The function of computers in government is seen from government activities that have begun to implement e-Government system, where each region, government agencies already have their own information system, or better known as e-Government. Implementation of e-government is certainly to improve service to the community. The use of computers at the level of village government is currently more focused on the use of Microsoft office programs both Microsoft word, excel and power point. This program is preferred for improvements in administrative services such as the making of invitations, certificates, letters of moving, APBDES, reports on financial statements and others. Thus it is natural that every village device capable of using Microsoft office program both Microsoft word, excel and power point besides important is also the basic operation of computer. The condition of the community in Jumantono district is classified as society whose level of education is increasing, so it has demand for high quality of service in various ways. In terms of the ability to handle administration and documentation of village data, the average is still classified as not yet maximal, as evidenced from the results of random observations of 11 villages in Jumantono district, it is known that the village administration system has not been all using computer equipment but still done manually, each village government has been equipped with a computer but the device can not be utilized optimally because not all village devices have the ability to operate it. this devotional activity is to provide understanding to the Village's tools in Jumantono district by equip themselves with computer skills in operating Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point, well to improve quality village administration so as to improve the effectiveness of services to the public. Microsoft Excel (MS-Excel) is the most popular and most widely used spreadsheet application program. Village Devices in Jumantono district is one part of government employees who also provide village administrative services to the community. Government content is not trusted by the public and is boring. Policies on government social media are not well socialized. This phenomenon makes the Directorate General of Sea Transportation's public relations adapt the trend for publishing policy message information. The aim of this research is to determine the pattern of preparing government policy messages in building the image of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation. The theory used in this research is message structuring theory. The theory consists of attention, need, satisfaction, visualization, action. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using in-depth interviews and documentation methods. In testing the validity of the data, a source triangulation test was carried out using in-depth interview techniques. The results of this research are that the pattern of preparing government policy messages on Instagram @djplkemenhub151 is quite good. This can be seen from the message preparation process carried out by the public relations team. The attention stage is found by determining the agenda setting, determining the type of Indonesian and English, the language is semi-formal, the factor that influences the message to attract attention is the trend. The need stage is carried out with research. determine the actual topic that is used as a message, and look for references in online media. The satisfaction stage is obtained by selecting the right visuals. The visualization stage was obtained through determining the visual characteristics of the bombang icon and determining the turquoise green display color. The action stage is that the public relations team carries out preparations and team discussions to compose the message. The interaction that is built is carried out by responding quickly and responsively to the hotline service or replying to comments. The conclusion from this research is that a good message structuring pattern can build a positive image of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation.

This research is based on the large number of public reports that have been submitted to the Greater Jakarta Ombudsman regarding allegations of maladministration that have occurred in the education sector, especially complaints about New Student Admissions. This problem requires a resolution by the Greater Jakarta Ombudsman to handle public complaints and prevent recurring maladministration in the education sector, especially regarding complaints about Acceptance of New Students in Depok City. This study aims to analyze and describe the performance of the Greater Jakarta Ombudsman in handling complaints about Acceptance of New Students in Depok City. This is based on the problems that occurred in the implementation of the Acceptance of New Students which were still colored by allegations of maladministration, which made public services in the field of education inefficient, lack of supervision in the implementation of the acceptance of new students. The results of the study concluded that in the Productivity indicator there are still a number of things that need to be improved such as policies that have been made that are not in accordance with the needs of society in the digitalization era. Service Quality Indicators still need a number of things to pay attention to such as budget constraints, human resources and very limited work space. Responsiveness Indicators There are still a number of things that affect performance achievements. The Responsibility Indicator is still lacking in realization to achieve the target every year. As well as the Accountability indicator, there is still no specific accountability report in the form of the Jakarta Raya Ombudsman annual report on various media platforms.

This study aims to explore the impact of marketing mix implementation on the results and level of satisfaction of patients being treated at a public hospital. By collecting data through questionnaires and statistical analysis, this research evaluates the relationship between marketing mix elements (product, price, promotion and distribution) with patient treatment outcomes and their level of satisfaction. The findings from this study provide valuable insights for hospitals in improving service quality and patient satisfaction.

This research aims to determine the quality of service for employees in Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency and determine the competency of employees in Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method. The number of informants was 12 people consisting of 6 sub-district officials and 6 community members. The results of the research show that the quality of service for employees in Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency is satisfactory and to improve quality you must pay attention to factors inhibiting and supporting public services, paying attention to procedures for providing services to the community. The competency of Penajam District Employees, North Penajam Paser Regency is quite good and must continue to be improved.

The aim of this research is to determine the passport making system at the TPI Tanjung Balai Asahan Class II Immigration Office. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data sources using primary data obtained through observation and interviews. The results of this research indicate that the passport making system at the TPI Tanjung Balai Class II Immigration office can be said to be not good. This can be seen from the many complaints from the public. Regarding that, not all people are allowed to register for a passport directly at the immigration office and it is only allowed for people aged 50 years and over. Another complaint made by the public to Customer Care is the difficulty of logging into the existing application system, which is only opened once a week, namely on Fridays at 18.00 WIB. Then another complaint is the long queue for processing online passport applications and the long passport processing process. Therefore, it can be recommended to increase the M-Passport registration schedule, provide information on using the system for making passports online so that problems do not occur, and improve the quality of passport making services so that the passport making process does not take a long time.

The development of the sharia financial system is marked by the establishment of various sharia institutions and the issuance of various sharia-based financial instruments. Bank Syariah Indonesia is one of the banks that has a gold pawn product which is considered successful because it continues to increase every year. Sharia gold pawn financing is a product of channeling funds in the form of loans based on the qard principle with collateral of valuables in the form of gold as collateral for the customer's money. In providing financing to customers, there are several process stages that must be carried out by the Bank and Bank Syariah Indonesia also sets rental fees for gold pawn products that are quite cheap compared to other institutions. In this dedication, I explain the mechanism of gold pawning products at Bank Syariah Indonesia. The aim is for the public to become more familiar with the services and operations of Sharia Banks.

Public service innovation cannot be separated from community participation. Public service innovation is also used in Bandung where co-creation methods are used to improve public services. This Research aims to determine the length of queues that occur due to delays in fuel. supply and the level of service and arrival at the Maccorawalie gas station.Using quantitative research methods, using Model B Formula calculations: (M/M/S) (Multiple Line Queue Model). The research results show that the queue length that occurs due to delays in fuel supply at peak hours 10:00–11:00 WITA On Monday, 21 August 2023, is 44 meters, and on Thursday, 24 August 2023, is 12.75 meters, and on Saturday, August 26, 2023, namely 31.5 meters. The level of service on Monday, August 21 2023 is 3 vehicles per hour on Thursday, August 24. 2023, it is 8 vehicles/hour, and on Saturday, August 26, 2023, it is 4 vehicles/hour. The arrival rate on Monday, August 21, 2023, is 7 vehicles per hour.On Thursday, August 24, 2023, it is two vehicles per hour, and on Saturday, August 26.In 2023, it will be 5 vehicles per hour.

The existence of fintech P2P Lending can help Indonesian people who are still unreached by banking services to borrow funds with easy, fast terms and without making a direct agreement. Electronic lending system make it easy public to borrow funds with easy reuqirements and without need to meet for make a agreement. Trading system transaction originally paper based and then shift to electronic based system (digital) is something that needs to be studied further about validity of the e-contract as the basis of relations between two parties that make agreement, by using legal protection theory, legal certainty theory, and theory of justice. The purpose of this research is to study together validity of e-contract in Fintech P2P Lending industry. The results of this research analysis show that the practice of online lending and borrowing based on fintech P2P Lending still does not have legal certainty for loan recipients, the benchmark for the validity of an agreement in fintech P2P Lending only refers to article 1320 of the Civil Code regarding the conditions for the validity of the agreement. The Fintech Lending Law should be drafted immediately to guarantee legal certainty for P2P Lending fintech.

This research was conducted because the researchers' interest in the development of academic achievement and the quantity of students at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung was quite rapid, to analyze what kind of promotions were used by WKS Public Relations in increasing the positive image and quantity of students at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung and to analyze what factors -Factors that can affect the positive image and quantity of students owned by MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung.The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The method used in data collection is Observation related to social media promotion in increasing the positive image and quantity of students. Interviews with the Principal, WKS Public Relations and Media Team, as well as documentation data and archives of activities from the management at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung. The researcher uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing or data verification. The results of the research obtained from the field stated that the image and quantity owned by MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung in the eyes of the community was considered good. The communication strategies used, such as maintaining communication patterns, planning and arranging tasks as WKS Public Relations at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung, as well as maintaining openness and information provided to the public can affect the image and quantity of MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung. Based on this, it can be seen that the factors that affect the positive image and quantity of MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung are by planning and carrying out the programs well, improving the service system, maintaining good communication and cooperation among members/teachers or with the community as well as the existence of disclosure of information to the public.

Service is the main task of state apparatus. The scope of public interest services and services covers a broad field of public life. Credit is one of the products from lending services that is very popular with customers because of its many benefits. Credit services are usually used by customers for business capital purposes so that they can encourage economic growth in Indonesia. A banking institution is a financial institution that provides loan or credit services. Bank Woori Saudara KPC Banyuwangi is a banking financial institution that provides services with many superior products, one of which is General Pension Credit (KUPEN) which is specifically for Retired Civil Servants. Apart from that, BWS KCP Banyuwangi also offers a Take Over system for loans from other banks to Bank Woori, KCP Banyuwangi. The results of this service and research aim to ensure that the public, especially retired civil servants, know the procedures and completion of the General Pension Credit Take Over (KUPEN) system from other banks to Bank Woori Brother KCP Banyuwangi. The method used in this research is participatory so that data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. Based on the results of community service regarding the procedures for implementing General Pension Credit Take Over (KUPEN) at Bank Woori Saudara KCP Banyuwangi, there are conclusions that can be drawn, including that the part involved in implementing General Pension Credit Take Over (KUPEN) is the Unit Head, Relationship Officer (RO), Back Office (BO), and TASPEN.

The preparation of a contract goes through several stages, ranging from pre-contractual, contractual, and post-contractual. The pre-contractual stage plays an essential role in the preparation of the contract so that the parties must understand it to minimize disputes in a contract. This community service is done through legal counselling, which begins with material delivery and a question-and-answer discussion session. The results of community service show that in the pre-contractual stage, several things need to be done, including a review of laws and regulations and legal aspects related to contracts, legal audits, business, social and technical studies, negotiations, and making a Memorandum of Understanding. This legal counselling has increased public understanding of the pre-contractual stages in contract drafting to realize the protection of the parties.

This community service activity was carried out with the aim of making the kampung gedong community an independent and creative community group. Through waste management into valuable products. In addition, this activity is expected to provide knowledge for the community in managing waste, so that they have alternative income. More effective waste management can also open up new business opportunities for waste pickers, such as processing organic waste into compost fertiliser or managing plastic waste into paving blocks. This Community Service Activity (CSA) is motivated by the need to equip teenagers in Purwakarta Regency with the knowledge and skills of online journalism which is currently developing in the current digital era. Based on this background, CSA were carried out in the form of online journalism education and activities for groups in Purwakarta Regency. This CSA has two objectives, namely: (1) Providing basic education and knowledge to participants about Online Journalism; (2) Providing practical training for participants in creating Online Journalism products. This CSA is carried out using the Service Learning method. Significantly, this CSA has been carried out well and has achieved maximum results in the following two points: (1) Participants were able to recognize and understand online journalism from its inception to various online media as a real form of online journalism; (2) Participants can write news and articles that are suitable for publication in online media or uploaded to social media.

This research is motivated by the development of information technology which is currently changing people's lifestyles. With the internet, it is easier to transact online, especially with online shopping applications. The online trading industry has had a rapid impact with the public shopping culture. The two problems found in this research are how the e-commerce legal arrangements in Indonesia and the legal consequences of not implementing the e-commerce industry in accordance with Law Number 7 of 2014 concerning Trade. The normative research method is a data collection technique in this research, by processing data sourced from the existing legal rules and related legal materials. From the results of this research, it was found that in the applicable law online trading, it is mandatory to hold permits, complete and accurate information for consumers. In this case, it is concluded that the e-commerce industry must pay close attention to legal regulations related to the provision of goods and services, lest consumers suffer losses due to the existence of the e-commerce industry, by sending inappropriate goods. It is likely that consumers will lose.    

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are a series of standardized written instructions regarding various processes for carrying out organizational activities, how and when they must be carried out, where and by whom they are carried out. Community health center officers must comply with applicable SOPs in providing services to the community in order to improve the highest level of public health. The research used a cross-sectional design at the UPTD Awa'ai Health Center, North Nias Regency with a sample size of 61 respondents. Data analysis uses the Chi Square test. The research results show that there is a relationship between workload and length of work with compliance with implementing service SOPs (P-Value <0.005)
