This study aims to find out about the position of children who are victims of sexual abuse in view of Victimology. The method used in this study is empirical with qualitative descriptive data analysis that describes and outlines the data and facts of the field. The results of this study show that child abuse is one of the most destructive forms of crime, and often has a long-term impact on victims of abuse. Victimology, in its view as the study of victims of crime, plays an important role in understanding the impact of child abuse, as well as in designing effective treatment and protection approaches.. The protection of children is very important because its violation is a violation of human rights. It can be seen that the position of children towards victims of abuse in the view of victimology provides a better view of victims of crime as a result of human actions that cause mental, physical and social suffering.

Dating violence is an act of violence against a partner who is not yet married, including physical, psychological and sexual violence.  The facts behind the occurrence of cases of violence during the dating period occur due to various causal factors, one of the factors that can cause these acts of violence can be caused by the victims themselves. The impact of violence in courtship is of course that there are parties who suffer both physically and psychologically and are entitled to their rights in the fulfillment and protection of their lives, as well as from psychosocial aspects that greatly affect the psychology and life of individuals and are very influential and reciprocal in the lives of victims, with the fulfillment of victims' rights such as medical treatment, counseling, therapy and rehabilitation, victims can be restored to normal. This study aims to determine the role of victim factors in the occurrence of violence in the dating period, as well as the form of legal protection for victims of dating violence. This research uses empirical legal research methods sourced from data obtained directly in the form of statements and opinions from respondents, namely the perpetrator, the victim, the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, and the PPA Polresta Kupang Kota. The results showed that the occurrence of violence during the dating period was also caused by the role of the victim, namely the provocation of the victim and the dependence of the victim on the perpetrator, then the results also showed that there was a form of legal protection for victims in the form of providing legal assistance, providing health assistance, spiritual assistance and rehabilitation.

This article discusses the efforts of the Indonesian Financial Audit Agency (BPK) in preventing and eradicating corruption, reviewing the BPK's main role in auditing state financial management to achieve transparency, accountability and integrity in the use of public budgets. The BPK is also involved in eradicating corruption by conducting investigative audits of suspected corruption cases and revealing facts related to the perpetrators, modus operandi and state losses. In carrying out its duties, the BPK must pay attention to the Human Rights (HAM) perspective to ensure that its efforts do not violate individual rights guaranteed by the constitution and statutory regulations. This article explores how the BPK maintains its independence to carry out objective audits and provide recommendations based on valid data. With a deeper understanding of the role of the BPK, it is hoped that this article will increase appreciation of the importance of cooperation between the BPK, government and society in overcoming corruption which undermines development and human rights principles.

The general aim of writing this paper is to clarify the implementation of environmental impact analysis (AMDAL) in Indonesia and efforts to overcome various obstacles faced in enforcing environmental laws. The research method used in writing this article is normative legal research, but what is analyzed is not data, but through a case approach method, namely to be able to understand material facts by paying attention to the abstraction of the formulation of facts that occur in environmental law enforcement in Indonesia. Thus, there is a close relationship between analytical methods and problem approaches. The results of the study show that environmental impact analysis is an effective control method. AMDAL is essentially a refinement of a development project planning process. The negative impacts that are often caused by development projects can be minimized with AMDAL. Efforts that can be made to make this happen are by carrying out development that is environmentally friendly, that is, the environment is taken into account from the time the development is planned until the construction is operational. With environmentally friendly development, development can be sustainable. As has been evaluated, the AMDAL process in Indonesia has many weaknesses, including: AMDAL has not been fully integrated in the licensing of a development activity plan, the community participation process has not been fully optimal. Apart from that, there are also various weaknesses in the implementation of AMDAL studies and the methods for preparing AMDAL, especially socio-cultural aspects, are still weak.

This study aims to find out about how the efforts to fulfill the right of alimony from children to parents who are entrusted in  nursing home Griya Lansia “Jannati”. The method used in this study is empirical with qualitative descriptive data analysis that describes and outlines the data and facts of the field. The results of this study showed that the effort to fulfill the right of alimony for the elderly in the nursing home Griya Lansia “Jannati” is not optimal, this is because children do not carry out their obligations in fulfilling the rights of alimony that should be obtained by parents who are in the nursing home Griya Lasia “Jannati”. The child fulfills only a small part of the alimony rights that parents should have. For example, children only provide a living when visiting Within 2 months, and children only visit their parents regularly so that parents feel lonely and abandoned.

This thesis is entitled Analysis of Productive Waqf in Azizi Mosque, Jelutung District, Jambi City and aims to find out the analysis of productive waqf, the utilization of productive waqf results and the view of Islamic economics on the analysis of productive waqf in Azizi Mosque, Jelutung District, Jambi City. In this study using a qualitative approach that is useful for providing information on facts and data on the mechanism of analysis of productive waqf Dimasjid Azizi Jelutung District Jambi City, with data collection methods by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. From the results of this study it was found that: (1) Analysis of productive waqf at Dimasjid Azizi from the management aspects of Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling, has not gone well. Because of the various problems that occur. (2) The utilization of waqf results carried out is mostly used for consumptive use, especially for religious activities such as recitation, and others. There has been no utilization to improve the economy, in the health sector or other social sectors. (3) the view of the Islamic economy on productive waqf which in its implementation is carried out with a rental system, where the rental of productive waqf assets at the Azizi Mosque is not found to have an element of usury for the delay in payment, even if there is a delay in payment the nazhir gives time and opportunity to pay it.

That is, being a witness to society , building dialogue between religious communities, creating harmony. The social phenomena and contextual issues in education and theology are such that the challenges in these two fields are often interrelated. Education must be responsive to social change and consider contextual issues, while theology also needs to understand social dynamics to provide views that are relevant in the context of life. The synergy between education and theology can help shape a more inclusive society and a deeper understanding of human values.    

Sadananya District implements community-based tourism as an empowerment approach that involves and positions the community as an important actor in the context of a new development paradigm, namely sustainable development (Sustainable Development Paradigm). The purpose of community empowerment itself is basically to improve the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of each individual, so that they have the ability to work and strive independently in order to improve their quality of life. In addition, the purpose of empowerment is to increase the potential of the community to be able to improve the quality of life for all members of the community through self-help activities (Sutarto, 2007: 153). Primary data is obtained raw from the community and still requires further analysis. Qualitative research is to create systematic, factual and accurate observations regarding the facts or characteristics of a particular population or area. Based on the description of the research results and discussions that have been carried out, the researcher can draw conclusions, including development efforts in the Bendasari, Tanjungsari, and Gunungsari Tourism Villages which are carried out through: (a) Human resource development is carried out through training, discussions, and others. (b) Partnership with River Tubing, Taruna Karya, PLN, Resque, and parties engaged in tourism. (c) Village Government Activities, namely holding meetings, discussions, joint sports. (d) Promotion through social media, word of mouth, publications. (e) Festivals or competitions, namely bird singing competitions held at the Bukit Bubulak tourist attraction in Bendasari Village. (f) Fostering Community Organizations by inviting the community to participate in managing Tourism Villages. (e) Cooperation with Universities or colleges in Ciamis Regency and its surroundings.

This research aims to determine the ability to organize compositions, process colors, adjust colors, and determine the level of suitability of shapes in the results of paintings using umbrella media at the Qalam Jihad Painting Studio Pematangsiantar. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, by researching a topic in a systematic, factual and accurate manner obtained from data collection in the field and carried out based on existing facts and characteristics. This research is to review the composition, color and shape of paintings using umbrella media by studio students aged 13-15 years. The composition aspect gets the lowest score and the color aspect gets the highest score. This can be seen from the good coloring and color combinations with dark and light on the objects and colors that are seen clearly and appropriately by the studio students. Based on this, it produces a higher color aspect than other aspects. The classification of the results of reviewing the composition, color and shape of paintings using umbrella media at the Qalam Jihad Pematangsiantar painting studio is that 7 students are categorized as good with a score of 241.4 to 266 and an average score of 80.5 to 88.6. 8 students were quite good with scores of 211.2 to 234.9 with an average score of 70.4 to 78.3.

This study aims to analyze clauses in compound sentences in Mia Chuz's Wedding Agreement Novel. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research method. The descriptive method is the presentation of data based on facts as contained in the novel "Wedding Agreement" by Mia Chuz. The research technique that researchers used in this study is the analysis of clauses in compound sentences. Done by reading the novel "Wedding Agreement" by Mia Chuz. Then the novel "Wedding Agreement" by Mia Chuz was analyzed by related researchers about the clauses in compound sentences in chapter 2 of the novel. From the results of the study, there are 7 free clauses and 4 bound clauses in equivalent compound sentences. Furthermore, there are 10 free clauses and 4 bound clauses in multilevel compound sentences. So that the total number of free clauses is 17 and 8 bound clauses in compound sentences in the novel "wedding agreement" by Mia Chuz.

This web design is designed in a simple way with a simple, good, and easy to understand layout and flow, so that users do not find it difficult when running the website. Thus, human resources as an asset in an organization must be managed effectively so that they are useful and effective in realizing organizational goals. Employee performance can be used as a benchmark to assess the progress of an organization. Performance measures can be seen from the number and quality of certain aspects according to the standards set by the organization or company, the form can be tangible (the measuring instrument or standard can be determined) or intangible (the measuring instrument or standard cannot be determined), depending on the form and process of implementing the work. This study aims to determine the level of work competence and work motivation as an effort to improve the performance of employees of the Archives and Library Service of Banjar City. This study uses a descriptive survey method, namely research that seeks to collect data, critically analyze the data and conclude it based on facts during the research period. The population in this study were employees of the Archives and Library Service of Banjar City, both civil servants and non-civil servants. Data processing used SPSS version 20. The results of the study were obtained from the results of testing with multiple linear regression tests showing that competence had an effect of 48.3%, and work motivation had an effect of 44.5% on performance partially, overall both variables had an effect of 78.9% and the remaining 21.1% was influenced by other factors.

This research aims to determine how the General Election Commission implements its duties and functions to increase community political participation in Sumenep Regency. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method to provide an overview of implementing the duties and functions of the General Election Commission in increasing community political participation in Sumenep Regency. The researcher interviewed seven people. This research uses three data collection techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that implementing the duties and functions of the General Election Commission to increase community political participation in Sumenep Regency is exemplary. Based on the facts and realities in the field, community participation in the simultaneous elections in Sumenep Regency has increased dramatically.

This study aims to examine the meaning of success as found in the Quran and the criteria for success according to the Quran. The research method employed is a qualitative library research approach. The primary data source used is the Quran, with citations of Quranic verses accompanied by translations from the Hadist Web Version 3.0 by Sofyan Efendi. Secondary data is obtained from various exegesis books, such as Tafsir Al-Misbah by M. Quraish Shihab, Jāmi’ al-Bayān ‘an Ta’wīl āy al-Qur’ān by Ibn Jarīr al-Ṭabārī, Jāmi’ al-Bayān li al-Aḥkām al-Qur’ān by Imām al-Qurṭūbi, Tafsir al-Maraghi by Ahmad Muṣaṭfa al-Maragi, Mu’jam Mufradāt li Alfāẓ al-Qur’ān by Al-Ragīb al-Aṣfahānī, Tafsir Al-Qur'anul Madjied An-Nur by T.M. Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy, as well as hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, where data is systematically analyzed to describe the facts or characteristics of a population or a specific field accurately and conceptually. The research findings reveal that in the Quran, there are three terms that refer to success, namely al-Falah, an-Najah, and al-Fauz. The term "al-Falah" reflects the meaning of success in both worldly and hereafter life, "an-Najah" refers to the meaning of success in worldly life only, while "al-Fauz" pertains to the meaning of success in the hereafter. The criteria for success according to the Quran include belief and piety towards Allah SWT, performing the five daily prayers, supplicating to Allah SWT, actively engaging in work, setting aside a portion of one's income to assist those in need, and seeking Allah SWT's mercy to enter Paradise.
