowerment, and economic development It is necessary to reduce early marriage and deal with its impacts appropriately.

Karate athletes must master many aspects, including physical, technical, tactical and mental aspects. It is necessary to understand the psychology of athletes' anxiety levels in karate sports, the impact of an athlete's inability to control anxiety can interfere with an athlete's skills. If the athlete is too anxious, psychological training needs to be done, especially for athletes who experience anxiety. These problems cause karate athletes to experience various conditions, one of which is the anxiety level of athletes during training and competition. This study aims to measure the anxiety level of SMAKON Aceh karate athletes.

Education plays a crucial role in optimally developing and directing students' potential. In the current educational context, learning outcomes are assessed based on students' abilities to solve problems, reason, communicate, and demonstrate knowledge and attitudes. However, preliminary studies at MAN 1 Banjarmasin revealed that only 62.85% of the XI Agama class students met the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) of 75 in Fiqh subjects, while the rest failed. This study aimed to improve learning outcomes in the topic of Mawaris by using an Android-based learning media, the "Kalkulator Waris" application. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted through two cycles following the model proposed by Arikunto, comprising planning, action, observation, and reflection phases. In the first cycle, the average student score was 73.63 with a 62.85% success rate. After refining the learning process, the second cycle showed significant improvement: the average score rose to 88.17, and all students (100%) achieved mastery. The use of the "Kalkulator Waris" application facilitated students’ understanding of complex inheritance calculations, enhanced learning engagement, and fostered a more active, creative, and problem-solving learning environment. The findings suggest that appropriate use of Android-based educational applications can significantly enhance learning outcomes, particularly in complex subjects like Islamic inheritance law.
