The development of social media has driven changes in digital marketing communication strategies, including within educational institutions such as Juara Academy. This study aims to analyze digital marketing communication strategies through Instagram in increasing student enrollment, identify gaps between social media performance and conversion rates, and formulate efforts to optimize these strategies. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, as well as the AIDA framework (attention, interest, desire, action). The results indicate that digital marketing communication strategies have been systematically implemented through the utilization of Instagram features such as feed, story, reels, and live to capture attention, build interest, generate desire, and ultimately encourage enrollment actions. However, a gap was found between high engagement levels and suboptimal enrollment conversions, influenced by technical factors such as inconsistent content posting and a lack of integration across communication stages. Strategic optimization is therefore necessary through strengthening content consistency, enhancing more personalized interactions, and leveraging persuasive approaches based on audience experience. This study provides practical contributions to the management of digital marketing communication as well as theoretical contributions to the development of social media–based marketing communication studies.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) represents a significant global health challenge, with a trend of steadily rising prevalence, including in Indonesia. Patients with CKD undergoing routine hemodialysis face multidimensional challenges that impact their quality of life. This literature review aims to outline and synthesize factors associated with the quality of life of CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis in Indonesia. A systematic literature review method using the PRISMA approach was employed, involving searches across Google Scholar, PubMed, Garuda, and DOAJ databases. Inclusion criteria covered articles with a cross-sectional analytical observational design involving patients with advanced-stage CKD undergoing hemodialysis, published within the last ten years, and utilizing valid and reliable quality-of-life instruments (WHOQOL-BREF, KDQOL-SF, KDQOL-36). A total of 21 national and international articles were selected through a systematic process, and their methodological quality was assessed via mapping and scoring stages. The results highlight various aspects consistently and strongly associated with the quality of life of CKD patients, including: (1) clinical factors such as the duration of hemodialysis and comorbidities; (2) psychosocial factors such as anxiety, depression, family support, motivation, and fatigue; and (3) sociodemographic factors such as education level and economic status. Depression emerged as the most dominant predictor with the highest odds ratio (OR=10.131), followed by the duration of hemodialysis (OR=8.380) and comorbidities (OR=5.044). It is concluded that the quality of life of CKD patients is multidimensional and influenced by the interaction of clinical, psychological, and social factors. Integrated interventions—encompassing routine psychological screening, the strengthening of family support, and comorbidity management—are essential to improving the quality of life for CKD patients in Indonesia.

This study analyzed trends in the prevalence, incidence, and burden of Diabetes Mellitus in Indonesia from 2021 to 2023 and identified geographic disparities across provinces. A descriptive-analytical approach was applied using standardized Global Burden of Disease data to assess changes in prevalence and disease impact measured by Disability-Adjusted Life Years. The results indicated a consistent increase in the prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus over the study period, with substantial variation between provinces. Regions with higher prevalence experienced a greater disease burden compared to low-prevalence areas, although a gradual decline in Disability-Adjusted Life Years was observed. These findings suggested improvements in disease management and complication prevention, while inequalities in health service access and socioeconomic conditions continued to influence regional differences. This study concluded that Diabetes Mellitus remained a major public health challenge in Indonesia and required more targeted, region-specific control policies emphasizing prevention, early detection, and strengthening of primary health care services to reduce disparities and future disease burden.

This study aims to examine the influence of board characteristics (educational background, tenure diversity, age diversity, and board size) and ownership structure (institutional ownership and foreign ownership) on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. The theoretical basis for explaining the research findings is stakeholder theory and upper echelon theory. The data sample for this study is consumer sector companies, namely cyclical consumers and non-cyclical consumers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2021-2024 period, with a total of 368 observations. The sample determination used nonprobability sampling techniques and purposive sampling methods. Data analysis in this study was conducted using multiple linear regression methods with the assistance of the EViews 13 software. The results show that educational background and foreign ownership have no effect on CSR disclosure. Meanwhile, tenure diversity, age diversity, board size, and institutional ownership have a positive and significant effect on CSR disclosure. These findings support stakeholder theory, which emphasizes that companies are required to fulfill stakeholders’ information needs through transparent CSR disclosure. Furthermore, the research results also support the upper echelon theory which explains that the characteristics of the board of directors influence the company's strategic decision-making, including decisions related to CSR disclosure.

The urgency of this research lies in the increasing risk of flooding and air pollution in Makassar City due to rapid urbanisation and the uncontrolled growth of motorised vehicles. The purpose of this study is to analyse the potential of urban planning and sustainable mobility policies in reducing disaster risks and environmental impacts, and to formulate more adaptive and data-driven policy strategies. This study uses qualitative methods by collecting data through interviews, documentation, observation, and focus group discussions (FGDs). Key informants include the Environmental Agency, the Spatial Planning Agency, and the Makassar Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), which have strategic roles in spatial planning policies, environmental management, and disaster mitigation. The study findings indicate that flood risk and air pollution in Makassar City are complex problems influenced by population growth, land conversion, vehicle density, limited drainage, climate change, and industrial waste. Although various urban planning policies have been implemented, their effectiveness remains limited due to implementation constraints. Therefore, an integrated approach that combines adaptive urban planning, environmentally friendly mobility, effective waste management, and community participation is needed. With a systemic and coordinated strategy, Makassar has the potential to reduce flood risk, reduce pollution, and create a safer, healthier, and more sustainable urban environment.

The development of information and communication technology has increased the use of gadgets among high school students. Gadgets provide convenience in the learning process, but also have the potential to affect students' social behavior patterns. This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of gadget use on the social behavior patterns of students at SMA Negeri 3 Salatiga. This study uses a mixed methods approach, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, while quantitative data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 72 students in grades XI-5 and XI-7 who were selected using purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study showed that the use of gadgets had an effect on decreasing the intensity of direct social interaction, reduced empathy for the surrounding environment, weakening interpersonal communication with peers and teachers, and low cooperation in group activities. Students tend to focus more on the use of gadgets than active involvement in social activities in the school environment. Therefore, it is necessary for schools, teachers, and parents to supervise and guide the use of gadgets wisely so as not to hinder students' social development.

Contemporary Javanese music, particularly Campursari, blends traditional gamelan instruments with modern genres such as pop, dangdut, and keroncong. This hybrid style has gained popularity among Millennials and Generation Z, who often perceive it as familiar, calming, and emotionally comforting. This study examines whether listening to contemporary Javanese music influences the sleep quality of Generation Z in Yogyakarta. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey distributed through Google Forms to 50 participants aged 19–26 years. The questionnaire measured listening frequency, emotional responses to the music, and perceived sleep quality using a Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS with descriptive statistics, including the Kolmogorov–Smirnov normality test, linear regression, and tests for heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The results indicate a positive relationship between listening to contemporary Javanese music and improved sleep quality. The familiar and emotionally soothing characteristics of Campursari appear to help listeners relax and reduce stress before sleep. These findings suggest that culturally rooted music may serve as a simple, non-pharmacological approach to supporting better sleep and emotional well-being among young adults..

The concrete block business is one of the micro-enterprises that develops in Wairotang Village and plays an important role in fulfilling the community’s need for building materials. However, in its development, sales fluctuate from year to year, which is assumed to be influenced by the level of consumer trust and the quality of the products produced. In addition, several problems still occur, such as concrete blocks that crack easily, inconsistent sizes, and varying levels of strength, leading consumers to hesitate in making repeat purchases. This study aimed to determine the influence of consumer trust and product quality on purchasing decisions of concrete blocks in Wairotang Village. The independent variables in this study were consumer trust and product quality, while the dependent variable was purchasing decision. This study was motivated by fluctuations in concrete block sales and the persistence of consumer doubts regarding product quality, including easily cracked blocks, inconsistent sizes, and varying strength levels. These conditions resulted in suboptimal consumer trust, which in turn affected purchasing decisions. This study used a quantitative research method. The population consisted of consumers of concrete blocks in Wairotang Village, and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination ($\text{R}^2$). The results were expected to show that consumer trust and product quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions of concrete blocks in Wairotang Village, both partially and simultaneously. A higher level of consumer trust and better product quality lead to increased purchasing decisions. Therefore, concrete block business actors will need to maintain product quality and build good relationships with consumers in order to improve purchasing decisions and ensure business sustainability.

The rapid growth of digital technology and social media has reshaped communication practices, consumer behavior, and marketing approaches, particularly among Generation Z, who are widely recognized as digital natives. For this generation, social media serves as a major channel for obtaining information and exploring product references before making purchase decisions. In this environment, influencer marketing has emerged as a prominent promotional approach because it can foster audience interaction, emotional connection, and trust more effectively than conventional advertising. This study examines the role of influencer marketing in shaping the digital behavior of Generation Z in Indonesia. A qualitative literature review method was employed by analyzing secondary sources drawn from academic journals, books, and related publications. The findings indicate that influencer marketing has a meaningful influence on information-seeking behavior, decision-making processes, and the level of digital engagement among Generation Z. Influencers are commonly viewed as more credible, relatable, and authentic sources of information. Furthermore, the effectiveness of influencer marketing is determined more by credibility, authenticity, and the quality of interaction than by follower count alone. These findings suggest that companies should adopt digital marketing strategies that are more interactive, personalized, and relationship-oriented in order to engage Generation Z more effectively.
