This outreach examines efforts to transform waste into resources through education on compost management in the South Semarang Hindu Parisada Dharma Community. The education aims to raise awareness among the public about the importance of managing organic waste by composting as a strategy to support environmental sustainability. Suitable compost management methods tailored to community needs are selected and promoted, involving community leaders and local groups to ensure active participation and deep understanding of the waste recycling process. The outcomes of this outreach are expected to make a positive contribution by reducing the volume of organic waste going to landfills and enhancing the utilization of local potential to support overall environmental sustainability. Transforming organic waste into compost not only mitigates negative environmental impacts but also makes the community engagement initiative focused on compost management in the South Semarang Hindu Parisada Dharma Community relevant and strategic. This program is anticipated to empower the community to manage organic waste as a resource with economic and ecological value. By leveraging local potential and community wisdom, this effort can serve as an inspiring example for other communities in promoting environmental sustainability and reducing the negative impacts of waste management in general.

Efforts of classroom teachers in instilling self-discipline and social discipline in grade II students at SDN 139 Palembang? The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts of classroom teachers in instilling self-discipline and social discipline in grade II students at SDN 139 Palembang. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, with a descriptive research form. The data collection techniques in the study used questionnaire, interview, and documentation techniques. The Data Validity Techniques used in this study are Source Triangulation, Source Triangulation, Time Triangulation. The data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Data Presentation. Based on research in the field, it can be known that the impact of teachers' efforts in instilling discipline that has been implemented at SD N 139 Palembang has a good effect on student discipline such as wearing complete uniform attributes, departing on time and orderly following the bender ceremony It would be good for the principal and teachers to set an example and give sanctions to students who violate school rules to train the discipline of SD N 139 Palembang students.

This study aimed to identify the implementation of character education in the era of globalisation through PPKN learning for students of SMK Cendana DDI Samarinda, Samarinda City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research is to find out how the planning, implementation and values that appear in learning at SMK Cendana DDI Samarinda. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of character education in SMK Cendana students still has many shortcomings in the form of planning that is documented very well but only continues the previous teacher's teaching program, the implementation of character education is very good in the field of delivery and giving examples but in the absence of documentation of measuring student development teachers do not understand how to see the progress of character education in the classroom, the value that arises from the implementation of character education in the classroom has had a great impact on student understanding but because smk cendana is a vocational school students do not pay full attention and focus more on their major lessons

Educators are one of the figures that has a major role in shaping human resources, because educators can be as teachers, guides who always guide in goodness, as well as leading students in the demand of science. To be an exemplary and professional teacher, an educator is encouraged to follow examples based on Hadits and the Quran that can help teachers to have maximum working spirit and focus on the profesionalisme that is based on the Quran. The purpose of this study is to explain how the role of teachers in applying the concept to Ali Imran letter verse 159 becomes a professional teacher in instilling the morality of students at MI Ibnu Aqil Pekanbaru. Research in this thesis uses case study research, also known as case study, which is a qualitative research method used to investigate a particular problem or object, mainly in the field of social sciences. Case research is used in sociology to evaluate a real event or situation (directly). The results of this study show how to address the phenomenon of moral degradation that occurs in children and adolescents, especially students at the level of MI, by applying the values of moral education in Al-Quran Surat Ali-Imran Ayat 159, which covers many values, for that how important the intelligence and role skills that must have professional teachers to help refresh and create a generations of moral karimah.

This service was carried out to provide education to the people of Bantul after the closure of the Piyungan Bantul TPA. This service was carried out on May 10 2024 at the Kasih Bunda Clinic Hall. This activity involves various groups of residents around the Clinic, starting from young teenagers, adults and the elderly. The activity starts at 09:00 WIB and finishes around 15:00 WIB with several educational materials. The result is that this activity is an effort to educate ourselves through recognizing the type of waste that is closest to us, so that it is easier to reach. From the initial introduction to education on waste management, some participants only just understood the importance of sorting waste because in the beginning they often mixed up the three waste bins. Infrastructure development in urban areas is often faced with various challenges, including ethical issues. The jetty construction project at Pantai Mutiara in Block SB Number 15 A, North Jakarta, is one prominent example in this regard. The jetty, designed to support maritime and tourism activities, has, since its inception, presented a range of issues related to ethical violations. These include manipulation of permits, misuse of funds, disregard for environmental impacts, and exploitation of labour. The ethical violations in this project not only harmed the environment and surrounding communities, but also undermined public trust in the government and related agencies. This case shows how important integrity, transparency and responsibility are in every stage of development. Through this study, we will take an in-depth look at the various aspects of the ethical violations that occurred in the jetty construction project at Pantai Mutiara, including the causes, impacts, and efforts that can be made to prevent similar occurrences in the future. By identifying and understanding the ethical breaches that occurred, it is hoped that valuable lessons can be learnt that can be applied to other development projects in Indonesia. Ultimately, the aim of this paper is to provide constructive recommendations to improve the planning and implementation process of infrastructure projects, so as to achieve a balance between development progress and the ethical principles that must be upheld.

The technique for collecting legal materials that will be used as a source in this research is library research, namely collecting legal materials by reading statutory regulations, official documents, journals, articles from the internet, and other literature that is closely related to The issues discussed are based on secondary legal materials. The effectiveness of the E-Court system in resolving civil cases at the Madiun Regency District Court is still not effective because there are several stages of the E-Court that have not been implemented optimally, for example related to the medition stage, evidence stage and decision stage. The problem with the E-Court system for registrants is dealing with the system or human error. Based on these obstacles, efforts have been made to overcome them, namely collaborating with the IT staff of the Madiun Regency District Court, establishing good communication, preparing everything and increasing human resources both by socializing the E-Court internally and externally. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the E-Court system in resolving civil cases at the Madiun Regency District Court and the role of the Madiun Regency District Court in dealing with  

In old age, physiologically the body's cells can decline, resulting in decreased body function and endurance. One example is the urinary system which will affect changes or instability in the function of the urinary tract, so that the elderly will experience abnormal urination patterns. The management that can be carried out as an effort to restore the function of the urinary tract, especially the frequency of urination, is pelvic floor muscle exercise. Can analyze gerontic nursing care in the elderly to control decreased urinary tract function. This case study uses a descriptive method with a nursing process approach which was carried out on 3 patients using a one group pretest posttest research design. There was a change in the frequency of urination in the three respondents who had implemented pelvic floor muscle exercises. It is hoped that this nursing care report can become a reference in gerontic nursing care for the elderly with decreased urinary tract function.

Public Service Announcements (PSA), commonly known as Public Service Advertisements (PSAs), are promotional strategies used in social marketing activities. Like commercial advertisements, the effectiveness of PSAs is crucial in changing target behaviors according to social marketing goals. Therefore, creative strategies in crafting persuasive messages and media placement are essential. Public service announcements serve as a medium for delivering social messages to the public, conveying information, and raising awareness about specific issues. This study employs a literature review method to understand relevant theories. Public service announcements play a significant role in increasing public awareness and are part of pragmatic discourse with illocutionary speech acts. The history of PSAs dates back to 1942 in the United States and has developed in Indonesia since 1968. Types of PSAs include corporate and political advertisements. PSA provide benefits such as raising awareness of social issues, providing education, fostering solidarity, and addressing existing problems. Examples of PSAs include reducing plastic usage, highlighting the dangers of smoking, environmental protection, corruption prevention, health protocol adherence, and drug abuse prevention.

The problems faced by adolescents at home are problems between adolescents and their parents or vice versa, problems between parents and children (teenagers). Parents are examples and role models for children (teenagers). To be an example for children (teenagers) parents must be able to build a harmonious attitude in the family, and instill religious values not only through words but what children (teenagers) need most, namely concrete actions. That is why the role of parents in the family is very important. Because following the times, the challenges are getting tougher and advanced as well. Parents are required to understand the flow of the times, to master as much as possible to help children (teenagers) lead a life on the right and right path. Parents should not neglect the education and guidance of their children, because of the busyness and demands of work. Two things that are equally heavy, equally important and equally valuable for family happiness.

Digitalization and information technology have a significant impact on business processes. This problem can be solved through synthesis, which involves the use of new computing technologies. Picture books are one example of advances in information technology in the field of education. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the effectiveness of using chart books in the process of managing financial records. The research method used is a qualitative summary based on theory, research results and conclusions reached. Research, historical information, and survey results are then collected, analyzed, and compiled. The study found that book charting applications play an important role in the purchasing process, with technology used in the review process through an integrated and automated system. In order for the documentation process to be more efficient and effective, it must comply with established standards and guidelines. Organizations are becoming more diverse and integrated. Improved analyst performance indicates that the commentator is trustworthy and knowledgeable, thereby improving overall quality. Based on this, we can conclude that the Diagram Book application helps in the financial report review process.

The principal's policy in improving administrative services aims to create an efficient and effective school environment. The principal's policy in improving administrative services is a systematic effort to improve and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative services in the school environment. This involves developing procedures, empowering staff, investing in technology, and implementing good management principles. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The collected data was analyzed through a process of data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that the principal's policy in improving services is to carry out open communication both formally and informally. And another thing that supports improving administrative services is good human resources. The first obstacle is limited education funds, namely that it is difficult to provide facilities in the administration department, such as broken computers at school, and the second obstacle is poor discipline of teachers and staff, which is the cause of services at SMA Negeri 4 Merangin decreasing or not being good. And the solution to overcoming obstacles is maximizing funds, namely the principal makes a report first to the department or center, if there is not yet a principal, calls a meeting between the deputy and the treasurer to discuss together, and the second solution regarding discipline is that the principal tries to be an example or role model. first of all towards teachers, staff and students at the school, apart from that the principal will be strict with school members who violate it by calling them immediately to the office and asking for information after which they will be given sanctions.

The conscious or unconscious entry of mathematics into various aspects of life is certainly interesting to study such as from a cultural point of view. What can bridge the gap between culture and mathematics is ethnomathematics. Ethnomathematics is a study of the relationship between mathematics and culture. The study of mathematics in culture needs to be developed further to be able to provide an overview to the public about the role of mathematics in culture. one of the tribes that is rich in culture is Toraja, for example in Toraja carving which is a cultural heritage that is passed down from generation to generation until now there is the concept of geometry. Therefore, the purpose of this research is how the concept of geometry in Toraja carving using qualitative research methods ethnographic approach.

The purpose of this analysis is to find out how the company’s financial performance is based on financial ratios. This is important to measure and evaluate, so that you can get a comprehensive picture of your financial position. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods with data documentation. The financial report analysis method involves several financial ratios, namely liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. The results of the discussion showed that the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk shows fluctuating ratios every year, this is due to increases or decreases in financial report items, for example sales, inventory, profits and others.

Indonesia is a tropical country, yet its highlands can produce one of the economically valuable types of subtropical fruit, one of which is the strawberry. Strawberry plants are highly profitable fruit plants and come in many variations. Their small and attractive shape, along with their sweet and fresh taste, make these fruits appealing. In Indonesia, strawberry farmers perform interspecies crossings, leading to the growth of many varieties. Indonesia, particularly West Java, is one of the environments suitable for strawberry growth, with Lembang in West Bandung Regency being a prime example. Therefore, this research aims to compare plant cultivars by combining the morphological characteristics of three varieties obtained from two locations, La Fressa and Bukit Strawberry, Lembang. The method used for identifying the diversity of strawberry plant characteristics is the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) method, which is then described specifically according to the morphology of the obtained plant varieties.

Indonesian has an important position and function for the Indonesian nation in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). Indonesian has become the national language since the agreement was stipulated in the Youth Pledge on October 28 1928, functioning as a symbol of pride, a symbol of identity, a means of unification and a means of communication. The position and function of Indonesian in religion, namely as a link between spoken and written languages, was emphasized by the Islamic religious figure "Ustad Hanan Attaki" making Indonesian the main language to be able to integrate various parent languages ​​in different religious contexts, and as a means of integrating and convey religious messages in the diversity of religions in Indonesia. Indonesian is widely used in various religious activities, for example da'wah, as well as religious literature such as translations of the Koran. Indonesian continues to play a dominant role in supporting communication and religious education that is comprehensive and can be accessed by all communities. This shows how Indonesian functions as a cultural and spiritual bridge, strengthening social connections in a multi-religious society. This research aims to analyze the use of Indonesian spoken by Ustad Hanan Attaki in his lectures, what he analyzes is the language style and method of delivery. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques that were found to be based on Ustad Hanan Attaki's lectures.  

This paper discusses the teachings of the Lord Jesus through a values ​​and love-based approach. Based on my understanding, the teachings of the Lord Jesus have a very important role in the methods that will be used by teaching staff or teaching staff. This paper analyzes the teachings of the Lord Jesus, recorded in the Gospels, not only as spiritual teachings, but also as a moral and pedagogical guide for educators. At the discussion stage, the New Testament shows Jesus as an extraordinary teacher, providing an important example in his life in the world. He not only demonstrated effectiveness and efficiency in his teaching model, but also had specific goals and strategies. His way of teaching is very unique and creative, using practical illustrations from everyday life so that it is easy for everyone to understand. The conclusion of this paper is that the Lord Jesus' teaching model provides a solid foundation for educational practice centered on values ​​and love. The principles he taught are not only relevant in a spiritual context, but also have powerful applications in modern education.
