Shallots are a spice plant that is very easy to find in various regions, especially in Nganjuk Regency. Red onion is a commodity with a short shelf life. The tubers rot easily due to their high water content. During the main harvest, red onion production is abundant, the selling price drops, causing losses to farmers. To overcome this, it is necessary to manage red onions, including making fried shallots because fried shallots are often used by the community as a cooking spice or as a complement to the daily food menu. This phenomenon is utilized by Puspita Makmur managers to produce preparations from shallots. This research is to find out the difficulties faced by students in preparing research proposals for Indonesian language and literature education. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with research subjects being students of the Indonesian language and literature education study program. Data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique follows the Miles and Huberman model which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that many have difficulty defining problems in writing research proposals and formulating the benefits of a research. In some cases the activity proposal text is rejected because the content and objectives in the text are unclear and unconvincing (could be due to structure or written language) which seems not optimal) so that the authorities hesitate to accept it. Student difficulties as illustrated by the results of the questionnaire indicate that students still need to be given more information.

The patient's lack of understanding regarding informed consent in doctors' medical actions is motivated by several factors. Informed consent is a process as well as the result of an effective communication between the patient and the doctor/dentist and not just the signing of the consent form. The relationship between doctors, hospitals and patients or what is known as the therapeutic transaction is generally the origin of conflict. Conflict can occur when the parties do not carry out their roles as expected by the other party. This requires learning or educating patients regarding informed consent through the information media platform provided at the hospital. This journal discusses the reasons why many patients do not understand the contents of informed consent.
