This study explores the rights and responsibilities of teachers as defined by various Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers. The research underscores the significance of understanding these aspects to ensure the quality of education. The objective is to identify and analyze teachers' rights, responsibilities, and duties in fulfilling their professional roles. The methodology employed is a literature review or library research, involving data collection from diverse library sources including books, encyclopedias, documents, and scholarly journals. The findings reveal that teachers' rights encompass adequate income, career development, welfare benefits, legal protections, and freedoms of organization and expression. Meanwhile, teachers' responsibilities include planning, implementing, assessing, and evaluating quality learning, as well as continuous enhancement of academic qualifications. The study concludes that a comprehensive grasp of teachers' rights and responsibilities enhances professionalism and educational standards in Indonesia. The implications highlight the need for robust regulatory frameworks and policies to support teachers in performing optimally and competing globally.

Improving organizational performance in the future requires the integration of information technology that not only plays a supporting role, but also as the main tool to ensure success in providing the best service to the community. The role of information technology in the work system has brought significant changes in the world of work, although the main challenge is to improve the competence of human resources which is crucial for the successful performance of government agencies. This systematic research adopted the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews approach, by analyzing full articles in English and Bahasa Indonesia. With the implementation of an effective management information system, organizations can manage data and information more efficiently, which in turn enables more accurate and timely decision-making. This contributes significantly to increasing productivity, reducing operational costs, and responding more quickly to changes in the market or business environment. In addition, management information systems also play an important role in human resource management, inventory management, project management, and employee performance evaluation.

This article conducts a literature review to discuss the role of technology in optimizing school organizational management. The study looks at how technology can improve administration, communication and decision-making in schools. Furthermore, the article discusses the different types of technology that can be used, including school management information systems, e-learning platforms and digital collaboration tools. Challenges and barriers to technology implementation are also discussed, such as infrastructure limitations and lack of technical expertise among school personnel. Then, the article suggests appropriate strategies to overcome such barriers, such as continuous training and integrated system development, in order to improve the overall management of school organizations. This study offers valuable insights for educators and school administrators who want to improve efficiency and effectiveness through the use of technology.

The purpose of this article is to determine the development of teacher professionalism in curriculum-based independent learning. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data was collected through observation and interviews with teachers. The independent curriculum implemented in various schools emphasizes subjects, including Indonesian. The support of professional organizations really supports teachers in their academic preparation to carry out independent learning. Teachers are trained in independent curriculum learning, the core of the independent curriculum, especially the Independent Curriculum, is present to complement the implementation of the Curriculum. The implementation of independent learning programs in various schools allows teachers to catch up in reading, writing and arithmetic. For students, an independent program can provide a solution to complete the program, before the program can be implemented in stages depending on the level of readiness of each school.

Digitalization and information technology have a significant impact on business processes. This problem can be solved through synthesis, which involves the use of new computing technologies. Picture books are one example of advances in information technology in the field of education. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the effectiveness of using chart books in the process of managing financial records. The research method used is a qualitative summary based on theory, research results and conclusions reached. Research, historical information, and survey results are then collected, analyzed, and compiled. The study found that book charting applications play an important role in the purchasing process, with technology used in the review process through an integrated and automated system. In order for the documentation process to be more efficient and effective, it must comply with established standards and guidelines. Organizations are becoming more diverse and integrated. Improved analyst performance indicates that the commentator is trustworthy and knowledgeable, thereby improving overall quality. Based on this, we can conclude that the Diagram Book application helps in the financial report review process.

Internal auditors play a strategic role in ensuring the transparency, integrity, and operational efficiency of an organization. This article explains how internal auditors function as consultants providing advice to improve a company's risk management, control and governance processes, IA also identifies and manages risks that may affect organizational objectives. By using appropriate audit methodologies and utilizing modern audit technology, internal auditors can add significant value by providing recommendations for process improvements and internal controls. Amid challenges such as limited resources and pressure to deliver accurate and relevant results in a timely manner, internal auditors must be able to maintain their independence and ensure effective collaboration with senior management and the audit committee. Considering the challenges and opportunities faced, this article summarizes the crucial role of internal auditors in supporting the long-term success of companies through careful oversight and strategic recommendations for risk management and improving company performance.

Through a detailed examination of case studies and theoretical frameworks, we provide insights into the strategies employed by companies to navigate these ethical challenges. The study concludes with recommendations for more ethical advertising practices that align with both consumer expectations and regulatory standards.

The Latin word "corruption" comes from the words "korruptus" and "corruption", which means "bad, depraved, deviant from morals, insulting words, or slanderous. Corruption, according to the Black Law Dictionary, is defined as an action carried out with the aim of obtaining several benefits which are contrary to duties and other official truths: "an act from an official or trusted person who unlawfully and wrongly uses a number of advantages for himself or another person which is contrary to his duties and other truths". Eradication of Corruption Crimes Number 31 of 1999, which was later changed to Law Number 20 of 2001, shows that the government is committed to eliminating criminal acts of corruption. The author uses standard methods in writing this journal to describe the problems discussed: Law Enforcement in Criminal Cases Corruption of the Natuna Regency NGO Non-Governmental Organization Forkot (Case Study Decision Number 28/Pid.sus-TPK/2023/PN Tpg). They use data from various reading sources, such as statutory regulations, books, and the same decisions. The criminal act of corruption committed by Forkot NGO Natuna, led by Wan Sofian Telang, violates Article 11 of Law Number 20 2001 concerning amendments to law number 31 of 1999 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of corruption in conjunction with article 15 and article 56 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the efforts of the non-governmental organization Kakak Foundation and to describe the inhibiting factors of the efforts of the non-governmental organization Yayasan Kepedulian untuk Anak (Kakak Foundation) in protecting the right to protection of child victims of sexual violence in Surakarta City. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. With data sources obtained from informants, documents, and places of events. The sampling technique was used with purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data validity test uses triangulation of methods and data sources. While data analysis techniques with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are 1) Efforts of Non-Governmental Organization Kakak Foundation in protecting the right to protection of child victims of sexual violence in Surakarta City from the elaboration of laws and regulations related to the right to protection of child victims of sexual violence consists of 7 rights, namely (a) the right to the provision of information on protection rights and facilities, (b) the right to provide access to information on the implementation of protection, (c) the right to protection from the threat or violence of the perpetrator and other parties and the recurrence of violence, (d) the right to protection of identity confidentiality, (e) the right to protection from the attitude and behavior of law enforcement officers who humiliate victims, (f) the right to protection from loss of employment, job transfer, education, or political access, and, (g) the right to protection of the victim and/or reporter from criminal prosecution or civil lawsuit for the crime of sexual violence that has been reported. 2) The inhibiting factors are (a) difficulty in obtaining information on child victims of sexual violence, (b) pressure and threats made by the perpetrator, (c) the victim's unstable mental and psychological condition, and (d) many considerations for the victim if they have to take legal action. The aim of this thesis is 1 ) to find out about the application of the attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation among OSIS members at MAN 1 Surakarta in 2023/2024 academic year, 2) to find out the level of effectiveness of the application of character education values regarding social care towards the attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation to OSIS members. The results of the research could be conclude that 1) the management of OSIS MAN 1 Surakarta in 2023/2024 academic year could implement an attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation well in all activities. Altough. There were several administrators who have not been able to Implement it well, 2) the implement of the attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation among the members of OSIS MAN 1 Surakarta could be seen through the preparation and implementation of the Campus Expo activities which would be held on January 25-26 2024, 3) implementation the value of character education regarding social care had a high level of effectivitiveness in the attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation, 4) in its implementation, there were parties who supported this social care character such as the deputy principal for curriculum, deputy principal for student affairs, OSIS supervisors, theachers, and OSIS administrators, 5) the attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation that was expected of OSIS members was an attitude that could be carried out happily, comfortably, and they could carry out activities for the common goals of the organization.   Keywords : Sosial Care Character, Implementation, OSIS

The talent scouting program is an important strategy in recruiting and developing personnel to ensure that organizations, including the Indonesian Navy, have quality human resources and are able to face modern challenges effectively. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of talent scouting programs in the context of the Indonesian Navy to identify and develop potential talents. This research aims to evaluate the relationship between talent selection methods, information sources, supporting technology, and development programs on the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel recruited through the talent scouting program. This study uses a quantitative approach by analyzing data from 55 respondents involved in the Indonesian Navy's talent scouting program. Data was collected through surveys using structured questionnaires, and analyzed using statistical techniques such as simple linear regression to evaluate the relationship between the variables studied. The results of the analysis show that talent selection methods and information sources have a significant influence on the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel (beta coefficients 0.62 and 0.58, respectively, t = 3.75, p = 0.002 and t = 4.21, p = 0.001). However, assistive technology showed a less significant effect (beta coefficient = 0.35, t = 1.80, p = 0.087). The development program was found to have a significant positive impact on personnel quality (beta coefficient = 0.70, t = 4.55, p = 0.000). The regression results show that the overall model is significant (F = 6.21, p = 0.001), confirming the importance of the variables studied in improving the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel through talent scouting programs.

Social Enterprises (SE) are responsible for social and environmental issues. As a hybrid organization that combines the business and volunteer sectors, SE becomes an important tool in analyzing organizational settings and developing plans to achieve social goals. In this article it is emphasized that understanding business models is very important. The social business model (SEMC) and Business Model Canvas (BMC) are useful tools to help SEs create strategies that are responsive to the challenges they face. BMC uses a multidimensional approach to mission values ​​and objectives, as well as a deep understanding of stakeholders, to become a powerful tool for driving progress and generating sustainable positive impact. Over time, social entrepreneurs will have to incorporate new principles into their practices. Our results also show that these sustainable and gradual techniques not only change value, but also influence the development of companies and the surrounding society. Therefore, this technique not only helps maintain the existing structure, but also helps make necessary changes. Finally, our research advances our understanding of social entrepreneurship and provides social enterprises seeking greater social change with practical insight.

 This study aims to investigate the patterns of Indonesian use by students on social media, identify the factors that affect the use of the language, and formulate strategies to strengthen national identity through the good and correct use of Indonesian in the digital era. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature analysis study approach. The results of the analysis show that social media has a significant role in shaping communication patterns and student lifestyles in the digital era. The use of Indonesian by students on social media tends not to be in accordance with the correct rules, influenced by global culture, the role of social media, understanding of the Indonesian language, social norms and values, and campus policies related to the Indonesian language. To strengthen national identity, the suggested strategies include Indonesian education and literacy, the role of communities and student organizations, and the implementation of campus policies that support the good and correct use of Indonesian on social media.

This comprehensive literature review explores the evolving concept of digital leadership within the context of Industry 4.0, aiming to synthesize current research findings, identify emerging trends, and highlight best practices. Through a systematic analysis of peer-reviewed articles, books, and conference papers from the last decade, this study examines the key attributes, strategies, and impacts of digital leadership on organizational performance and innovation. The review reveals that effective digital leaders exhibit a combination of technological proficiency, visionary thinking, and adaptive management skills. Furthermore, it underscores the importance of fostering a digital culture, promoting continuous learning, and leveraging data-driven decision-making to drive organizational success. By providing a holistic understanding of digital leadership, this study offers valuable insights for academics and practitioners seeking to enhance leadership effectiveness in the digital age. The findings underscore the necessity for organizations to invest in leadership development programs that align with the demands of Industry 4.0, ensuring leaders are equipped to lead in a rapidly changing technological environment.

Akuntansi dan Ekonomi Pajak: Perspektif Global 2024 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

Accounting Fraud has become a major problem across all industries, causing financial loss and damaging an organization's reputation. In this research, the goal to be achieved is to understand how an individual's morality and internal control influence the occurrence of fraud. Fraud cases in Indonesia have increased along with business growth and developing investment opportunities. Company financial reports are often presented maximally to attract investor interest. This research applies a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. This literature review was carried out by collecting articles published in international and national journals from 2017 - 2024. Of the 336 articles found, 52 articles were taken for further analysis based on certain criteria. Articles collected via Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, ResearchGate and Garuda. In this study, articles were grouped based on the year in which they were published, the number of authors involved, the research methods used, and the data collection techniques applied. The findings from this study indicate that this subject will be the most discussed in 2022, with 13 related journals. Most of the authors come from the Indonesian Hindu University in the Hita Accounting and Finance journal, contributing 22% of the total articles. The method most commonly used in this research is quantitative, with questionnaires as the main approach to collecting data.

This ensures that human resources can demonstrate the optimal performance demanded by the company to achieve the goals set by the organization. This article falls under the category of qualitative research with a literature review approach (library research). The collection of journals related to the theme aims to gather data and information related to genetic, social, and ecological leadership theories. The sources used include books or articles obtained from physical forms and other applications such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, ScienceDirect, and others. Human Resource Management (HRM) is a discipline responsible for managing people in an organization. This includes planning, organizing, directing, and controlling human resources to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. HRM plays a role in managing various aspects related to employees, such as recruitment, selection, training, development, motivation, performance evaluation, and compensation. Human resource control must be holistic, employee-oriented, and integrated with the organization's business strategy. Therefore, it can be concluded that this involves the use of various tools and techniques, including performance measurement, structured feedback, employee development, and the implementation of fair and consistent policies and procedures.

The effectiveness of work relationships is a factor that plays an important role in organizational activities, it needs to be fostered and developed so that organizational goals can be achieved effectively. Organizational goals will be achieved if the organization has reliable, skilled and qualified human resources so that they can provide optimal contributions and improve work performance. Both for organizations, society and employees themselves. The effectiveness of work relations is a person's positive attitude or general condition towards organizational life. The approach in this research is to use an associative approach. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out using observation and interview techniques. Based on the research results, there are several things that are used to measure a person's work effectiveness, namely (1) steady and smooth movements, (2) rhythmic movements, (3) responding more quickly to signs, (4) being able to predict difficulties that will arise, (5) ) works quietly. Thus, it can be concluded that (1) the effectiveness of employment relations is the level of a person's mastery of knowledge and skills in their work which can be measured from the length of service and the level of knowledge and skills they possess. Various efforts to fulfill teachers' needs to be good have been carried out quite well at SDN 4 Asparaga, Gorontalo Regency, (2) supporting factors for the effectiveness of teacher working relationships at SDN 4 Asparaga, Gorontalo Regency in the form of fulfilling several needs, namely physiological needs, security needs, social needs, Needs that reflect a sense of self, and teacher self-actualization needs.
