Education is the most basic development goal. The biggest challenge for Indonesia's education development today is how education services can be accessed by all levels of society, especially the poor. School participation is one of the indicators in education that is used to see the population's access to educational facilities, especially for the school age population . The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) on student participation in Bali Province. This research was conducted in Bali Province. The sample in this study was school age children aged 7 to 18 years who received or did not receive the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) in Bali Province. The number of observations using the SUSENAS data source in 2015 was 4,260 samples, in 2018 there were 5,169 samples and in 2021 there were 5,783 samples. This research uses data collection methods with non-participant observation techniques. The variables examined in this research are student participation, the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP), gender, number of household members, employment status of the head of the family, and education of the head of the family. The data analysis technique uses logit regression. The results of the research state that 1) All variables in the regression model simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on student participation in Bali Province. 2) The Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) as an interest variable has a positive and significant effect on student participation in Bali Province as shown in regression model 1 and regression model 4. 3) Another important variable, namely the education of the head of the family, partially has a positive and significant effect on student participation in Bali Province which is shown in each regression model.

Universities that provide educational services, then siakad has a fairly important function in supporting the processing and monitoring of academic data of educational institution. In SIAKAD STMIK XYZ consists of scheduling, filling KRS, studen grades and others. Irrelevantly organized pruning of the academic information system has the potential to cause problems that can jeopardize service affordability, while a reduced level of user satisfaction has the capacity to affect the level of trust from stakeholders. Measurement is needed to evaluate and make the audit result as input to improve the management of the siakad. In this study, data collection was carried out using a survey in the form of a questionnaire. The domains used in this study are DSS AND MEA. The results of the questionnaire were collected and carried out the data analysis stage using the capability level, and gap analysis. The results found the data analysis stage using the capability level with a magnitude of 2.67 which means it is still at level 2. Thus there is a difference of 1.33 to reach the expected level 4. The results of the implementation of the STMIK XYZ academic information system with the cobit 5 framework can be a reference for knowing the weaknesses tat exist in the academic information system so that its performance becomes more optimal.

This research investigates the understanding and compliance of MSMEs in Medan City regarding Government Regulation No. 23 of 2018, which provides tax facilities. Findings from surveys and in-depth interviews with 100 MSMEs reveal that the majority (78%) have a good understanding of the regulation. They also perceive this regulation as beneficial in managing their business tax aspects (82%). Tax compliance has also improved, with 70% of respondents reporting adherence to tax regulations since understanding the regulation. Factors influencing understanding and compliance include effective socialization, technological support, and respondents' educational levels. The implications of this study underscore the importance of continuous government efforts in socialization and education, as well as ensuring accessible services for MSMEs, to enhance tax compliance and support sustainable regional economic growth.

This research was conducted at SLB Negeri Keleyan which aims to find out how to provide educational services for children with visual impairments. This type of research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and uses data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation. SLB Negeri Keleyan provides various methods to provide the best services for children with special needs, especially for those with visual impairments. One commonly used method is through audio or voice, which helps improve a child's vocabulary. In addition, the curriculum at SLB is not differentiated from public schools, so all subjects are applied as a whole. In learning, teachers use tools such as braille learning media, counting boards and abacus. For object recognition, children are given the opportunity to touch the object they want to be introduced. If the object cannot be touched, the teacher uses words.  

Keleyan Bangkalan State SLB is a formal educational institution that provides services for children with special needs, one of which is the deaf. Keleyan State SLB provides extracurricular dance learning activities as one of the mandatory lessons. This research aims to (1) describe the implementation of extracurricular dance learning for deaf students at Keleyan State Special School, (2) describe the impact of implementing extracurricular dance learning for deaf students at Keleyan State Special School. This type of research uses qualitative in the form of descriptive. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research are collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that extracurricular dance learning activities for deaf students at Keleyan State Special School use the total method and counting techniques. In the learning process, these methods and techniques can make it easier for each student to communicate according to their respective abilities without pressure from anyone and are able to easily memorize movements through counting. Extracurricular dance learning has a positive impact in increasing the confidence of deaf students. Having a sense of self-confidence in deaf students will make them aware that deficiencies are not always an obstacle in life, deficiencies can also look special, and help deaf students blend in without feeling inferior. Dancing can also be an illustration of harmony, creativity, beauty and sensitivity to the environment.    

The aim of this study is to elucidate the application of office management in enhancing educational administrative services at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa. The method utilized in this research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study demonstrate that the implementation of office management at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa is clearly evident. Concrete evidence is observed in the organization of office space, employee discipline control, efforts to strengthen communication with all relevant parties, including administrative staff, students, and alumni, as well as the completion of tasks according to each employee’s responsibilities. Additionally, thorough planning in procuring office equipment and administrative supplies also supports the smooth flow of all administrative activities. Furthermore, customer satisfaction with the administrative services at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa has met the expected quality standards, reflecting satisfactory service quality. These findings are consistent with the principles of customer satisfaction according to Philip Kotler, which encompass physical evidence, responsiveness to needs, reliability, empathy, and assurance.  

Education is the main foundation in shaping the character and personality of the younger generation. Every educational institution has a responsibility to not only convey knowledge, but also guide its students in emotional and social aspects. In this context, guidance and counseling services play an important role in helping students overcome the various challenges they face, both in the school environment and outside of school. This research aims to explore how the implementation of guidance and counseling services at Al-Madina Middle School Wonosobo works, as well as its impact on student development. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that Al-Madina Middle School Wonosobo has implemented various structured and comprehensive counseling guidance programs. These programs include academic guidance, personal guidance, and social guidance. Implementation of this service has been proven to help students increase learning motivation, overcome personal problems, improve social interactions, and plan their future.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of modern office practices at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Wasliyah Tembung, encompassing staff training, procurement of hardware and infrastructure, document digitization, system integration, and the application of technology-based communication systems. A qualitative approach using a case study method was employed to gain an in-depth understanding of the processes and outcomes of the implementation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The study also identifies the challenges faced, such as resistance to change and technical issues, and the strategies used to address them. The study concludes that the implementation of modern office practices significantly impacts the efficiency and effectiveness of madrasah operations and enhances the quality of educational services. This study recommends continuous staff training, investment in hardware and infrastructure, and a focus on document digitization and system integration for the successful implementation of modern office practices in other educational institutions.

This study examines the impact of mental health awareness programs on reducing stigma in low-income communities in Indonesia. Through an analysis of community workshops, educational campaigns, and outreach initiatives, the research evaluates the effectiveness of these programs in changing community attitudes toward mental health issues and promoting help-seeking behaviors. The findings indicate that mental health awareness programs significantly reduce stigma and increase understanding, though cultural and social barriers remain obstacles to broader acceptance and utilization of mental health services.

The business world is currently experiencing very rapid growth, both in manufacturing and services. One form of service business is educational institutions. Educational institutions that are common in society are schools. Schools must be able to provide good-quality facilities so as to produce quality human resources for the next generation.. This research aims to purpose of this research is to calculate the tuition fees of Parlaungan Islamic Middle School.. The research method used is  A qualitative method, descriptive analysis describes the method of determining the SPP rates of Parlaungan Islamic Middle School, which has been applied in the school so far using the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method..  From the results of observations that have been made, it can be seen that in determining the SPP rate, the basis for calculation is the Salary of Teachers and Employees.  The results of this study indicate that the calculation of the SPP rate of SMP Islam Parlaungan has used the Activity Costing (ABC) method, but in determining the rate results, the school rounds down. This is to make the cost allocation more efficient. The SPP rate determined by the school management is IDR 65,000, but based on calculations using the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method, the SPP rate is IDR 65,909 (rounded up) to IDR 66,000. This causes undercost.

Abstract. Cervical cancer is a disease caused by malignant tumors in the uterine area (cervical) as a result of uncontrolled growth of tissue and damage to the surrounding normal tissue. Family as a source of support plays an important role in providing support to improve the quality of life of cancer patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between family support and the quality of life of cervical cancer patients. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling method is by accidental sampling. The sample of this study were cancer patients undergoing treatment with a total of 32 samples. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results showed that more than half (56.25%) of the respondents were aged 46-65 years, more than half (53%) of the respondents did not work, and some (50%) of the respondents were in stage 3, and most (91%) family support in improving the quality of life of cervical cancer patients. The results of this study can be used as health promotion educational material about risk factors for cervical cancer and to re-effectively provide health counseling services for sufferers and their families who are diagnosed by doctors as having difficult cases to recover, so that patients can express their feelings about the illness they are suffering from so that it has an impact on their quality of life. better. Kanker serviks merupakan penyakit akibat tumor ganas pada daerah rahim (leher rahim) sebagai akibat dari adanya pertumbuhan jaringan yang tidak terkontrol dan merusak jaringan normal disekitarnya. Keluarga sebagai sumber dukungan berperan penting dalam memberikan dukungan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien kanker. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup pasien kanker servik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deksripti kuantitatif. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan cara accidental sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien kanker yang menjalani pengobatan dengan jumlah 32 sampel. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lebih dari sebagian (56,25%) responden berusia 46-65 tahun, lebih dari sebagian (53%) responden tidak bekerja, dan sebagian (50%) responden berada pada stadium 3, dan sebagian besar (91%) keluarga mendukung dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien kanker serviks. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan edukasi promosi kesehatan tentang faktor risiko kanker serviks dan mengefektifkan kembali layanan konsling kesehatan untuk penderita dan keluarga yang didiagnosa oleh dokter mengidap kasus sulit untuk sembuh, sehinga pasien dapat mengkungkapkan perasaan  mengenai penyakit yang dideritanya sehingga berdampak pada kualitas hidup yang lebih baik.  

Education is one of the efforts made to improve the quality of Indonesian human resources. Education can be obtained through formal, informal and non-formal educational institutions. This research was motivated by various cases that occurred related to the limited education received by children with special needs, and quite a few of these children even experienced discriminatory treatment. This research aims to reveal the characteristics of children with special needs who experience physical disabilities and educational service models that can be developed so that children with special needs obtain their educational rights. The research method is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies from various references relevant to the symptoms observed. The collected data was analyzed descriptively qualitatively so that variations in the characteristics and models of educational services for children with special needs could be seen. The results of the research show that basically there are two categories of children with special needs, namely children with special needs who are temporary (temporary), namely learning obstacles caused by external factors such as trauma experienced in previous events and children with special needs who are permanent (permanent), namely learning obstacles that caused by internal factors such as a direct result of the disability experienced. The forms of services that can be taken for children with special needs are the form of segregated education services and the form of unified or integrated education services. 

This study aims to analyze the importance of facilities and infrastructure management in supporting the quality of educational services in educational units. In the context of modern education, facilities and infrastructure not only function as technical support for teaching and learning activities, but also as indicators of the quality of educational institutions. This research uses the library research method by examining various scientific sources, both in the form of journals, books, and relevant research reports. The results of the study show that effective management of facilities and infrastructure includes the process of planning, procurement, utilization, maintenance, and continuous evaluation of educational facilities. Each of these stages has an important role in ensuring the availability of a safe, comfortable, and conducive learning environment for all school residents. In addition, transparent and participatory management can increase a sense of responsibility, care, and efficiency in the use of facilities. The management of facilities and infrastructure based on the needs of students and the development of information technology has proven to be able to strengthen the quality of educational services and support the achievement of learning goals optimally. These findings provide practical implications for schools and policymakers to continue to strengthen data-driven educational facilities management systems and cross-stakeholder collaboration.

Elementary schools with inclusive education programs pose challenges for principals and teachers in educational institutions. Inclusive education in elementary schools needs to receive more attention because elementary school students still need full attention from educators, along with the presence of students with special needs. Of course, achieving learning goals is not easy. The aim of this research is to observe and describe the phenomena that occur during the implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, analyzing the factors that support and hinder the implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools, thus concluding that teachers need to know more about the factors that support and hinder the implementation of inclusive education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The results of this research show that educational service institutions and the community must work together to provide appropriate services to students in general and children with special needs to improve the quality of educational services in schools.

This research explains research on the management of the implementation of inclusive education in Islamic educational institutions. The aim of this research is to reveal the ABK service system that is integrated with formal education services. The method used in this research uses a library research method or approach, where library research can be understood as a series of activities related to data collection methods, reading, recording and processing library research materials. The results of this research show that inclusive education as a ABK service system is integrated with formal education services, the existing problems and solutions provided include; Inclusive Education is equated with National School Education, Procedures for resolving problems faced by Schools in Carrying out Inclusive Education, Implementation of Inclusive Schools at Islamic Education Institutions, Policies and Solutions for Handling Problems that Occur in Schools that Cover Inclusive Education.

Public health is a fundamental pillar of regional development as it directly affects the quality of life, productivity, and social welfare of the community. At the local level, the village head (lurah) plays a strategic role in encouraging community participation and coordinating public health programs. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to analyze the role of the village head in improving public health through a public administration approach in Bumi Ayu Subdistrict, Dumai City. The methods applied in this program include counseling, training, simulation, and free health screening services using an educational approach. The activity was conducted on July 20, 2024, at STIA Lancang Kuning Campus and involved more than 100 participants from various community groups. The results indicate an increased public awareness of the importance of regular health check-ups and early detection of non-communicable diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, and uric acid disorders. In addition, the program strengthened the roles of the village heads, Posyandu cadres, and PKK members in supporting community health services. The discussion reveals that the success of public health programs at the subdistrict level is strongly influenced by participatory, collaborative, and responsive local leadership. This PKM activity is expected to serve as a model for strengthening the role of local government in promoting sustainable community health development.

Children with multiple disabilities experience more complex limitations because they have two or more types of disabilities. This causes their rights to be neglected, including the right to education. Therefore, the Disability Service Unit of South Tangerang City is present in its role in fulfilling the educational rights of children with multiple disabilities so that child welfare can be realized. This research aims to find out the efforts of the South Tangerang City Disability Service Unit in fulfilling the educational rights of children with multiple disabilities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants were selected by applying the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the efforts of the South Tangerang City Disability Service Unit in fulfilling the rights of children with multiple disabilities are through providing social service programs in the field of non-formal education through pre-vocational skills. The activities that support it include eco-printing, soap making, cooking, and juice making.

Muhammadiyah Vocational High School (SMK) 3 Pekanbaru city is an educational institution under the Muhammadiyah Business Charity (AUM) which equips its students with vocational training and Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan values. The problems faced are 1) Services to students are not yet supported by adequate facilities 2) Schools have limited internet access for students. Of the several problems that exist at the school, service is prioritized on the problem of limited computer facilities. The solution offered to schools to overcome some of these problems is to use the WPS office application as a learning alternative. This shows that WPS Office is effectively used as alternative learning for students at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Pekanbaru

Marketing strategy is influential in providing satisfaction for service customers, including educational services. With a marketing strategy, it can encourage customer satisfaction for educational services. This research approach uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique in this study used Simple Random Sampling, which was as many as 34 students. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. the following results of calculations using Microsoft excel equipped with SPSS 22 show the results of the study that there is an influence between marketing strategy (X) on customer satisfaction of education services (Y) at Raudhatul Athfal Darunnajah 2 Cipining, it is proven that the coefficient of determination of the summary model table value R square = 0.319, to determine the magnitude of the effect of variable x on variable y by 32%. So the results of the coefficient of determination show that 32% of marketing strategies contribute to customer satisfaction in education services, while the rest is 100% - 32% = 68% others are influenced by other factors.

Community Service is a course program that must be carried out by FKIP students at HKBP Nommensen University, Medan, together with their supervisor. Implementation of Community Service (PKM) is the application of the Community Service course in managing educational administration using the Teamwork method, which takes care of various educational administration interests which aim to support the implementation of the learning process that applies at the school using the Teamwork method. The Teamwork method is a way of working as a group in managing educational administration in a structured, efficient, effective manner and can build solid, collaborative group work that focuses on achieving common goals in managing educational administration at Lubuk Pakam Nusantara High School. The overall results of the community service program implementation activities went well from the start of the activity to the end of the activity using the teamwork method in managing education administration at SMA Nusantara Lubuk Pakam school. This creates a close relationship between students and educational administration management in working together to develop educational administration services at SMA Nusantara Lubuk Pakam school..
