The impact of social media on economic changes in society can be seen from various aspects. Social media has had a significant impact especially in consumer behavior, marketing and business interactions. Apart from that, social media also influences people's social and economic behavior patterns, such as adapting to new habits, communication patterns, and creating a digital entrepreneurial ecosystem. Social media also has positive impacts, such as making interaction easier, expanding reach, and obtaining information at lower costs. However, there are also negative impacts, such as decreased face-to-face interaction, potential for addiction, conflict, and privacy issues. The use of social media has also initiated changes in social and economic behavior, for example in the case of farmers switching to the agrotourism sector due to social media activities, as well as influencing the presence of agrotourism and collaboration with outside parties. Thus, it can be concluded that social media has a significant role in shaping social and economic change in society, both in positive and negative terms.

The exploration of policies for the conservation of marine biodiversity in the management of natural resources (SDA) in Indonesia emphasizes the urgency of preserving marine biodiversity in the world's largest archipelagic country. Challenges such as illegal fishing, environmental degradation, and a lack of institutional coordination take center stage. With the aim of identifying barriers and opportunities for policy implementation, this study analyzes models of natural resource management using a qualitative approach through literature review. The study focuses on theories of conservation, natural resource management, and international collaboration. The findings highlight the complexity of policy issues and practices in managing marine natural resources, including an evaluation of the "Community-Based Folley Sea Sasi Management" and "Blue Economy Implementation" models. The recommendations put forward involve enhancing supervision, strengthening international collaboration, and implementing advanced technologies. The implications of these findings are expected to support the formulation of more effective policies and efforts to conserve marine biodiversity in Indonesia.

The implementation of the Job Creation Law (UU Job Creation) in Indonesia presents significant changes in employment regulations, especially regarding Specific Time Work Agreements (PKWT). This article evaluates the impact of the Job Creation Law on PKWT by analyzing changes in legal provisions that affect worker characteristics, rights and protection. The Job Creation Law introduces flexibility during the PKWT period, providing leeway for entrepreneurs to adapt working conditions to their business needs. However, this also raises concerns regarding the protection of workers' rights in certain time-based employment relationships. Efforts to clarify wage standards, benefits and social protection for workers in PKWT are the main highlight of this change. The importance of strict monitoring of the implementation of the Job Creation Law in the PKWT is crucial to ensure a balance between the interests of employers and workers' rights. Discussion and collaboration between the government, trade unions, employers and other stakeholders are essential to formulate fair and sustainable regulations for workers and equitable economic growth.

This research aims to find out how teachers perceive the implementation of TPACK in current social studies learning. Learning has now entered the 21st century which requires teachers to be able to have communication and collaboration skills as well as utilize technology in the learning process within a framework in the form of TPACK. There are 7 components that need to be known in TPACK, including Technological Knowledge, Pedagogical Knowledge, Content Knowledge, Technological Pedagogical Knowledge, Technological Content Knowledge, Pedagogical Content Knowledge, and Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge. The purpose of this article is to find out the views or perceptions of teachers in implementing TPACK in elementary school social studies learning. This research method uses library research, namely a method with a data collection process by understanding and studying theories from various literature study sources related to research issues or problems. The results of the research are that teachers' perceptions regarding the implementation of TPACK are very important and the components in the TPACK section need teachers to understand and apply them to students in the 21st century learning process.

The role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in increasing the efficiency of organizational support systems is becoming increasingly important. In the ever-changing business world, ICT has a key role in optimizing organizational operations and its ability to adapt to change. This research analyzes various aspects of the role of ICT in the context of the efficiency of organizational support systems. By referring to the latest literature and through relevant case studies, this research identifies that ICT enables business process automation, increased access to information, improved internal communication, and support in more timely decision making. Through the implementation of software, database management systems, collaboration tools, and data security strategies, ICT helps organizations reduce manual work, increase productivity, and reduce operational costs. In a digitally connected global context, ICT also enables organizations to be more responsive to changes in the market and regulatory requirements. This research aims to investigate, analyze and understand how planning and contingency planning can be linked to the implementation and management of Work from Home (WFH) policies in organizations. The growth of tourist villages in Kebumen has created increasingly fierce competition. Competition supported by good management can improve the quality of tourist destinations. A strategy is needed in competition to improve the quality of Tourism Villages. Karanggayam Tourism Village is one of the tourist villages in Kebumen. To improve the quality of this destination is needed to increase the number of visitors and community participation in managing the Tourism Village. Community Service Program as an effort to improve the quality of Tourism Villages by prioritizing the 4A aspects of Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, and Ancillary. Program implementation is based on the Plan Do Check Action (PDCA) concept. This technique can increase the number of visitors and community participation by 25%. The sustainability of the Tourism Village is carried out with support and collaboration between levels of society.

Currently tourism in Indonesia is growing very rapidly. The role of stakeholders is very necessary in planning a tourist destination because it can help to develop tourism potential in a village. This research focuses on discussing community based tourism development collaboration at Pacu jalur events in Kuantan Singingi Regency and what factors inhibit collaboration in community-based tourism development at Pacu jalur events in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how collaborative community based tourism development is at the pacu jalur event in Kuantan Singingi Regency and what are the inhibiting factors for collaboration in community based tourism development at the pacu Jalur event in Kuantan Singingi Regency using the pentahelix model of 5 stakeholders. This study used qualitative research is descriptive methods. This research found that the roles of each stakeholder are: academics focus on tourism planning based on existing theories, the government focuses on policy makers in developing tourism potential, business actors as nails in creating added value and maintaining economic growth in the surrounding area, and the role of the role of the community is to help manage tourism potential and the role of the media is to promote and help inform the wider community about the spur route. The research results found that collaborative governance has run quite optimally. The inhibiting factors in community-based tourism development collaboration were also revealed, namely, a) Lack of pentahelix coordinators in the development of Pacu jalur tourism, b) Lack of support for road infrastructure access in the development of Pacu jalur tourism, c) Low creativity and innovation at Pacu jalur tourism locations. Through this research, it can be used as an evaluation so that it can increase the efforts of the Department of Tourism and Culture in developing tourist attractions leading to national events.

This research analyzes the role of transformational leadership in the development of the IPNU-IPPNU organization in Plumbungan Village. Through interviews with organizational leaders, it was revealed that transformational leadership is realized through mutual learning incentives and the placement of members according to their talents. With 40 members divided into 16 men and 24 women, the organization focuses on developing individual potential. Transformational leadership not only motivates members to play an active role in organizational development at the village level, but also involves them in various programs such as cheerful camping, regular jam'iyah, and compensation for orphans. The history of the development of IPNU-IPPNU in Plumbungan Village records the concrete contribution of transformational policies in these activities, creating a positive impact on organizational spirit. Even though faced with challenges and obstacles, transformational leadership helps overcome these problems through joint deliberation. Future hopes for the development of this organization include the goal of producing young cadres with ahlussunah waljamaah character, and transformational leadership is expected to remain the main pillar in realizing development plans, continuing to encourage a spirit of collaboration and commitment to the organization's vision.

his Abdimas aims to explain the initiative of the Karang Taruna RW 07 Member Group in introducing information media in the form of blogs using the Google Site platform. The main objective of this project is to improve access to information and communication between member groups, as well as facilitate the exchange of information with the surrounding community. This service includes practical steps in creating and managing a website with Google Site, as well as its impact on increasing member involvement and understanding of information technology among the group. Through collaboration and internal training, the Karang Taruna RW 07 Member Group hopes to create a more effective forum for sharing information and promoting social activities in their environment. This research provides insight into the application of information technology in village-level community organizations and its impact on the quality of communication and member engagement.

The Digital Revolution is driving the transformation of population administration in the city of Samarinda through the Integration of Digital Population Identity (IKD). This study evaluates the socialization strategies of IKD and their impact on community participation. Through collaboration in Kaltim Fest, hospitals, and campuses, the program focuses on the activation of IKD and engagement with relevant institutions. The enthusiasm of the community in participating in activities highlights awareness and acceptance of IKD. The research results provide a foundation for further development, strengthening the role of IKD in population services

The teacher's ability to summarize learning material for students is important because it will provide confirmation of the material that has been studied at the meeting. In concluding the material the teacher can provide a summary of important points regarding the material studied at the meeting. Students will also find it easier to understand the meeting material. Students come to know the essence of learning. The aim of summarizing the learning material is to determine the teacher's level of success in providing explanations of the subject matter. This study covers various methods and strategies used in summarizing learning material, including training, collaboration between teachers, and the application of educational technology. Through the use of these approaches, this journal explores the results of improving the quality of teaching and learning processes in education. The results of this research underline the importance of developing teachers' abilities in summarizing learning material as one of the main factors in creating an effective learning environment. This journal provides valuable insights for educators, educational policy makers, and researchers to continue to develop approaches that can improve teachers' abilities to summarize learning material effectively, which in turn will contribute to increasing student achievement and the overall quality of education

The availability of information and easy access to information related to the village can provide opportunities for outsiders to get to know Bergas village, thus opening up opportunities for creating collaboration between the village and outside parties. One effort that can be made to provide access to information about villages is by digitalizing villages. Village digitalization is a priority program for the Ministry of Villages in 2021. Village digitalization can help prepare a database that is useful for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating village development. Digitalization of villages in the era of disruption also supports the development of superior village potential through data collection and e-commerce, acceleration of village public services to the community, and financial transparency and village development activities. With village digitalization, it is hoped that it can raise the local potential of villages, especially the potential for tourism, MSMEs, and superior products, as well as the local food potential of Bergas village. This type of research is descriptive research. The approach used is a qualitative approach and a conceptual approach. The data source used is secondary data. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and qualitatively. Concluding is carried out using a deductive method from general to specific, especially those related to the research topic, namely Optimizing Digital Villages in Public Services in the Era of Technological Disruption. Case Study of Bergas Village, Semarang Regency, Central Java Province. This research produced findings. Creating a digital village itself has several conditions that must be met. Digital villages require the availability of adequate information and communication networks, whereas digital villages must have good communication networks because this is a factor that is used to use online-based systems. Second, to create a digital village, quite large funding is needed. Currently, digital villages are the result of collaboration between regional governments and the central government through the Communications and Information Telecommunication and Information Accessibility Agency (BAKTI) and other parties. Third, the availability of human resources (HR) who manage various online information technology-based services. The implementation of a digital village has a broad nature and concerns the interests of society, so it must be implemented in an integrated and directed manner by the government, business entities, and the community. The community has a very large role in implementing the undertaking of digital villages to realize equal distribution of welfare with the support of providing telecommunications and information infrastructure in the form of public services.

This socialization or community service aims to provide knowledge to the community about the importance of the role of parents in children's education. Through this socialization, it is hoped that the community will pay more attention to their children's education, not depending on the teacher alone, but rather on collaboration between the teacher and the child's parents. The method used in this socialization is a discussion method where there is someone as a presenter and there is someone in the audience who asks questions and is answered by the presenter. The results of observations carried out by researchers in Mattirotasi village showed that parents did not contribute enough to their children's education, which had an impact on learning motivation and also the quality of children's education in Mattirotasi village. The impact of the lack of parental contribution can be seen from the large number of children whose cognitive level does not match the child's own age or educational level, there are still many children who behave negatively towards their friends, for example hitting and making fun of their classmates.

This study discusses the evaluation of the implementation of the "kurikulum merdeka" (independent curriculum). Educational institutions are now encouraged to implement a "kurikulum merdeka" that is oriented towards liberation and independence. The "kurikulum merdeka" serves as an educational approach aimed at granting students the freedom to develop their own potentials and interests, as well as preparing them to face real-world challenges. This research falls under the category of literature review, conducted by utilizing literature sources such as books, notes, and research reports from previous studies. Based on the findings and discussions related to the evaluation of the "kurikulum merdeka" in educational institutions, it can be concluded that evaluation is an integral component of the ongoing curriculum process. Steps involved in the evaluation of the "kurikulum merdeka" include establishing evaluation goals, identifying performance indicators, data collection, data analysis, discussion and collaboration, formulation of recommendations, as well as continuous monitoring and evaluation. The evaluation of the "kurikulum merdeka" should involve the participation of all stakeholders and be open to changes and continuous improvement. Thus, evaluation becomes not only a necessity but also an instrument to continually advance educational institutions towards improvement.

BPJS (Social Security Administering Agency) in Law No. 24 of 2011 is a legal entity established to administer social security programs. BPJS aims to realize the provision of guarantees for the fulfillment of the basic needs of a decent life for each participant and/or their family members. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of BPJS Employment in Tanjungpinang City and analyze the influence of the role of BPJS Employment on the workforce, whether it is in accordance with the objectives of BPJS Employment. The method used by the author in this research is literature study, namely data collection techniques by reading, writing and analyzing the data obtained. In this research, it was found that the important role of Tanjungpinang City BPJS Employment was in carrying out programs from the center which were then further developed. Such as the work accident insurance program (JKK) which was developed into a work accident service center (PLKK) in collaboration with the Navy Hospital.

This article discusses the role of catechesis and family dynamics in dealing with the complex dynamics of the contemporary era characterized by social change, technological advances, and moral crises. Social change poses new challenges in family structures and norms, requiring catechesis to align its guidelines with modern family realities. Meanwhile, technological progress requires the adaptation of catechesis to take advantage of new media without losing the essence of spiritual values. The moral crisis engulfing society reinforces the need for catechesis that can provide relevant ethical guidance. Family dynamics, as the basis of religious education, take center stage in understanding how catechesis can support the formation of character and moral values in the family environment. Collaboration between church and family was identified as a key element in ensuring holistic and effective religious education. Through this article, it is hoped that a deeper understanding of how catechesis can respond to changing times and remain relevant in forming the foundations of faith and morals in the contemporary family.
