Consumer behavior is the study of how individuals, groups, and organizations select, purchase, use, and use goods, services, ideas, or experiences to satisfy their needs and wants. In Islamic economics, the goal of consumption is to maximize maslahah. Maslahah includes the integration of physical benefits and elements of blessing. In consumption, Islam positions it as part of economic activity that aims to collect rewards towards falah (happiness in the world and the hereafter). The motive for consumption in Islam is basically maslahah (public interest or general human good) for needs and obligations. In Islam, consumption cannot be separated from the role of faith. The role of faith is an important benchmark because faith provides a perspective that tends to influence human behavior and personality. Therefore, consumption is important because it fulfills the needs of human life. Without consumption, humans will not survive. What's more, consumption during the COVID-19 pandemic is in violation of the rules and other consumer rights.

This article was written based on the manifestation of researcher participation in the democratic system in Indonesia, especially in West Bandung Regency. This study aims to determine the voter turnout of 3 generations (generation X, generation Y, and generation Z) from the perspective of lack of political interest and dissatisfaction with the candidates. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach, with a total sample of 145 respondents spread from 3 villages (Ciwaruga Village, Cigugur Girang Village and Cihanjuang Village). The research location is the area with the largest population and voting rights in the Parongpong District, West Bandung. Methods of data analysis using path analysis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that the total influence of ignorance or lack of political interest and dissatisfaction with the choice of candidates on voter participation in generation X is indicated by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.488 or 48.8%, in generation Y is indicated by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (r2) ) = 0.580 or 58%, in generation Z it is shown by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.793 or 79.3%. So it was concluded that the model formed was included in the strong category, so that in this study the variables of ignorance or lack of political interest and dissatisfaction with the choice of the right candidate were used to measure voter turnout in Parongpong District, West Bandung.

Taman Makam Abu Ambarawa is a cemetery managed by the Gotong Royong Social Foundation, has been using infographics in promotional media in the form of brochures, catalogs and business cards since 2017. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of using infographics in promotional media. The EPIC model is used as a method to determine the effectiveness of infographics in the promotional media that have been used, using the indicators of Empathy, Persuasion, Impact and Communication. Respondents in this study were people who had used the services of Taman Makam Abu Ambarawa. The results of this study indicate that the use of infographics in promotional media is very effective, with an EPIC index score of 3.38 indicating that the decision scale is very effective. While the tabulation of the EPIC and EPIC Rate dimensions indicated that the four dimensions of the EPIC model (empathy, persuasion, impact and communication) had a value greater than the minimum value of Very Effective of 3.25. This research can be used by stakeholder are related to cooperatives and UMKM, regarding the perspective of the use of infographics in promotional media that has proven to be effective, through the use of infographics to display products or services in promotional media for the cooperative development and UMKM.

Philosophically about the concept of mashlahah al-Ghazali, is not just an effort to gain benefits or avoid mafsadat. But more than that, the real key to maslahah lies in maintaining maqashid al-syari'ah al-khamsah, namely the guarantee of safety or preservation of religion, soul, mind, lineage, and property. The meaning of freedom from the perspective of maslahah al-Ghazali is a person's mental attitude that describes a sincere and sincere acceptance in carrying out an obligation as a manifestation of his religious awareness. Freedom has absolutely nothing to do with choice, because it is a positive response from an individual in carrying out his duties as a servant of Allah, whether he chooses it or not. So the essence of freedom here is sincerity. Namely, the ability to carry out the provisions of the Shari'ah without feeling any pressure. This is the freedom of fiqhiyah, a nuance of freedom that releases a person from fear, anxiety and worry, as well as all forms of worldly 'miracle' bonds, which are born as a psychological effect of one's loyalty in carrying out divine values ​​sincerely and correctly.    

Consumer behavior in accordance with the provisions of the Qur'an and As-Sunnah will certainly lead to goodness, blessing and maslahah. The needs of every human being are not just to eat and drink, but also in terms of appearance. So based on this to find out more about how consumer behavior towards the purchase of fashion products. This study aims to determine the consumer behavior towards the purchase of fashion products on students. Then the consumption behavior of purchasing fashion products for IAIN Palangka Raya students and UPR students is viewed from the perspective of Islamic economics. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach and analyzed holistically. The subjects in this study were students consisting of 10 IAIN Palangka Raya students and 10 UPR students. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that of the students of IAIN Palangka Raya and UPR, there were 5 people who were extravagant because they always followed their passions and sought pleasure while the other 15 were frugal because they knew the limits of consumption and had also been accustomed from a young age not to be extravagant in their consumption. use property. Of the two differences are influenced by personality factors as well as social factors. An overview of Islamic economics on consumption behavior is that it does not apply extravagantly and excessively and does not apply dzalim, because Islamic economics has the main goal of seeking maslahah to achieve success and prosperity in life in this world and the hereafter.

This study aims to investigate the impact of democratic parenting style, single parent resilience, school environment, and religious education on child character development. Through an exploratory approach, the research seeks to understand the intricate interplay between these factors and their effects on shaping children's character traits. The study employs purposive sampling to gather insights from diverse perspectives, including parents, educators, and religious leaders. Data analysis involves thematic coding to identify recurring patterns and themes within the narratives. Initial findings suggest that democratic parenting fosters independence and empathy in children, while single parent resilience contributes to resilience-building. Additionally, the school environment and religious education play significant roles in instilling moral values and ethical principles. These findings underscore the multifaceted nature of child character development and highlight the importance of considering various influences in nurturing well-rounded individuals.

This article describes the definition of quality management and examples of implementing quality management at PT. Wika Manufacturing Industries in the manufacture of GESITS electric motorcycle products, which we divided into five discussion points. The first is a discussion of the quality basis from the consumer's perspective, commonly referred to as the consumer's perspective, and the quality basis from the side, commonly referred to as the producers' perspective. The second is a discussion of the strategic role of Quality Management with the basic concept of determining excellence so that products can compete optimally when marketed. The third is a discussion of an evolution of the quality paradigm from the Technical to the Managerial Paradigm. The four analyses of quality management are trying to be explored according to experts' understanding and discuss Total Quality Management. The fifth is a detailed discussion of examples of the implementation of quality management at PT. Wika Manufacturing Industry in the manufacture of electric motorcycle products GESITS. The research seeks to reveal the perspective of the truth about God, is library research with a philosophical inquiry approach. Primary data sources are from the Al-Qur'an and hadith, strengthened by secondary data from other literature, then analyzed for interpretation, comparison and reflection. The research resulted in the conclusion: Proving the truth of God is not only a topic of discussion for Western philosophers, but also Muslim philosophers and theologians, such as Muslim philosophers and theologians who were followers of the Mu'tazilah and al-Ash'ariyah. This proof is divided into two propositions, First, Argument a novitate mundi (dalil al-huduts), which emphasizes the temporality of the universe, and has actually been used popularly by Muslim theologians with a general procedure, proving the temporality of the universe, second, the postulate of possibility (dalil al-imkan), focuses on arguments from contingency. These two proofs confirm that God is real. In this way, the thoughts of Muslim philosophers increasingly strengthen the existence of the reality of God. After the formula for the nature of salbiyah is applied to all Gods, it can be seen that all Gods are void Gods, except Allah SWT who is true.  

Banyaknya orang yang terlibat dalam kasus narkoba dan terus meningkatnya kejahatan tersebut memerlukan perhatian yang serius dan komitmen bersama untuk  mencegah  dan  menghapusnya.  Salah  satu  upaya  penanggulangan penyalahgunaan narkotika, antara lain dilakukan dengan menggunakan sanksi pidana berupa pidana penjara. Pada kenyataannya, sanksi pidana penjara bagi pengguna narkotika tidak cukup efektif, terbukti jumlah pengguna narkotika semakin  meningkat.  Menurut  Suriadi  Gunawan,  peraturan  perundangan yang  mengkriminalisasi  pecandu  narkotika  perlu  ditinjau  kembali  karena tidak  realistis,  contohnya,  dengan  mengkriminalisasikan  pecandu  terbukti tidak menurunkan kasus narkotika. Di Indonesia saat ini ada sekitar 1,5 juta pengguna narkotika, yang jika diproses hukum, penjara akan penuh, padahal jumlah kasus tidak menurun.    

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of mitigation and preparedness policies regarding disaster management in the Bima Regency area. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The location of this research is at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Bima Regency Office. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that regional capacity level data in disaster management shows that aspects of community preparedness through PODES data and in-depth interviews with office holders at the sub-district level are still very weak. That due to the weak regional capacity index in efforts to reduce disaster risk, the level of preparedness for various types of disasters in the community is also low, automatically the level of risk that will occur in the community is very vulnerable. Community preparedness policies have not yet become a priority activity. However, in strengthening preparedness, the Regional Government of Bima Regency has implemented institutional technical capacity policies as well as strong disaster emergency management mechanisms with a disaster risk reduction perspective. The Bima Regency Government is also exploring ready disaster contingency plans at all levels of Government, holding regular exercises to test and develop disaster emergency response programs. And most importantly, the Regional Government must provide financial and logistical reserves as well as anticipatory mechanisms that are ready to support effective disaster management efforts. One of the efforts of the Bima Regency Regional Government is to determine priority disasters. Determining priority disasters in Bima Regency using a priority disaster matrix based on data on disaster risk levels and data on trends in disaster occurrence for each type of disaster.

The development of science and technology is increasingly encouraging reform efforts in the use of technological results in the teaching and learning process. One of the results of technology that can be used in the teaching and learning process is educational media. The educational media used must be adapted to the developments and demands of the times. The use of appropriate educational media in the teaching and learning process will facilitate the achievement of learning objectives. The purpose of this paper is to describe that educational media have been known and used in the Islamic education system since the beginning of Islam. The discussion method used is descriptive method. The results of this study are that at the beginning of the spread of Islam, teaching and learning activities were known, at that time educational media already existed and had been applied by the Prophet Muhammad SAW in teaching science and Islamic religious law to his friends. In addition, in the hadith there are several terms used to indicate the use of educational media in learning, such as pictures, pebbles, and fingers. The conclusion of this paper is that educational media will affect whether or not a learning information is complete and on target, as well as affect the final result of the learning process that is carried out. implemented.

The management of traditional markets has the potential to create and expand employment opportunities, especially for workers who lack adequate skills and expertise to work in the formal sector due to their low level of education, and as a place of business, small traders have many strategic values. both from an economic and socio-cultural perspective. The purpose of this study was to determine market management in Gowa Regency, especially the Sungguminasa people's market. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The analysis in this study uses the theory proposed by Henry Fayol with the dimensions of Planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating, controlling. The results showed that the lack of optimal supervision and firmness of the officers regarding the collection of market levies on kiosks and stalls, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as the condition of the narrow market land resulted in street vendors not being accommodated. Lack of ineffective placement personnel became an inhibiting factor in socialization process to traders. The researcher's suggestion is that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department should fix the market effectively and efficiently and increase market optimization, it is necessary to take steps to improve the quality and quantity of human resources and other supporting resources, so that traders are placed in appropriate places and it is hoped that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department will pay more attention to the facilities provided. is around the market.

In the novel, Sang Pemimpi tells the story of three young men, namely Ikal, Arai, and Jimbrong. This novel also tells about friendship and the many values it contains. The study in this paper aims to be able to analyze, identify and describe systematically the values contained in the novel Sang Pemimpi. Therefore, this research will review from various value perspectives. The research method uses a descriptive-qualitative method or also known as the exposure method, which is a method to produce information about the message or values contained in the novel which will be carried out with analytical techniques. The data collection technique used is the reading and note-taking technique. The results of the study will explain or provide an overview of the values of life contained in the novel Sang Pemimpi by Andrea Hirata.

Main Objective: This study checks the different intersections of film and Artificial Intelligence (AI), and trial and error is needed to re-check the state of “new media” (NM). This research elucidates the impact of globalization on the content and subjects of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah curriculum, focusing on the challenges and opportunities it presents. The study utilizes a combination of literature review and thematic analysis to explore the influence of globalization on the curriculum and the strategies employed by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to strike a balance between traditional Islamic teachings and global knowledge and skills. The findings reveal that globalization has influenced the content and subjects taught in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah curriculum by necessitating the incorporation of global perspectives, emphasizing universal values, and contextualizing global knowledge within an Islamic framework. However, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah faces challenges in adapting its curriculum, including the need to ensure the preservation of Islamic teachings, address cultural sensitivities, and navigate societal expectations. Despite challenges, globalization offers opportunities for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to enhance its curriculum and prepare students for a globalized world. This includes fostering intercultural communication, promoting global citizenship, encouraging critical thinking, nurturing tolerance and inclusion, and developing cultural sensitivity. The incorporation of global perspectives significantly impacts students' understanding of diversity and multiculturalism by exposing them to different cultures, challenging stereotypes, promoting intercultural communication, and fostering a sense of global citizenship.

Online mass media is one of the preferred sources of information because of its speed in conveying information. Despite its advantages, issues have emerged about the lack of credibility of online news due to the news being presented concisely and not providing perspective. Readers do not get actual information because the title and content of the news in the news script presented in online media do not match. This research will analyze the news content presented by the online mass media Radar Bogor to determine the extent to which this media provides news content that is trusted as a source of information using qualitative methods. Radar Bogor media news content analysis will be carried out by selecting 10 news stories published on Radar Bogor's Instagram feed for the period May 2021-June 2021 regarding information on cross-border bans during the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Based on the analysis carried out, news values ​​(characters, closeness, interesting, actual, impact) influence the level of reader trust in the news presented, readers do not like inappropriate headlines and news content.

Provisions regarding dishonorable discharge are regulated in Article 53 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 39 of 2010 concerning Administration of TNI Soldiers, which regulates dishonorable discharge from military service, as an implementation of the provisions of Article 62 paragraph (3) of Law Number 34 of 2004 concerning Indonesian national army. The aim of this research is to show that the norm for imposing an additional penalty of dismissal by a judge in a court trial is Article 26 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code which confirms that the defendant, based on the crime he committed, is deemed no longer fit to remain in the military. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that from the perspective of Military Criminal Procedure law, it can be said that dismissal is the sole authority of the Military Judge taking into account the unfitness of the soldier to be retained to continue serving in the military environment, so that this authority cannot be delegated to a civilian Judge, because the decision will be made basis by the TNI leadership to be followed up. For these military members, dismissal from military service is the end of their career and service within the Indonesian National Army (TNI), the consequences of which will be followed by the termination of the rights they have received so far.

Every human being is created in pairs between a man and a woman, thus forming a marital relationship. But navigating the marriage ship will not go the way you want it to, with divorce sometimes being a shortcut in the marital relationship. Divorce in marriage will have many repercussions, including raising children after divorce. As child support is often overlooked by heirs to their rights and obligations, Islamic law and civil law provide for alimony during marriage or after marriage (divorce). The methodology of this research uses a normative juridical approach and the type of research is library research. Then the primary data sources used are Islamic Family Law and Civil Law. The secondary data sources used are books related to problem formulation and discussion. The data validity testing technique in this research uses data source triangulation. The result of this study is that child maintenance after divorce according to Islamic family law is fully borne by the father, but this obligation can be reduced, if the father cannot work for a living (paralyzed, etc.) and does not have a trump card to give. Meanwhile, child maintenance after divorce according to the provisions of civil law is the responsibility of both parents.

The effectiveness of the Service for Making a Driving License (SIM) in the perspective of service users at the Semarang Polrestabes Satlantas and about the effectiveness of making a SIM at the Semarang Polrestabes Satpas, we can know that service is a complete approach that results in quality service for the community/customers.
