This study aims to explain the concept of servant leadership and describe how this approach can build a sustainable and positive impact organization. The research method used is literature study by reviewing academic articles, journals, books, and other relevant sources. The results of the analysis show that servant leadership emphasizes the importance of creating a wider positive impact on society and the environment. This paper aims to find the point of influence of the transformational leadership style on the change management of an organization in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. And the results obtained are that the transformational leadership style has a positive effect on the change management of an organization, with the characteristics of a leadership style that involves the charisma of a leader, is considered to be able to motivate employees to excel beyond expectations. In this case employees feel trust, admiration, respect for their leaders so that they are motivated to do more than what is expected of them. So that with this situation the change management designed by the leader will be realized for the benefit of the organization.

This study aims to describe the formation of student character through scout activities at Mts Almahfudz Sapuran Wonosobo. This research was conducted using field research using a qualitative descriptive approach, namely a research process that produces descriptive data in the form of statements and the results of interviews, observations, and documentation obtained directly from the field or research area. The results of this study were found in the formation of the character of class VII and VIII students who used the honor code learning model, which is a measure or standard of behavior for members of the Scout movement. In scouting learning a student is trained to become someone who has a leadership spirit and is based on the formation of self-character. As a member of Scouting, the values of a code of ethics and code of honor must be understood and understood by all members of the Scout Movement, they are expected to take an oath of scouting (scout promise) and be willing to carry out scout law (scout law). The words on the promise or the guiding oath or the law of guiding tri satya and keeping the dasa dharma. Thus the authors can conclude that there is influence in scout education in the formation of the character of class VII and VIII students at Mts Almahfudz Sapuran Wonosobo.

This study aimed to determine the effect of Islamic School (Madrasah) Principals’ entrepreneurship on Students’ entrepreneurship in the Islamic School Education environment. Entrepreneurship among students is an essential factor in creating a personality that is equipped to encounter workplace challenges and create opportunities in various sectors. Principals play a crucial role in shaping a school culture that promotes and facilitates the entrepreneurial development of students as educational leaders. This research employed a qualitative approach through interviews and observations as a data. The respondents of the study were the Islamic School Principals and students of Madrasah Aliyah in Soreang District, Bandung Regency. The study’s findings demonstrated that the entrepreneurship of Islamic School Principals significantly affected students’ entrepreneurship. Islamic School Principals with a high spirit of entrepreneurship could serve as role models who inspire students to adopt proactive, innovative, and independent attitudes. Essential factors that encourage the development of student entrepreneurship include a learning environment that promotes entrepreneurship and empowers students, a relevant curriculum, and entrepreneurial attitudes. This study provided a deeper comprehension of the significance of the role of the Islamic School Principal in shaping student entrepreneurship. The practical significance of this research is the necessity to establish educational policies that emphasise developing student entrepreneurship in the context of the Islamic School environment. Thus, this research can enhance educational quality and equip students for increasingly complex and competitive business and entrepreneurship challenges in the future.

This study aims to find out about the form of gender equality within the scope of student organizations of the Sociology Education Student Legislature. This research has several problem formulations, namely 1. How do Student legislators view gender roles in the Student legislature? As well as his participation and contribution. 2. What are the obstacles to running for president of the Student Legislature? This study used a qualitative descriptive method with source triangulation as data validity. Data were obtained through observations and interviews conducted in each member of the Sociology Education Student Legislature. The results showed that from all organizations there was a majority of women as leaders of the organization, while women served as members. In this study, it can be seen that women dominate the running of the Student Legislature, in contrast to other campus government organizations that are more dominated by men.

Leadership is the art or ability of a person in coordinating and directing each individual or group towards achieving the expected goals. Leadership in an organization is seen as one of the most important aspects. An organization certainly needs a leader in order to run efficiently in accordance with its goals.  A leader must not only lead its members but also  become a representative of the organization, because a leader has a big influence on how an organization runs. Leadership training in general does not only aim to produce excellent leaders. It also provides education on organizational dynamics and how to run an organization efficiently. Leadership training that is held at the high school and college level are usually organized by the students themselves, the core of this training is activities organized by students and aimed at students. Leadership training can also be seen as a means to build a positive culture in educational organizations. It triggers active collaboration between staff and students, creating positive interactions within the educational organization. The leadership training takes the form of classroom-based training, workshops and seminars, online training, and mentoring and coaching.

To find out the influence of the principal's leadership, work motivation, and other factors, research has been conducted. In this study analyzed various factors that affect teacher performance MTs Al Marwah Pameungpek Bandung. Researcher explored the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance motivation at the Mts Al Marwah School. The sample size consisted of 38 teachers as teaching staff, during the research month of May - June 2023. Our research approach is descriptive qualitative. Our data analysis yielded some interesting results with a fairly good contribution, found a significant and affirmative correlation between the principal's leadership on teacher performance motivation. In addition, this study reports a significant and optimistic correlation between principal leadership and teacher performance motivation. In addition, there is a noteworthy and beneficial relationship between work motivation and teacher performance motivation and effective contribution. Education in the 21st century shows how the changes that occur in the education system have become digital. It also shows how the presence of globalization has a major influence on education. In this case, leadership is needed in educational organizations that are able to keep up with the times so that they can meet the needs of education in the 21st century. One of them can use sociological leadership as a reference in shaping good leadership characteristics to lead educational organizations in the 21st century. Therefore, the preparation of this journal aims to examine the characteristics of a sociological leader in building education in the 21st century. In this study we used a qualitative approach with the documentation method, namely collecting secondary data obtained from books, articles and journals. The results showed the characteristics of a sociology-minded leader in educational organizations with the characteristics of his social abilities. Helping in building 21st century education through its role shown by paying attention to social welfare, developing skills and integrating technology in learning. The form of implementation can be seen in the leadership of the principal at SMPN 1 Purwakarta, West Java.
