Prematurity is the birth or delivery of a baby that occurs between 20 weeks gestation to less than 37 weeks. About 25-50% of newborns suffer from jaundice in the first week. Hyperbilirubinemia in infants less months has a higher incidence rate. These developmental and clinical phenomena contribute to a greater degree and duration of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in premature infants. Objective: to analyze the relationship of prematurity with hyperbilirubinemia in neonates at Perinatology Dr. Hafiz Cianjur Hospital. Method: The design used is quantitative observational with a cross-sectional approach. Samples were taken as many as 60 neonates using total sampling techniques. The research data was taken using medical record sheets in October – December 2023.  Results: After analyzing the data was tabulated using a chi square test with a meaning level of 0.05. The results showed Prematurity (51.7%) as many as 31 neonates gestation period 31-36 weeks and Hyperbilirubinemia (86.7%) as many as 52 neonates in the severe category. The results of statistical testing obtained a significancy value of 0.003. Based on the results of p value < 0.05. Conclusion: it can be concluded that there is a relationship between prematurity and hyperbilirubinemia in neonates in Hospital Perinatology.

The development of the era of globalization is increasingly developing and making human work easier in research. This research aims to find out how much influence discipline and the work environment have on employee performance at the Bogor City MSME Service. The research method is a quantitative approach using nonprobability sampling data collection techniques. The number of samples using the Slovin formula was 56 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaires in Likert scale units. Data processing uses SPSS 26 software for instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research were proven in the partial test on the discipline variable (X1) of 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value of 5.352 > t table value of 2.005 that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted and on the environmental variable (X2) of 0.005 < 0.05 and the calculated t value of 0.661 < t table 2.010 so that H2 is accepted, meaning that the environment has no statistically significant effect on performance (Y). Then, through simultaneous testing of the two variables at a calculated F value of 24,271 > F table 3.17 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, it is concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, which means that both discipline variables (X1) and environmental variables (X2) simultaneously influence performance (Y).

This research highlights the comparison of the effectiveness of warm water tepid sponge compresses and fever plasters on body temperature in pre-school children with Febris at the Tanah Abang District Health Center, Jakarta, which will be carried out from December 2023 to January 2024. This research uses a quantitative approach with a Two research design Group Pretest Posttest. The sample for this research consisted of 32 pre- school children who would be divided into 2 groups, for each compress treatment with inclusion & exclusion criteria. The instrument used was an observation sheet in the form of a table check list regarding the SOP for implementing warm water tepid sponge compresses and fever plaster compresses. As well as an observation sheet in the form of a body temperature observation sheet before, during and after the warm water tepid sponge compress and fever plaster. Research Results Description of the temperature before and after using a warm water tepid sponge compress before it was 38,530C and after it was 37,370C and using a Plaster Compress before it was 38,350C and after it was 37,660C. The results of the dependent t statistical test showed that the warm water tepid sponge   had a p value of 0.000 and the Fever Plaster had a p value of 0.000, meaning that there was an effect of warm water tepid sponge compresses and fever plasters on body temperature in pre-school   children with Febris   at the Tanah Abang District Health Center, Jakarta. will be carried out in December 2023. The results of the independent T test show that the p value is 0.000, so there is a difference between the Warm water tepid sponge Compress group and the Fever Plaster group on the body temperature of pre-school children with fever at the Tanah Abang District Health Center and compresses using the warm water tepid sponge technique are more effective in reducing body temperature. There are provisions regarding trademarks that cannot be registered in Law No. 20 Year 2016, one of which is in Article 20 letter f which states that "Trademarks cannot be registered if they are common names and/or symbols of public property." However, even though there is already a regulation regarding the invalidity of registration of the use of common words in trademarks, there are still many uses of common words as trademarks in Indonesia. This shows that there is still a lack of clarity regarding the parameters of acceptable use of generic words in trademark registration. One of the famous trademark infringement cases using a common word in Indonesia is the case between PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. against Hardwood Private Limited with the alleged use of the "STRONG" Trademark with the Supreme Court Decision Number 332 K/Pdt.Sus- IPR/2021. This research aims to discuss the legal action in the settlement of infringement of well-known trademarks that use the word general and the judge's consideration of infringement of well-known trademarks that use the word general based on Indonesian positive law. Based on the research results, the word "STRONG" is an English word that has a strong meaning. Then the word STRONG is a general or generic word that when referring to the explanation in Article 20 of Law No. 20 Year 2016, the word "STRONG" should not be registered as a trademark because it is a common word
