One type of efficient and widely used heat exchanger is the Plate and Frame Heat Exchanger (PFHE). PFHE is a device designed to increase the efficiency of heat exchange through a structure of plates assembled together. This design allows a large heat exchange surface area in a relatively small space, creating an efficient environment for heat transfer. This study took the Plate and Frame type Heat Exchanger object, while the purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Heat Exchanger in the Sea water & Cooling Water system at PT. Eni. The research methods used were the Observation method, Interview method (Question and Answer), and Literature review. The results of the study showed that the performance of the Heat Exchanger in the Sea water & Cooling Water system at PT. Eni runs according to the desired design. The operating temperature line remains below the maximum limit set, and indicates the performance of the heat exchanger in very good condition. This reflects the optimal heat exchange results in Cooling Water. In accordance with the design operating parameters, the achievement of heat exchange in the minimum range of 4 - 5 ℃ and the maximum limit of redistribution temperature in Cooling Water does not exceed 45 ℃, which indicates that this system operates according to the desired standards

This research is motivated by several factors that cause voter behavior in the regional head election in Banjar City. The purpose of this study is to determine voter behavior in the Regional Head Election in Banjar City. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis. There are 7 informants. Data collection techniques are literature studies, field studies (observations and interviews) and documentation. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through data processing from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so that they can answer the problems in the study. Based on the results of the study, it is known that: voter behavior in Banjar City is still dominated by the tendency of traditional voters and skeptical voters. This is evidenced by the problem of many voters who determine their choices based on following suit if most of their environment chooses a candidate pair, in addition, voters in determining their political choices are based on information obtained from their parents or from their environment, there are voters who are reluctant and lazy to pay attention to political contestation. There are obstacles to voter behavior in the regional head election in Banjar City, including unequal access to information so that people only get political information from unverified social media. In addition, the practice of money politics is still a reality that is difficult to avoid, where direct assistance or certain promises are the main considerations in choosing candidate pairs as well as past experiences. To overcome various obstacles, a number of efforts have been made, including the Banjar City General Election Commission (KPU) implementing a voter education program through direct outreach to the community, especially in villages and densely populated areas.

PT Udara jadi Bersih Bekasi is a company engaged in testing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. So far, the process of recording test results is still carried out manually using paper media. This process poses a number of obstacles, such as delays in recording, potential input errors, and limitations in accuracy and data storage. This condition also has an impact on delays in the submission of test results information to supervisors, who should need fast and accurate data for decision-making. To answer this problem, a web-based application is needed to design a web-based application that is able to digitize the entire workflow of recording and reporting HVAC test results. With a web-based system, data can be managed centrally, more structured, and easily accessible at any time. This application is also equipped with QR Code technology to speed up access to test results. Supervisors and technicians only need to scan the code for complete information, so they no longer rely on manual searches that are time-consuming and prone to serious errors in technical documentation. The design of this application uses the Waterfall method which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. UML is used as a tool to describe business processes and system activity flows in detail, so that development can be carried out more systematically, efficiently, and in a targeted manner according to applicable software engineering standards. With the implementation of this application, PT Udara jadi Bersih Bekasi is expected to be able to improve operational efficiency, reduce recording errors, and speed up the information distribution process. In the end, this digitalization will support companies in providing services that are more professional, accurate, innovative, reliable, and according to the needs of the modern HVAC industry in the era of global digitalization.
