This community service activity aims to form a Mosque Youth organization and develop creative work programs as an effort to foster the character of the younger generation in Kepenghuluan Lenggadai Hulu. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which emphasizes the active participation of youth and the community in every stage of the activity, from problem identification, planning, implementation, to evaluation. The identification results show that there is no structured youth organization forum that hinders the participation and development of the potential of the mosque's younger generation. Activities are carried out through the formation of a Mosque Youth organizational structure with a clear division of tasks (chairman, secretary, treasurer, field coordinator) and the preparation of an annual work program. The initial program carried out in the form of competitions in commemoration of Islamic holidays, including Al-Qur'an memorization competitions, adhan, children's Muslim fashion shows, and coloring Islamic pictures. The program was attended by 45 participants and received a positive response from the community, and was able to increase youth participation in prospering the mosque. This service shows that the formation of participatory-based youth organizations, accompanied by relevant and creative work programs, can be an effective strategy in reactivating the role of the mosque as a center for fostering the younger generation of Islam.

Regulation plays an important role in the public sector as a legal foundation and reference in the implementation of governance. This article discusses regulation and its developments in the public sector of Indonesia, highlighting its functions, purposes, dynamics, and challenges in its implementation. Regulation aims to create legal certainty, enhance bureaucratic efficiency, protect public interests, and ensure the quality of public services. Over time, regulation has undergone significant changes, especially after the era of reform and digitalization, which has encouraged increased transparency through e-government and technology-based services. However, the implementation of regulations still faces obstacles such as overlapping rules, weak policy evaluation, and low public legal literacy. These challenges demand reforms that are not only normative, but also strengthen institutional capacity and public participation. Information technology is also an important tool to support adaptive and responsive regulations to the needs of the community. Through a literature review and policy analysis, this article concludes that sustainable regulatory reform is needed to support better, efficient, and public service-oriented governance that is fair and accountable.

Mining is a two-edged sword, which makes a positive contribution to the economy but has a negative impact in the form of environmental degradation. Reclamation is a step taken in restoring former mining land to provide sustainable social, economic, and environmental benefits. This requires an early understanding of reclamation for the younger generation as agents of change. This community service activity aims to provide socialization about the concept, urgency, and practice of mine reclamation to students of Senior High School Number 19 Palembang as a form of environmental education towards sustainable mining. The methods used include interactive presentations and joint discussions. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in students' understanding of the issue of mine reclamation, as well as high enthusiasm and active participation in the entire series of activities. This activity contributes to fostering ecological awareness among students, as well as a form of collaboration between higher education institutions and schools in supporting sustainable development in the mining sector. This study aims to map the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of each village within Awangpone Subdistrict to formulate a strategic model for enhancing the local economy in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030. Employing a qualitative field research design, the study integrates interdisciplinary, theological, and development economics approaches. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The analysis follows Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The SWOT analysis reveals that the coordinates fall within Quadrant I, indicating that strengths outweigh weaknesses and opportunities surpass threats. Accordingly, the recommended strategy is the Strength-Opportunity (S-O) approach, which emphasizes leveraging internal strengths to capitalize on external opportunities. This strategy is deemed most effective for stimulating local economic growth and accelerating SDG achievement. Internal constraints identified include underutilized tourism potential and limited access to sharia-compliant financing mechanisms. External threats comprise weak partnership collaborations and limited foreign investment engagement. While several SDG targets—such as education and community participation—have shown promising progress, others remain underdeveloped, particularly in infrastructure development and equitable access to justice for rural populations. The findings underscore the importance of context-sensitive, multi-sectoral strategies that integrate local wisdom, theological values, and economic principles. The proposed strategic model offers a practical roadmap for village-level economic empowerment, contributing to inclusive and sustainable development. This research provides actionable insights for policymakers, development practitioners, and local stakeholders seeking to optimize village potential and foster resilience in rural economies.

Social and economic inequality in Indonesia is a multidimensional challenge that is not only reflected in the gap in income and wealth, but also in unequal access to education, health, and economic opportunities. The conventional economic system is considered ineffective in overcoming the problem of fair distribution of wealth, thus widening the gap between the rich and the poor. This article aims to analyze the concept of distributive justice in Islamic economics as a solution to social inequality in Indonesia, by highlighting the synergy of zakat, waqf, sharia financing instruments, and the role of government and society. The method used is a systematic literature review with a qualitative-narrative approach to various related academic works. The results of the study show that the application of the principle of distributive justice in Islamic economics through the optimization of zakat, waqf, and alms, as well as strengthening sharia economic regulations and literacy, can reduce social inequality and improve community welfare. The implementation of an inclusive and sustainable Islamic distribution model can reduce the Gini coefficient and strengthen social solidarity, although it still faces challenges in terms of regulation, literacy, and institutional coordination. The conclusion of the study confirms that Islamic economics offers concrete and holistic solutions to overcome social inequality in Indonesia through the integration of divine values, community participation, and state policies that support distributive justice.

This community service activity aims to improve transparency and accountability in the management of citizen contributions through the implementation of a digital reporting system based on Google Spreadsheet in the Seroja Home Residence 2 Complex. The problems previously faced were the limitations of the manual system which was slow, inefficient, and less transparent. This activity was carried out through a series of stages, namely identifying needs, preparing system designs, training administrators and residents, and assisting with implementation. The results of the activity showed that the digital reporting system was able to improve administrative efficiency, strengthen citizen participation, and form an open and collaborative governance culture. This activity also increases digital literacy among residents and results in social change in the form of a shift in the role of residents from recipients of information to active partners in environmental management. This finding is reinforced by recent literature showing that simple yet participatory technology can be an innovative solution in strengthening local-based community governance. This activity can be replicated in similar environments with ongoing training and mentoring support.
