This study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and compensation on employee performance either directly or through organizational commitment. The population in this study is 122 people. The size of the sample is 93 respondents. The data source used is primary data with questionnaire data collection method which gather using the simple random sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the research showed that servant leadership and compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Servant leadership and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The Sobel test results indicated that the variable of organizational commitment can mediate the influence of servant leadership and compensation on employee performance.

For more than a year, the Covid-19 pandemic has hit, causing many changes and giving birth to new norms and practices in the social, political, and economic order, both at the individual, community, institutional, state governance, and relations between nations. One of those affected is the office sector, but agencies are required to optimize performance without neglecting the health protocols set by the government. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and digital competence on employee performance at the Batang Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The population in this study were all employees of the State Civil Apparatus totaling 133 people. The sampling method is using a census. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the workload has no significant positive effect on employee performance. The workload is an obligation that must be completed by employees following the specified time so that the level of workload does not affect employee performance. Digital competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This finding implies that employees within the Batang Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office can operate digital devices.

This study took the object of the Great Mosque of Demak. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work responsibilities on the performance of the employees of the Great Mosque of Demak. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and work responsibilities on the performance of the employees of the Great Mosque of Demak. In this study, the sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique or the sampling technique where all members of the population were used as samples so that a sample of 40 respondents was obtained. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee performance and there is a positive and significant influence between work responsibility and employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial and digital literatures and financial management on the performance of UMKM. This research used quantitative research using associative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents of UMKN business actors in Cilacap District. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using Path Coefficients Test, Modes of Goodness Test, and Hypothesis Testing. Path coefficient value of the influence of financial management on the performance of UMKM. The results of the linear test and the output of column coefficients and T-tables are known that financial management has a significant effect on performance as seen from the p value 0.005 <0.05. Good and correct financial management will provide benefits and advantages for  UMKM  actors.  Several  related  institutions  can  provide  financial  and  digital  literatures training assistance. Training not only provides theoretical knowledge but also provides activities such as workshops and mentoring continuously.

This study aims to analyze the level of welfare of cassava farmers in Sukadana Ilir Village, Sukadana District, East Lampung Regency. This research was conducted specifically in Sukadana Ilir Village using 80 samples of respondents who work as cassava farmers. The analytical method used is chi-square. The results based on the chi-square results, there is an effect for the variables of land area and income on the welfare of cassava farmers in Sukadana Ilir Village and there is no effect for the education level variable on the welfare of cassava farmers in Sukadana Ilir Village. The level of welfare in Sukadana Ilir Village is in the high category, namely KS3.

This study aims to determine the effect of auditory and visual products on consumer purchasing decisions at local coffee shops in Semilir Semarang in 2021. The data in this study are primary data from questionnaires with 100 respondents at local coffee shops in Semilir Semarang, using accidental sampling. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of the study show that Auditory and Visual Products have a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the influence of external business environmental factors and strategic planning on company performance. This study was conducted with a sample of 30 respondents with this sampling technique is probability sampling from multiple linear regression calculations, obtained Y = 3.302 + 0.564X1 + 0.661X2 The results of this study obtained t test, for variables: External Business Environment Factors (X1) t count (2.505) > t table (2.051831) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence of External Business Environmental Factors on Company Performance. Meanwhile, for the results of the t-test of Strategic Planning (X2), namely t count (2.690) > t table (2.051831) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant effect of Strategic Planning on Company Performance. Based on the calculated F test of 36,489 > Ftable 3.35, which means that simultaneously or together External Business Environmental Factors (X1) and Strategic Planning (X2) have a significant effect on Company Performance.

Patchwork is made by combining scrap cloth or patchwork with certain patterns or stitches, the writer used patchwork technique in creating ready to wear. The purposes of this technique is thus a writer researches and develops patchwork technique variations for finding out the results of the final result of applying a variety of patchwork techniques on ready to wear. The first method that was used in this research is R&D, a writer did research and development for producing the new products and improving existing products, and test the effectiveness' products. Those two finals of analysis data which is the results for determining the effect of applying patchwork techniques on ready to wear fashion. Those are the final results of three patchwork techniques that were generated by the author such as honeycomb, somerset patchwork, and cathedral window patchwork. The results of those three handicrafts were different, the honeycomb had neatly arranged hexagonal pieces and somerset had a star shape, and the cathedral window looked like a very beautiful window and was made by using folded piece of cloth then sewn neatly.

Streetwear is a typical street fashion clothing. The cross-stitch tucks technique is a fabric manipulation technique that has a 3-dimensional wavy texture. The use of fabric manipulation techniques in today's clothing is rarely used, thus giving rise to the idea of making a cloth with a combination of fabric manipulation, a type of cross-stitch tucks that has its own uniqueness. The combination of the cross-stitch tucks technique as a combination on streetwear will add to the impression of flexibility because this technique has a 3-dimensional wave effect on the surface. The aim of this report was to find out how to use the cross-stitched tucks technique as a combination of streetwear. The method used was a qualitative method. The results obtained from the use of the cross-stitched tucks technique as a combination of streetwear are as follows, making designs, preparing tools and materials, sizes, basic patterns, breaking patterns, cutting materials, merging, sewing and the finished product. The manufacture of streetwear used fabric, namely cotton fabric, drill fabric and jeans as well as batik fabric. Suggestions in this study were: the success of the cross-stitch tucks technique lies in the pressing and suppression process because it has a very small size. The use of tools in the manufacture of cross-stitch tucks is needed so that the results are appropriate.

In the current era of globalization, there are many problems with hair loss, dandruff, and unhealthy hair. Hair mask is one of the treatments to treat hair damage. Bitter gourd is known to have a bitter taste and has the benefit of reducing hair loss and dandruff, which is the main ingredient in making hair masks. The purpose of this study was to determine the manufacturing process, application method, and public acceptance of pare fruit hair masks to reduce hair loss and dandruff. The research methods used are literature, experiments, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Making pare fruit hair mask with composition. stearic acid 20 g, liquid paraffin 40 ml, bitter melon juice 70 ml, menthol 0.5 g, TEA 3.5 ml, lime seed perfume 3.5 ml, nipagin 0.5 g. The use of hair masks is done 2 times a week, the use has been seen after use. The results of the public test to 41 respondents to determine the acceptance of the community. It can be concluded that pare fruit hair mask is effective in reducing hair loss and dandruff as an innovation of pare fruit in making hair masks. Need clinical trials and durability tests of bitter melon hair mask products to reduce hair loss and dandruff. The need for other efforts by diligently washing hair to reduce hair loss and dandruff.

For employees and laborers in Indonesia, termination of employment is an inevitable fact, and laws regulating termination of employment are sought after in relation to the rights earned when termination happens. The worker's relationship with the employer may be terminated by the employer for reasons other than the worker's own actions or corporate decisions. For example, there are workers who are subject to termination because they committed an act of serious negligence and are still entitled to protection under the law. The issue at hand is how various termination-related legal laws have varying effects and how Law No. 11 of 2020 about Job Creation will modify the termination process and protection. The goal of this study is find out the laws and regulations governing termination and what are the legal instruments that support the rights of workers / workers affected by termination. This research uses exploratory qualitative methods using data through primary and secondary data sources. Based on the results of research, workers / workers get legal uncertainty regarding the rights obtained if they are terminated due to gross error.

Pemberdayaan masyarakat secara implementatif akan dapat menghasilkan sharing knowledge yang berdampak kemandirian. Kemandirian tersebut dapat dicapai apabila masyarakat mampu merubah cara berpikir, bertindak, dan memiliki kemampuan mengendalikan potensi yang mereka punya. Proses transaksi, selaras dengan teori rembesan (trickle down effect), menjadi model ekonomi baru yang berkembang diantara para pelaku usaha. CSR ini adalah program PT. Makmur Jaya yang merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi pakan ternak. Sebagai perusahaan yang beraktifitas di wilayah Kalten, perusahaan tidak hanya sibuk mengeruk sumber daya alam yang ada. Namun perusahaan perlu merubah mindset negatif tersebut. Melalui program ini, CSR PT. Makmur Jaya berusaha membantu masyarakat dengan kemitraan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi ikan khususnya lele bagi kelompok ternak “Lokalele”. Selain itu, program CSR tersebut berupaya untuk mengembangkan wawasan berbasis lingkungan sebagai wujud kemitraan antara perusahaan dengan kelompok masyarakat.

BUMDES Lantongau is one of the Lantongau Village-Owned Enterprises whose one line of business is to distribute clean water needs in four villages, namely Lantongau Village, Morikana Village, Katukobari Village, and Lakorua Village. In order to facilitate the registration process, meter recording, payment bills, service interruption information, and customer complaints, applications that facilitate all service processes. Therefore, the most suitable application is using an Android-based application, the use of an Android-based application is an option because almost all customers have an Android device, so that services can be directly carried out quickly, easily, effectively and efficiently. With this application, it is easier for the customer and the BUMDES Lantongau in services ranging from customer registration, meter recording, billing payments, customer complaints and information on service disruptions, all can be done through the application. Current learning after the pandemic is more towards the Hybrid learning method where this method combines online learning with face-to-face learning. In this learning, interactive learning media is needed by teachers. Prezi application is a software for internet-based presentation (SaaS). In addition to presentations, it can also be used as a tool to explore and share ideas on a virtual canvas. It is superior because this program uses the en:Zooming User Interface (ZUI), which allows Prezi users to zoom in and out of presentation media. The partner problem is that teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda Mijen Demak still need training and assistance in making interactive multimedia. Therefore, the community service team at the Faculty of Language and Culture, University of 17 Agustustus 1945 Semarang conducted intensive communication with the manager of the MA Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda to find solutions to these problems. There are three methods applied in this service, namely Presentation, Demonstration, and Practice Method. Presentation method is applied in the introduction of the Prezi Application, its benefits, and its application in making interactive learning media, Demonstration Method regarding the operation or use of the application and Practical Method where teachers practice directly making interactive learning media according to their respective subjects. After this service, teachers can position and use learning media as a needed component of a learning process. Learning media has an important role in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. Teachers are always required to be able to develop and use learning tools available in schools in accordance with current developments.

The main problems that often occur in people with Diabetes Mellitus (DM) are stress and an increase in blood sugar. Uncontrolled stress for a long time can lead to an increase in blood sugar levels, which can lead to various complications. One of the physical activities that can be done with relaxation is Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) is an intervention that can be done in people with diabetes. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) on increasing stress and blood sugar levels. The research design used a quasi-experimental approach with a pre-post-test control group design approach. The sample consisted of 36 respondents who were divided into 18 intervention groups and 18 control groups. The group was given a therapeutic intervention for 1 week with a duration of 2 times a day, namely in the morning and afternoon for 10-15 minutes. The instruments used are a glucometer, blood sugar level observation sheet, and Diabetes Distress Scale (DDS) questionnaire. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test and Paired t-test to see pair data. Then for the research group, the data used the Man-Whitney Test. The results showed that there was a significant effect on decreasing blood pressure (p=0.013) and that there was an effect on decreasing blood sugar levels (p=0.034). Conclusion: Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) affects reducing stress and blood sugar levels in Type 2 DM patients.

Early age is a golden age which is very effective in instilling various beneficial knowledge. The importance of character education in early childhood requires teachers to be creative and innovative in using learning media. Various learning media motivate children to learn. Not only forming a smart character but also being able to instill good values. This study aims to analyze various types of learning media in shaping the character of children in RA Normal Islam Rakha. This study used a qualitative method by taking the research location at RA Normal Islam Rakha. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using observation, documentation and interview methods. The results of the study show that teachers have a big role in children's character education. As role models as well as mentors in building children's character, teachers provide references or tools that can foster curiosity and not get bored in learning. The concept of playing while learning that children like is very effective when using a variety of learning media. The results of the research findings at RA Normal Islam Rakha carried out the formation of children's character through various learning media through educational toys and teaching aids.

Limboto Subdistrict, which is the capital of Gorontalo Regency, has fairly high population growth and is an area that is vulnerable to the effects of drought. This causes the availability of groundwater to decrease. This study aims to utilize the GIS application to determine the pattern of groundwater flow in the Limboto District. This groundwater flow pattern can be used as a reference for further research related to groundwater. The type of data in this study is the type of primary data. The method used in this research is a survey method, namely by measuring directly in the field. The data analysis technique used to determine the pattern of groundwater flow in Limboto Regency is utilizing software (GIS) using ArcGIS 10.7 software to obtain a map of groundwater flow patterns in Limboto District. The results of the spatial analysis of the groundwater flow pattern map in Limboto District show that water flows from the northern part of the study site to the southern part of the study site.

This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of readiness for change and agile leadership on the dynamic capabilities of SMEs. Furthermore, this study also examines the influence of dynamic capabilities on strengthening the digital ecosystem of SMEs. If SMEs are ready to change and have agile leadership, it will increase their dynamic capabilities. This dynamic capability of SMEs will ultimately improve the lives and long-term sustainability of SMEs in the digital world. This type of research is explanatory research to analyze SMEs’ digital ecosystem improvement. This research uses regression analysis methods and path analysis in managing data. The sampling technique used non-random sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data were collected from 250 SMEs in Central Java through a questionnaire. The results of the study show that readiness for change and agile leadership can increase the dynamic capabilities of SMEs. The increasing dynamic capabilities of SMEs are proven to be able to strengthen the digital ecosystem for SMEs. The results of this study are expected to contribute to SMEs strengthening the growth of the digital economy in Indonesia. The urgency of this research relates to factors that can strengthen the SME digital ecosystem and contribute to improving the economy.

The delinquency of students towards the value of learning achievement in Sekolah Dasar Hidup Baru Batam is a problem posed in this study. Thepurpose of this study is to find out the extent of the relationship of student delinquency to the value of learning achievement in Sekolah Dasar Hidup Baru Batam. The research instruments used are student questionnaires, interviews  and observations, the samples used consist of class IV to class V which totals 55 people, sampling techniques using random techniques. In describing the results of the study, the collected data is entered into a table and then processed with data analysis techniques using the product formula  of the moment find percent rough numbers.  The effect of student delinquency on learning achievement is at more than 50%. The issue of student delinquency is a shared responsibility between the student's guardian and the student's guardian.

This research was conducted at SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. Every year the Widya Praja Ungaran Vocational School holds a New Student Registration (PPDB) to select prospective students. In the 2018/2019 academic year, 396 people registered and 298 people were accepted. The PPDB process starts from prospective students filling out the registration form and ends with the payment of re-registration funds for accepted students. The system used in the implementation of PPDB is still paper-based so that the performance of the PPDB committee is less effective. The purpose of this study is to design a computer-based new student registration system that is structured in a database to assist the PPDB committee in processing registration participant data, reduce paper purchase costs, minimize the risk of data loss, data corruption, recording and counting errors. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. This system is made using dynamic web with PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MySQL database. The design of this system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The development method used is the R&D (Research and Development) method. This study resulted in a cash-based new student registration administration system using a dynamic web to provide convenience for the committee in processing PPDB participant data from the registration process to new student re-registration transactions, as well as presenting reports quickly and accurately. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained from testing the validity of the new system score from internal and external validators. The internal validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 94%. An external validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 97%. From the results of these tests, it can be concluded that the administrative system for registering new students can be a solution to the problems found and can be implemented in the object of research.
