The objective of this research is to evaluate the impact of brand image and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions regarding MS Glow products in Solo. A positive brand image can enhance consumers' trust in a particular brand; however, product quality remains the primary determinant of satisfaction and choice among consumers. Using qualitative methodology with phenomenological approach, the study aims to understand consumers’ experiences and perspectives towards MS Glow products. The findings indicate that strong brand images, such as reliable reputation and consumer confidence, significantly influence purchase decisions. Additionally, product qualities including durability, performance, design, and innovative features play crucial roles in consumer decision-making processes. This research is expected to help companies develop better marketing strategies to meet individual customer needs effectively.

Noteworthy changes in customer behavior due to the advancement of data and communication innovation have driven to an increment in online shopping, particularly amid the Covid-19 widespread. This ponder points to analyze the impact of electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) and believe on buy deliberate within the setting of e-commerce in Indonesia. With information appearing a surge in exchanges on different marketplaces, this consider distinguishes that positive e-WOM can increment buy deliberate, whereas negative e-WOM tends to diminish it. In expansion, consumers' level of believe in online shopping stages emphatically impacts buy choices. The discoveries appear that both e-WOM and believe have a critical positive impact on buy deliberate. This study examines the impact of price, product quality, and promotion on consumer repurchase intention in coffee culture, specifically focusing on Budaya Kopi in Tegal City. As the coffee shop industry experiences rapid growth, understanding the factors that influence consumer behavior becomes crucial. This research aims to identify whether perceptions of price positively affect repurchase intentions, assess the significant influence of product quality, and evaluate the role of promotional strategies on consumer buying decisions. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data will be collected through surveys targeting customers of Budaya Kopi. The findings are expected to provide valuable insights for coffee shop owners in developing effective marketing strategies that cater to consumer preferences, ultimately enhancing customer loyalty and business performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer experience perception, service quality, and product quality on customer satisfaction at Sinar Gemilang Coffee Shop. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a structured questionnaire survey of customers. The findings indicate that customer experience perception, service quality, and product quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Customer experience perception plays a major role in fostering loyalty through meaningful and consistent interactions. Meanwhile, service quality is crucial in building customer trust through friendliness, responsiveness, and reliability. Product quality is also a key factor, as aspects such as taste, consistency, and value directly enhance customer satisfaction. These findings offer practical implications for Sinar Gemilang Coffee Shop to continually improve customer experience, service, and product quality to maintain competitiveness and increase customer satisfaction.

Operations management is a series of activities related to planning, organizing, controlling and supervising all resources used in the process of producing goods or services. The main function of operations management is to create quality products or services, at efficient costs, at the right time, and in accordance with market demand. This research is quantitative research that works with numbers and the data is in the form of numbers which are then analyzed using statistics to test hypotheses or to answer specific research questions and to make predictions. This research approach is explanatory research where data collection is carried out simultaneously in one stage (one shot study} or in a cross-section through a questionnaire. One of the main impacts of operations management what is good is increasing the efficiency of the production process by designing and managing efficient production processes, companies can optimize the use of available resources, reduce waste, and increase output without increasing significant costs. Effective operations management has a significant impact on various aspects of company performance, including operational efficiency, cost control, product quality and service, and customer satisfaction. By implementing good operations management principles, companies can increase their competitiveness, reduce waste, and improve the customer experience.

This research analyzes the factors that influence the success of e-commerce applications in increasing sales in the digital era. With the development of technology and changes in consumer behavior, e-commerce has become one of the main platforms for businesses to reach customers more widely. The main factors analyzed include user experience, transaction security, product quality, customer service, digital marketing strategy and innovation. The research results show that the combination of these factors significantly influences purchasing decisions and customer loyalty. Good user experience, guaranteed data security, and effective marketing strategies are proven to increase sales and consumer trust. This study provides important insights for business people in maximizing the potential for implementing e-commerce in the competitive digital era.

This study aims to explore how customer satisfaction can moderate the relationship between e-word of mouth (e-WOM) and e-commerce repurchase intentions. In today's digital era, e-WOM has become one of the important factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions. The method used surveyed e-commerce customers and analyzed the data using moderation regression. The results show that customer satisfaction is an important factor influencing the positive effect of e-WOM on repurchase intentions. These results provide e-commerce businesses with important knowledge to create effective marketing strategies and improve customer experience. It is hoped that this work will serve as a reference source for further research on the way these variables interact in the context of e-commerce.

This research explores the implementation of computer vision technology in AI-based e-commerce platforms to enhance product identification and improve user experience. The study specifically examines the use of deep learning algorithms, particularly Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), to automate product recognition and classification. The results indicate that AI-driven image search features significantly increase the speed and accuracy of product search, leading to greater customer engagement. However, challenges such as the need for high-quality datasets, varying image quality, and high initial investment costs were identified as barriers to effective implementation. The findings suggest that overcoming these obstacles can lead to improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The success of AI in e-commerce depends on robust infrastructure, data quality, and skilled workforce training.

This study examines the impact of social media on consumer purchasing decisions in e-commerce. With advancements in information technology, social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook have evolved from mere promotional tools into essential means of building brand awareness and consumer trust. Social media facilitates direct interactions with consumers through visual content, customer reviews, and influencer collaborations, creating more personal and emotional shopping experiences. Additionally, features like TikTok Shop streamline promotion and purchasing processes on a single platform, offering new business opportunities. The study also highlights the role of testimonials, reviews, and influencer marketing in shaping purchasing decisions. Findings indicate that social media enhances brand awareness, fosters trust, and drives consumer loyalty, ultimately strengthening brand image in the digital marketplace.

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in banking has grown rapidly in recent years, providing opportunities and challenges in dealing with it. AI in the banking world is expected to facilitate use, strengthen customer data security, and optimize risk management. This article aims to analyze the level of customer user experience towards banking services by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI). The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach, involving 100 respondents of various ages, various jobs and various educational backgrounds. The main requirement for respondents is that they are customers of various conventional banks in Ponorogo Regency who have used artificial intelligence (AI)-based banking services. Data were collected through questionnaires supplemented with secondary data in the form of documents related to the implementation of artificial intelligence in the banking service system. The application of AI in the banking sector is the detection and prevention of fraudulent transactions in real time, identity verification through biometrics, identity verification through biometrics, chatbots and virtual assistants for customer service, detecting suspicious activity, and the use of smart wallets. The findings in this study explain that artificial intelligence (AI) is able to increase the efficiency of services to customers, provide a better experience, and improve the quality of banking services. I nternship is an essential part of the educational process that provides students with the opportunity to gain practical experience in the workplace. This study aims to evaluate the experience gained during the internship at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) UCP Kapasan, which took place from July 8 to November 8, 2024. During the internship period, participants gained insight into the management of Pegadaian’s products, organizational skills, teamwork, as well as communication and customer service. Additionally, the interns gained experience in marketing products and processing customer data. This internship experience helped participants develop interpersonal skills, accuracy, and work discipline. The results of this internship activity provide valuable insights for improving internship programs in the future.

BNI Fleksi Credit is a KTA facility offered to employees with fixed income for consumption purposes. The procedure for granting BNI Fleksi credit by Bank BNI Branch. Fatmawati still has problems, one of which is not providing physical collateral and there are still prospective debtors who do not understand the terms and conditions in applying for BNI Fleksi credit facilities. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the terms and conditions in applying for BNI Fleksi credit, to find out how the implementation of BNI Fleksi credit provision, to understand the various obstacles in the process of granting BNI Fleksi credit by Bank BNI Fatmawati Branch. The study method used is descriptive qualitative method. The result of the study shows that, 1) BNI Fleksi credit that has been implemented runs quite well and has been in accordance with the procedures and provisions, however, there are still some obstacles faced, one of which is the completeness of document requirements as support in the process of granting BNI Fleksi credit has not met the requirements. 2) In BI Checking, there are still prospective debtors who have arrears at various banks. 3) BNI Flexi Credit customers experience delays in paying principal and interest installments due to the company being late in paying salaries to employees, this has an impact on installment payments and the occurrence of collectibility which is the possibility of not receiving back the loan that has been given. 4) Refusal to provide BNI Flexion to prospective debtors because they do not guarantee themselves with credit insurance that can protect the risk of inability to pay, death, bankruptcy, termination of employment, repayment of remaining credit interest and arrears, and also simplify the loan application process.

This research aims to analyze effective digital marketing strategies in increasing sales of bag products on e-commerce platforms. In the digital era, the use of technology and online platforms is the main key for business actors to reach a wider range of consumers. This study identified various digital marketing techniques such as search engine optimization (SEO), marketing via social media, paid advertising (PPC), content marketing, as well as the use of influencer marketing. Additionally, data-driven personalization strategies and consumer behavior analysis are also discussed to improve customer experience and sales conversion. The combination of an attractive content strategy, use of data analytics technology, and consistent interaction with consumers can have a positive impact on sales of bag products on e-commerce platforms. These findings provide guidance for business actors in designing more effective and targeted digital campaigns. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach with the research object being digital marketing strategies to increase bag sales in e-commerce. Data types are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data collected directly by researchers or data practitioners in the field. Meanwhile secondary data is a type of data collected from previously existing data. Data sources will be taken from documents, interview results, and results from observations. The development of digital technology has opened significant opportunities for the website development industry to innovate, particularly through the implementation of Augmented Reality (AR) technology. This study explores the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) in designing a business strategy for ACW Studio, a website development service company utilizing AR technology. By integrating AR, ACW Studio offers a unique value proposition, such as creating interactive websites and AR-based creative products, significantly enhancing customer experience. The use of BMC helps the company analyze nine key business elements, including strategic collaboration, service personalization, and optimization of digital distribution channels. The study results show that AR-based strategies can provide substantial competitive advantages in a highly competitive market while also opening opportunities for expansion into sectors such as education, retail, and tourism.

This study explores the implementation of the Midtrans payment gateway system on the Bloxstore.id website using the Prototyping method. The main objective is to enhance the website's payment transaction process by integrating an efficient and secure payment gateway. The Prototyping method was chosen for its iterative approach, which allows for continuous feedback and system refinement. This research demonstrates how the integration of Midtrans improves the user experience by streamlining the payment process and offering various payment options. The results indicate significant improvements in transaction speed, security, and user satisfaction. This study’s findings are valuable for e-commerce platforms looking to optimize their payment systems and build customer trust through secure and efficient transaction methods.

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing strategies and customer trust on purchasing decisions in Shopee-based online shops among students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The research employs a qualitative method with a literature study approach, collecting data from various relevant literatures, journals, and documents. The findings reveal that effective marketing strategies, such as discount promotions, loyalty programs, and influencer engagement, significantly affect purchasing decisions. Moreover, customer trust, which is built on transaction security, product quality, and customer reviews, plays a crucial role in enhancing purchasing decisions. The study concludes that the collaboration between innovative marketing strategies and customer trust is essential for creating an optimal online shopping experience.

This study discusses the role of service quality in increasing customer satisfaction with a case study at McDonald's. Service quality is an important factor in the fast food restaurant industry, especially to create positive experiences, loyalty, and customer satisfaction. Through a qualitative approach based on literature review, this study analyzes service dimensions, such as speed, responsibility, and staff attitude that affect customer experience. The results of this study indicate that speed of service, employee friendliness, and product consistency are the main factors in shaping customer satisfaction at McDonald's. Therefore, the use of technology such as self-ordering machines and application-based services contribute significantly to increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction. McDonald's also strives to maintain standards of efficiency and customer comfort facilities. This study emphasizes the importance of consistently improving service quality in creating loyalty and strengthening brand image amidst competitive competition.

This study aims to analyze the impact of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Mie Gacoan Cikarang. The identified problem in this study is how these two factors influence customer experience and loyalty to the restaurant. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, where data was collected through in-depth interviews with customers and direct observations at the location. Based on the analysis, product quality, including taste, texture, and consistency, has a significant impact on customer satisfaction, with 80% of respondents expressing satisfaction with the products offered. Additionally, service quality, which includes speed, efficiency, and staff friendliness, also plays an important role in creating a positive experience for customers. The results of this study indicate that improving both product and service quality directly contributes to customer satisfaction and has the potential to increase customer loyalty. These findings provide recommendations for Mie Gacoan Cikarang management to maintain and enhance product and service quality in order to strengthen customer attraction and loyalty.

This study aims to analyze the service management strategies implemented by PT Gojek Indonesia to enhance customer satisfaction. Using a qualitative approach based on literature review, the research explores the relationship between service quality, service diversification, and technological innovation in shaping customer experiences. The findings reveal that service management strategies, such as quick booking features, real-time tracking, and digital payment solutions via GoPay, significantly influence customer satisfaction. Service variations like Go-Ride, Go-Car, and Go-Food enable Gojek to meet diverse customer needs, while a focus on reliability and security assurance fosters user loyalty. The study highlights the importance of continuous innovation and quality improvement to maintain Gojek's competitive position in the online transportation service market.

This research explores the integration of Augmented Reality (AR) technology into custom gift products by Tricksy.co to create a more interactive and personalized gift-giving experience. By utilizing EyeJack Creator, a platform for creating AR photo markers, the system allows customers to design gifts that display personalized videos when scanned. The process includes generating AR markers, integrating QR codes, and ensuring compatibility with both iOS and Android devices. System testing confirmed that the AR markers successfully displayed the videos as intended, with smooth functionality across different platforms. However, slow internet connections impacted the speed of AR content downloading. This study highlights the potential of AR to revolutionize the gift industry by adding a unique digital layer to physical gifts, offering both emotional and interactive value.
