This study analyzes Toraja death customs using Roman Jakobson's theory of language functions. The study highlights how language functions (emotive, conative, referential, metalinguistic, phatic, and poetic) are applied in death rituals, which reflect the cultural and social values of the Toraja people. The research findings show that these death customs serve as complex communication tools, strengthen community identity, and connect the present with the past through symbolism and traditional practices.

Community Service Activities to examine countermeasures against mineral and coal mining crimes in the jurisdiction of the Gorontalo Regional Police and the Inhibiting Factors. The activity method is field study, the research method used in the research is empirical with qualitative descriptive data analysis which describes and describes field data and facts. Based on the results of the research, the handling of mineral and coal mining crimes in the jurisdiction of the Gorontalo Regional Police is carried out by carrying out repressive efforts. This activity includes a series of actions aimed at uncovering cases that have occurred, where the stages start with a series of inquiries, inquiries and other coercive measures authorized according to the law. Carrying out preventive efforts, including a series of activities aimed at preventing crimes before they occur, where investigators make arrangements for security, including conducting patrols at locations thought to contain indications of criminal acts. In relation to criminal acts, especially mining, the Gorontalo Regional Police provides guidance and encouragement to the community to actively participate in efforts to prevent and ward off crime, by reporting suspicious incidents; and Carrying out pre-emptive efforts, starting from conducting an analysis of regional conditions and potential vulnerabilities, collaborating with related elements, to anticipate violations or crimes. The inhibiting factors in dealing with mineral and coal mining crimes in the Gorontalo Regional Police are: Legal Content Factor, where the imposition of sanctions does not include the threat of a minimum sentence, thus affecting the police, public prosecutors and judges' decisions to be less strong; Law Enforcement Factor, where officials can be a supporting factor in the implementation of the law, or actually become a protector for the perpetrator; Community Cultural Factors relate to the basic values ​​of what is good and what is bad, in order to support the implementation of law, which originates from the community's legal understanding and attitudes or behavior. Facilities and facilities factors, where the police have constraints in terms of the number of competent human resources, thereby maximizing the role of PPNS investigators from other agencies.

Presents a critique of the influence of cultural trends on Christian philosophy and the inclusive paradigm in the modern era. This article seeks to criticize the influence of cultural trends on Christian philosophy and the inclusive paradigm in modern times. By identifying and analyzing the implications of cultural trends in these two concepts, the author aims to gain a deeper understanding of how values ​​and beliefs in contemporary society are influenced and change in line with the development of cultural trends. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. with a literature study approach. First of all, the study will begin with a comprehensive literature review, aiming to gather the latest information regarding the development of Christian philosophy, inclusive paradigms, and cultural trends in the context of modern times. The next step is to conduct an in-depth conceptual analysis, taking into account relevant theological, philosophical and socio-cultural perspectives. Modern cultural trends have brought about significant changes in the way humans interact, think and communicate. In the context of the inclusive paradigm, this change has several implications. Advances in information technology and digital culture have made individual needs more diverse and complex. An inclusive paradigm must be able to capture and meet these needs contextually. Inclusive education, for example, should focus on developing individuals' abilities to adapt to change and interact with various cultures. the influence of cultural trends on Christian philosophy and inclusive paradigms in the modern era, with a focus on their impact in the context of morality, biblical authority, and inclusivity. Through conceptual analysis and critique of the implications of cultural trends, this article highlights challenges and opportunities for Christian philosophy and inclusive paradigms.

Geguritan is a traditional Balinese literary work in the form of a story adaptation, in the form of a pupuh song. of the many geguritan in Bali, this is the geguritan with the title Batur Taskar. The author found Geguritan Batur Taskara in the form of a book by I Made Jimbar. Geguritan Batur Taskara is sung with various songs or pupuh consisting of eight pupuh namely, pupuh sinom, pupuh ginada, pupuh pangkur, pupuh kumambang, pupuh durma, pupuh ginanti, pupuh semarandana, pupuh pangkur which are popular among the wider community, both adults and teenagers. .Based on the background above, the problems discussed in this research are 1). What is the narrative structure of Geguritan Batur Taskara 2). What is its potential to strengthen local content curriculum? The aim of this research is to describe the narrative structure and its potential to strengthen local content curriculum contained in Geguritan Batur Taskara. The theories used in this research are narrative structure theory and semiotic theory. This type of research is qualitative research, using library study methods and interview methods, supported by interview methods, reading, note-taking and triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the method used to analyze the data is the content analysis method. In Geguritan Batur Taskara the narrative structure contained is a five-stage plot scheme in the form of introducing the story situation, revealing events, peak of tension, resolution. Batur Taskara has religious philosophical, didactic, sociological and aesthetic meaning. Therefore, what can be understood is the content of Geguritan Batur Taskara.  Once understood, these values can be applied in everyday life. Geguritan Batur Taskara as a guide in living life, can also be developed, and can preserve cultural heritage as local wisdom of the Balinese people.

Morals are human life behavior, which is based on awareness that he is bound by the necessity to achieve good, in accordance with the values and norms that apply in his environment. Social inequality itself is a condition that exists in society which shows an imbalance due to differences in aspects that exist in society, both from an economic, social and cultural perspective. By increasing digital literacy in responding to moral problems and social inequality, this digital literacy plays a very important role, for everyone on this planet earth, in order to achieve the mission of sustainable development goals throughout the world, especially Indonesia. This research is a type of literature review research by looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the cases or problems found. In the increasingly developing digital era, digital awareness and digital literacy are important keys in overcoming moral challenges and social inequality. The discussion also discusses the relationship between digital literacy and moral issues, the relationship between digital literacy and social inequality, and the contribution of digital literacy to achieving SDGs 2030. These cultural values ​​are very influential in various aspects of life, including politics. This article discusses the visual analysis of scarlet Whineting's advertisement in collaboration with Song Joong Ki as a Brand Ambassador. The results of this study integrate aspects in scarlet whitening advertisements, Song Joong Ki's version of scharlet whitening advertisements succeeded in creating strong visual appeal, presenting products to beauty and forming socio-cultural values about beauty, especially in Indonesia-South Korea. The era of digitalization has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in security management. The wider application of digital technology requires an adaptive and innovative security approach to deal with evolving threats. In the context of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), the implementation of national values in digital security management is very important. These values include unity, integrity, justice, democracy and diversity, which are the foundations of NKRI. This research aims to analyze the importance of security management in the digitalization era based on the NKRI's national values.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with a literature study approach and document analysis related to digital security policies in Indonesia. The analysis focused on how NKRI national values are implemented in security management strategies and practices to face digital security challenges. The results show that the integration of national values in digital security management plays an important role in strengthening national resilience in the digital space. The implementation of national values helps in building a digital security system that is not only technically robust, but also responsive to Indonesia's social and cultural dynamics. This includes the development of inclusive cybersecurity policies, digital security education for diverse communities, and strengthening collaboration between sectors to strengthen the national digital security ecosystem.

The purpose of writing this article is to find out the implementation of prophetics in higher education institutions. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that the importance of education is found in various Islamic literature, especially in the Qur'an as a guide for humans in implementing life and life. The implementation of prophetic in higher education is carried out through a program of instilling character values ​​and developing a grand design for character education adapted to the vision and mission of higher education. Character configuration in the context of the totality of psychological and socio-cultural processes can be grouped into: spiritual and emotional development, intellectual development, physical and kinesthetic development, and affective exercise. and creativity development). The development of education implementation based on prophetic values ​​in higher education is carried out in an integrated manner through three channels, namely: integration in learning, management of departments and study programs, as well as student activities. The steps include design, implementation, evaluation and follow-up which will be developed and implemented in the development of the higher education institution concerned itself.

. In Indonesia, there are various cultures and traditions, making Indonesia a beautiful country with traditions and culture. Nyekar is a tradition in Indonesia and is often practiced by Indonesian people, especially Javanese people. Nyekar is an activity of sowing flowers accompanied by prayer, tahlil, and some verses from the Koran. This nyekar tradition is generally carried out by people before Ramadhan. In this research the aim is to find out the meaning and tradition of nyekar through a philological approach in Islamic studies. In this research the researcher used library research with a descriptive qualitative approach. However, the main problem in this research is still based on the empirical answers found in this research. The results of this research are analyzing the nyekar tradition from several aspects through reviewing the philological approach to Islamic studies. The following aspects are analyzed: 1) Ancient Islamic texts. 2) The tradition of visiting graves. 3) Prayer for the deceased. In the nyekar tradition itself, it has very long historical roots and is rich in symbolic meaning. Therefore, the philological review carried out by this researcher is to make it easier to understand the origins, meaning or cultural values ​​contained in these nyekar activities.

However, in practice, diversity is still a task that must be taken seriously.” This article discusses problems that arise due to diversity, such as conflicts between religious, ethnic and cultural communities. The purpose of writing this article is to provide relevant views related to multicultural education and its relationship with the principles of Christian values so that a tolerant nation is born. Indonesia is a nation that has different religions, ethnicities and cultures, but these differences often become one of the triggers for conflict. With the application of a strong multicultural understanding in a nation, Indonesia will become a strong nation and accept differences as heritage. The method used in writing this article is descriptive qualitative method, by conducting a literature review from several relevant sources, describing a thing, phenomenon, or social setting in explaining or describing related to the topic of multicultural and Christian values. By instilling multicultural education with the principles of Christian values (Galatians 5:22-23) such as love, peace, joy, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control is relevant to create a nation that is tolerant, lives in harmony, accepts and respects each other despite having different backgrounds.

Lingual or language is an integral part of the cultural expression of a society, is used as a means of communicating values, beliefs and customs, has an important social function and fosters a sense of group identity and solidarity. Traditional Balinese snacks for the Cemagi Village society are not just food but also have an important role as a means of traditional ceremonies. A linguistic anthropology approach was used by researchers to reveal the culture of the Cemagi people, in the process of inheriting and passing on the role of traditional snacks in their beliefs as Hindus. It is hoped that the role of traditional snacks can be learned, inherited, passed on from one generation to the next, through actions in the form of face-to-face interactions, and of course through linguistic communication, both verbal and non-verbal. -verbal form. The proposed research is to find out how traditional food exists and to know the lexicon of traditional snacks and their meaning in a traditional ceremony. There were 12 lexicons found in this first research and explained in terms of processing processes and fields of meaning in the beliefs of the Cemagi society. Traditional snacks are used as the main filling material and function as a means in traditional ceremonial processions. Traditional snacks are symbolic and expressive, both in terms of shape, ingredients and taste.

This study aims to analyze the life philosophy of the Silalahi clan within the Batak ethnic group and its relation to the First Principle of Pancasila, namely, Belief in One Supreme God. The research utilizes a qualitative descriptive method. This study explores the religious and cultural values upheld by the Silalahi clan and how these values align with the principle of Belief in One Supreme God. The findings reveal that the Silalahi clan holds a life worldview deeply grounded in strong religious and spiritual faith. These values are reflected through various traditional ceremonies, religious rituals, and life principles that emphasize harmony and piety towards God. Therefore, there is a substantial correlation between the life philosophy of the Silalahi clan and the First Principle of Pancasila, demonstrating how traditional values can reinforce national identity.

Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya (UBJ) as a higher education institution has an important role in instilling Pancasila values and strengthening security and cultural resilience among the younger generation. Implementation of Pancasila values at UBJ is important in efforts to build a nation's character with morals and integrity. Implementation of Pancasila values at UBJ can be done in various ways, such as: organizing a cultural festival that displays various arts and culture from several regions in Indonesia, education about Pancasila values for UBJ academics, and community service which aims to spread the values -Pancasila values and strengthening cultural resilience in society. Good security management also plays an important role in supporting the implementation of Pancasila values and strengthening security and cultural resilience at UBJ. In an effort to ensure this implementation runs well, security management plays an important role in creating a safe and conducive campus environment, so that UBJ academics can focus on learning and teaching in peace. These efforts are expected to increase understanding and practice of Pancasila values among UBJ academics, as well as strengthen security and cultural resilience at UBJ. This effort needs to be carried out continuously and systematically in order to achieve optimal results.

Living a Christ-based love is a significant challenge in a contemporary era filled with pressures from popular culture and social media influences. This article presents a biblical guide to finding a life partner with strong Christian principles as the foundation. A library study approach is used to scrutinize relevant theological and psychological literature, which provides insight into the biblical principles of love and their application in the modern-day context. Analysis of the literature shows that living a Christ-based love involves being faithful to values such as unconditional love, sacrifice, and commitment to God and each other. However, great challenges arise in maintaining faithfulness to these values amidst cultural influences that call for perfection and self-gratification. In response to these challenges, the practical guidelines resulting from this study emphasize the importance of corporate prayer, shared Bible reading, and openness to receiving the guidance of the Holy Spirit. These steps help couples to strengthen their relationship in Christ, overcome the obstacles they face, and live a love based on the love of Christ with confidence and sincerity.

  This research focuses on the values ​​of the existence of the sekaten tradition in the perspective of customary law and Islamic law, as stated in article 18B paragraph 2 which states that "The state recognizes and respects customary law community units and their traditional rights as long as they are still alive and in accordance with with the development of society and the principles of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia." and also article 28 paragraph 3 which emphasizes that the cultural identity and rights of traditional communities must be respected along with developments over time. The method used in this research is Library Research, which means dissecting the value of the existence of the sekaten tradition and the formation of customary law and Islamic law. Customary law and Islamic law have become part of the positive legal system in Indonesia. In the formation of positive law in Indonesia, both customary law and Islamic law were recognized and integrated into the national legal framework. Islamic law encourages Muslims to create a just and harmonious society where individual interests do not outweigh social interests. These ideas are consistent with traditional beliefs that highlight the importance of community, solidarity, and mutual aid in society. However, it is important to realize that how Islamic law is interpreted and implemented varies across societies and countries.

Pancasila education in Indonesia aims to shape the character of a diverse society into a cohesive unity with a focus on the value of tolerance in a multicultural community. This article examines the role of Pancasila education in promoting a tolerant attitude amidst a culturally diverse society, with values such as social justice, unity, equality, and cooperation as the foundation of harmony amidst differences. Studies also indicate the potential to strengthen tolerance values through intercultural interactions, such as in the activity of hunting for takjil, which symbolizes togetherness among various community groups. By strengthening the understanding of Pancasila values, society can be more open and appreciative of differences, creating harmonious intercultural relationships.

Most of the people of Tamblang Village have a livelihood as farmers. So that the thick ancestral traditions and culture are still carried out intact in this village. Tamblang is a village located in the Kubutambahan sub-district, Buleleng Regency, Bali Province, Indonesia. Customary laws or awig-awig are still the basis for behavior in the community. Regulations regarding the existence and rights of customary law communities regarding customary land in Tamblang Village are one of them in Awig-Awig Tamblang Traditional Village, Kubutambahan District, which shows that the existence and rights of indigenous peoples have been accepted within the legal framework applicable in traditional villages. The Tamblang customary law community is the indigenous people of North Bali who have lived for generations based on local cultural wisdom. Customary laws or awig-awig are still the basis for behavior in society. This arrangement of rights and obligations towards customary land is the basis for community engagement by the residents of the Tamblang customary village. The purpose of this study is to know and understand the existence of awig-awig and perarem in the regulation of customary land rights and obligations. The author uses an empirical research method using an approach through laws and conceptual methods. The results of this study can be concluded that, it is expected to maintain, maintain, and maintain customary law values. This regulation certainly gives hope to customary law communities to get recognition and protection of their rights, namely customary territories, customary law, assets and/or customary objects as well as institutions/government systems.
